Description

手持式吹风机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动工具,具体涉及一种手持式吹风机。
背景技术
随着城市绿化面积的不断扩大,公园、公路、公共场所的绿化带遍及全国各地,草坪修整工具也被广泛的应用,吹风机就是其中一种。
目前的手持式树叶吹风机主要包括壳体、设置在壳体上的握持杆、位于壳体内部的电机、位于壳体内并由电机驱动旋转的风扇及连接壳体并具有出风口的吹风管,手持式树叶吹风机的气流从吹风管的出风口吹出。目前的手持式树叶吹风机的吹风管都很长,一般在50-70厘米之间,这样使用者无需弯腰,直接以站立的姿态就可以手握壳体上的握持杆,将吹风管的出风口靠近底面进行清扫树叶;但这样一来就使得手持式树叶吹风机的整体长度都比较长,一般都在80厘米以上,过长的手持式树叶吹风机不仅运输、储存不便;更重要的是,过长的吹风管会极大的增加风阻,导致吹风机的风速、风量减小,吹风效率降低,难以吹起草坪上较重的树叶以及位于夹缝中的树叶等,或者需要提高整机的功耗,来保证吹风效率,如此不仅耗能高,而且缩短电池工作时间。
例如,中国专利申请号CN201510064758.6,公开日2016年10月5日,该申请案公开了一种吹风机,吹风机包括壳体,所述壳体上 设有进风口,空气从所述进风口进入;电机,位于所述壳体内部;轴流风扇,由所述电机驱动旋转并产生气流;以及吹风管,连接所述壳体并具有出风口,所述气流从所述出风口吹出。该申请案的吹风机同样存在需要较长的吹风管,使得吹风机不仅运输、储存不便;而且吹风机的风阻大,导致吹风效率降低或耗能增加、缩短电池工作时间的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种不仅便于运输、储存,而且可以有效的减小吹风机的风阻,从而提高吹风效率、降低耗能、延长电池工作时间的手持式吹风机。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种手持式吹风机,包括:握手座体,握手座体上设有握手部;伸缩组件,伸缩组件包括设置在握手座体上的固定导向件及沿固定导向件滑动伸缩的伸缩件;以及风机组件,风机组件包括设置在伸缩件上的机壳、设置在机壳内的电机及由电机驱动旋转的风扇。
本方案的手持式吹风机在运输、储存时可以收缩伸缩组件,从而有效缩短手持式吹风机的整体长度,便于运输、储存;
在使用手持式吹风机时,将伸缩组件拉长,使手持式吹风机的整体长度伸长,如此,使用者无需弯腰,直接以站立的姿态就可以手持握手部,将风机组件的排风口靠近底面进行清扫树叶,使用方便;
更重要的是,本方案将握手部设置在握手座体上,将风机组件设置在伸缩件上,在伸缩组件拉长时,风机组件与握手座体分离并随伸 缩件一同伸出,这样在使用者手持握手部进行清扫树叶时,可以有效的减小风机组件与地表之间的距离,从而可以有效减小风机组件的吹风管的长度,进而减小吹风机风阻,达到提高吹风效率、降低耗能、延长电池工作时间的目的。
作为优选,还包括电池,电池设置在握手座体上,并且握手部位于风机组件与电池之间。
由于风机组件设置在伸缩件上,在伸缩组件拉长后,风机组件将远离握手部,这使得使用者在手持握手部进行清扫树叶时,风机组件的重力将影响手持式吹风机的握持稳定性,不利于使用者控制吹风机。为了解决这一问题,本方案通过对电池、握手部与风机组件的相对位置的合理布局,将握手部设置于风机组件与电池之间,利用电池的重力来平衡风机组件的重力,使手持式吹风机的重心靠近握手部或直接落在握手部上,这样使用者在手持握手部进行清扫树叶时,可以提高握持稳定性,有利于使用者控制吹风机。
作为优选,风机组件还包括与机壳连接并具有出风口的吹风管,吹风管与握手座体位于机壳的相对两侧。
作为优选,伸缩组件为伸缩杆,所述固定导向件为固定导管,所述伸缩件为沿固定导管滑动伸缩的伸缩杆。
作为优选,固定导管上还设有用于固定伸缩杆的锁紧件。
作为优选,伸缩组件为伸缩滑轨,所述固定导向件为固定滑轨,所述伸缩件为沿固定滑轨滑动伸缩的伸缩导轨。
作为优选,风机组件吹出的气流的气流方向与伸缩件的滑动伸缩 方向相平行。
作为优选,风机组件吹出的气流的气流方向与伸缩件的滑动伸缩方向相交。
作为优选,握手部上设有电源开关。
本发明的有益效果是:不仅便于运输、储存,而且可以有效的减小吹风机的风阻,从而提高吹风效率、降低耗能、延长电池工作时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1,如图1所示,一种手持式吹风机,包括握手座体1、电池2、伸缩组件3以及风机组件4。
伸缩组件包括设置在握手座体上的固定导向件3.1及沿固定导向件滑动伸缩的伸缩件3.2。本实施例的伸缩组件为伸缩杆。固定导向件为固定导管。伸缩件为沿固定导管滑动伸缩的伸缩杆。
如图1、图2所示,固定导管上还设有用于固定伸缩杆的锁紧件5。锁紧件的结构参照自行车的座管夹的结构,如此,伸缩杆的长度可以进行无极调节。本实施例中:自行车的座管夹包括抱箍5.1、螺栓5.2及锁紧手柄。抱箍的两端设有安装耳5.5。螺栓连接抱箍的两个安装耳。螺栓的一端设有轴杆,抱箍两端的安装耳位于轴杆位于的同一侧,轴杆的轴线与伸缩件的滑动伸缩方向平行。锁紧手柄包括转动设置在轴杆上的偏心轮5.4及操作柄5.6。偏心轮的表面抵在安装耳的表面上。抱箍设置在固定导管的端部的抱箍,伸缩杆穿过抱箍。
锁紧件还可以直接设置为锁紧螺钉或直接设置为锁紧抱箍。
握手座体上设有握手部1.1。握手部上设有电源开关1.2。本实施例的握手部为一握持杆。
电池设置在握手座体上。
如图1所示,风机组件、握手部与电池沿伸缩件的滑动伸缩方向依次分布。握手部位于风机组件与电池之间。本实施例中,手持式吹风机的重心位于风机组件与电池之间。
风机组件包括设置在伸缩件上的机壳4.1、设置在机壳内的电机4.2、由电机驱动旋转的风扇4.3及与机壳连接并具有出风口的吹风 管4.4。吹风管与握手座体位于机壳的相对两侧。风机组件产生的气流由吹风管的出风口吹出。
风机组件吹出的气流的气流方向与伸缩件的滑动伸缩方向平行或相交。
本实施例的手持式吹风机的具体使用如下:
如图3所示,在运输、储存时:
收缩伸缩组件,从而有效缩短手持式吹风机的整体长度(手持式吹风机的整体长度可以缩短至0.5米以内),便于运输、储存。
如图4所示,在使用手持式吹风机时:
将伸缩组件拉长,使手持式吹风机的整体长度伸长,如此,使用者无需弯腰,直接以站立的姿态就可以手持握手部,将风机组件的排风口靠近底面进行清扫树叶,使用方便。

伸缩组件为伸缩滑轨。固定导向件为固定滑轨,所述伸缩件为沿固定滑轨滑动伸缩的伸缩导轨。固定滑轨上还设有用于固定伸缩导轨的锁紧件。本实施例的锁紧件设置为锁紧螺钉。

    握手座体(1),握手座体上设有握手部(1.1);
    伸缩组件(3),伸缩组件包括设置在握手座体上的固定导向件(3.1)及沿固定导向件滑动伸缩的伸缩件(3.2);以及
    风机组件(4),风机组件包括设置在伸缩件上的机壳(4.1)、设置在机壳内的电机及由电机驱动旋转的风扇。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征是,还包括电池(2),电池设置在握手座体上,并且握手部位于风机组件与电池之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式吹风机,其特征是,风机组件还包括与机壳连接并具有出风口的吹风管(4.4),吹风管与握手座体位于机壳的相对两侧。
