随着经济和生活的不断发展和进步,大容量洗衣机越来越受消费者的追捧。越来越大的容量意味着机器自身重量会随之增加,移动如此重的机器对于任何一个消费者都有困难,然而生活中经常会有洗衣机位置的适当调整,例如阳台与洗手间的位置移动、大扫除需清扫洗衣机的底部死角、搬家时将洗衣机移动到空间大的地方进行装箱或打包操作等场景。现在许多消费者会额外花钱,买单独可移动支架用来解决此问题,无形中增加了消费者的负担及降低消费者满意度。
鉴于以上实际状况,本发明提出一种可实现洗衣机整机滑动的简易可靠形式,不仅整机成本不会增加太多,而且整机结构无显著变化(只是底座产品结构做相应变化)。本发明会给消费者带来更好的产品体验,属于产品功能的增加及优化,具有重要实际意义。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备,在设备的底座上增加移动机构,使得用户能够根据使用情况对设备进行平稳的移动,并且,与移动机构配合的设置有防冲撞机构和定位机构,使得设备移动时不会被台阶等不平整地面碰坏底座或内部部件,并且能够保护移动机构不会因为突然工作环境改变受到损害,避免底座突然与地面接触。进一步,本发明所述的衣物处理设备能够实现良好的定位,使得设备使用时不会因为设置有移动机构而出现位置不稳定、晃动、振动的情况。

1、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,能够通过底座上设置的移动机构在用户的控制下灵 活移动,方便用户对其进行位置调整。在设备不需要移动时,移动机构作为设备的支撑机构为设备提供支撑。
2、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,增加防冲撞机构的设计,使得对设备进行移动时,即使地面不平整,也不会损害底座的其他结构并保护设备内部的部件。
3、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,防冲撞机构的连接结构设计合理,使得防冲撞机构的构成部件之间能够良好结合的同时方便用户拆卸,用户能够仅通过一只手完成防冲撞机构的安装、拆卸。
4、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,防冲撞机构的构成部件之间连接包括多种连接方式的配合,使得连接更加稳定、牢固。
5、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,增加缓冲机构的设计,使得即使地面不平整、移动机构出现失效的现象,底座也不会突然的与地面接触,使得设备整体具有防震功能。并且缓冲机构的设置位置的设计使得即使出现底座位置的急剧变化,也能够保证移动机构的支撑功能由缓冲机构接替,避免受力不均匀造成的移动机构的损坏/进一步损坏。
6、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,定位机构的设计使得设备具有可选择的可移动性。当定位机构展开时,则设备失去移动能力;当定位机构收起,则设备能够移动。用户能够根据需要进行选择。
7、通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,定位机构的位置设计使得,设备在定位机构展开时保持良好的稳定性,定位机构能够最大程度的保持移动机构的静止。

实施例一
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例所述的衣物处理设备,包括设置于设备底部的底座1; 所述底座1包括用于移动设备的移动机构2,使得设备能够在外力的作用下移动。所述移动机构2包括设置于所述底座1上的轮子21。
进一步地,本实施例中的移动机构2的数量为4个,4个移动机构2分别设置于底座1的四个角上。并且,设备前方的移动机构2之间的间距大于设备后方的移动机构2之间的间距。由于移动机构2在设备不移动时还起到支撑、承重的作用,该设计使得设备后方的重心位置更加集中,有利于设备的稳定性。并且使得设备后方的移动机构2的外侧留有空间,能够设置其他部件。
进一步地,本实施例中的移动机构2包括轮轴22和轮子21,轮子21能够绕轮轴22旋转,并且轮子21通过轮轴22安装在移动机构安装位置23上。
通过本实施例所述的衣物处理设备,能够通过底座上设置的移动机构在用户的控制下灵活移动,方便用户对其进行位置调整。在设备不需要移动时,移动机构作为设备的支撑机构为设备提供支撑。
更进一步优选地,所述轮子为万向轮。
实施例二
如图4、图5、图6所示,本实施例所述的衣物处理设备与上述实施例的区别在于:所述底座还包括保护设备的防冲撞机构。
进一步地,本实施例中的防冲撞机构包括用于在设备移动时保护底座1及设备内部部件的防冲撞机构。所述防冲撞机构包括设置于所述底座1下部的防冲撞盖板31;.所述底座1相对于所述防冲撞盖板的位置设置为镂空结构11,为所述防冲撞盖板31提供变形空间。
进一步地,所述防冲撞机构与所述底座之间通过连接机构实现连接。所述连接机构包括通过滑入/插入实现卡接的第一连接机构;所述第一连接机构包括设置在所述防冲撞盖板31一个边上的压型411以及设置在所述底座1与所述防冲撞盖板31连接位置与所述压型411相对位置上的台阶412,所述台阶412与所述压型411配合连接,所述台阶412包括两层结构,所述两层结构在所述防冲撞盖板31的上下两个面上分别与其实现定位。优选,台阶412的两层结构向所述底座1中心部位延伸的长度不一样,使得防冲撞盖板31发生变形时留有余量。
进一步地,本实施例中的所述台阶为分段设置,且两层结构的每一段均交错设置,使得两层结构分别在其延伸方向的投影无重合。
进一步地,本实施例中的连接机构包括通过凹凸配合连接的第二连接机构。所述第二连 接机构的装配方向为所述防冲撞盖板的延伸方向成一定角度;优选为90°。所述第二连接机构包括设置在所述防冲撞盖板31边上的孔眼421以及设置在所述底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置的凸起422,所述凸起422与孔眼421合连接。所述第二连接机构的数量为两个,至少两个所述第二连接机构分布设置。
更进一步地,本实施例中的连接机构包括通过连接件实现连接的第三连接机构。所述第三连接机构包括对应设置的在所述防冲撞盖板31和底座1与所述防冲撞盖板31连接位置连接孔43,所述连接孔43通过贯穿设置的连接件实现防冲撞盖板31和底座1之间的连接。
安装时,将防冲撞盖板31上的压型411对齐台阶412之间形成的凹槽插入/滑入。然后将第二连接结构对齐连接。之后通过连接件将第三连接机构连接,即完成防冲撞盖板31的安装。
通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,增加防冲撞机构的设计,使得对设备进行移动时,即使地面不平整,也不会损害底座的其他结构并保护设备内部的部件。防冲撞机构的连接结构设计合理,使得防冲撞机构的构成部件之间能够良好结合的同时方便用户拆卸,用户能够仅通过一只手完成防冲撞机构的安装、拆卸。
实施例三
如图7、图8所示,本实施例所述的衣物处理设备与上述实施例的区别在于:本实施例中的防冲撞机构包括用于防止所述底座与地面直接接触的缓冲机构。所述缓冲机构包括设置于所述底座下部缓冲凸起422;所述缓冲凸起422靠近所述移动机构2设置;所述缓冲凸起422设置于所述移动机构靠近所述底座边缘的一侧,缓冲凸起422至少设置于设备的后侧,与设置在移动方向相反方向一侧的所述移动机构一一对应设置。所述缓冲凸起422为弹性材料制得,优选为橡胶。
进一步地,本实施例中的缓冲凸起422与设备的连接位置处形成空腔33,该空腔33的设计使得缓冲凸起422发生变形时有更大的变形空间,使得设备能够承受更大冲击。
通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,增加缓冲机构的设计,使得即使地面不平整、移动机构出现失效的现象,底座也不会突然的与地面接触,使得设备整体具有防震功能。并且缓冲机构的设置位置的设计使得即使出现底座位置的急剧变化,也能够保证移动机构的支撑功能由缓冲机构接替,避免受力不均匀造成的移动机构的损坏/进一步损坏。
实施例四
本实施例所述的衣物处理设备与上述实施例的区别在于:本实施例中的缓冲机构距离地 面的距离较近。并且本实施例中的缓冲机构设置与设备后部。同时,设置于设备后部的移动机构与设备之间的连接为可破坏的连接。当用户将设备移动到合理位置时,向下方压设备的后部,破坏设置的设备后部的移动机构,此时设备后部落地,缓冲机构着地,并在以后的使用中,设备后部通过所述缓冲机构支撑,保持设备的使用稳定性。
实施例五
如图9所示,本实施例所述的衣物处理设备与上述实施例的区别在于:本实施例中的底座包括用于实现设备定位的定位机构5。定位机构5设置于底座下部,所述定位机构5的一端能够伸出至与地面接触并能收回至与地面分离。定位机构5包括设置于端部用于与地面接触的定位件51以及与所述定位件51连接,并能够沿底座垂直方向伸缩的调整件52,用户能够通过旋转调整件52实现调整定位机构5的位置、长度的目的,并且在达到目标位置、长度用户能够通过锁定件53锁定定位机构5,避免其发生位置、长度变化。所述调整件52优选为螺丝。定位件51优选为弹性材料制得,例如橡胶。
进一步地,本实施例中的定位机构5与设置在移动方向相对一侧的移动机构一一对应设置,使得每个定位机构5至少控制一个反向上的移动机构。定位机构5设置在所述移动机构朝向移动方向的一侧,相对于图2中的位置,定位机构5设置于移动机构的正前方。定位机构的设计使得设备具有可选择的可移动性。当定位机构展开时,则设备失去移动能力;当定位机构收起,则设备能够移动。用户能够根据需要进行选择。通过本发明所述的衣物处理设备,定位机构的位置设计使得,设备在定位机构展开时保持良好的稳定性,定位机构能够最大程度的保持移动机构的静止。
进一步地,当移动机构为万向轮时,定位机构的端面为环形,定位机构能够在调整件的带动下沿环形的轴向移动,以实现调整定位机构位置、长度的调整,移动机构设置于环形中间,使得定位结构将移动机构在四周将其包围。则定位结构能在各个方向上定位所述移动机构,并且在定位机构处于伸展状态下时能够起到对移动机构的保护作用。

Claims (10)
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括设置于设备底部的底座;所述底座包括用于移动设备的移动机构,使得设备能够在外力的作用下移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述移动机构包括设置于所述底座上的轮子;优选地,所述轮子的数量为至少两个;进一步优选地,所述至少两个轮子分散分布于底座上;更进一步优选地,所述轮子的数量为四个,四个所述轮子沿底座周向规则分布;更进一步优选地,所述轮子为万向轮。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述底座还包括在移动设备时保护设备的防冲撞机构;所述防冲撞机构包括设置于所述底座下部的防冲撞盖板;优选地,所述底座相对于所述防冲撞盖板的位置设置为镂空状/凹槽状,为所述防冲撞盖板提供变形空间;进一步优选地,所述防冲撞机构距地面的距离小于所述底座下部距地面的距离。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述防冲撞盖板上设有向地面方向凸起压型,所述压型上设有多个漏水孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述防冲撞盖板与所述底座之间通过连接机构实现连接;优选地,所述连接机构包括通过滑入/插入实现卡接的第一连接机构;所述第一连接机构包括设置在所述防冲撞盖板/底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置的至少一个边上的压型以及设置在所述底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置/防冲撞盖板与所述压型相对位置上的台阶,所述台阶与所述压型配合连接;优选地,所述台阶包括两层结构,所述两层结构在所述防冲撞盖板的两个面上分别与其实现定位;进一步优选地,所述台阶为分段设置,且两层结构的每一段均交错设置,使得两层结构分别在其延伸方向的投影无重合;更进一步优选地,所述第一连接机构的延伸方向在所述防冲撞盖板的延伸方向平行。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括通过凹凸配合 连接的第二连接机构;优选地,所述第二连接机构的装配方向为所述防冲撞盖板的延伸方向成一定角度;进一步优选地,所述第二连接机构包括设置在所述防冲撞盖板/底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置的至少一个边上的凸起以及设置在所述底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置/防冲撞盖板与所述凸起相对位置上的凹槽/孔眼,所述凸起与凹槽/孔眼合连接;更进一步优选地,所述第二连接机构的数量为至少两个,至少两个所述第二连接机构分布设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括通过连接件实现连接的第三连接机构;优选地,所述第三连接机构包括对应设置的在所述防冲撞盖板和底座与所述防冲撞盖板连接位置连接孔,所述连接孔通过贯穿设置的连接件实现防冲撞盖板和底座之间的连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述防冲撞机构包括用于防止所述底座与地面直接接触的缓冲机构;优选地,所述缓冲机构包括设置于所述底座下部缓冲凸起;进一步优选地,所述缓冲凸起靠近所述移动机构设置;更进一步优选地,所述缓冲凸起设置于所述移动机构靠近所述底座边缘的一侧;更进一步优选地,所述防冲撞凸的数量为至少两个,与设置在移动方向相反方向一侧的所述移动机构一一对应设置;更进一步优选地,所述缓冲凸起为弹性材料制得,优选为橡胶;更进一步优选地,所述缓冲机构距地面的距离小于所述底座下部距地面的距离;更进一步优选地,所述缓冲机构距地面的距离大于0.5cm小于1cm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述底座包括用于实现设备定位的定位机构;优选地,所述定位机构设置于底座下部,所述定位机构的一端能够伸出至与地面接触并能收回至与地面分离;进一步优选地,所述定位机构包括设置于端部用于与地面接触的定位件以及与所述定位件连接,并能够沿底座垂直方向伸缩的调整件;更进一步优选地,所述调整件为螺丝;更进一步优选地,所述定位机构与设置在移动方向相对一侧的所述移动机构一一对应设置;更进一步优选地,所述定位机构设置在所述移动机构朝向移动方向的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备为洗衣机/干衣机/洗干一体机。
