为了能够提高用户的体验,还可以接收用户输入的默认通道,根据用户输入的默认通道,来设置智能电视开机启动时要启动的通道。
在确定当前启动的通道之前,还可以获取来自后台服务器或外接设备的通道列表更新消息,然后根据通道列表更新消息来更新智能电视的通道列表,该通道列表更新消息可以包括通过所述后台服务器或外接设备新配置的虚拟通道。也就是说,智能电视在开机后,连接网络,与后台服务器或外接设备进行信息交互,来接收用户新配置的虚拟通道,该通道列表更新消息中还可以包括虚拟通道的名称、URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符)、在通道列表中的位置等信息。该外接设备可以是有线电视的机顶盒或者是其它的通过智能电视上的外接接口连接的网络机顶盒。
需要说明的是,在本公开中,通道列表中的虚拟通道的数量是可以增加 和减少的,其中各个虚拟通道对应的应用程序也是可以更换的。
步骤102,判断当前启动的通道是否为由所述智能电视上运行的应用程序虚拟出的虚拟通道。
为了保护用户的隐私,在判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道之前,还可以先判断当前启动的通道是否设有密码,响应于设有密码,提示用户输入密码。例如,在屏幕上显示请用户输入密码,如图3所示,在接收到用户输入的密码后,验证该用户输入的密码,在验证密码正确后才进行判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道。这样可以限制应用程序的使用或者是赋予某个用户使用的权限。
步骤103,响应于所述当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,通过网络获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
响应于上述步骤102中确定的当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,可以启动该虚拟通道对应的应用程序,通过网络获取智能电视播放的内容。从而节省了切换应用程序所造成的繁琐的步骤。
响应于上述步骤102中确定的当前启动的通道不是虚拟通道时,则可以直接播放外接设备播放的内容,也就是通过外接设备获取智能电视播放的内容。
为了更好的解释本公开提供的通道管理的流程,下面将结合具体的实施场景描述。
如图4所示的流程,该流程具体包括:
步骤401,开机并连接网络。
智能电视在开机启动时,先连接网络。
步骤402,更新通道列表。
智能电视传统的物理通道列表跟电视机的硬件一一对应,无法增加或改变,而本公开把应用程序作为虚拟通道后,因为应用程序本身是一个特定的URL,就可以通过后台配置不同的图标和URL来改变或者增加虚拟通道,这种灵活的操作方式,不仅可以为用户提供增值服务,还可以提升产品的用户 体验。
跟传统的物理通道列表相比,有虚拟通道的通道列表更新,除了当前通道要排在第一位,有信号的通道排在前列,又增加了后台是否有新配置的虚拟通道这一影响因素。每次用户打开通道列表时,智能电视会与后台服务器或者外接设备进行交互,检测是否有新配置的虚拟通道及其名字,在通道列表中的位置,URL,对通道列表进行自动更新。
步骤403,判断是否设置默认通道,若是,则转入步骤404,若否,则转入步骤405。
一些智能电视在开机后会优先进入物理通道,例如HDMI,而在开机时打开应用程序的比较好的做法是记忆关机前打开了哪个应用程序,开机后询问用户是否再次进入关机前的应用程序。而本公开把网络应用程序作为一个虚拟通道,其能够和物理通道一样,做到开关机记忆,开机后直接进入该虚拟通道。开机进入虚拟通道的方式有两种:
1)、如果用户关机前的上一次开机中处在该虚拟通道,开机直接进入该虚拟通道;
2)、设置启动的默认通道为该虚拟通道,这样智能电视每次开机后会进入该设置的虚拟通道。
步骤404,启动默认通道。
在确定了设置有默认通道时,直接启动默认通道。
步骤405,启动关机前的通道。
在确定了没有设置默认通道时,启动关机前使用的通道。
步骤406,判断通道是否加锁,若是,则转入步骤407,若否,则转入步骤408。
步骤407,输入密码。
提示用户输入密码,并验证密码是否正确,在验证密码正确后进入步骤408。
通过设置菜单可以为虚拟通道设置预定密码(例如,4位密码),开机时 或者切到该虚拟通道时需要输入正确的密码,否则无法打开,从而限制应用的使用或赋予某个用户使用的权限。
步骤408,判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道,若是,则转入步骤409,若否,则转入步骤410。
步骤409,通过网络获取播放内容。
智能电视启动虚拟通道对应的应用程序通过网络获取播放内容。
步骤410,通过外接设备获取播放内容。
智能电视启动外接设备,通过外接设备获取播放内容。
步骤411,播放。
上述实施例表明,通过确定智能电视当前启动的通道,判断当前启动的通道是否为由智能电视上运行的应用程序虚拟出的虚拟通道,响应于当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,通过网络获取智能电视播放的内容。通过将应用程序虚拟出的通道作为智能电视开机启动的通道,可以使得智能电视在开机的时候可以直接启动应用程序播放对应的视频内容。
基于相同的技术构思,本公开提供一种智能电视,以图5所示的智能电视的结构,该智能电视包括处理器501和存储器502,该处理器501和存储器503通过总线系统503连接;
其中,存储器502,用于存放程序。具体地,程序可以包括程序代码,程序代码包括计算机操作指令。存储器502可能为随机存取存储器(random access memory,简称RAM),也可能为非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。图中仅示出了一个存储器,当然,存储器也可以根据需要,设置为多个。存储器502也可以是处理器501中的存储器。
存储器502存储了如下的元素,可执行模块或者数据结构,或者它们的子集,或者它们的扩展集:
操作指令:包括各种操作指令,用于实现各种操作。
操作系统:包括各种系统程序,用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务。
上述本公开提供智能电视的通道处理的方法可以应用于处理器501中,或者说由处理器501实现。处理器501可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述智能电视的通道处理的方法的各步骤可以通过处理器501中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器501可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本公开中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本公开所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。存储器502中存储有计算机指令,所述处理器501配置为执行所述存储器502中的计算机指令以:
确定智能电视当前启动的通道;
判断当前启动的通道是否为由所述智能电视上运行的应用程序虚拟出的虚拟通道;
响应于所述当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,通过网络获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
可选的,所述处理器501通过下述处理确定智能电视当前启动的通道:
在所述智能电视开机后,判断所述智能电视的通道列表中是否设置有默认通道;
响应于所述通道列表中设置有默认通道,启动所述默认通道,将所述启动的默认通道确定为所述当前启动的通道;
响应于所述通道列表中未设置有默认通道,启动所述智能电视本次开机之前的上一次开机中使用的通道,并将所述智能电视上一次开机中使用的通道确定为所述当前启动的通道。
可选的,所述处理器501还配置为执行所述存储器502中的计算机指令 以:
在判断所述智能电视是否设置有默认通道之前,获取来自后台服务器或外接设备的通道列表更新消息,所述通道列表更新消息包括通过所述后台服务器或外接设备新配置的虚拟通道;
根据所述通道列表更新消息,更新所述智能电视的通道列表。
可选的,所述处理器501还配置为执行所述存储器502中的计算机指令以:
在判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道之前,判断所述当前启动的通道是否设有密码;
响应于设有密码,提示用户输入密码,并接收所述用户输入的密码,验证所述用户输入的密码。
可选的,所述处理器501还配置为执行所述存储器502中的计算机指令以:
响应于所述当前启动的通道不是虚拟通道,通过外接设备获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
本领域技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例提供的智能电视的通道处理的方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本公开各个实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
另外,本公开还提供一种计算机可读非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行上述任一项所述的智能电视的通道处理的方法。
另外,本公开还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存 储在计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述任一项所述的智能电视的通道处理的方法。
本公开是参照根据本公开提供的实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本公开的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本公开范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能电视的通道处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定智能电视当前启动的通道;
    判断当前启动的通道是否为由所述智能电视上运行的应用程序虚拟出的虚拟通道;
    响应于所述当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,通过网络获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定智能电视当前启动的通道,包括:
    在所述智能电视开机后,判断所述智能电视的通道列表中是否设置有默认通道;
    响应于所述通道列表中设置有默认通道,启动所述默认通道,将所述启动的默认通道确定为所述当前启动的通道;
    响应于所述通道列表中未设置有默认通道,启动所述智能电视本次开机之前的上一次开机中使用的通道,并将所述智能电视上一次开机中使用的通道确定为所述当前启动的通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在判断所述智能电视是否设置有默认通道之前,还包括:
    获取来自后台服务器或外接设备的通道列表更新消息,所述通道列表更新消息包括通过所述后台服务器或外接设备新配置的虚拟通道;
    根据所述通道列表更新消息,更新所述智能电视的通道列表。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道之前,还包括:
    判断所述当前启动的通道是否设有密码;
    响应于设有密码,提示用户输入密码,并接收所述用户输入的密码,验证所述用户输入的密码。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述当前启动的通道不是虚拟通道,通过外接设备获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
  6. 一种智能电视,包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器存储有计算机指令,所述处理器配置为执行所述存储器中的计算机指令以:
    确定智能电视当前启动的通道;
    判断当前启动的通道是否为由所述智能电视上运行的应用程序虚拟出的虚拟通道;
    响应于所述当前启动的通道为虚拟通道,通过网络获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述处理器通过下述处理确定智能电视当前启动的通道:
    在所述智能电视开机后,判断所述智能电视的通道列表中是否设置有默认通道;
    响应于所述通道列表中设置有默认通道,启动所述默认通道,将所述启动的默认通道确定为所述当前启动的通道;
    响应于所述通道列表中未设置有默认通道,启动所述智能电视本次开机之前的上一次开机中使用的通道,并将所述智能电视上一次开机中使用的通道确定为所述当前启动的通道。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述处理器还配置为执行所述存储器中的计算机指令以:
    在判断所述智能电视是否设置有默认通道之前,获取来自后台服务器或外接设备的通道列表更新消息,所述通道列表更新消息包括通过所述后台服务器或外接设备新配置的虚拟通道;
    根据所述通道列表更新消息,更新所述智能电视的通道列表。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述处理器还配置为执 行所述存储器中的计算机指令以:
    在判断当前启动的通道是否为虚拟通道之前,判断所述当前启动的通道是否设有密码;
    响应于设有密码,提示用户输入密码,并接收所述用户输入的密码,验证所述用户输入的密码。
  10. 如权利要求6至9任一项所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述处理器还配置为执行所述存储器中的计算机指令以:
    响应于所述当前启动的通道不是虚拟通道,通过外接设备获取所述智能电视播放的内容。
  11. 一种计算机可读非易失性存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读非易失性存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
