In the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The invention provides a specific embodiment of a wrist-worn device, which comprises an earphone 1 and a wrist-worn device body 2. Wherein, the wrist-worn device body 2 is connected with a watchband to wear the wrist-worn device on the wrist. Wrist wears equipment body 2 for intelligent wrist-watch body or intelligent bracelet body, earphone 1 is usually can with the mutual bluetooth headset of electronic equipment such as cell-phone.
The outer surface of the wrist-worn device body 2 is provided with an earphone groove 21 for detachably mounting the earphone 1. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the wrist wearable device includes two parts, namely, a wrist wearable device body 2 and earphones 1, except for the outer band, and two earphone slots 21 are symmetrically formed in the wrist wearable device body 2 to respectively mount the two earphones 1 correspondingly. In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide rail 22 is provided on the side wall of the earphone slot 21 and the guide groove 13 is provided on the microphone rod 12, but other embodiments may be provided with the guide groove 13 on the side wall of the earphone slot 21 and the guide rail 22 on the microphone rod 12.
The guide groove 13 includes a stopper section 132. After the headset 1 is placed in the headset recess 21 in a direction that is not collinear with the predetermined mounting direction, the guide rail 22 can enter the stopper 132. Wherein, the direction of putting into of earphone 1 and preset installation direction non-collineation mean: the placing direction of the earphone 1 is intersected with the straight line of the preset installation direction.
That is, the mounting process of the headset 1 includes a first stage of the headset 1 entering the headset slot 21 and a second stage of position adjustment against the slot wall of the headset slot 21 after entering the headset slot 21. In the second stage, after the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section 132, the direction in which the earphone 1 needs to slide further relative to the earphone slot 21 is the preset installation direction. In the first stage, the earphone 1 cannot enter the earphone slot 21 along the preset installation direction or the reverse direction of the preset installation direction during the process of placing the earphone 1 into the earphone slot 21. In addition, depending on the structural limitations of the components such as the guide groove 13 and the guide rail 22, the headphone 1 may be placed in the headphone groove 21 in only one set direction or may be placed in the headphone groove 21 in a plurality of directions in the first stage.
Under the state that the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section 132, the guide rail 22 is matched with the guide groove 13 to limit the earphone 1, at least part of the structure on the earphone 1 is clamped between the guide rail 22 and the groove wall of the earphone groove 21, the guide rail 22 and the limiting section 132 limit the earphone 1 to move relative to the earphone groove in the linear direction of the preset installation direction, and based on the position relation between the placing direction of the earphone 1 and the preset installation direction, the earphone 1 can be prevented from being separated from the earphone groove 21 along the opposite direction of the placing direction. Meanwhile, in this state, the headphone 1 can move to the preset fixing position on the headphone groove 21 along the preset mounting direction defined by the limiting section 132, and in this position, the headphone 1 can be detachably and fixedly connected to the preset fixing position through the positioning structure.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the guide groove 13 includes an installation section 131 and a limiting section 132, the installation section 131 is communicated with the limiting section 132, and the installation section 131 and the limiting section 132 form an L-shaped groove. It should be noted that the rotation angle between the mounting section 131 and the limiting section 132 is preferably, but not limited to, 90 °, and the rotation angle may specifically be any value within a range greater than 0 ° and less than 180 °. The mounting section 131 is equivalent to a channel through which the limiting section 132 is communicated with the outside, and in the mounting process of the earphone 1, the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section 132 through the mounting section 131; accordingly, during the detachment process of the earphone 1, the guide rail 22 enters the mounting section 131 from the limiting section 132 and is separated from the guide groove 13. Wherein the mounting section 131 defines the direction in which the headset 1 is placed in the headset slot 21.
During mounting the headset 1 is placed into the headset slot 21 with the guide rail 22 aligned with the opening of the mounting section 131, through which opening the guide rail 22 can be passed directly into the mounting section 131 during placement. As shown in fig. 4, after the guide rail 22 moves to the corner position with the limiting section 132 in the mounting section 131, the earphone 1 is slid along the preset mounting direction X, the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section 132 from the mounting section 131, the limiting section 132 has a constraint effect on the guide rail 22, and when the guide rail 22 is located in the limiting section 132, the earphone 1 can be prevented from being pulled out toward the earphone slot 21. The earphone 1 is continuously slid along the preset installation direction, in the process, the guide rail 22 and the limiting section 132 slide relatively, the guide function is realized while the constraint function is realized, and as shown in fig. 5, when the earphone 1 moves to the preset fixed position on the earphone slot 21, the earphone 1 is detachably and fixedly connected to the earphone slot 21 through the positioning structure. In the whole installation process, when the stage of placing the earphone 1 into the earphone slot 21 is finished, the adjustment process of the second stage only needs to slide the earphone 1 along the preset installation direction.
It should be noted that, after the earphone 1 is fixedly connected to the preset fixing position on the earphone slot 21, the earphone 1 may be wholly located inside the earphone slot 21, or partially protrude outside the earphone slot 21, as shown in fig. 11, the microphone 12 partially protrudes outside the earphone slot 21, as long as it is ensured that the functional elements such as the keys on the earphone 1 and the earplug 11 are located inside the earphone slot 21. Meanwhile, as long as the guide rail 22 only partially enters the limiting section 132, the guide rail 22 is in a state of entering the limiting section 132, and after the earphone 1 is fixedly connected to the preset fixed position on the earphone slot 21, the guide rail 22 may completely enter the limiting section 132, or only partially enter the limiting section 132 as shown in fig. 5.
In the detaching process, the connection of the positioning structure is released, the earphone 1 in the earphone slot 21 is pushed along the reverse direction of the preset mounting direction, the guide rail 22 and the limiting section 132 slide relatively while the earphone 1 slides in the earphone slot 21 along the reverse direction of the preset mounting direction, and after the guide rail 22 slides relatively to the mounting section 131, the earphone 1 is pulled out from the earphone slot 21 along the extending direction of the mounting section 131.
In the wrist-worn device provided by the embodiment, due to the limiting function of the guide rail 22 and the limiting section 132, can avoid the earphone 1 falling out of the earphone slot 21 caused by the reason that the earphone 1 is not pressed by hands in the process of installation or disassembly, reduces the possibility that the earphone 1 falls in the process of disassembly and assembly, and simultaneously, due to the L-shaped groove, when the earphone 1 is installed in the earphone groove 21, the earphone 1 needs to move in two directions relative to the earphone groove 21, i.e., the guide rail 22 is sequentially moved into the mounting section 131 and the stopper section 132, accordingly, upon detachment, the guide rail 22 needs to be sequentially separated from the limiting section 132 and the mounting section 131 to enable the earphone 1 to be separated from the earphone slot 21, the bending channel increases the difficulty of the earphone 1 falling off accidentally, and location structure can be in the same place earphone 1 and wrist wear equipment body 2 reliably fixed, can guarantee to install earphone 1 on wrist wear equipment body 2 and be difficult for dropping.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the earphone slot 21 includes a stem slot 212 for placing the microphone stem 12 and an earplug slot 211 for placing the earplug 11 of the earphone 1, which are sequentially arranged in a direction perpendicular to the preset mounting direction. The rod groove 212 may be designed to have a certain profile, so that when the earphone 1 is located at a predetermined fixed position on the earphone groove 21, the wall of the rod groove 212 is attached to the microphone rod 12, thereby effectively protecting the earplug 11.
Here, it is preferable that the earplug 11 is located at a starting end of the earplug groove 211 in the preset installation direction, that is, for two ends of the earplug groove 211 arranged in sequence along the preset installation direction, wherein the first end is the starting end, and at this time, the guide rail 22 is located in the installation section 131. In the process of placing the earphone 1 into the earphone slot 21, the earplug 11 can be placed into the earplug slot 211 firstly, and the position of the earplug 11 is adjusted along the direction opposite to the preset installation direction, when the earplug 11 abuts against the slot wall of the starting end of the earplug slot 211, the guide rail 22 is aligned to the installation section 131, the earphone 1 is directly pressed into the earphone slot 21, the guide rail 22 enters the installation section 131, the installation of the earphone 1 can be facilitated, and the installation difficulty caused by the fact that the positions of the guide slot 13 and the guide rail 22 are blocked by the microphone rod 12 and inconvenient to observe is reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, when the earphone 1 is located at the predetermined fixed position, the microphone rod 12 covers the notch of the earplug groove 211, and the microphone rod 12 can be used as a cover plate of the earplug groove 211 to effectively protect the earplug 11.
Among them, it is preferable that the rod groove 212 is a U-shaped groove and the opening of the U-shaped structure is directed to the opposite direction of the preset installation direction as shown in fig. 2, thereby improving the applicability of the earphone groove 21. For the earphone 1 with the longer microphone 12, during the installation process, when the guide rail 22 is located in the installation section 131, in the preset installation direction, as shown in fig. 8, the microphone 12 may extend out of the rod groove 212 through the opening of the U-shaped groove (the opening of the U-shaped groove is downward) and the end face of the wrist-worn device body 2 at the starting end of the preset installation direction, so that the rod groove 212 can be adapted to microphone 12 of various lengths.
Wherein, preferably, when earphone 1 is located the predetermined fixed position, guide rail 22 moves to and supports against spacing section 132, as shown in fig. 5 position, then guide rail 22 and spacing section 132 can play limiting displacement in predetermineeing the installation direction, when guide rail 22 is located spacing section 132 and earphone 1 slides along predetermineeing the installation direction in earphone groove 21, after guide rail 22 supports against spacing section 132, increased the resistance that earphone 1 received in predetermineeing the installation direction, the resistance that the user received is also relatively great, can assist location structure and earphone groove 21 isotructure make the user in time stop to continue to exert thrust to earphone 1, be favorable to reducing the extrusion damage between earphone 1 and earphone groove 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, two opposite side surfaces of the earphone slot 21 are provided with guide rails 22, and the microphone rod 12 is correspondingly provided with a guide groove 13 matched with each guide rail 22, so as to further prevent the earphone 1 from falling off. After the earphone 1 is placed in the earphone slot 21, the earphone 1 is limited between two side surfaces of the earphone slot 21, so that the earphone 1 can only move along the preset installation direction in the earphone slot 21 through the matching limit of the side surfaces in the earphone slot 21 and the guide groove 13 to the earphone 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and location of the guide rails 22 and channels may be otherwise configured.
Furthermore, the positioning structure comprises a clamping structure to detachably clamp and fix the earphone 1 in the earphone slot 21. Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the positioning structure is disposed between the wall of the earphone slot 21 and the microphone rod 12, and specifically includes a slot 16 opened on the microphone rod 12 and a clip 26 fixed on the earphone slot 21. In the installation process, along with the earphone 1 continuously slides along the preset installation direction, the groove wall of the clamping groove 16 or the buckle 26 deforms to a certain extent, so that the buckle 26 is extruded into the clamping groove 16 and is clamped and fixed with the clamping groove 16, and after the buckle 26 and the clamping groove 16 are fixed, the buckle is not exposed out of the wrist-worn device. During the disassembly process, the earphone 1 is pushed along the direction opposite to the preset installation direction, and the clamping groove 16 gradually enables the buckle 26 to be separated along with the movement of the earphone 1 so as to release the clamping. The positioning structure can be automatically clamped and released along with the movement of the earphone 1. Of course, the clamping structure can also be arranged on the outer surfaces of the earphone 1 and the wrist-worn device body 2, and clamping and releasing are realized through manual operation outside the earphone slot 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the first slot magnetic member 23 is provided on the earphone slot 21, and the first earphone magnetic member 14 is provided on the earphone 1. In a state where the guide rail 22 is located in the mounting section 131, the first slot magnetic part 23 and the first earphone magnetic part 14 make the guide rail 22 have a tendency to move out of the mounting section 131 by a magnetic repulsive force. Wherein, optionally, the first slot magnetic part 23 and the first earphone magnetic part 14 are permanent magnets. In addition, the first earphone magnetic part 14 and other magnetic parts on the earphone 1 are all arranged in the earphone 1, and the first groove magnetic part 23 and other magnetic parts on the wrist-worn device body 2 are all arranged in the wrist-worn device body 2, so as to avoid the magnetic parts from falling off.
In the detaching process, when the earphone 1 moves to the position shown in fig. 8 along the direction opposite to the preset mounting direction, the guide rail 22 moves to the mounting section 131 as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the pressing on the earphone 1 is released, and the guide rail 22 automatically detaches from the mounting section 131 under the action of the magnetic repulsion force of the first slot magnetic member 23 and the first earphone magnetic member 14, and at the same time, the earphone 1 detaches from the earphone slot 21 along with the movement of the mounting section 131, so that the automatic separation of the earphone 1 and the earphone slot 21 is realized, and the detachment is convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 9, a second slot magnetic member 24 is further disposed on the earphone slot 21. On the earphone slot 21, the first slot magnetic part 23 and the second slot magnetic part 24 are sequentially arranged along the preset installation direction, and the distance between the first slot magnetic part 23 and the second slot magnetic part 24 can be adaptively arranged according to the distance that the earphone 1 needs to move along the preset direction. When the earphone 1 is located at the predetermined fixed position, the first earphone magnetic part 14 and the second slot magnetic part 24 are magnetically attracted to detachably fix the earphone 1 in the earphone slot 21, and the positioning structure includes the first earphone magnetic part 14 and the second slot magnetic part 24 which are matched with each other. Wherein, optionally, the second slot magnetic part 24 is a metal block such as an iron block capable of being magnetically attracted by the first earphone magnetic part 14, or a permanent magnet that is magnetically attracted to the first earphone magnetic part 14. The reliability of the connection between the earphone 1 and the earphone slot 21 is further improved by the magnetic attraction of the magnetic part, and the function of the first earphone magnetic part 14 is increased.
Furthermore, the wrist wearing device further comprises magnetic components arranged between the earphone 1 and the earphone groove 21, when the earphone 1 is located at a preset fixed position, the magnetic components are respectively attracted in a magnetic mode so as to detachably fix the earphone 1 in the earphone groove 21, and then the positioning structure comprises the magnetic components. As shown in fig. 9, the wrist-worn device includes a third earphone magnetic member 15 disposed in the earphone 1 and a third groove magnetic member 25 disposed in the earphone groove 21, and the third earphone magnetic member 15 and the third groove magnetic member 25 which are paired form a magnetic assembly. The third headphone magnetic element 15 is disposed at the edge of the surface of the microphone stem 12 on which the earplug 11 is disposed, and at the top of the left surface of the microphone stem 12 in the orientation shown in fig. 6, so as to securely fix the edge of the microphone stem 12 on the headphone groove 21 and prevent the edge of the microphone stem 12 from being loosely connected with the headphone groove 21. When the earphone 1 is located at the preset fixed position, the third magnetic slot 25 and the corresponding third earphone magnetic piece 15 are attracted by magnetic attraction, and certainly, the magnetic components are not limited to be only one, and specific number can be set as required without limitation.
The stability of being connected between the earphone 1 and the earphone slot 21 can be further improved through the arrangement of the magnetic component, and the earphone 1 is prevented from being lost. In addition, in the installation process, along with the continuous approach of the second slot magnetic part 24 and the first earphone magnetic part 14 and the continuous approach of the magnetic parts attracted in each magnetic component, the magnetic attraction force is continuously enhanced, and the magnetic attraction force can provide power for the earphone 1 in the preset installation direction, so that the earphone 1 is easier to move to the preset installation position.
A specific assembling and disassembling process of the wrist-worn device provided by the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 7, the earphone 1 is first mounted in the wrist-worn device body 2 at a certain angle, at this time, the first earphone magnetic element 14 and the first groove magnetic element 23 repel each other, and the earphone 1 is mounted by external force, which becomes the state shown in fig. 8 and fig. 4, at this time, the guide rail 22 enters the corner between the mounting section 131 and the limiting section 132, the earphone 1 slides along the guide rail 22 in the preset mounting direction under the action of external force, the first earphone magnetic element 14 in the earphone 1, the second groove magnetic element 24 in the wrist-worn device body 2, the third earphone magnetic element 15 in the earphone 1, and the third groove magnetic element 25 in the wrist-worn device body 2 attract each other, at this time, the guide rail 22 is located in the limiting section 132 as shown in fig. 5, the buckle 26 of the wrist-worn device body 2 is also inserted into the clamping groove 16 of the earphone 1, so as to clamp the earphone 1, and prevent the earphone 1 from falling out of the earphone.
When the earphone 1 is taken out, the earphone 1 only needs to slide for a certain distance along the reverse direction of the preset installation direction, the first earphone magnetic part 14 in the earphone 1 and the first groove magnetic part 23 in the wrist-worn device body 2 repel each other, at the moment, the earphone 1 pops out under the action of the magnetic repulsion force, and the earphone 1 can be taken out.
Of course, the first slot magnetic member 23 is not limited to be provided as a permanent magnet. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the first slot magnetic member 23 is an electromagnet and the first earphone magnetic member 14 is a permanent magnet. When the earphone 1 is located at the preset fixed position, the electromagnet enables the first earphone magnetic part 14 and the first groove magnetic part 23 to be attracted magnetically by changing the current direction, so that the earphone 1 can be detachably fixed in the earphone groove 21. Specifically, when the earphone 1 is just installed in the earphone slot 21 and is about to be taken out of the earphone slot 21, the electromagnet and the first earphone magnetic part 14 repel each other, when the earphone 1 slides to a certain position, the magnetic pole direction of the electromagnet is controlled by controlling the current, the electromagnet and the first earphone magnetic part 14 attract each other, and therefore the earphone 1 can attract or repel each other with the earphone slot 21 when located at different positions through the first slot magnetic part 23. Obviously, in other embodiments, the first earphone magnetic part 14 may be provided as an electromagnet, while the first slot magnetic part 23 is provided as a permanent magnet.
Optionally, in order to control the current direction of the electromagnet, a detection circuit is arranged in the wrist-worn device body 2, when the earphone 1 is just installed in the earphone slot 21, the hall element detects the control magnet and generates a signal, the control board enables the electromagnet to be supplied with a forward current after receiving the signal of the hall element, and the magnetism generated by the electromagnet is repelled from the first earphone magnetic part 14; along with the sliding of the earphone 1 along the preset installation direction, after the hall element and the control magnet are far away from a set distance, the hall element cannot sense the control magnet and output a signal, and the control panel changes the current direction in the electromagnet into a reverse current after receiving the signal of the hall element, so that the electromagnet generates magnetism and is attracted with the first earphone magnetic part 14.
Or, the coil of the electromagnet is connected in series with the button arranged on the wrist strap device body, when the button is pressed, the circuit is conducted, and the electromagnet generates a magnetic force which is repulsive to the first earphone magnetic piece 14; when the button is released from being pressed, the switch is switched off, no current exists in the circuit, and the first earphone magnetic part 14 attracts the iron core wound by the electromagnet coil to attract the first earphone magnetic part 14 and the first groove magnetic part 23.
Obviously, the guide groove is not limited to be provided to include the L-shaped groove as in the above-described embodiment. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the guide groove 13 is formed on the earphone groove 21, the guide groove 13 is a linear groove having only a linear stopper section, and accordingly, the guide rail 22 is formed on the surface of the microphone stick 12. In the process of mounting the earphone 1, in the first stage, the earphone 1 enters the earphone slot 21, and after the earphone 1 is placed in the earphone slot 21, a space for the earphone 1 to slide is formed in the direction perpendicular to the preset mounting direction (the left and right direction in fig. 14); in the second stage, the earphone 1 slides in the earphone slot 21 against the bottom of the earphone slot 21, so that the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section of the guide slot 13, and slides leftward in the position shown in fig. 14, after the guide rail 22 enters the limiting section, the guide rail 22 is limited by the slot wall of the guide slot 13, thereby preventing the earphone 1 from coming off the earphone slot 21 in the opposite direction of the insertion direction, and the earphone 1 further slides relative to the earphone slot 21 in the preset installation direction defined by the second limiting section, that is, upward in the position shown in fig. 14, so as to implement installation.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
