Description

龙头 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房卫浴技术领域,尤其涉及一种龙头。
背景技术
现有的龙头,如CN104896136A,包括主体,主体上设置有控制手柄;主体的出水端固定连接出水摇臂;出水摇臂固定连接花洒固定出水管,花洒固定出水管开设有出水孔;出水摇臂的出水端与花洒固定出水管相互隔离;花洒固定出水管连接喷枪花洒的出水端;喷枪花洒的进水端固定连接主体的出水端;主体的出水端设置有自动切换阀;自动切换阀固定设置于主体出水端的内腔;喷枪花洒的出水端设置有花洒控制开关;花洒固定出水管与喷枪花洒的出水端之间的连接通过磁铁吸合的方式实现。该龙头能出三个效果水:其一:开启控制手柄,水流经过主体出水端的自动切换阀后,水流自动到达出水摇臂的出水端(即起泡器端)出水;由于自动切换阀的默认状态为下端出水,所以在每次控制手柄关闭又再次开启后出水方式都是起泡器端出水。其二:需要喷枪花洒出水时,按下喷枪花洒的花洒控制开关,水流经过主体出水端的自动切换阀后,进入喷枪花洒的不锈钢编织软管,到达喷枪花洒的出水端,最后从花洒固定出水管的出水孔流出,而起泡器端的水流则会自动关闭。其三:需要单独使用喷枪花洒时,将喷枪花洒从花洒固定出水管上取下,按下喷枪花洒的花洒控制开关,水流经过主体出水端的自动切换阀后,进入喷枪花洒的不锈钢编织软管,从喷枪花洒的出水端流出,同时起泡器端的水流则会自动关闭。
该龙头存在有如下不足:其一,主体的进水路经切换阀分为两个分水路,设置切换阀增加成本和结构复杂性;其二,一个分水路经固定出水管,另一分水路经出水摇臂,出水摇臂设有出水路,结构复杂,密封性差,或,增加密封导致成本增加;其三,出水摇臂和主体固定连接,实用性不高。
发明内容
本发明提供了龙头,其克服了背景技术中龙头所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之一是:
龙头,包括龙头主体(1)、通过出水管(21)接通龙头主体(1)的第一出水终端(2)、支撑部(3)和第二出水终端(4),该第一出水终端(2)设有第一出水部分(22),该支撑部(3)装接在龙头主体(1),该第二出水终端(4)装接在该支撑部(3);该第二出水终端(4)设有至少两第二出水部分(41),该第一出水部分(22)能相对该龙头主体(1)活动,至少通过该第一出水部分(22)的相对活动选择第一出水部分(22)直接出水或出水管(21)水流经第一出水终端(2)并最终由某一选择的第二出水部分(22)出水。
优选的:该支撑部(3)和龙头主体(1)的装接结构及该第二出水终端(4)和支撑部(3)的装接结构中至少有一个装接结构为活动连接,该第一出水终端(2)和第二出水终端(4)能装拆连接在一起。
优选的:该支撑部(3)和龙头主体(1)的装接结构为活动连接,且该支撑部(3)能摆动地装接在该龙头主体(1)。
优选的:该支撑部(3)绕龙头主体(1)摆动。
优选的:该第二出水终端(4)设有一进水路(42)和至少两分水路 (43),装接在一起的第一出水终端(2)和第二出水终端(4)中该第二出水终端(4)的进水路(42)接通该第一出水终端(2),该至少两分水路(43)分别接通该至少两第二出水部分(41),该至少两分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
优选的:该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44),该装接部分(44)设上述的进水路(42),该装接部分(44)装接在该支撑部(3),该至少两第二出水部分(41)能活动连接在该装接部分(44),通过该能活动连接使该至少两分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
优选的:该装接部分(44)固定装接在支撑部(3),该至少两第二出水部分(41)相对固定且整体能转动连接在该装接部分(44),通过转动使至少两第二出水部分(41)的分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
优选的:该第二出水终端(4)包括两个第二出水部分(41);该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44’),该装接部分(44’)能转动装接在支撑部(3),该装接部分(44’)设贯穿的装接孔,该两个第二出水部分(41)沿装接孔的孔向背向布置地装接在该装接部分(44’)的装接孔内。
优选的:该装接部分(44’)绕支撑部(3)转动地装接在该支撑部(3)。
优选的:该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44”),该装接部分(44”)能转动装接在支撑部(3),该至少两个第二出水部分(41)装设在该装接部分(44”)上且该至少两个第二出水部分(41)围绕该装接部分(44”)转动轴线周向相隔布置。
优选的:该装接部分(44”)转动轴线垂直该支撑部(3)。

本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
第一出水部分和至少两第二出水部分共用单一水路(出水管),第一出水部分能相对该龙头主体活动,或/和,至少两第二出水部分能相对龙头本体活动,需第二出水部分出水时该第一出水部分起到连通水路的作用,只需单一水路,且,第一出水部分实现多功能作用(连通和出水的功能),结构紧凑,使用方便,成本低,操作方便。
支撑部和龙头主体的装接结构及该第二出水终端和支撑部的装接结构中至少有一个装接结构为活动连接,或/和,第一出水部分能相对该龙头主体活动,通过该活动连接控制第二出水终端是否装接在第一出水终端之下且接通,操作方便,结构简单、紧凑。
支撑部和龙头主体的装接结构为活动连接,且支撑部能摆动地装接在该龙头主体,操作方便,结构简单、紧凑。
第二出水终端设有一进水路和至少两分水路,装接在一起时,第二出水终端的进水路接通该第一出水终端,至少两分水路分别接通至少两第二出水部分,至少两分水路切换接通该进水路,结构简单、紧凑。
装接部分能转动装接在支撑部,装接部分设贯穿的装接孔,两个第二出水部分沿装接孔的孔向背向布置地装接在该装接部分的装接孔内,结构简单、紧凑。
装接部分能转动装接在支撑部,至少两个第二出水部分装设在该装接部分上且该至少两个第二出水部分绕装接部分转动轴线周向相隔布置,结构简单、紧凑。

具体实施方式一
龙头,请查阅图1至图8,包括龙头主体1、通过柔性的出水管21接通龙头主体1的第一出水终端2、硬性材料制成的支撑部3、第二出水终端4。
该龙头主体1设有开关阀组件11,该开关阀组件11用于控制龙头主体1的通水或断水,控制供水源的水流是否被送至出水管21,该开关阀组件11结构可直接采用现有的机械式开关阀组件11或感应式开关阀组件11等等,具体结构如:该龙头主体1设有供水路,该开关阀组件11包括一阀芯和一传动连接阀芯的把手12,该阀芯配合供水路,通过把手12带动阀芯活动,以开闭水路。该出水管采用柔性水管。
该第一出水终端2设有一第一出水部分22和一固定套23,该第一出水部分22固定装接在出水管21的出水端内,并能随着出水管21相对龙头主体活动;该固定套23固定套接在出水管21外且固定套23具有伸出出水管21之端口的伸出部分,该第一出水部分22还固设在出水管21的伸出部分之内。
该支撑部3装接在龙头主体1上,本具体实施方式之中,该支撑部3和龙头主体1的装接结构采用活动连接,该活动连接如支撑部3绕龙头主体1摆动,进一步的如该支撑部3水平布置,该支撑部3的摆动为绕竖直轴线水平摆动。但并不以此为限,该活动连接如还可是滑动,该摆动如还可是上下摆动等。本实施例之中,由于该出水管是柔性的,因此可通过柔性的能自由活动特性,控制第一出水终端是否位于第二出水终端之上,如刚好位于之上或错开;但并不以此为限,根据需要,出水管也可是刚性的,如果是刚性的,则可通过支撑部活动,能控制第二出水终端4在装接于第一出水终端2之下的配合位置和远离第一出水终端2出水范围之外的远离位置之间活动。
该第二出水终端4装接在该支撑部3末端部;该第二出水终端4设有 两第二出水部分41,该两第二出水部分41能相对该龙头主体1活动,通过第二出水部分41的相对活动选择与第一出水部分22接通的某一第二出水部分。至少通过该第一出水部分22的相对活动选择第一出水部分22直接出水或出水管21水流经第一出水终端2并最终由某一选择的第二出水部分41出水。该第二出水终端4设有一进水路42和两分水路43,处于装接在第一出水终端2之下的第二出水终端4的进水路42接通该第一出水终端2,该两分水路43分别接通该两第二出水部分41,该两分水路43切换接通该进水路42。进一步的,该第二出水终端4包括一装接部分44,该装接部分44设上述的进水路42,该装接部分44固定装接在该支撑部3,该两第二出水部分41能活动连接在该装接部分44,该活动连接如两第二出水部分4整体能转动连接在该装接部分44,通过该能活动连接使该两第二出水部分41的分水路43切换接通该进水路42。具体结构中:
该第二出水终端4还包括一扣环451,该装接部分44呈环套结构,该扣环451设在环套结构内壁且通过扣环451使第一出水终端2和装接部分44能装拆地装接在一起;该装接部分44内固设有导水盘452,该导水盘452内设有上述的进水路42,在该装接部分44和第一出水终端2处于装接状态中,该进水路42和第一出水终端2接通;该第二出水终端4还包括一分水盘453、一出水面盖454和一转环455,该分水盘453和出水面盖454固设在该转环455内,该转环455转动连接在该装接部分44,该转动轴线如竖直布置,该转环455和导水盘452之间设摩擦垫456;该分水盘453、出水面盖454配合形成有上述的两分水路、两第二出水部分。请查阅图8-1,扣环451为C型结构,其外径包括一大端4511和小端4512, 扣环的小端设置有弹性臂4513,弹性臂的下端内部设置有卡扣4514,该卡扣底部具有斜角。固定环23的外周凹设有一环形跑道,当出水管21插入装接部分时,弹性臂下端的卡扣被挤压进入到环形跑道内,以使出水管21与装接部分44能拆装地装接在一起。
请查阅图4,出水管21与装接部分44分离,并远离第二出水终端4使得第二出水终端4位于第一出水终端2出水范围之外的远离位置,通过把手12打开该开关阀组件11,供水源的水经龙头主体1的供水路---出水管21---第一出水部分22出水,此时龙头的第一出水部分22直接出水。
请查阅图5,把出水管21插入装接部分44并通过扣环451上的弹性臂可拆装地装接在一起,使得第二出水终端4装接于第一出水终端2之下的配合位置,由于出水管为柔性材料,因此如左右摆动该支撑部3至任意位置,都可将第一出水终端2和第二出水终端4装接在一起;通过把手12打开该开关阀组件11,供水源的水经龙头主体1的供水路---出水管21---第一出水部分22---进水路42---一分水路43---一第二出水部分41出水,此时龙头的第二出水终端的一第二出水部分41出水。
请查阅图6,在图5状态的基础上,转动该两第二出水部分41的整体,供水源的水经龙头主体1的供水路---出水管21---第一出水部分22---进水路42---另一分水路43---另一第二出水部分41出水,此时龙头的第二出水终端的另一第二出水部分41出水。

请查阅图9至图12,它与实施例一不同之处在于:该第二出水终端4包括一装接部分44’,该装接部分44’能转动装接在支撑部3,该装接部 分44’绕支撑部3转动地装接在该支撑部3,该转动轴线如水平布置。具体实施之中,该装接部分44’设贯穿的装接孔,该两个第二出水部分41沿装接孔的孔向背向布置地装接在该装接部分44’的装接孔内。具体结构中,该第二出水终端4还包括一转动杆461、两不同的第二出水面盖462、两第二扣环463和oring464,该两第二出水面盖462设在装接部分44’的装接孔的两端口,通过两第二扣环463将两第二出水面盖462固接在装接部分44’的装接孔内;该转动杆461一端固接在装接部分44’,另一端能转动连接在支撑部3的末端。
请查阅图10,出水管21与装接部分44分离,并远离第二出水终端4,使得第二出水终端4位于第一出水终端2出水范围之外的远离位置,通过把手12打开该开关阀组件11,供水源的水经龙头主体1的供水路---出水管21---第一出水部分22出水,此时龙头的第一出水部分22直接出水。

综上所述,第二出水终端4的两个第二出水部分41可以在装接部分44下端同平面同心内外设置44(如实施例1)、可以相对装接部分44’上下两端设置(如实施例2)、也可以装接部分44”内水平设置(如实施例 3).
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种龙头,龙头的第二出水终端设有一进水路和至少两分水路,装接在一起时,第二出水终端的进水路接通该第一出水终端,至少两分水路分别接通至少两第二出水部分,至少两分水路切换接通该进水路,结构简单、紧凑,适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

  1. 龙头,包括龙头主体(1)、通过出水管(21)接通龙头主体(1)的第一出水终端(2)、支撑部(3)和第二出水终端(4),该第一出水终端(2)设有第一出水部分(22),该支撑部(3)装接在龙头主体(1),该第二出水终端(4)装接在该支撑部(3);其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)设有至少两第二出水部分(41);该第一出水部分(22)能相对该龙头主体(1)活动,至少通过该第一出水部分(22)的相对活动选择第一出水部分(22)直接出水或出水管(21)水流经第一出水终端(2)并最终由某一选择的第二出水部分(22)出水;2、根据权利要求1所述的龙头,其特征在于:该支撑部(3)和龙头主体(1)的装接结构及该第二出水终端(4)和支撑部(3)的装接结构中至少有一个装接结构为活动连接,该第一出水终端(2)和第二出水终端(4)能装拆连接在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的龙头,其特征在于:该支撑部(3)和龙头主体(1)的装接结构为活动连接,且该支撑部(3)能摆动地装接在该龙头主体(1)。
  3. 据权利要求3述的龙头,其特征在于:该支撑部(3)绕龙头主体(1)摆动。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)设有一进水路(42)和至少两分水路(43),装接在一起的第一出水终端(2)和第二出水终端(4)中该第二出水终端(4)的进水路(42)接通该第一出水终端(2),该至少两分水路(43)分别接通该至少两第二出水部分(41),该至少两分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
  5. 据权利要求5述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44),该装接部分(44)设上述的进水路(42),该装接部分(44)装接在该支撑部(3),该至少两第二出水部分(41)能活动连接在该装接部分(44),通过该能活动连接使该至少两分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
  6. 据权利要求6述的龙头,其特征在于:该装接部分(44)固定装接在支撑部(3),该至少两第二出水部分(41)相对固定且整体能转动连接在该装接部分(44),通过转动使至少两第二出水部分(41)的分水路(43)切换接通该进水路(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)包括两个第二出水部分(41);该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44’),该装接部分(44’)能转动装接在支撑部(3),该装接部分(44’)设贯穿的装接孔,该两个第二出水部分(41)沿装接孔的孔向背向布置地装接在该装接部分(44’)的装接孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求8所述的龙头,其特征在于:该装接部分(44’)绕支撑部(3)转动地装接在该支撑部(3)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)包括一装接部分(44”),该装接部分(44”)能转动装接在支撑部(3),该至少两个第二出水部分(41)装设在该装接部分(44”)上,且该至少两个第二出水部分(41)围绕该装接部分(44”)转动轴线周向相隔布置。
  10. 根据权利要求10所述的龙头,其特征在于:该装接部分(44”) 转动轴线垂直该支撑部(3)。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:该出水管(21)为柔性管。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:还包括一固定龙头主体(1)的管体,该出水管(21)穿过该管体,该第一出水终端(2)能活动地装接在该管体末端。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的龙头,其特征在于:还包括一设在龙头主体(1)的开关阀组件(11)。
  14. 龙头,包括龙头主体(1)、通过出水管(21)接通龙头主体(1)的第一出水终端(2)、支撑部(3)和第二出水终端(4),该第一出水终端(2)设有第一出水部分(22),该支撑部(3)装接在龙头主体(1),该第二出水终端(4)装接在该支撑部(3);其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)设有至少两第二出水部分(41),该第二出水部分(41)能相对该龙头主体(1)活动,至少通过该第二出水部分(41)的相对活动选择第一出水部分(22)直接出水或出水管(21)水流经第一出水终端(2)并最终由某一选择的第二出水部分(41)出水。
  15. 根据权利要求15所述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)还包括装接部分(44),第二出水终端(4)的两个第二出水部分(41)可以在装接部分(44)下端同平面同心内外设置、可以相对装接部分(44’)上下两端设置、或在装接部分(44”)内水平设置。
  16. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或15所述的龙头,其特征在于:该第二出水终端(4)还包括一扣环(451)及固定环(23),该扣环(451) 为C型结构,其外径包括一大端(4511)和小端(4512),扣环的小端设置有弹性臂(4513),弹性臂的下端内部设置有卡扣(4514),该卡扣底部具有斜角;
    固定环(23)的外周凹设有一环形跑道,当出水管(21)插入装接部分时,弹性臂下端的卡扣被挤压进入到环形跑道内,以使出水管(21)与装接部分(44)能拆装地装接在一起。
