Claims (35)
- 一种终端上报信息的方法,所述方法包括:接入网实体RAN接收终端发送的第一消息,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息;所述RAN向用户平面功能实体UPF发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,以通过所述UPF对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别后将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制面实体为会话管理功能实体SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给策略控制功能实体PCF。
- 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,包括:所述第一消息的接入层AS包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述方法,其中,所述第一消息的AS层包头为SDAP层包头、或分组数据汇聚协议PDCP层包头、或无线链路层控制RLC层包头、或媒体接入控制MAC层包头、或物理PHY层包头。
- 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,包括:所述第二消息的GTP层包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述方法,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:UE路由选择策略URSP信息、WLAN选择策略WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
- 一种终端上报信息的方法,所述方法包括:终端向RAN发送第一消息,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,以通过所述RAN向UPF发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,并通过所述UPF对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别后将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述控制面实体为SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给PCF。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,包括:所述第一消息的接入层AS包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第一消息的AS层包头为SDAP层包头、或PDCP层包头、或RLC层包头、或MAC层包头、或PHY层包头。
- 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端向RAN发送第一消息之前,所述方法还包括:所述终端向所述SMF发送第一指示消息,以通过所述SMF向所述UPF发送会话更新消息,并通过所述UPF进行会话更新;其中,所述第一指示消息和所述会话更新消息中携带所述第一标识,所述第一标识用于指示所述UE相关信息需要发送给所述PCF;所述会话更新消息用于触发所述UPF进行会话更新,以使得所述UPF进行会话更新后,能够对所述RAN发送的所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别,并将所述UE相关信息发送给所述SMF。
- 根据权利要求7至11任一项所述的方法,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:URSP信息、WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
- 一种终端上报信息的方法,所述方法包括:UPF接收RAN发送的第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息;所述UPF对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别后将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述控制面实体为SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给PCF。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,包括:所述第二消息的GTP层包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述UPF接收RAN发送的第二消息之前,所述方法还包括:所述UPF接收所述SMF发送的会话更新消息,并进行会话更新,其中,所述UPF进行会话更新后,能够对所述RAN发送的所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别,并将所述UE相关信息发送给所述SMF。
- 根据权利要求13至16任一项所述的方法,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:URSP信息、WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
- 一种终端上报信息的装置,所述装置包括:接收单元,用于接收终端发送的第一消息,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息;发送单元,用于向UPF发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一 标识和所述UE相关信息,以通过所述UPF对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别后将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述控制面实体为SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给PCF。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,包括:所述第一消息的AS包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述第一消息的AS层包头为SDAP层包头、或PDCP层包头、或RLC层包头、或MAC层包头、或PHY层包头。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,包括:所述第二消息的GTP层包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求18至22任一项所述的装置,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:URSP信息、WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
- 一种终端上报信息的装置,所述装置包括:第一发送单元,用于向RAN发送第一消息,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,以通过所述RAN向UPF发送第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,并通过所述UPF对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别后将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述控制面实体为SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给PCF。
- 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述第一消息包括第一标识和UE相关信息,包括:所述第一消息的接入层AS包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一消息的AS层包头为SDAP层包头、或PDCP层包头、或RLC层包头、或MAC层包头、或PHY层包头。
- 根据权利要求24至27任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二发送单元,用于向所述SMF发送第一指示消息,以通过所述SMF向所述UPF发送会话更新消息,并通过所述UPF进行会话更新;其中,所述第一指示消息和所述会话更新消息中携带所述第一标识, 所述第一标识用于指示所述UE相关信息需要发送给所述PCF;所述会话更新消息用于触发所述UPF进行会话更新,以使得所述UPF进行会话更新后,能够对所述RAN发送的所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别,并将所述UE相关信息发送给所述SMF。
- 根据权利要求24至28任一项所述的装置,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:URSP信息、WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
- 一种终端上报信息的装置,所述装置包括:第一接收单元,用于接收RAN发送的第二消息,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息;识别单元,用于对所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别;发送单元,用于将所述UE相关信息发送给控制面实体。
- 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其中,所述控制面实体为SMF,通过所述SMF将所述UE相关信息发送给PCF。
- 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其中,所述第二消息包括所述第一标识和所述UE相关信息,包括:所述第二消息的GTP层包头上携带所述第一标识,所述第一消息的包体上携带所述UE相关信息。
- 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二接收单元,用于接收所述SMF发送的会话更新消息;会话更新单元,用于进行会话更新,其中,所述UPF进行会话更新后,能够对所述RAN发送的所述第二消息中的所述第一标识进行识别,并将所述UE相关信息发送给所述SMF。
- 根据权利要求30至33任一项所述的装置,其中,所述UE相关信息包括以下至少之一:URSP信息、WLANSP信息、UE状态信息。
