Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de produit Internet ainsi qu'un dispositif terminal. Le procédé consiste à : déterminer chaque canal d'application d'un produit Internet à surveiller (S101); acquérir les données de marché du produit Internet à surveiller dans chaque canal d'application en temps réel, les données de marché comprenant des commentaires de marché (S102); déterminer, selon les commentaires du marché sur le produit Internet à surveiller dans chaque canal d'application, un score de marché du produit Internet à surveiller dans chaque canal d'application (S103); et générer, en fonction du score du marché du produit Internet à surveiller dans chaque canal d'application, un résultat de surveillance du produit Internet à surveiller (S104). Le procédé permet de résoudre les problèmes selon lesquels le procédé de collecte manuelle existant des données de marché d'un produit Internet est chronophage et fastidieux, la vitesse de traitement est lente, l'efficacité est faible et l'état de fonctionnement du produit Internet ne peut pas être connu à temps.
