Description

Beverage supply equipment
The present invention relates to a beverage supply apparatus.
Conventionally, the following is known as a drink supply apparatus which supplies a drink with respect to a drink container. That is, a beverage is extracted from the pulverized raw material and hot water in an extraction container disposed inside the apparatus main body, and the extracted beverage is supplied to a beverage container such as a cup. In such a beverage supply device, a storage box for storing an extraction basket produced by extraction of a beverage with an extraction container is installed inside the device main body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Although not explicitly disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, the beverage supply device outputs an alarm indicating that the storage box is full when the number of times the beverage is supplied to the beverage container is equal to or greater than a predetermined reference number. In this manner, the collection work of the extraction basket stored in the storage box is encouraged.
However, the determination based on the number of times the beverage is supplied to the beverage container has the following problems.
In the beverage supply in the beverage supply apparatus, there are generally a beverage supply to a normal size (regular size) beverage container and a beverage supply to a large size (large size) beverage container. The storage box generally has a size capable of storing the extraction basket even when the number of times the beverage is supplied to the large-size beverage container becomes the reference number.
Therefore, if the number of beverages supplied includes the number of beverages supplied to regular size beverage containers, even if the total number of times of supply reaches the reference number, space is still secured in the storage box.
Therefore, in the determination based on the number of times of supply of the beverage, the recovery operation of the extraction basket is urged in a state where the storage capacity of the storage box is sufficient, and the worker is allowed to perform the recovery operation of the extraction basket more than necessary. there were.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a beverage supply device capable of reducing the extraction work of the extracted culm.
In order to achieve the above object, the beverage supply device according to the present invention dispenses an amount of raw material corresponding to the type of beverage subject to the sales order when the raw material is stored and a sales order is given. A material box; a pulverizer for pulverizing the raw material dispensed from the raw material box; and an extraction container for extracting a beverage when charged with raw material crushed by the pulverizer and hot water, In a beverage supply apparatus for supplying beverage extracted in a container to a beverage container, when the amount of raw material dispensed in the raw material box is integrated and the integrated value is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, the beverage by the extraction container And a control means for outputting an alarm to the effect that the storage box for storing the extraction basket generated by the extraction is full.
Further, the present invention provides the above-described beverage supply device, wherein a storage unit that rotatably supports and stores a filter roll that winds a paper filter used when the beverage is extracted by the extraction container, and the filter roll in the storage unit A rotation detecting means for detecting the rotation of the filter, an opening / closing detecting means for detecting opening / closing of a replenishing port which is formed in the apparatus main body and is an opening for replenishing the filter roll with respect to the storage unit, and the filter roll A paper roller section that holds a paper filter drawn out in a mode of passing through a lower region of the extraction container and performs a feeding operation of feeding out the paper filter from the filter roll when an operation command is given, and the control Means for detecting that the replenishing port is closed by the replenishing door that opens and closes the replenishing port. If detected, the given operation command to the paper roller portion, said when the rotation of the filter roll by the rotation detecting means is not detected and outputs an alarm to the effect that there is an abnormality in the setting of the paper filter.
According to the present invention, the control means accumulates the amount of raw material dispensed in the raw material box, and accommodates the extraction basket produced by the beverage extraction by the extraction container when the integrated value is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value. Since the alarm indicating that the storage box is full is output, the recovery work of the extracted slag is promoted after the storage box is full, and the effect of reducing the recovery work of the extraction slag can be achieved. .

The control unit 40 controls the operation of each part of the beverage supply device 1 in an integrated manner. The control unit 40, for example, causes a processing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) to execute a program, that is, may be realized by software, or may be realized by hardware such as an IC (Integrated Circuit). Alternatively, software and hardware may be used in combination.
The control unit 40 includes a sales control unit 41, an extraction basket determination control unit 42, and a paper filter determination control unit 43. The sales control part 41 controls the production | generation and supply of a drink in the drink production | generation part 10, when a sales signal is given through the selection button 30. FIG.
The extracted soot determination control unit 42 determines whether or not the storage box 20 is full, and performs an extracted soot determination control process described later. When the container 20 is determined to be full, the extracted soot determination control unit 42 sends an alarm output command to the notification unit 50. Here, the notification unit 50 is an element that outputs an alarm such as a buzzer sound when an alarm output command is sent from the control unit 40.
The paper filter determination control unit 43 determines whether or not the setting of the paper filter PF is normal, and performs a paper filter setting determination process described later. The paper filter determination control unit 43 sends an alarm output command to the notification unit 50 when it is determined that there is an abnormality in the setting of the paper filter PF.
In the beverage supply apparatus 1 having the above configuration, a coffee beverage can be supplied to the cup C as follows. As a premise, it is assumed that hot water of a predetermined temperature is generated and stored in the hot water tank 131 and the filter block 142 is moving up in a manner close to the cylinder 141.
The sales control unit 41 of the control unit 40 to which the sales signal is given from the sales switch 31 that is turned on when the selection button 30 is pressed by the user gives a drive command to the raw material supply driving unit 11a for sale. An amount of coffee beans corresponding to the signal is discharged to the mill 12, and a drive command is given to the mill 12 to crush the coffee beans and put them into the extraction container 14. Note that the amount of coffee beans dispensed from the material box 11 by driving the material supply drive unit 11a is stored in a memory (not shown). In addition, the sales control unit 41 gives a drive command to the hot water supply pump 132 so that a predetermined amount of hot water corresponding to the sales signal is input from the hot water tank 131 to the extraction container 14.
In the extraction container 14, a coffee beverage is extracted from hot water and crushed coffee beans, and the extracted coffee beverage is supplied to the nozzle 17 through the beverage supply line 16 and is placed on the bend stage S from the nozzle 17. When the coffee drink is discharged into the cup C, the coffee drink is supplied to the cup C.
Thereafter, the sales control unit 41 moves the filter block 142 downward in a manner away from the cylinder 141, gives an operation command to the paper roller unit 22, operates the paper filter PF by a predetermined amount, and is generated by extracting coffee beverages. The extracted soot is stored in the storage box 20 together with the paper filter PF.
When such a coffee beverage is supplied, the extraction mash determination control section 42 of the control unit 40 performs the following extraction mash determination control processing.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the contents of the extracted soot determination control process performed by the extracted soot determination control unit 42 shown in FIG.
In the extracted soot determination control process, the extracted soot determination control unit 42 calculates an integrated value of the payout amount stored in the memory (step S101), and sets a threshold value when the storage box 20 prestored in the memory becomes full. It is determined whether the read and integrated value is equal to or greater than a threshold value (step S102).
If the integrated value of the payout amount is less than the threshold value (step S102: No), the extraction basket determination control unit 42 returns the procedure and ends the current process without performing the process described later.
On the other hand, if the integrated value of the payout amount is equal to or greater than the threshold value (step S102: Yes), the extraction basket determination control unit 42 determines that the storage box 20 is full and issues an alarm output command to the notification unit 50. Is sent (step S103), and then the procedure is returned to end the current process.
According to this, an alarm such as a buzzer sound is output from the notification unit 50, and an operator such as an employee of the store can be prompted to collect the extract.
By the way, when a store employee or the like swings the replenishing door 5 in the opening direction to open the replenishing port 4 and replenish the filter roll FR to the filter storage unit 15, the paper filter determination control unit 43 of the control unit 40. Performs the following paper filter setting determination process.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the processing contents of the paper filter setting determination process performed by the paper filter determination control unit 43 shown in FIG.
In the paper filter setting determination process, when the closing signal is input from the open / close detection unit 152 (step S201), the paper filter determination control unit 43 sends an operation command to the paper roller unit 22 (step S202) and rotates. It waits for input of a rotation signal from the detector 151 (step S203).
When the rotation signal from the rotation detection unit 151 is input (step S203: Yes), the paper filter determination control unit 43 determines that the setting of the paper filter PF is normal, and issues an operation stop command to the paper roller unit 22. Sending out (step S204), and then returning the procedure to end the current process.
On the other hand, when the rotation signal from the rotation detection unit 151 is not input even after a predetermined time has elapsed (step S203: No), the paper filter determination control unit 43 has an abnormality in the setting of the paper filter PF. Determination is made and an operation stop command is sent to the paper roller unit 22 and an alarm output command is sent to the notification unit 50 (steps S205 and S206). Thereafter, the procedure is returned to end the current process. .
According to this, an alarm such as a buzzer sound is output from the notification unit 50, and an operator such as a store employee can be urged to redo the replenishment work of the filter roll FR.
As described above, according to the beverage supply apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 40 integrates the amount of raw material dispensed in the raw material box 11, and the integrated value is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value. In this case, an alarm to the effect that the storage box 20 is full is output to the notification unit 50, so that the recovery operation of the extracted soot is promoted after the storage box 20 is full. Reduction can be achieved.
According to the beverage supply device 1 described above, when the control unit 40 detects that the replenishment port 4 is closed by the replenishment door 5 that opens and closes the replenishment port 4, When an operation command is given and rotation of the filter roll FR is not detected by the rotation detector 151, an alarm to the effect that there is an abnormality in the setting of the paper filter PF is output to the notification unit 50. By prompting the user to redo the replenishment work of the roll FR, there is no possibility that the coffee beverage is extracted and supplied to the cup C in a state where the paper filter PF is not normally set. Thereby, it can prevent supplying the coffee drink with which quality is not ensured to the cup C.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the filter block 142 constituting the extraction container 14 moves up and down in a manner of approaching and separating from the cylinder 141. In the present invention, the filter block 142 ′ is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, when moving downward with respect to the cylinder 141 via the link mechanism 143 and moving downward from the cylinder 141, the filter block 142 ′ is inclined. It may be a thing.
By making the filter block 142 ′ in an inclined posture in this way, a sufficient distance L 1 between the filter block 142 ′ and the cylinder 141 can be secured even if the vertical stroke of the filter block 142 ′ is substantially the same. . Thereby, when performing large-capacity extraction that uses a large amount of coffee beans in the extraction of coffee beverages, the large amount of produced brewing can be stored in the storage box 20 without contacting the cylinder 141.
In the above-described embodiment, the alarm 50 such as a buzzer sound is output to the notification unit 50 by sending an alarm output command to the notification unit 50 in the extraction hull determination control process or the paper filter setting determination process. In the present invention, an alarm may be displayed on the display unit provided in the apparatus body, or a sold-out display may be displayed.
