本发明公开了一种数据传输方法及装置、计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息;所述第一网络设备基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据;所述第一网络设备向所述终端发送注册响应消息。

一种数据传输方法及装置、计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据传输方法及装置、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
在小数据传输方式中,非频繁的小数据可以在控制平面传输,其中,小数据封装在非接入层(NAS,非接入层)的协议数据单元(PDU,Protocol Data Unit)中,小数据通过NAS消息在控制平面传输。在现有的协议中,当终端和网络侧通过控制平面传输小数据时,会携带此数据的承载信息。
然而,在数据的传输过程,有可能发生并发过程,例如终端从旧网络设备移动到了新网络设备,这时终端需要执行注册更新过程,如何在并发过程中实现数据的传输是有待解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种数据传输方法及装置、计算机存储介质。
本发明实施例提供的数据传输方法,包括:
第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息;
所述第一网络设备基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据;
所述第一网络设备向所述终端发送注册响应消息。
本发明实施例中,所述第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,包括:
所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述第一网络设备接收所述终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。

为了能够更加详尽地了解本发明实施例的特点与技术内容,下面结合附图对本发明实施例的实现进行详细阐述,所附附图仅供参考说明之用,并非用来限定本发明实施例。
图1为本发明实施例的5G网络的系统架构图,如图1所示,5G网络系统中涉及到的设备包括:
终端(UE,User Equipment)、无线接入网(RAN,Radio Access Network)、用户平面功能(UPF,User Plane Function)、数据网络(DN,Data Network)、接收核心接入和移动性管(AMF,Core Access and Mobility Management Function)、会话管理功能(SMF,Session Management Function)、策略控制功能(PCF,Policy Control function)、应用功能(AF,Application Function)、 鉴权服务器功能(AUSF,Authentication Server Function)、统一数据管理(UDM,Unified Data Management)。
图2为本发明实施例的4G网络的系统架构图,如图2所示,4G网络系统中涉及到的设备包括:
终端(UE,User Equipment)、演进通用陆地无线接入网络(E-UTRAN,Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network)、移动管理功能(MME,Mobility Management Entity)网元、服务GPRS支持节点(SGSN,Serving GPRS Support Node)、归属签约用户服务器(HSS,Home Subscriber Server)、服务网关(Serving Gateway)、分组数据网关(PDN Gateway,Packet Data Network Gateway)、策略与计费规则功能单元(PCRF,Policy and Charging Rules Function)。
上述图1、图2的例子只是实现本发明实施例的一个网络架构实例,本发明实施例并不限于上述图1、图2所述的网络结构。
图3为本发明实施例的数据传输方法的流程示意图一,如图3所示,所述数据传输方法包括以下步骤:
步骤301:第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
本发明实施例中,第一网络设备和第二网络设备可以是接入网侧的设备,例如5G系统中的gNB,4G系统中的eNB等等。此外,可以将核心网侧的设备称为第三网络设备。
假设,终端位于第二网络设备对应的服务区域,终端与第二网络设备之间进行数据传输。当终端从第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,终端发起注册更新过程,即:终端向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。相应地,所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域 时,所述第一网络设备接收所述终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
上述方案中,由于第二网络设备是原来为终端提供服务的网络设备,因此,第二网络设备也被称为旧网络设备。同理,由于第一网络设备是当前为终端提供服务的网络设备,因此,第一网络设备也被称为新网络设备。
步骤302:所述第一网络设备基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据。
在一实施方式中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息。当第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息时,从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第二网络设备的信息,基于所述第二网络设备的信息从所述第二网络设备中获取终端上下文信息。
进一步,所述第一网络设备基于所述第二网络设备的信息,向所述第二网络设备发送终端上下文信息获取请求消息;所述第一网络设备接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端上下文信息。
此外,由于第二网络设备与终端发生过数据传输,因而第二网络设备侧还存储有终端数据,在一实施方式中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据。
相应地,所述第一网络设备从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第一指示信息;所述第一网络设备基于所述第一指示信息,确定是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据;如果确定从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据,则所述第一网络设备向所述第二网络设备发送终端数据获取请求消息;所述第一网络设备接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端数据。
在一实施方式中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中还可携带终端上行数据;相应地,所述第一网络设备从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述终端上行数据,并对所述终端上行数据进行缓存;所述第一网络设备获取到所述终端上下文信息后,将所缓存的上行数据发送给第三网络设备。

本发明实施例中,终端可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式机等任意一种可以与网络进行通信的设备。
本发明实施例中,当终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述终端向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
在一实施方式中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息。
相应地,当第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息时,从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第二网络 设备的信息,基于所述第二网络设备的信息从所述第二网络设备中获取终端上下文信息。进一步,所述第一网络设备基于所述第二网络设备的信息,向所述第二网络设备发送终端上下文信息获取请求消息;所述第一网络设备接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端上下文信息。

本发明实施例上述数据传输装置如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作 为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例的上述数据传输方法。
图7为本发明实施例的计算机设备的结构组成示意图,本发明实施例的计算机设备可以是终端,也可以是网络设备,如图7所示,计算机设备100可以包括一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器1002(处理器1002可以包括但不限于微处理器(MCU,Micro Controller Unit)或可编程逻辑器件(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器1004、以及用于通信功能的传输装置1006。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图7所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,计算机设备100还可包括比图7中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图7所示不同的配置。
存储器1004可用于存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的数据传输方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器1002通过运行存储在存储器1004内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,
即实现上述的方法。存储器1004可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态 存储器。在一些实例中,存储器1004可进一步包括相对于处理器1002远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机设备100。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置1006用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机设备100的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置1006包括一个网络适配器(NIC,Network Interface Controller),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置1006可以为射频(RF,Radio Frequency)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
本发明实施例所记载的技术方案之间,在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合。

上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个第二处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以 上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种数据传输方法,所述方法包括:
    第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息;
    所述第一网络设备基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据;
    所述第一网络设备向所述终端发送注册响应消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一网络设备接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,包括:
    所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述第一网络设备接收所述终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息;
    所述第一网络设备基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,包括:
    所述第一网络设备从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第二网络设备的信息,基于所述第二网络设备的信息从所述第二网络设备中获取终端上下文信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述第二网络设备的信息从所述第二网络设备中获取终端上下文信息,包括:
    所述第一网络设备基于所述第二网络设备的信息,向所述第二网络设备发送终端上下文信息获取请求消息;
    所述第一网络设备接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端上下文信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否从所 述第二网络设备获取终端数据;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第一指示信息;
    所述第一网络设备基于所述第一指示信息,确定是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据;
    如果确定从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据,则所述第一网络设备向所述第二网络设备发送终端数据获取请求消息;
    所述第一网络设备接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端数据。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带终端上行数据;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述终端上行数据,并对所述终端上行数据进行缓存;
    所述第一网络设备获取到所述终端上下文信息后,将所缓存的上行数据发送给第三网络设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述第一网络设备未获取到所述终端上下文信息,则所述第一网络设备拒绝所述终端的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,并向所述终端发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示终端的上行数据未发送到第三网络设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述注册响应消息中可携带终端下行数据。
  9. 一种数据传输方法,所述方法包括:
    终端向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,其中, 所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息用于触发所述第一网络设备从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据;
    所述终端接收所述第一网络设备发送的注册响应消息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述终端向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,包括:
    所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述终端向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带终端上行数据。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收所述第一网络设备发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示终端的上行数据未发送到第三网络设备。
  15. 根据权利要求9至14任一项所述的方法,其中,所述注册响应消息中可携带终端下行数据。
  16. 一种数据传输装置,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息;
    第一获取单元,用于基于所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息;
    第二获取单元,用于从第二网络设备获取终端数据;
    第一发送单元,用于向所述终端发送注册响应消息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述接收单元接收所述终端发送的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息;
    所述第一获取单元,用于从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第二网络设备的信息,基于所述第二网络设备的信息从所述第二网络设备中获取终端上下文信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取单元,用于基于所述第二网络设备的信息,向所述第二网络设备发送终端上下文信息获取请求消息;接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端上下文信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据;
    所述装置还包括:
    第一提取单元,用于从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述第一指示信息;
    确定单元,用于基于所述第一指示信息,确定是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据;
    所述第二获取单元,用于如果确定从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据,则向所述第二网络设备发送终端数据获取请求消息;接收所述第二网络设备发送的终端数据。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带终端上行数据;
    所述装置还包括:
    第二提取单元,用于从所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中提取所述终端上行数据,并对所述终端上行数据进行缓存;
    第二发送单元,用于当所述第一获取单元获取到所述终端上下文信息后,将所缓存的上行数据发送给第三网络设备。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三发送单元,用于如果所述第一获取单元未获取到所述终端上下文信息,则拒绝所述终端的注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,并向所述终端发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示终端的上行数据未发送到第三网络设备。
  23. 根据权利要求16至22任一项所述的装置,其中,所述注册响应消息中可携带终端下行数据。
  24. 一种数据传输装置,所述装置包括:
    发送单元,用于向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息用于触发所述第一网络设备从第二网络设备获取终端上下文信息,以及获取终端数据;
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述第一网络设备发送的注册响应消息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述终端从所述第二网络设备对应的服务区域移动到所述第一网络设备对应的服务区域时,所述发送单元向第一网络设备发送注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带所述第二网络设备的信息。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否从所述第二网络设备获取终端数据。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述注册请求消息或注册更新请求消息中携带终端上行数据。
  29. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述第一网络设备发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示终端的上行数据未发送到第三网络设备。
  30. 根据权利要求24至29任一项所述的装置,其中,所述注册响应消息中可携带终端下行数据。
  31. 一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法步骤,或者权利要求9至15任一项所述的方法步骤。
