- 3,3-Difluoropyrrolidine hydrochloride (49 mg; 0.35 mmol) is dissolved in 3 ml_ tetrahydrofuran and trimethylaluminium (2 M in hexane; 0.173 ml_; 0.35 mmol) is added and the mixture is stirred for 5 minutes.
- Example 1.6 (Methyl 1 -( ⁇ 7-amino-5- methyl-[1 ,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6-yl ⁇ methyl)-1 H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate, 50 mg; 0.17 mmol) is added and the mixture is stirred at 70°C for 1 hour. The reaction is quenched with methanol / acidic acid and purified by reverse phase chromatography- HPLC (modifier: trifluoroacetic acid).
