Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de levage, un dispositif de plateforme de levage, une machine de lithographie et un procédé de lithographie. Le mécanisme de levage comprend un boîtier (4), une vis sans fin (1), une roue à vis sans fin (2) et une vis-mère (3), lors de la rotation, la vis sans fin (1) entraînant la roue à vis sans fin (2) en rotation, et la vis-mère (3) étant entraînée, au moyen de la rotation de la roue à vis sans fin (2), de façon à se déplacer vers le haut et vers le bas dans la direction verticale. Le mécanisme de levage peut simultanément satisfaire aux exigences de réglage de levage vertical très précis et à grandes charges dans un espace limité, et utilise un mécanisme de limitation anti-rotation de façon à empêcher la vis-mère (3) de tourner de sorte que la puissance de sortie de la roue à vis sans fin (2) et de la vis sans fin (1) soit complètement reçue par la vis-mère (3), et la plage de mouvement de la vis-mère (3) est également limitée, de telle sorte que l'ensemble du mécanisme de transmission est plus efficace et plus fiable.
