进一步,各竖梁由横截面呈“L”形的竖直条状结构构成,各横截面呈“L”形的竖梁分别与对应端角处的翻边相平行并对应贴合接触设置;优选的,各竖梁相对翻边远离底座中心,令竖梁的内侧壁与翻边外侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在竖梁与翻边相对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。

进一步,第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的衣物投放口均朝向支撑框架的前侧设置,前左竖梁和前右竖梁分别设于衣物投放口的左侧和右侧;优选的,第一衣物处理筒设于第二衣物处理筒的竖直上方;进一步优选的,第一衣物处理筒的轴线和第二衣物处理筒的轴线处于同一竖直面中,且该竖直面与底座中心相重合。
进一步,前左竖梁和前右竖梁的顶端分别与左上横加强件和右上横加强件的前端相固定连接,所述左上横加强件与左侧横加强件同处于一竖直面、右上横加强件与右侧横加强件同处于一竖直面,左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件的后端分别与第一衣物处理筒的后固定板相连接。
采用上述技术方案,本发明较现有技术的优势在于:
通过上述设置,使得两个衣物处理筒可分别安装于支撑框架的上部和下部,并可为两个衣物处理筒分别提供安装固定位置;同时,由于整个支撑框架的上中下部分别分别经加强件进行固定连接,使衣物处理装置的支撑框架更为稳固、提高了整体框架的支撑系数。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,衣物处理装置包括上下堆叠设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒;支撑框架包括水平放置的方形底座6,底座6的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁,前侧两竖梁向上延伸至超出第一衣物处理筒的顶部,后侧两竖梁向上延伸至第二衣物处理筒与第一衣物处理筒之间;相邻竖梁之间经至少一个水平延伸的横加强件相连接,以构成框架结构。
通过上述设置,使得两个衣物处理筒可分别安装于支撑框架的上部和下部,并可为两个衣物处理筒分别提供安装固定位置;同时,由于整个支撑框架的上中下部分别分别经加强件进行固定连接,使衣物处理装置的支撑框架更为稳固、提高了整体框架的支撑系数。
本实施例中,第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的衣物投放口均朝向支撑框架的前侧设置,处于衣物投放口一侧的两竖梁分别为前左竖梁2和前右竖梁4;优选的,自支撑框架的前侧向后侧方向为基准,前左竖梁2和前右竖梁4分别设于衣物投放口的左侧和右侧;优选的,第一衣物处理筒设于第二衣物处理筒的竖直上方;进一步优选的,第一衣物处理筒的轴线和第二衣物处理筒的轴线处于同一竖直面中,且该竖直面与底座中心相重合。
优选的,本实施例中,第一衣物处理筒为仅具备烘干功能的衣物干燥筒,第二衣物处理筒为同时具备洗涤和烘干功能的盛水筒,以使得第一衣物处理筒后端经后部竖直设置的后固定板安装于支撑框架上。后固定板包覆安装于支撑框架后侧,后固定板安装于后侧两竖梁上方、并对应覆盖前侧竖梁与后侧竖梁之间的高度,以令第一衣物处理筒安装于支撑框架的上部区域。而下侧的第二衣物处理筒经其上部所设的挂簧与左侧横加强件、右侧横加强件分别连接,和其下部所连接的支撑杆与底座分别相固定连接,以令第二衣物处理筒安装于支撑框架的下部区域。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,前左竖梁2经左侧横加强件3与后左竖梁10的顶端相连接,前右竖梁4经右侧横加强件8与后右竖梁7的顶端相连接;优选的,左侧横加强件3和右侧横加强件8均沿同一水平面水平延伸;进一步优选的,左侧横加强件3和右侧横加强件8相对第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒共处竖直面相对称设置。
本实施例中,前左竖梁2和前右竖梁4的顶部经上横加强件1相连接,前左竖梁2和前右竖梁4的下部经下横加强件5相连接;优选的,下横加强件5靠近或贴合底座6设置。
本实施例中,后左竖梁10和后右竖梁7的上部经后横加强件9相连接。优选的,后横加强件9低于左侧横加强件3和右侧横加强8件设置;进一步优选的,后横加强件9沿水平方向延伸,后横加强件9的上侧边低于左侧横加强件3的下侧边和右侧横加强件8的下侧边、或与左侧横加强件3的下侧边和右侧横加强件8的下侧边相重合同处于同一高度面中。
本实施例中,底座6为外周呈方形的底板11,底板11的外周设有一圈向上竖直弯折的翻边12,各竖梁的底端分别与底板11的对应端角相支撑接触,且各竖梁的至少两个侧面与翻边12内侧相对应贴合并固定连接。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,各竖梁由横截面呈“L”形的竖直条状结构构成,各横截面呈“L”形的竖梁分别与对应端角处的翻边12相平行并对应贴合接触设置;优选的,各竖梁相对翻边远离底座6中心,令竖梁的内侧壁与翻边12外侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在竖梁与翻边12相对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。通过将竖梁设置为与翻边拐角相对应贴合的横断面为“L”形的竖直条状板材,以使得各竖梁分别至少两个侧面与翻边相对应贴合,进而保证了竖梁安装过程中进行预定位的目的,并有效提升了竖梁安装后的装配稳定性,进而令整个支撑框架的支撑强度得到显著提升。
本实施例中,左侧横加强件3、右侧横加强件8、后横加强件9、上横加强件1、下横加强件5分别由竖直设置、水平延伸的条状板材构成,并将个条状板材的两端分别与对应侧竖梁相对应贴合后再经铆接和/或螺钉进行固定,进而实现上述各横加强件与竖梁之间的紧固安装,以达到加强支撑框架装配便利度、提升支撑框架支撑稳定性的双重目的。
本实施例中,左侧横加强件3相对对应侧竖梁靠近底座6中心设置,左侧横加强件3的外侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前左竖梁内侧壁2和后左竖梁10内侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
本实施例中,右侧横加强件8相对对应侧竖梁靠近底座6中心设置,右侧横加强件8的外侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前右竖梁内侧壁4和后右竖梁7内侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
本实施例中,上横加强件1、下横加强件5和后横加强件9相对对应侧竖梁远离底座中心设置,令上横加强件1、下横加强件5的内侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前左竖梁2外侧壁和前右竖梁4外侧壁相对应贴合设置,后横加强件5的内侧壁两端分别 与横截面呈“L”形的后左竖梁10外侧壁和后右竖梁7外侧壁相对应贴合设置,在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
优选的,上横加强件1的上侧边设有向支撑框架后侧方向水平弯折的折边,折边至少包覆前侧竖梁的顶端,以使上横加强件1与前左竖梁2和前右竖梁4的顶端面相对应贴合接触并固定连接,进而进一步提升了上横加强件1与竖梁之间的固定强度、有效提升了支撑框架的支撑稳定性。
本实施例中,支撑框架还包括左上横加强件和右上横加强件;前左竖梁和前右竖梁的顶端分别与左上横加强件和右上横加强件的前端相固定连接,所述左上横加强件与左侧横加强件同处于一竖直面、右上横加强件与右侧横加强件同处于一竖直面,左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件的后端分别与第一衣物处理筒的后固定板相连接,以使得整个支撑框架围成一完整的框架结构,并对洗衣机顶部的台面进行有效支撑和安装固定(未在附图中示出)。优选的,左上横加强件和右上横加强件与第一衣物处理筒的后固定板预先装配后,再与支撑框架的前侧竖梁相紧固安装,以简化装配工序、提升支撑框架的装配速率。
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中介绍了一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,支撑框架包括水平放置的方形底座6,底座6的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁,同一侧两竖梁上对应设有向洗衣机底座6中心方向弯折的避让部14,以形成供衣物处理装置壳体的弯曲侧壁安装的避让空间19。
通过在支撑框架的竖梁上设置由向内侧并行的两部分并经倾斜部相连接构成的避让部,使得支撑框架上形成向内弯折的折边结构,以形成避让衣物处理装置壳体上所设圆弧弯折部的避让空间,令衣物处理装置的壳体可对应贴合、并固定安装于支撑框架外侧。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,所述避让部14包括自下向上逐渐由两竖梁共处侧壁向相反侧侧壁方向倾斜的倾斜部16,倾斜部16的下端与竖梁的第一竖直部15上端相连接、上端与竖梁的第二竖直部17下端相连接。通过在竖梁上设置内外平行交错的两节平行竖直延伸部,以使竖梁可经避让空间避让开壳体侧壁上所设弯折部后、与壳体侧壁相紧密贴合固定,进而保证了竖梁与前面板安装稳固度,并避免了衣物处理装置的壳体侧壁向外凸出设置,达到了缩减整机尺寸、提升装配稳固度的效果。
本实施例中,所述的第一竖直部15相对第二竖直部17远离底座6的中心线设置;优选的,所述第一竖直部15和第二竖直部17相平行、并均沿竖直线方向延伸。
本实施例中,同一侧两竖梁上分别设有处于同一高度处的避让部14,俩竖梁上所设避让部14相对底座6左右竖直中分面相对称设置,以保证两竖梁上所设避让部14同处同一高度、进而有效避让壳体侧板上所设弯折部18。
本实施例中,所述避让部14设置于竖梁的顶部、和/或底部、和/或中部,以适用于在衣物处理装置壳体侧壁的顶部、中部、底部中的任一或组合位置设置向内弯折部18的技术方案。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,衣物处理装置的侧板上设有与避让部14相配合的弯折部18,所述弯折部18自下向上逐渐由两竖梁共处侧壁向相反侧侧壁方向倾斜弯折,弯折部18的下端与第一竖直部15相对应贴合接触、上端与第二竖直部16相对应抵触接触。
本实施例中,所述的弯折部18设置于衣物处理装置的前侧板13顶端,弯折部18的下端与支撑框架前侧两竖梁所设的倾斜部16下端处于同一高度,弯折部18的上端相对竖梁顶端超出或平齐设置,以使弯折部18后侧与竖梁顶端相抵触接触并固定连接。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,前侧板13主体的后侧与支撑框架前侧两竖梁下部的第一竖直部15相对应贴合并固定连接,前侧板13顶部所设的弯折部18与支撑框架前侧两竖梁上部所设的倾斜部16之间相距一定间隙并形成避让空间19,弯折部18的上部后侧与支撑框架前侧两竖梁顶部所设的第二竖直部17相抵触接触并固定连接。
当然,本实施例中所述避让部还可以在支撑框架的左侧、右侧、后侧两竖梁上分别设置,以适用于不同的衣物处理装置型号。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,衣物处理装置包括上下堆叠设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒;其特征在于:支撑框架包括水平放置的方形底座,底座的四个端角处分别设有一根向上竖直延伸的竖梁,前侧两竖梁向上延伸至超出第一衣物处理筒的顶部,后侧两竖梁向上延伸至第二衣物处理筒与第一衣物处理筒之间;相邻竖梁之间经至少一个水平延伸的横加强件相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:前左竖梁经左侧横加强件与后左竖梁的顶端相连接,前右竖梁经右侧横加强件与后右竖梁的顶端相连接;
    优选的,左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件均沿同一水平面水平延伸;进一步优选的,左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件相对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:前左竖梁和前右竖梁的顶部经上横加强件相连接,前左竖梁和前右竖梁的下部经下横加强件相连接;
    优选的,下横加强件靠近或贴合底座设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:后左竖梁和后右竖梁的上部经后横加强件相连接;
    优选的,后横加强件低于左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件设置;
    进一步优选的,后横加强件沿水平方向延伸,后横加强件的上侧边低于左侧横加强件的下侧边和右侧横加强件的下侧边、或与左侧横加强件的下侧边和右侧横加强件的下侧边相重合同处于同一高度面中。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:底座为外周呈方形的底板,底板的外周设有一圈向上竖直弯折的翻边,各竖梁的底端分别与底板的对应端角相支撑接触,且各竖梁的至少两个侧面与翻边内侧相对应贴合并固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:各竖梁由横截面呈“L”形的竖直条状结构构成,各横截面呈“L”形的竖梁分别与对应端角处的翻边相平行并对应贴合接触设置;
    优选的,各竖梁相对翻边远离底座中心,令竖梁的内侧壁与翻边外侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在竖梁与翻边相对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:左侧横加强件相对对应侧竖梁靠近底座中心设置,左侧横加强件的外侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前左竖梁内侧壁和后左竖梁内侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定;
    右侧横加强件相对对应侧竖梁靠近底座中心设置,右侧横加强件的外侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前右竖梁内侧壁和后右竖梁内侧壁相对应贴合设置,并在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:上横加强件、下横加强件和后横加强件相对对应侧竖梁远离底座中心设置,令上横加强件、下横加强件的内侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的前左竖梁外侧壁和前右竖梁外侧壁相对应贴合设置,后横加强件的内侧壁两端分别与横截面呈“L”形的后左竖梁外侧壁和后右竖梁外侧壁相对应贴合设置,在对应贴合处经铆接和/或螺钉固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的衣物投放口均朝向支撑框架的前侧设置,前左竖梁和前右竖梁分别设于衣物投放口的左侧和右侧;
    优选的,第一衣物处理筒设于第二衣物处理筒的竖直上方;
    进一步优选的,第一衣物处理筒的轴线和第二衣物处理筒的轴线处于同一竖直面中,且该竖直面与底座中心相重合。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的一种衣物处理装置的支撑框架,其特征在于:前左竖梁和前右竖梁的顶端分别与左上横加强件和右上横加强件的前端相固定连接,所述左上横加强件与左侧横加强件同处于一竖直面、右上横加强件与右侧横加强件同处于一竖直面,左侧横加强件和右侧横加强件的后端分别与第一衣物处理筒的后固定板相连接。
