     前記各ページの画像データに基づいて文書データを生成し、前記文書データに含まれる前記二次元コード毎に前記内容をメタデータとして前記文書データを管理する文書データ管理部と、
     前記文書データ管理部によって管理されている前記文書データに対して、前記文書データ内の前記二次元コード毎に前記内容を付加する付加設定を受け付ける付加設定受付部と、
     前記付加設定に基づいて、前記文書データに前記メタデータから前記二次元コードの前記内容を付加して出力する文書データ出力部と
     を備えたことを特徴とする画像処理装置。
