Abstract
一种异型磁保持继电器,包括壳体,壳体正面设置有引出端(31,32),壳体两侧设置有避让缺口(1,2),壳体内部设置有控制系统、磁路系统、辅助开关,所述壳体包括上盖和外壳;所述控制系统由一动簧座、四个簧片(6)、两个触点、一静簧座组成;所述磁路部分包括磁钢组件、推动片、支架、骨架、引线针脚(4,5)、漆包线、轭铁;所述辅助开关由相互连接的固定座(10)和接触弹片(9)组成。该方案设计合理,体积小,可在使用时有效避让其他元件,还可以有效避免温升过高导致火灾等问题,同时降低了制作成本。
Description
本发明属于继电器制造技术领域,具体涉及一种异型磁保持继电器。
随着科学技术的不断发展,预付表、智能电容器、智能复合开关等产品在智能电网应用上愈加广泛,同时对其内置磁保持继电器的要求亦越来越高,特别是对产品的外形与引出端的位置。由于此类智能产品的壳体体积有限,为了不阻挡到预付表、智能电容器、智能复合开关等产品内的其他元器件,研发一种小体积异型的磁保磁继电器,除了不会阻挡到其他元器件外,其线圈针脚、辅助开关针脚、控制引出端的位置相当重要。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种异型磁保持继电器,以解决目前磁保持继电器体积占用空间较大、使用过程容易影响到其他元件、温升过高、实用性不强、成本高等问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种异型磁保持继电器,包括壳体,壳体正面设置有引出端,壳体两侧设置有避让缺口,壳体内部设置有控制系统、磁路系统、辅助开关,所述壳体包括上盖和外壳;所述控制系统由一动簧座、四个簧片、两个触点、一静簧座组成;所述磁路部分包括磁钢组件、推动片、支架、骨架、引线针脚、漆包线、轭铁;所述辅助开关由相互连接的固定座和接触弹片组成。
作为优选,所述引出端设置在壳体正面的左侧。
作为优选,所述引出端包括第一引出端和第二引出端。
作为优选,所述避让缺口包括第一避让缺口和第二避让缺口。
作为优选,所述簧片通过铆接点铆接固定。
作为优选,所述铆接点为四个。
作为优选,所述外壳底部由引线针脚引出线圈引出脚。
作为优选,所述外壳底部由辅助开关引出辅助开关引出脚。
作为优选,所述接触弹片为两个。
作为优选,所述接触弹片上还设置有凸点。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的异型磁保持继电器体积小,其在壳体两侧分别设计了避让缺口,该设计有利于避让部分元器件,有利于减小继电器的占用空间。
本发明的异型磁保持继电器将控制引出端设计在继电器正前面靠左边位置引出,而辅助开关引脚与线圈引脚则在继电器底面引出,该设计方式有利于继电器快速的插在PCB板上,各引出的方向在合理的布局下显得本发明产品更加实用。
本发明的异型磁保持继电器的动簧组合部分采用了4个簧片和4个铆接点,不但铆接更牢固,也有利于降低继电器本身的温升,使得本发明的继电器发热量更小、质量更可靠,大大减少了继电器温升过高而导致火灾的可能。
本发明的异型磁保持继电器的辅助开关,其接触弹片上加工设置有凸点,制作工艺简单,无需铆接触头,制作成本低。

图中,1为第一避让缺口,2为第二避让缺口,31为第一引出端,32为第二引出端,4为辅助开关引出脚,5为线圈引出脚,6为簧片,7为铆接点,8为凸点,9为接触弹片,10为固定座。
下面结合具体实施方式并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
实施例
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种异型磁保持继电器,包括壳体,壳体正面左侧设置有第一引出端31和第二引出端32;壳体两侧设置有第一避让缺口1和第二避让缺口2,壳体内部设置有控制系统、磁路系统、辅助开关,所述壳体包括上盖和外壳;所述控制系统由一动簧座、四个簧片6、两个触点、一静簧座组成, 所述簧片6通过四个铆接点7铆接固定;所述磁路部分包括磁钢组件、推动片、支架、骨架、引线针脚、漆包线、轭铁,引线针脚在外壳底部引出线圈引出脚5;所述辅助开关由相互连接的固定座10和接触弹片9组成,辅助开关在外壳底部引出辅助开关引出脚4,所述接触弹片9为两个,且接触弹片9上还设置有凸点8。

- 一种异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:包括壳体,壳体正面设置有引出端,壳体两侧设置有避让缺口,壳体内部设置有控制系统、磁路系统、辅助开关,所述壳体包括上盖和外壳;所述控制系统由一动簧座、四个簧片、两个触点、一静簧座组成;所述磁路部分包括磁钢组件、推动片、支架、骨架、引线针脚、漆包线、轭铁;所述辅助开关由相互连接的固定座和接触弹片组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:所述引出端设置在壳体正面的左侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:所述引出端包括第一引出端和第二引出端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:所述避让缺口包括第一避让缺口和第二避让缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:所述簧片通过铆接点铆接固定。
- 根据权利要求5所述的异型磁保持继电器,其特征在于:所述铆接点为四个。
