Description

ACUMULADOR DE ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA MECÁNICO D E S C R I P C I Ó N  MECHANICAL ELECTRIC ENERGY ACCUMULATOR D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mechanical electrical energy accumulator, whose evident purpose is to constitute an energy accumulator medium through a mechanical system based on elastic spiral elements and a gear system.
The object of the invention is to provide an electrical energy accumulator that does not require an electrical power source for its charging.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The accumulators of electrical energy usually used are batteries that require a power source to be recharged, therefore depending on the existence of such a power source once discharged.
Although there are known mechanisms electrically autonomous for the generation of energy, these mechanisms must be activated at the time you want to obtain the corresponding electrical power, so that at no time allows accumulated energy delivered, unless they are associated with accumulators electrical, which increases and complicates its structure.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN The applicant is unaware of the existence of systems such as the one described by the present invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The mechanical electrical energy accumulator that is recommended solves in a fully satisfactory manner the problems previously exposed, based on a simple but highly effective solution.
More specifically, the mechanical electrical energy accumulator of the invention is a mechanical and independent device, which allows obtaining electrical energy, 5 allowing its recharging without the need for external power supplies.
The accumulator is based on an elastic spiral, such as a spiral metal spring, which in the compression state, or what is itself in the winding position, has a potential mechanical energy that can be released to cause a rotating movement in virtue of the tendency of said spring to its resting position, so that taking advantage of said force can be applied to a gear system and transmit the movement of this system for the drive of an electric alternator, thus generating electric power from a potential energy accumulated during the winding that is transformed first into kinetic energy during its distension, to be finally transformed into electrical energy.
The alternator will be formed by a series of equally distributed magnets that form the inductor, and stator in armature functions, where the electric current is generated.
Obviously, the electric current generated in the alternator can be connected to a load, this being able to materialize in a battery or any other device that needs to be electrically powered after conversion to the voltage and current levels that it requires. The accumulator described can be installed in a mobile phone to activate it when it is discharged, constituting an additional set to the battery of the phone itself, allowing the latter to recharge in those special moments where there is no power grid.
It could also be implemented in electric vehicles to reduce dependence on batteries, so that the electric vehicle can use the accumulator at the start of it, and take advantage of its movement, especially braking, to wind the spring and leave the device fully charged .
In short, it is an accumulator of energy through which it is possible to obtain electrical energy through a mechanical energy previously applied to it.
As for the way to carry out the winding or tensioning of the elastic spiral or spring, although the preferred solution will be manually, through a handle connected to the gear system and that is rotated in the opposite direction to that the gears would rotate during the activation of the alternator, it is not ruled out that the winding can be done with a small electric motor, in those cases in which if a power source is available to activate said motor, a source that could not be available later, Therefore, although the electric energy balance is zero, the provision of this extra energy source in certain places where there are no power outlets, can be decisive.
The gear system will have a braking / blocking element that allows to keep the mechanical system stable when the spring is fully wound, freeing itself at the moment in which said energy transformed into electrical energy is required. On the other hand it is worth noting that the accumulator is complemented by a system for controlling the speed of rotation of the alternator, constituted by a spring or secondary elastic spiral that will control and move the magnets of the alternator, this effect being achieved by means of a coupled wheel to said secondary spring or spiral in such a way that the torsional energy will cause a constant movement, whereby the elastic potential energy supplied by the main spring is delivered in a constant manner, that is to say at a uniform speed.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the figures shown, it can be observed how the electric energy accumulator of the invention is constituted from an elastic spiral or spring (1) which in the winding situation stores a power energy! elastic that can be released, so that said winding can be carried out manually, through a hand (2) associated with a gear (3), or automatically by an electric motor (4).
In any case, the elastic spiral or spring (1), in its unwinding or distension, acts on a system of gears (5), through which an electric alternator (6) is driven, thereby generating electric power through the rotation of the rotor of said alternator, from the potential energy accumulated in the spring (1).
La energía eléctrica así obtenida podrá ser aplicada a cualquier tipo de cargaThe electric power thus obtained can be applied to any type of load
(7), after conversion to their appropriate voltage and current levels.
In this way, the system will have means to block the mechanism associated with the spring (1) so that these can be released at the time when electric power is required to feed the load (7) in question.
In order to control that the alternator rotates at a constant speed, it has been foreseen that at the other end of the mechanism a secondary elastic spiral (8) is included, in combination with a wheel (9), coupled to said spring, associated with an arm of transmission (10) carrying a pin (11) that acts on the axis of rotation of the rotor of the alternator, stabilizing the speed of rotation of said axis.
The electric alternator, as shown in figure 5, includes an inductor (12) in which a plurality of poles or magnets established on the rotor are established, so that the stator or armature (13) is constituted by a series of static coils in which an electric current is induced by the relative rotation of the magnetic poles with respect to it, thus obtaining an alternating current that, as has been said previously, through a regulator circuit associated with the alternator will allow obtaining voltage and current levels appropriate to the load (7) to be connected to the accumulator.
