Description

JEWEL
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the field of jewels. More particularly, the invention relates to a jewel allowing the user formable jewel.
BACKGROUND
There is a long felt need to provide a user to non- professionally form the jewel by supplying given parts.
SUMMARY
A jewel, including:
- a base!
- a jewelry piece! and
- magnetic attaching therebetween.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a jewel according to one embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 2 is a top view of the jewel of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is the top view of Fig. 2 at a norrdesired state.
Fig. 4 is the top view of Fig. 2 according to another embodiment.
Fig. 5 is the top view of Fig. 4 upon bending base 14. Fig. 6 depicts one of the magnetic pieces and its track.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a jewel according to one embodiment of the invention.
A jewel 10 according to one embodiment of the invention, includes a base 14 and a jewelry piece 16A, being connected one to the other by magnetism, for allowing replacing jewelry piece 16A with another jewelry piece 16B or for adding it to base 14.
Fig. 2 is a top view of the jewel of Fig. 1.
The magnetic force is provided by a magnetic sheet 50A of jewelry piece 16A attaching a ferromagnetic sheet 50B of base 14, or vice versa. The user may attach side 50C to sheet 50B, thus allowing to turn jewelry piece 16 to the opposite surface.
Fig. 3 is the top view of Fig. 2 at a non-desired state.
However, upon motion of the user, either jewelry piece 16A or base 14 might be bent, thus forming a gap 18 therebetween, such that the magnetic force between sheets 50A and 50B is not sufficient.
Fig. 4 is the top view of Fig. 2 according to another embodiment. Jewelry piece 16A may include a plurality of strong type magnetic pieces, 20A, 20B, 20C, etc., such as of neodymium.
Each of magnetic pieces 20A, 20B, 20C, etc. is disposed in its own track 52 and is movable therewithin.
Fig. 5 is the top view of Fig. 4 upon bending base 14. Thus, the bending of base 14 slides magnetic pieces 20A and 20C, thus maintaining the attachment of the external surface 56 thereof to base 14.
Each of tracks 52 may include a spring 26, for pressing the magnetic piece, such as 20C, outwards. The force of magnetic piece 20B while being attached to base 14 is stronger than the force of its spring 26, thus maintaining the magnetic attaching of magnetic piece 20B, and providing mechanical attaching for enabling the magnetic attaching of magnetic piece 20C, which would have been distant without spring 26. Fig. 6 depicts one of the magnetic pieces and its track.
Magnetic piece 20A may be rounded 58 to be shaped to allow rotation 24 thereof in relation to its track 52, for normally providing parallelism between external surface 56 of magnetic piece 20A and base 14. Thus, in one aspect, the invention is directed to a jewel(lO), including:
- a first sheet(l4) functioning as a base(l4), for being worn to a user; and
- a second sheet functioning as a jewelry piece(l6), for being attached to the first sheet(l4),
wherein one of the first sheet(l4) and the jewelry piece(l6) includes a magnetic sheet(50A) and the other includes a ferromagnetic sheet(50B), for attaching one another.
The jewelry piece(l6) may further include a plurality magnetic pieces(20A, 20B, 20C), each being slideable within a track(52),
thereby slideablity of the magnetic pieces(20A, 20B, 20C) maintains attachment thereof to the ferromagnetic sheet(50B) of the first sheet(l4).
Each of the tracks(52) may house a spring(26), for pressing the magnetic piece(20A) thereof in relation to the track(52) thereof towards the ferromagnetic sheet(50B) of the first sheet(l4).
Each of the magnetic pieces(20A, 20B, 20C) and the track(52) thereof may be shaped(58) to allow rotation of the magnetic piece(20A, 20B, 20C) in relation to the track(52), thereby normally providing parallelism between external surfaces(56) of the magnetic pieces(20A, 20B, 20C) and the first sheet(l4), thereby improving the magnetic attaching between the external surfaces(56) and the ferromagnetic sheet(50B) of the first sheet(l4). The second sheet(l6) may include two magnetic sheets(50A, 50C) each disposed at another side of the second sheet(l6), thereby allowing attaching the first sheet at two different sides to the first sheet(l4). 10: jewel according to one embodiment of the invention;
14: sheet, being the base!
16A and 16B: sheets being jewelry pieces!
18: undesirable gap!
- 20A, 20B, and 20B: magnetic pieces!
50A and 50B: magnetic and ferromagnetic sheets!
52: track for allowing sliding of the magnetic piece!
56: external surface of the magnetic piece!
58: rounding or another shaping!
