Description

一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置。
背景技术
采用雾化器治疗的原理是把药物雾化成微小的液滴,之后通过呼吸吸入这些液滴,从而达到治疗的效果。这样既减轻了吃药的痛苦,也减少了药物的浪费,并且能使药物的疗效发挥到极致。雾化器在医疗上具有消炎、镇咳、祛痰,解除支气管痉挛,使气道通畅,改善通气的功能,如此病人就不会感觉到呼吸困难。另外,可以于胸部手术前后使用,预防呼吸道感染,致使手术达到良好的效果。甚至还可以用于抗癌药物治疗肺癌。由于现有的雾化器仍然存在卫生安全隐患,使用者需要配带面罩的时间比较长,如此造成使用者呼出的气体若携带有害细菌,不可避免的会通过喷雾口进入并残留于雾化器内部,造成交叉感染。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防止细菌在雾化器内残留和避免有害细菌交叉感染,及使用方便的替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,其中,包括上壳体、下壳体、在上壳体和下壳体之间设有拆卸式连接上壳体和下壳体的第一连接机构、在上壳体内设有的雾化片、在下壳体内设有的电路板、在下壳体内设有与电路板连接的电池、在下壳体内设有向内凹的容纳室、在容纳室内设有延伸到上壳体内的药液瓶和在对应雾化片位置的药液瓶上设有拆卸式连接上壳体的第二连接机构,及在上壳体和下壳体之间上分别设有相互接触导通的第一电极触点和第二电极触点。第一电极触点与雾化片连接,第二电极触点与电路板连接。第一电极触点与第二电极触点接触后,在雾化电路内部形成闭合回路,雾化片对药液瓶中的液体进行雾化。第一连接机构包括在上壳体上设有嵌入下壳体内的内环块、在下壳体上设有容纳内环块的内凹位、在内环块外侧面上设有多个的卡槽,及在内凹位的表面上设有数量和位置卡槽相应的限位凸起。第二连接机构包括在对应雾化片位置的上壳体内设有带内螺纹的外接管,及在药液瓶上设有带有外螺纹且与外接管的内螺纹连接的内接管。 由此,上述的上壳体和下壳体之间的连接可以采用采用螺纹、铰链、滑动等其它可拆卸连接方式。另外,电路板作为整个雾化电路的逻辑控制部分,电池为整体雾化电路供电。
在一些实施方式中,下壳体上设置有与电路板接通的按键。
在一些实施方式中,下壳体上设置有与电池连接充电的Micro USB接口。
在一些实施方式中,下壳体上还设置有与电路板连接的指示灯。
本发明的有益效果是具有防止细菌在雾化器内残留和避免有害细菌交叉感染,及使用方便的效果。由于与患者呼吸直接接触的上壳体不带有电路板结构,可对其进一步消毒,避免患者在使用时,呼出的气体是通过上壳体的喷雾口经过雾化片进入下壳体内部的,之后长时间使用气体若携带有害细菌,仅会残留于药液瓶中,不会残留于下壳体内部。避免了现有技术中,雾化片是直接安装在药液瓶上的结构,并且在内部药液瓶上形成闭合电路回路,这使得药液瓶在日常的消毒和清洗时都难以更换。简言之,现有技术的药液瓶结构是固定于雾化器内部不可拆卸的。如此实现了防止细菌在雾化器内残留和避免有害细菌交叉感染。又由于下壳体上设置有按键、Micro USB接口和指示灯,使用时比较方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-6所示,一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,包括上壳体01、下壳体02、在上壳体01和下壳体02之间设有拆卸式连接上壳体01和下壳体02的第一连接机构03、在上壳体01内设有的雾化片04、在下壳体02内设有的电路板05、在下壳体02内设有与电路板05连接的电池06、在下壳体02内设有向内凹的容纳室07、在容纳室07内设有延伸到上 壳体01内的药液瓶08和在对应雾化片04位置的药液瓶08上设有拆卸式连接上壳体01的第二连接机构09,及在上壳体01和下壳体02之间上分别设有相互接触导通的第一电极触点10和第二电极触点11。第一电极触点10与雾化片04连接,第二电极触点11与电路板05连接。第一电极触点10与第二电极触点11接触后,在雾化电路内部形成闭合回路,雾化片04对药液瓶08中的液体进行雾化。第一连接机构03包括在上壳体01上设有嵌入下壳体02内的内环块31、在下壳体02上设有容纳内环块31的内凹位32、在内环块31外侧面上设有多个的卡槽33,及在内凹位32的表面上设有数量和位置卡槽33相应的限位凸起34。第二连接机构09包括在对应雾化片04位置的上壳体01内设有带内螺纹的外接管91,及在药液瓶08上设有带有外螺纹且与外接管91的内螺纹连接的内接管92。上壳体01和下壳体02之间的连接可以采用采用螺纹、铰链、滑动等其它可拆卸连接方式。另外,电路板05作为整个雾化电路的逻辑控制部分,电池06为整体雾化电路供电。下壳体02上设置有与电路板05接通的按键12。下壳体02上设置有与电池06连接充电的Micro USB接口13。下壳体02上还设置有与电路板05连接的指示灯14。
工作原理如下,上壳体01和下壳体02是通过第一连接机构03卡扣固定连接在一起的,第一电极触点10与第二电极触点11相接触导通形成闭合回路,按键12启动开始工作,药液瓶08中的液体经过雾化片04的作用产生雾化。按键12关闭工作状态,上壳体01和下壳体02旋转分体,药液瓶08离开容纳室07,旋转药液瓶08便可脱离上壳体01完成替换。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,其特征在于,包括上壳体、下壳体、在上壳体和下壳体之间设有拆卸式连接上壳体和下壳体的第一连接机构、在上壳体内设有的雾化片、在下壳体内设有的电路板、在下壳体内设有与电路板连接的电池、在下壳体内设有向内凹的容纳室、在容纳室内设有延伸到上壳体内的药液瓶和在对应雾化片位置的药液瓶上设有拆卸式连接上壳体的第二连接机构,及在上壳体和下壳体之间上分别设有相互接触导通的第一电极触点和第二电极触点;
    所述的第一电极触点与雾化片连接;所述的第二电极触点与电路板连接;
    所述的第一连接机构包括在上壳体上设有嵌入下壳体内的内环块、在下壳体上设有容纳内环块的内凹位、在内环块外侧面上设有多个的卡槽,及在内凹位的表面上设有数量和位置卡槽相应的限位凸起;
    所述的第二连接机构包括在对应雾化片位置的上壳体内设有带内螺纹的外接管,及在药液瓶上设有带有外螺纹且与外接管的内螺纹连接的内接管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述的下壳体上设置有与电路板接通的按键。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述的下壳体上设置有与电池连接充电的Micro USB接口。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种可替换药液瓶防交叉感染的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述的下壳体上还设置有与电路板连接的指示灯。
