Description

BUILDING HAVING HEALTH LOHAS CARE COMBINED WITH HOUSING FUNCTION AND PROVIDING AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSING SYSTEM FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composite building having health LOHAS care combined with housing function, which provides a living medical table and a miniaturized automatic warehousing system in each residential unit.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As cities become more crowded, traffic is inconvenient, medical technology continues to advance, medical information of a patient in different hospitals begins to integrate, remote medical care is developing, and various examination apparatuses are used, people in non-hospital areas (such as residential houses) are provided with the opportunity to know their own real physiological conditions, which can reduce tragedies of sudden severe illness. Therefore, combination of medical treatments into residential houses, that is, combination of improved residential facilities and medical care, is a direction for future development.
In fact, except for keeping examination apparatuses for residential use such as sphygmomanometers, blood glucose meters at homes, the general public rarely have the opportunity to understand their physical conditions. They probably go to medical institutions for health checkups. In case, in addition to some residential-use medical equipment, examination apparatuses and medical facilities not commonly used in residential houses can be used by online with medical institutions via current technologies to constantly monitor peoples’physical conditions, when emergency arises instant medical assistance can be provided by medical units in the immediate vicinity  for the treatment of physical illnesses. People's own medical information can be linked via a cloud for transmitting people's own medical conditions, solving the problem of seeking medical treatments in different places.
In addition, Chinese Patent Application No. 107455998 discloses a green intelligent warehousing system, which transports goods and products from a warehousing area in lower floors of a building to the interior of the building through a transportation mechanism of a warehousing trolley. The case is applied to a green intelligent warehousing system, but not applied to medical composite residential areas.
Previously, many hospital drugs automatic warehousing systems were used for internal transportation within the warehouse, they have not been used in residential areas.
As E-commerce technology advances, many purchases can be done at homes and delivered to the door with no need of going out. On the other hand, as people are aging, personal privacy (such as buying goods personally) is increasingly valued and does not want to be revealed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
One object of the present invention is to provide a building having health LOHAS care combined with housing function and providing an automatic warehousing system, and a living medical table is provided in each residential unit so as to provide comprehensive care and services such as medical care, food, clothing, housing, transportation, education and entertainment, without leaving the residential unit (building) .
Another object of the present invention is to provide a miniaturized automatic intelligent warehousing system arranged in a building  having health LOHAS care combined with housing function, which is applicable to facilities or buildings such as hospitals or residential houses, especially buildings integrating medical functions and housing functions, thereby providing a living style that combines the convenience of residential housing and medical care. The miniaturized automatic warehousing system comprises: an automatic warehousing facility arranged on a lower floor of the building for automatically sorting and storing required daily necessities, and for automatically delivering the required daily necessities upon receiving a request from a resident; at least one delivery channel coupled between the automatic warehousing facility and each residential unit for delivering requested daily necessities to the residential unit through a delivery cabinet; and a computer control device (a central processing unit) electrically coupled respectively to the automatic warehousing facility and the at least one delivery channel for performing managements, operations, and distributions of the warehousing system.
The delivery channel of the present invention is coupled between the automatic warehousing facility and each residential unit for delivering the requested daily necessities to the each residential unit. The delivery channel may be an automatic rail elevator or a pneumatic tube, delivering to a storage space, a receiving window or a storage cabinet of a living space of the each residential unit.
The computer control device of the present invention is electrically coupled respectively to the automatic warehousing facility and the at least one delivery channel, for performing managements, operations, and distributions of the warehousing system, including arrangements for purchasing, shipping, and storage, and for receiving requests from residents and delivery notification.
Preferably, the automatic warehousing facility of the present invention is provided with a multi-level storage structure, warehousing system administrators load heavier daily necessities on lower levels of the storage structure, and lighter or more expensive daily necessities on higher levels of the storage structure, and then deliver the whole package to the resident, and when the resident receives the daily necessities delivered to the residential unit, the risk of being injured due to picking heavy items from higher levels is avoided.
The present invention provides a living medical table in each residential unit of the building, specifically, a bedside table structural improvement, which is capable of being placed at the bedside, where the foot body of the bedside table is placed under a bed, and the table-board extends to above the bed, allowing a person or a patient lying in bed to use the table. The present invention provides a living medical table which comprises: a table body; and a supporting rod, one end of the supporting rod supports the table body by using a pressure bearing device disposed on the table body, the other end is coupled to a suspending rod, one side edge of the supporting rod is coupled to a box, the suspending rod is connected to the supporting rod under a side edge and parallel to the table body, thereby providing daily living functions of each residential units and providing sufficient and expedient medical services and support.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a building for a health LOHAS care center (HLCC) , in which a member (residents of each residential unit) regularly takes the first physiological data of the day when getting up in the morning without leaving the bed, by using the equipment integrated in a “living medical table” in each residential unit, for the measurement of “heartbeat, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, BMI. ” All the measured data are automatically uploaded to a medical cloud, the health  LOHAS care (HLC) system and professional physicians and nurses instantly monitor changes in the measured data, when there is any changes shown in the measured data, the physicians instantly transmit notifying messages including suggestions or advice to the member by using an intelligent computer device or a tablet device arranged on the living medical table. Because diseases often occur without notice, so are many deadly diseases. With aging and prosperous healthy LOHAS industry, more and more people wish to live a longer life and a better life; therefore, the purpose of the HLC center is to provide, in addition to healthy LOHAS, preventive medicine which is more important than medical treatment.
After the measurement is completed in the morning, the HLC system will automatically provide spring, summer, autumn, winter, 9 meals, 9 regimens big data meals according to the solar terms, the preferences of the members and the advice of professional dietitians of Chinese and Western medicine. The members also can use the intelligence computer device or the tablet device arranged on the living medical table to execute individual information safety and privacy protection app exclusively provided for the Health LOHAS Center. The meals are accurately delivered from an automatic kitchen located on the fifth floor in the basement to the members’designated rooms by using a miniaturized automatic warehousing system of the HLC system, in addition, the meals are placed in specially made temperature insulated and fresh-keeping lunch boxes while being delivered. Therefore, the members staying in the center can enjoy their meals at original temperature and with original flavors, solving the problem of high labor cost for preparing food for one to two people and the difficult risk control of chronic disease due to eating out.
In addition, the members can order products by using the intelligent computer device provided by the living medical table. The HLC system platform provides seven categories of highly selective products, covering “medical care, food,  clothing, housing, transportation, education and entertainment” for the members to order, the products successfully ordered by the members can be stored in any HLC’s exclusive boxes, directly transported from a warehousing center on the underground 6th floor to the members’rooms by the miniaturized warehousing system of the HLC system, accurately and quickly distributing the products to the members according to each individual’s need, greatly reducing the risks which may be incurred when the members must go shopping for daily necessities, reducing healthy senior citizens’reliance on foreign workers, which is especially important in the future when shortage of foreign workers is inevitable due to economic development in Southeast Asian countries.
