Description
本发明涉及一种废水处理池,尤其是一种废水泄漏净水池。
在化工、制药等行业中,生产过程或后处理过程中会产生不同性质的废水,在处理达标排放之前需要对这部分废水进行妥善的收集储存,如存储不当则会产生严重的环保事故。
根据工艺的不同,这部分废水可能具有腐蚀性、高盐易结晶、含溶媒等特性,目前主要采用以下的方式进行存储。
储罐进行储存。通常储罐置于地下槽,利用重力的自流或泵输送废水进入储罐。主要存在投入成本大,空间利用率小,地槽易积水,储罐堵塞难处理等问题。
通常采用废水池进行防腐处理后进行废水的收集储存。防腐的种类有环氧树脂、环氧沥青、玻璃钢、玻璃鳞片等。可以基本上处理好废水储存的问题,但是废水种类的多样性,尤其是较大规模的企业,涉及的工艺路线较复杂时。可能同样的存在泄漏,且发生泄漏不易发现,造成较大环保事故的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种废水泄漏净水池,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种废水泄漏净水池,其创新点在于:包括废水池本体,废水池本体包括内层、中层和外层三层,废水池本体的边角处还设有一收集槽,收集槽位于内层和中层之间;
废水池本体顶部设有顶盖,顶盖上还设有取样口、进水口、出水口、液位口、排气口以及观察口,观察口位于收集槽上方。
在一些实施方式中,废水池本体上方还设有雨棚。
在一些实施方式中,废水池本体采用筏板基础,中层为混凝土层,混凝土采用C30P6级抗渗,壁宽大于300mm,外层为环氧沥青,厚度≥0.5mm。
在一些实施方式中,内层为玻璃钢板,厚度≥5mm,玻璃钢板的接缝处用470树脂密封,玻璃钢板的外层还设有一层树脂,厚度≥3mm。
在一些实施方式中,收集槽底部设有斜撑。
本技术方案的废水池本体如存在泄漏,哪怕微小的渗漏,渗漏的废水会自流至收集槽,通过从观察口观察能够及时发现,转移走废水池本体中的废水,杜绝了环保事故的发生。
环保效益:根据全国地下水污染防治规划的要求,坚持“污染责任终身制”原则,做好环保预防工作为公司的可持续发展提供前提条件。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图所示的一种废水泄漏净水池,包括废水池本体,废水池本体包括内层1、中层2和外层3三层,废水池本体的边角处还设有一收集槽4,收集槽4位于内层1和中层2之间;废水池本体顶部设有顶盖,顶盖上还设有取样口、进水口、出水口、液位口、排气口以及观察口,观察口位于收集槽4上方。
在一些实施方式中,废水池本体上方还设有雨棚5,防止雨水与废水混合。
在一些实施方式中,废水池本体采用筏板基础,中层2为混凝土层,混凝土采用C30P6级抗渗,壁宽大于300mm,外层3为环氧沥青,厚度≥0.5mm。
在一些实施方式中,内层1为玻璃钢板,厚度≥5mm,玻璃钢板的接缝处用470树脂密封,玻璃钢板的外层3还设有一层树脂,厚度≥3mm。
在一些实施方式中,收集槽4底部设有斜撑。

- 一种废水泄漏净水池,其特征在于:包括废水池本体,所述废水池本体包括内层(1)、中层(2)和外层(3)三层,所述废水池本体的边角处还设有一收集槽(4),所述收集槽(4)位于内层(1)和中层(2)之间;所述废水池本体顶部设有顶盖,所述顶盖上还设有取样口、进水口、出水口、液位口、排气口以及观察口,所述观察口位于收集槽(4)上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种废水泄漏净水池,其特征在于:所述废水池本体上方还设有雨棚(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种废水泄漏净水池,其特征在于:所述废水池本体采用筏板基础,中层(2)为混凝土层,所述混凝土采用C30P6级抗渗,壁宽大于300mm,外层(3)为环氧沥青,厚度≥0.5mm。
