Description

一种带有散热功能的LED电梯灯 技术领域
本发明涉及电梯灯技术领域,具体为一种带有散热功能的LED电梯灯。
背景技术
电梯是指服务于建筑物内若干特定的楼层,其轿厢运行在至少两列垂直于水平面或与铅垂线倾斜角小于15°的刚性轨道运动的永久运输设备,也有台阶式,踏步板装在履带上连续运行,俗称自动扶梯或自动人行道,服务于规定楼层的固定式升降设备,垂直升降电梯具有一个轿厢,运行在至少两列垂直的或倾斜角小于15°的刚性导轨之间,轿厢尺寸与结构形式便于乘客出入或装卸货物,习惯上不论其驱动方式如何,将电梯作为建筑物内垂直交通运输工具的总称,根据中国专利申请:CN201120216876.1,提出的一种电梯灯,一种电梯灯,其能组设在电梯的顶盖上,并包括外壳、电源和发光组件,本发明的电梯灯在安装时,是让外壳前端部分由上而下贯穿电梯的顶盖,并通过支架而锁固在顶盖的上方;由此使得整个外壳与顶盖的连接部位相对于电梯的密闭空间来说是不可触及到的,同时该发光组件又固定在外壳上,故本发明具有较佳的安全性,虽然增加了电梯灯的安全性,但由于电梯灯使处于长期工作的状态,没有意外电梯灯是不会停止工作的,长期照明后会造成大量的热量无法散发出去,造成电梯灯温度过高烧毁,而该发明提出的电梯灯散热性差,使用寿命短,为此我们提出一种带有散热功能的LED电梯灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有散热功能的LED电梯灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有散热功能的LED电梯灯,包括电梯顶板,所述电梯顶板顶部中心处设置有固定块,所述固定块的顶部设置有内轴承圈,所述内轴承圈的顶部设置有外轴承圈,且内轴承 圈置于外轴承圈的内腔,所述内轴承圈通过钢珠与外轴承圈转动连接,所述外轴承圈的左右两侧底部均设置有扇叶,所述电梯顶板的底部中心处设置有吸热版,所述吸热版的顶部设置有散热板,所述散热板顶部从左至右依次设置有三组导热棒,所述散热板的底部通过相匹配的卡块、卡槽与散热板的内腔活动连接,所述导热棒置于吸热版的一端左右两侧均设置有导热块,所述导热块的表面均匀的设置有散热鳍,所述吸热版的左右两侧均通过连接杆设置有LED灯,所述LED灯的外部设置有保护罩,所述保护罩的底部设置有折射层,所述折射层的内腔设置有折射镜,所述折射层的左右两侧与保护罩的左右两侧均设置有相匹配的通孔,所述电梯顶板上设置有与扇叶相对应的通风槽。
优选的,所述通风槽的内腔顶部设置有过滤网,且通风槽的长度与保护罩的长度相同。
优选的,每组所述导热棒上共设置有四组导热块,且每组导热块上均设置有四组散热鳍。
优选的,所述保护罩为透明亚克力板制成,且保护罩与折射层之间设置有贴合层。
优选的,所述内轴承圈的顶部左右两侧均设置有限位块,且限位块的长度小于钢珠的直径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该带有散热功能的LED电梯灯,结构简单,安装方便,在电梯的顶部设置有风扇,风扇与LED灯之间是处于连通状态,而风扇的转动力,是电梯在上下移动时产生的风力,使风扇转动,而风扇在转动时会将LED灯产生的热量吸收挥发吹散;
2、LED灯上设置有吸热板、散热板,而散热板上设置有三组导热棒,每组导热棒上均设置有导热块与散热鳍,可将LED灯产生的热量快速吸收并散 发出去,通过增加LED灯的散热功能,避免LED灯温度过高烧毁,来提成LED灯使用寿命。

其中,通风槽14的内腔顶部设置有过滤网,且通风槽14的长度与保护罩10的长度相同,避免风从别的地方吹出,在冬天造成电梯内的环境处于低温状态;每组导热棒702上共设置有四组导热块704,且每组导热块704上均设置有四组散热鳍705,可快速有效的将LED灯9产生的热量吸收散发;保护罩10为透明亚克力板制成,透光光性强使用寿命长,且保护罩10与折射层11之间设置有贴合层,安装更方便;内轴承圈3的顶部左右两侧均设置有限位块,且限位块的长度小于钢珠4的直径,避免内轴承圈3从外轴承圈5上脱落。
工作原理:LED灯9通过外接电源开启后,吸热板7会将LED灯9产生的热量吸收,吸热板7将热量传输到散热板701,而散热板701通过导热棒702上设置的导热块704与散热鳍705将热量散发到通风槽14,而通过电梯的上下移动产生的风力使扇叶6开始转动,当电梯向上移动时风力会带动扇叶6逆时针转动进行吸风将通风槽14内的热量吸出并散发,当电梯向下移动时风力会带动扇叶6顺时针转动将热量通过通孔13吹出。
