Abstract

The present invention relates to a hair treatment for follicles and scalp, which comprises a natural cosmetic hair composition, a hair shampoo and a hair treatment procedure, for topical use on the scalp, which aims to halt abnormal, excessive hair loss caused by various diseases and to generate hair follicles. The natural cosmetic hair composition and the hair shampoo contain ingredients that generate collagen, regenerate connective tissue, form nascent oxygen, ensure effective cellular communication and increase oxygen bioavailability at the cellular level. It also contains nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, minerals and so on. Said ingredients serve to halt hair loss, heal the scalp and regenerate the hair follicles.

DESCRIPTION

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a treatment containing a natural cosmetic hair composition, a hair shampoo and a hair treatment procedure, for topical use on the scalp of men and women, of any age, with the object of stopping Abnormal and excessive hair loss caused by different pathologies and for the regeneration of the hair follicle. It stops androgenic alopecia, helps in the healing of alopecia areata and allows the recovery of fallen hair and other hair pathologies of the scalp. Solves other hair and scalp problems, such as dandruff, stye and seborrheic dermatitis. It also recovers the texture and shape of the hair and stabilizes the PH. With a daily application for 8 days the results will be visible, control of hair loss and start the hair regeneration process, and for capillary maintenance once or twice a week for a month and then once a week for as long as be necessary.

BACKGROUND

Both the natural cosmetic hair composition and the hair shampoo contain no toxic ingredients, so they lack side effects in the short, medium and long term, they can even be edible by people, but effective in stopping abnormal and exaggerated hair loss and for the hair generation of the hair folic and to heal the scalp. There are two allopathic treatments recognized by most experts for hair loss caused by androgenic alopecia. One is a drug that is used to treat hair loss due to hereditary causes, a problem that in men is characterized by hair loss in the crown and forehead. The other drug acts as an inhibitor of the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase type II. This enzyme turns out to be responsible for transforming testosterone in dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is the enzyme responsible for terminal hair. In individuals with androgenetic alopecia, DHT acts at the level of the hair follicle accelerating its growth phase with which the hair is refined by this accelerated turnover and prematurely depletes its vital cycles, which progressively shows alopecia. This drug is taken or ingested, it is exclusive for men and results are expected at three months, but the improvement is more noticeable at twelve months and is subject to its consumption to prevent the fall of new hair, having effects that damage the body human and other effects that are dangerous to its health.

There are treatments for hair loss with ingredients of plants and herbs but little or no effective, other allopathic medicinal treatments that also do not work have side effects on the human body. Document PA / a / 1999/011117 dated October 2, 2017 has some ingredients such as vitamins b1, b2, ascorbic acid and silicon. The components of said composition for the scalp being insignificant in relation to the composition of the treatment it registered.

The amounts indicated in the different forms are expressed in percentages by weight in relation to the total weight of the composition and the shampoo.

Examples Example 1 Natural cosmetic hair composition

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a hair treatment for hair follicle and scalp that includes a natural cosmetic hair composition, a hair shampoo and a hair treatment procedure.

1) Natural cosmetic hair composition contains:

A) Colloidal Silicon. This supplement induces the generation of collagen, regenerating connective tissue. Silicon has been shown to restore health to aging skin and hair, B) Oxygen in liquid. It is made with plant substances and allows the dissociation of the water molecule that is present within our body, and from which it forms nascent oxygen It makes cell communication effective, eliminates free radicals and increases the bioavailability of oxygen at the cellular level.

C) Biotin. Biotin, also soluble in water, is another vitamin of the B complex. It is found in many foods, and its lack in humans is very rare. D) Beer Beer must contain the basic ingredients that are used for its elaboration such as water, barley (and its subsequent transformation in Malta), hops and yeast, with or without alcohol. Beer hydrates as it contains 90% water and is due to the presence of salts and minerals in it. It is low in sodium and high in potassium. It contains vitamin B that is essential for the nervous system and the regeneration of cells. It contains minerals such as calcium, silicon, magnesium or phosphorus. Having natural antioxidants helps reduce the oxidative phenomena responsible for aging. And alcohol at most should contain 4.5 degrees or percent by volume.

E) Brewer's yeast. Brewer's yeast is made from a single-celled fungus called Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It helps keep skin and hair healthy. Good source of minerals, especially selenium, protein, B vitamins and chromium.

F) Barley. With the proteins contained in the keratin indices strengthen the skin and hair. It contains Energy, Protein, Fat, Calcium, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin and Folate.

G) Onion. Onion helps regulate seborrheic hair states, or

even beneficial for the removal of dandruff. From it come the quercetin and sulfur beneficial to the hair. Quercitin is a flavonoid that has the ability to reduce inflammation of the scalp, and in turn stimulate blood flow to the hair follicle. The onion through sulfur serves as a cleaning, removing dirt, bacteria, fungus or excess sebum from the hair. It contains energy. Protein, Fat, Calcium, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folate and Vitamin. H) Banana. Banana can benefit the skin among other organs of the body, as it contains vitamins and minerals including manganese. Manganese also contributes to the production of collagen and acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, two important properties that serve to retard natural aging, since they reduce the oxidation of cells caused by free radicals. Among the vitamins that banana contains is C, and this helps in the production of collagen, an important structural component that maintains the healthy appearance and elasticity of the skin. It contains Energy, protein, fat, calcium, iron, vitamin A, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate and vitamin C.

I) Honey bee. Honey being a natural antioxidant allows the scalp to remain healthy and helps hair growth. It gives texture, softness and is moisturizing. It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, preventing infections, helping to keep the scalp clean and free of bacteria. Dandruff, itching, etc. would be avoided. Honey contains minerals, vitamins, proteins and trace elements, which have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

J) Chicken egg yolk. The egg is an appreciable source of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, iron, zinc and selenium. It is nutritious and with very few calories. Due to its nutritional richness it will improve and protect the health of the hair and scalp

2) Hair Shampoo contains:

Hair treatment procedure.

The procedure is divided into two parts, the first is the elaboration of the natural cosmetic hair composition and the hair shampoo and the second its application.

First part: Preparation of the natural cosmetic hair composition and hair shampoo

A) Preparation of the natural cosmetic hair composition. This is achieved by combining and mixing Biotin, Beer, Brewer's Yeast, Barley, Onion, Banana, Honey and Chicken Egg Yolk. Once the previous mixture is made, colloidal silicon and liquid oxygen are added.

B) Preparation of hair shampoo. It is made with the combination of the ingredients that are: Colloidal Silicon, Liquid Oxygen, Biotin, Beer and Barley Yeast and natural detergent agents.

Second part: Its application A) The topical application of the natural cosmetic hair composition in the dry scalp and where necessary in other places of the body where there are hair follicles. It can be applied directly with the fingers of one or both hands, with a special brush, with an atomizer or with any other possible means that allows the hair composition to reach the scalp.

B) Once the natural cosmetic hair composition is applied to the scalp, perform a massage on it, in a reasonable time, recommending a time between 10 and 15 minutes. C) The natural cosmetic hair composition once applied to the scalp, must remain at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, the hair shampoo will be applied to wash the hair and scalp.

D) The hair composition should be applied once a day for 8 days in a row. That is, it is a daily application during the 8 days mentioned.

E) After the application of the natural cosmetic hair composition of the 8 days mentioned above, 2 applications of the hair composition must be made per week for a month. It is recommended that these applications are given 2 or 3 days apart, so that they are not followed.

F) Subsequently, applications will be made once a week for as long as necessary to strengthen the treatment.

G) Recommendations for a better hair result:

1) Eat a balanced diet and control fats, sugars and salts.

2) Eat fruits, vegetables, white meats and little red. No sausages or cold meats.

3. - Do not apply to the hair during the treatment, any shampoo, or rinses, gels, spray, foams, dyes and any other treatment. Only water if necessary.

4. - carry out relaxation techniques or some sport that allows the body and mind to relax and to avoid stress.

Claims

Having sufficiently described my invention, I consider as a novelty and therefore claim as my exclusive property, the content of the following claims:

1 Hair treatment for hair follicle and scalp, characterized in that it comprises: a natural cosmetic hair composition comprising ingredients in an acceptable environment, a hair shampoo and a hair treatment procedure for topical use on the scalp of men and women, of any age.

2 The natural cosmetic hair composition in accordance with clause 1 characterized by the ingredients colloidal silicon, oxygen in biotin liquid, beer, brewer's yeast, barley, onion, banana, chicken egg yolk and honey.

3 The natural cosmetic hair composition in accordance with clause 2 characterized by the ingredients according to the percentage of conformity to the total weight: Colloidal silicon 0.45%, Liquid oxygen 0.45%, Biotin 0.09%, Beer 34.81%, Beer yeast 1.81% , Barley 2.71%, Onion 22.60%, Banana 22.60%, Chicken Egg Yolk 6.33% and Honey Honey 8.14%,

4 Hair shampoo in accordance with clause 1 characterized by the ingredients: colloidal silicon, liquid oxygen, Biotin, Brewer's yeast, Barley and Natural detergent agents.

5 Hair shampoo in accordance with clause 4 characterized by the ingredients according to the percentage of conformity to the total weight: colloidal silicon 0.89%, Liquid oxygen 0.89%, Biotin 0.18%, Brewer's yeast 3.57%, Barley 5.34 and Detergent agents natural 89.13%.

6 The hair treatment procedure in accordance with clause 1 characterized by two parts, the first is the elaboration of the natural cosmetic hair composition and the hair shampoo and the second its application. As for the elaboration of the natural cosmetic hair composition, it is a mixture or combination of its ingredients as well as the hair shampoo in relation to its own ingredients. As for the application of the natural cosmetic hair composition in the scalp for two hours, enough time for it to be absorbed by the hair tissue and then rinsed with the hair shampoo that will last applied 10 minutes. With a daily application for 8 days the results will be visible, and for hair maintenance once or twice a week for a month and then once a week for as long as necessary.
