同时,目前市场上已有的配网解决方案中,当有多个用户同时配网时,容易出现配网错误的问题。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请作进一步详细的说明。
在物联网场景中,设置有路由器为智能设备提供WIFI热点。路由器可以提供具有访问互联网能力的热点,以及不具有访问互联网能力的热点。这种具有访问互联网能力的热点可以称为上网热点。
配网是指,将上网热点的接入信息发送给智能设备的过程。接入信息包括热点的SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)和密码。
在一种现有的配网方法中,上网热点由路由器提供。用户终端(手机)为智能设备提供热点,用户终端可以通过特殊的编码方式将上网热点的接入信息放置于特定的WiFi数据报文中向智能设备发送,智能设备通过监听该报文来获取上网热点的接入信息。
但这种配网方法具有以下几种缺点:
1)配网时间较长。配网报文只能携带在WiFi的管理帧中,每个报文携带接入信息中的少量信息,在实现上往往需要发送几十个报文来携带完整的接入信息;由于WiFI的信道较多,智能设备需要遍历所有的WiFi信道来监听配网报文,消耗的时间往往在60秒左右。
2)用户需要手动输入上网热点的接入信息。家庭路由器为了保证密码的安全,往往要求密码的长度不低于8字节,并且要求有字母、数字、特殊符号,因此用户在手机上 输入SSID和密码这个过程很麻烦、耗时并且易出错。
3)方案的适用性越来越差。目前与家庭等路由器的WiFi往往都支持2.GHz和5GHz两个频段,当手机发现路由器支持双频时,会优先去连接5GHz的热点,而目前的智能设备大多只支持2.4GHz的WiFI,这就导致手机在5GHz频段发送配网信息,智能设备无法在2.4GHz监听到相关数据。
4)多用户同时配网时错配问题。假设用户A购买了一个设备A,邻居用户B购买了同一个型号设备B,用户A与用户B同时发起配网。由于设备A和设备B都可以收到两个用户发送的配网信息,可能出现设备A收到了用户B的配网信息而连接到了用户B的家庭路由器的热点,设备B错误连接到了用户A的家庭路由器的热点。
在另一种现有的配网方法中,智能设备启动一个WIFI热点,手机连接到设备的WiFi热点,然后将路由器上网热点的SSID和密码传送给智能设备,之后智能设备连接上网热点再连接到互联网。
但这种配网方法具有以下几种缺点:
1)用户手动输入上网热点的SSID和密码。用户输入SSID和密码的过程很繁琐并且容易出错。
2)手机连接到设备热点之后,很多手机会去检测该热点是否可以上网,不可上网则切换回运营商4G网络,可能导致配网还未结束手机就切换到4G网络,导致配网失败。
3)多用户同时配网时错配问题。用户A与用户B购买了相同型号的设备并同时发起配网时,可能出现设备A连接用户B家庭路由器热点,设备B连接用户A家庭路由器热点的情况。
参照图1,示出了本申请的一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法实施例1的步骤流程图,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述方法具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101,所述待配网设备通过一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述一个或多个网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息;
网络热点设备可以是路由器,也可以是不具备路由功能的AP(无线访问接入点,AccessPoint)。
网络热点设备能同时创建多个热点,每一个热点都拥有一个SSID以进行区分。
在本申请实施例中,网络热点设备在上电后即创建第一热点和第二热点。其中第一 热点为不具有访问互联网能力的热点,第二热点为具有访问互联网能力的热点。如果待配网设备接入了第一热点,待配网设备能与网络热点设备通信,但不能通过网络热点设备访问互联网。如果待配网设备接入了第二热点,待配网设备能与网络热点设备通信,也能通过网络热点设备访问互联网。
在本申请实施例中,如果一个待配网设备附近具有多个网络热点设备,待配网设备可以依次接入各个网络热点设备的第一热点,并通过第一热点向网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息。其中,设备信息可以包括设备型号和MAC地址。
待配网设备在接入一个网络热点设备的第一热点后,即向网络热点设备发送设备信息。之后待配网设备断开与该网络热点设备的连接,然后接入下一个网络热点设备的第一热点,并发送设备信息,直至向所有发现的网络热点设备都发送了设备信息。
在智能家居的场景中,待配网设备可以是放置在房屋中的各种智能设备。
步骤102,所述一个或多个网络热点设备向服务器发送所述设备信息;
网络热点设备将接收到的设备信息发送给服务器,使得服务器可以收集到多个待配网设备的设备信息,让服务器知道目前有一个新的待配网的设备存在。在此过程中,服务器可能会发现有多个网络热点设备上报了同一个待配网设备的设备信息。
网络热点设备还可以将自身的MAC地址发送给服务器。服务器可以根据网络热点设备的MAC地址,查找网络热点设备的IP地址。根据网络热点设备的IP地址,确定待配网设备所在的区域,使得服务器可以收集到多个待配网设备所在的区域信息。
步骤103,与所述一个或多个网络热点设备对应的一个或多个用户终端,向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
网络热点设备对应的用户终端是指连接到该网络热点设备的热点的用户终端。在本申请实施例中,网络热点设备可以向其对应的用户终端发送提醒消息,以告知用户去发起针对待配网设备的配网请求。用户可以通过用户终端向服务器发送针对待配网设备的配网请求消息。
步骤104,所述服务器将第一个接收到的配网请求消息对应的用户终端确定为目标用户终端,并向所述目标用户终端发送配网响应消息;
如果服务器接收到多个用户终端发送的配网请求消息,则服务器将第一个接收到的配网请求消息对应的用户终端确定为目标用户终端,并向该目标用户终端发送配网响应消息,以告知用户启动后续的配网操作。而服务器可以对目标用户终端之外的用户终端,发送请求失败消息,告知其他用户当前不要进行配网操作,可以在一段时间之后在再次 请求配网。
步骤105,所述目标用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,启动所述待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程;所述目标网络热点设备为所述目标用户终端对应的网络热点设备。
在本申请实施例中,目标用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,可以自行启动待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程,也可以根据用户的操作启动待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程。
待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程可以包括:向待配网设备提供针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入信息的配网过程,待配网设备通过该接入信息接入目标网络热点设备的第二热点,从而可以访问互联网。
在本申请实施例中,待配网设备可以通过网络热点设备提供的不具有访问互联网能力的第一热点,将设备信息上报到网络热点设备,由网络热点设备将设备信息上传到服务器。服务器可以根据网络热点设备的IP地址信息确定待配网设备所在的区域。因此,服务器可以在设备未配网的情况下,也可以收集各个待配网设备所在的区域和设备信息。通过本申请实施例的方法,设备商可以获知产品在哪些地区销售得比较好、哪些地区销售得比较差,从而针对性的展开促销。

在本申请实施例中,网络热点设备的第一热点接入信息(SSID和密码)是固定的。待配网设备中可以预先设置多个网络热点设备的第一热点接入信息。待配网设备在上电后,使用预置的第一热点接入信息去发现第一热点。如果有多个第一热点,则待配网设备逐一连接各个网络热点设备的第一热点。
具体的,待配网设备可以采用第一热点接入信息生成接入请求,然后将接入请求发送给网络热点设备。网络热点设备验证接入信息是否正确,若正确,则建立待配网设备与第一热点的连接。
子步骤S12,所述待配网设备在接入一个网络热点设备的第一热点后,向该网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息。

网络热点设备的第三热点接入信息是固定的。待配网设备中可以预先设置多个网络热点设备的第三热点接入信息。网络热点设备可以采用预置的第三热点接入信息,接入目标网络热点设备的第三热点。
步骤303,所述待配网设备接收所述目标网络热点设备通过第三热点发送的针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
待配网设备在接入目标网络热点设备的第三热点后,网络热点设备向待配网设备返回针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息。

待配网设备中可以预先设置网络热点设备的第一热点接入信息。待配网设备在上电后,使用预置的第一热点接入信息去发现第一热点。
具体的,待配网设备可以采用第一热点接入信息生成接入请求,然后将接入请求发送给网络热点设备。网络热点设备验证接入信息是否正确,若正确,则建立待配网设备与第一热点的连接。
步骤403,所述网络热点设备接收所述待配网设备通过所述第一热点发送的设备信息,并将所述设备信息发送至服务器;
待配网设备在接入一个网络热点设备的第一热点后,向该网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息,在发送设备信息之后即断开连接。网络热点设备将接收到的设备信息发送给服务器,使得服务器可以收集到多个待配网设备的设备信息,让服务器知道目前有一个新的待配网的设备存在。
网络热点设备还可以将自身的MAC地址发送给服务器。服务器可以根据网络热点设备的MAC地址,查找网络热点设备的IP地址。根据网络热点设备的IP地址,确定设备所在的区域,使得服务器可以收集到多个设备所在的区域信息。
步骤404,所述网络热点设备在预设时间段创建第三热点,并建立所述待配网设备与所述第三热点的连接;
在本申请实施例中,连接在网络热点设备的用户终端可以向网络热点设备发送待配网设备查询消息,以查询是否有待配网设备存在。
网络热点设备接收到待配网设备查询消息后,确定曾经接入网络热点设备的第一热点的设备为待配网设备。网络热点设备生成待配网设备告知信息,并将待配网设备告知信息返回给用户终端。
用户终端可以在接收到的待配网设备告知信息中,选择需要配网的待配网设备。用户终端针对需要配网的待配网设备生成配网请求消息,然后将配网请求消息发送至服务器。
服务器在接收到配网请求消息后,向用户终端返回配网响应消息。同时服务器还向网络热点设备发送第二配网请求消息,网络热点设备在接收到第二配网请求消息后,在预设时间段创建第三热点。
用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,向待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息。待配网设备在接收到第一配网请求消息后,即采用预置的第三热点接入信息请求接入网络热点 设备的第三热点。网络热点设备根据待配网设备发送的第三热点接入信息,建立待配网设备与第三热点的连接。
步骤405,所述网络热点设备通过所述第三热点向所述待配网设备发送针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
网络热点设备向待配网设备返回针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息。

另一方面,当一个或多个用户终端同时对同一个待配网设备发起配网请求时,服务器只会向第一个请求的目标用户终端返回响应,由目标用户终端启动配网流程。从而避免多个用户终端同时配网时将会导致设备错误的连接到了错误的网络热点设备的情况。

为了使本领域技术人员能够更好地理解本申请实施例,下面通过一个例子对本申请实施例加以说明:
参照图7所述为本申请实施例中待配网设备接入网络热点设备的流程图。
网络热点设备可以是路由器,也可以是不具备路由功能的AP。网络热点设备上电即创建第一热点和第二热点,其中第一热点为不具有访问互联网能力的热点,第二热点为具有访问互联网能力的热点。第一热点的SSID和密码是固定的。
待配网设备的固件中将会预设第一热点的SSID和密码,待配网设备上电后使用该SSID和密码去连接网络热点设备的第一热点。如果待配网设备发现了多个第一热点,待配网设备将会逐一连接每个第一热点,将该待配网设备的设备型号、MAC地址信息告知该第一热点所在网络热点设备。然后断开连接去连接下一个第一热点,直到所有的支持的网络热点设备都知道了该待配网设备的存在。
网络热点设备知道了待配网设备信息之后,将会把设备的型号、MAC地址、路由器的标识(比如路由器的MAC地址)上报到服务器,从而让服务器知晓目前有一个新的待配网设备存在。服务器记录待配网设备的设备信息。本过程服务器可能会发现有多个网络热点设备上报自己发现了同一个待配网设备。
用户打开手机APP时,APP将会询问自己连接的网络热点设备是否有待配网设备存在,网络热点设备将会把自己发现的待配网设备列表反馈给手机APP。
用户收到待配网设备列表之后,选择自己想进行配网的待配网设备来启动配网,此时会启动配网序列化的过程。
假设用户1与邻居用户2都购买了同一个型号的设备(称为设备1与设备2),当设备1和设备2上电之后,这两个设备将会向用户1和用户2的网络热点设备都通告了自己的型号与MAC信息。因此用户1和用户2的手机APP上将会显示有两个待配网设备。但是用户可能并不知道哪个设备是自己的,因此用户可能随机选择一个设备进行配网,也就可能会出现用户1对设备2发起配网,用户2对设备1发起配网的情况,这样将会出现设备1连接到了用户1的网络热点设备,设备2连接到了用户2的网络热点设 备的情况。
当用户1发起配网的时候,用户在手机上向服务器发送配网请求消息,不论他选择的是哪个设备,配网请求消息都会将自己网络热点设备发现的同型号所有待配网设备信息发送给服务器,告诉服务器目前所有这些设备不允许让其他用户发起配网。
所以如果用户2此时也发起配网,他的手机APP发送的请求到达服务器时,服务器发现这些设备当前正在被另外一个用户配网,将会立即返回一个配网失败消息给用户2,告知用户2等待一段时间(比如60秒)后再次进行配网尝试。
服务器将会向第一个发起配网的用户连接的网络热点设备发送第二配网启动消息,以告知网络热点设备启动配网。网络热点设备收到第二配网启动消息之后,将会创建第三热点(该热点的SSID和密码也是固定的),该热点将会存在一段时间(60秒)之后关闭。
服务器也会向启动配网的用户的手机发送配网响应消息,然后手机APP将会提示用户在设备上发起配网流程。在一种示例中设备端会有一个按钮来启动设备端的配网,用户按下设备的配网按钮之后,启动配网流程。在另一种示例中,手机可以向设备发送第一配网启动消息,设备接收到第一配网启动消息后,启动配网流程。
配网流程开启后,待配网设备将会使用预设的第三热点的SSID和密码去连接网络热点设备的第三热点。
网络热点设备发现请求配网的设备的型号是自己希望配网的待配网设备,将第二热点的SSID和密码发送给待配网设备。
待配网设备收到第二热点的SSID和密码之后,将会去连接网络热点设备的第二热点。
待配网设备连接到第二热点之后,将会通知手机APP自己已经连接到第二热点。
手机APP将会通知服务器设备配网成功。
服务器在知道设备配网成功后清除已配网设备的记录。
在本申请实施例中,待配网设备可以通过网络热点设备提供的不具有访问互联网能力的第一热点,将设备信息上报到网络热点设备,由网络热点设备将设备信息上传到服务器。服务器可以根据网络热点设备的IP地址信息确定设备所在的区域。因此,服务器可以在设备未配网的情况下,也可以收集各个设备所在的区域和设备信息。通过本申请实施例的方法,设备商可以获知产品在哪些地区销售得比较好、哪些地区销售得比较差,从而针对性的展开促销。
当一个或多个用户终端同时对同一个待配网设备发起配网请求时,服务器只会向第一个请求的目标用户终端返回响应,由目标用户终端启动配网流程。从而避免多个用户终端同时配网时将会导致设备错误的连接到了错误的网络热点设备的情况。
在本申请实施例中,第二热点接入信息由网络热点设备返回给待配网设备,而无需用户手动向待配网设备输入接入信息,简化了用户的操作,提高了用户体验。

Claims (42)

  1. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法,其特征在于,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述方法包括:
    所述待配网设备通过一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述一个或多个网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息;
    所述一个或多个网络热点设备向服务器发送所述设备信息;
    与所述一个或多个网络热点设备对应的一个或多个用户终端,向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述服务器将第一个接收到的配网请求消息对应的用户终端确定为目标用户终端,并向所述目标用户终端发送配网响应消息;
    所述目标用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,启动所述待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程;所述目标网络热点设备为所述目标用户终端对应的网络热点设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待配网设备通过一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述一个或多个网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息的步骤包括:
    所述待配网设备采用预置的针对所述一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点的第一热点接入信息,逐一接入所述一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点;
    所述待配网设备在接入一个网络热点设备的第一热点后,向该网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述一个或多个网络热点设备对应的一个或多个用户终端,向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息的步骤包括:
    所述一个或多个用户终端向对应的网络热点设备发送待配网设备查询消息;
    所述一个或多个网络热点设备根据所述待配网设备查询消息,生成针对接入网络热点设备的第一热点的待配网设备的待配网设备告知信息;
    所述一个或多个用户终端接收所述待配网设备告知信息,并根据所述待配网设备告知信息生成针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述一个或多个用户终端将所述配网请求消息发送至所述服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标用户终端在接收到配网响应 消息后,启动所述待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程的步骤包括:
    所述目标用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    所述待配网设备在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点;
    所述待配网设备接收所述目标网络热点设备通过所述第三热点返回的针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    所述待配网设备采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第二热点。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器在接收到配网请求消息后,向所述目标网络热点设备发送第二配网启动消息;
    所述目标网络热点设备在接收到所述第二配网启动消息后,在预设时间段创建第三热点。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待配网设备在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点的步骤包括:
    所述待配网设备采用预置的针对所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点的第三热点接入信息,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器向除了所述目标用户终端之外的用户终端发送配网失败消息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器获取所述一个或多个网络热点设备的IP地址信息;
    所述服务器根据所述一个或多个网络热点设备的IP地址信息,确定所述待配网设备所在的区域。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一热点为不具有访问互联网能力的热点,所述第二热点为具有访问互联网能力的热点。
  10. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法,其特征在于,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述方法包括:
    所述待配网设备通过所述网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息;
    所述网络热点设备向服务器发送所述设备信息;
    与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端,向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述服务器向所述用户终端发送配网响应消息;
    所述用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,通知所述待配网设备接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待配网设备通过所述网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息的步骤包括:
    所述待配网设备采用预置的针对所述网络热点设备的第一热点的第一热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第一热点;
    所述待配网设备在接入所述网络热点设备的第一热点后,向所述网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端,向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息的步骤包括:
    所述用户终端向对应的网络热点设备发送待配网设备查询消息;
    所述网络热点设备根据所述待配网设备查询消息,生成针对接入网络热点设备的第一热点的待配网设备的待配网设备告知信息;
    所述用户终端接收所述待配网设备告知信息,并根据所述待配网设备告知信息生成针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述用户终端将所述配网请求消息发送至所述服务器。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,通知所述待配网设备接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点的步骤包括:
    所述用户终端在接收到配网响应消息后,向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    所述待配网设备在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述网络热点设备的第三热点;
    所述待配网设备接收所述网络热点设备通过所述第三热点返回的针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    所述待配网设备采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器在接收到配网请求消息后,向所述网络热点设备发送第二配网启动消息;
    所述网络热点设备在接收到所述第二配网启动消息后,在预设时间段创建第三热点。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待配网设备在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述网络热点设备的第三热点的步骤包括:
    所述待配网设备采用预置的针对所述网络热点设备的第三热点的第三热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第三热点。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述服务器获取所述网络热点设备的IP地址信息;
    所述服务器根据所述网络热点设备的IP地址信息,确定所述待配网设备所在的区域。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一热点为不具有访问互联网能力的热点,所述第二热点为具有访问互联网能力的热点。
  18. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法,其特征在于,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述方法包括:
    所述待配网设备接入一个或多个网络热点设备的第一热点,并将自身的设备信息发送至所述一个或多个网络热点设备;所述一个或多个网络热点设备用于向服务器发送所述设备信息;与所述一个或多个网络热点设备对应的一个或多个用户终端用于向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;所述服务器用于将第一个接收到的配网请求消息对应的用户终端确定为目标用户终端,并向所述目标用户终端发送配网响应消息;所述目标用户终端用于向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,所述待配网设备采用预置的第三热点接入信息接入目标网络热点设备的第三热点;所述目标网络热点设备为所述目标用户终端对应的网络热点设备;
    所述待配网设备接收所述目标网络热点设备通过第三热点发送的针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    所述待配网设备采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第二热点。
  19. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法,其特征在于,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述方法包括:
    所述待配网设备接入网络热点设备的第一热点,并将自身的设备信息发送至所述网络热点设备;所述网络热点设备用于向服务器发送所述设备信息;与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端用于向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;所述服务器用于向所述用户终端发送配网响应消息;所述用户终端用于向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,所述待配网设备采用预置的第三热点接入信息接入网络热点设备的第三热点;
    所述待配网设备接收所述网络热点设备通过第三热点发送的针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    所述待配网设备采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点。
  20. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    所述网络热点设备创建第一热点和第二热点;
    所述网络热点设备建立所述待配网设备与第一热点的连接;
    所述网络热点设备接收所述待配网设备通过所述第一热点发送的设备信息,并将所述设备信息发送至服务器;
    所述网络热点设备在预设时间段创建第三热点,并建立所述待配网设备与所述第三热点的连接;
    所述网络热点设备通过所述第三热点向所述待配网设备发送针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    所述网络热点设备接收所述待配网设备发送的第二热点接入信息,并根据所述第二热点接入信息建立所述待配网设备与所述第二热点的连接。
  21. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的系统,其特征在于,包括:待配网设备、网络热点设备、与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端,以及服务器;
    所述网络热点设备,用于创建第一热点和第二热点;
    所述待配网设备,用于通过所述网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息;
    所述网络热点设备,还用于向所述服务器发送所述设备信息;
    所述用户终端,用于向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述服务器,用于将第一个接收到的配网请求消息对应的用户终端确定为目标用户终端,并向所述目标用户终端发送配网响应消息;
    所述目标用户终端,用于在接收到配网响应消息后,启动所述待配网设备针对目标网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程;所述目标网络热点设备为所述目标用户终端对应的网络热点设备。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述待配网设备,还用于采用预置的针对所述网络热点设备的第一热点的第一热点接入信息,逐一接入所述网络热点设备的第一热点;在接入一个网络热点设备的第一热点后,向该网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述用户终端,还用于向对应的网络热点设备发送待配网设备查询消息;
    所述网络热点设备,还用于根据所述待配网设备查询消息,生成针对接入网络热点设备的第一热点的待配网设备的待配网设备告知信息;
    所述用户终端,还用于接收所述待配网设备告知信息,并根据所述待配网设备告知信息生成针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;将所述配网请求消息发送至所述服务器。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述目标用户终端,还用于在接收到配网响应消息后,向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    所述待配网设备,还用于在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点;接收所述目标网络热点设备通过所述第三热点返回的针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息;采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第二热点。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到配网请求消息后,向所述目标网络热点设备发送第二 配网启动消息;
    所述目标网络热点设备,用于在接收到所述第二配网启动消息后,在预设时间段创建第三热点。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述待配网设备,还用于采用预置的针对所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点的第三热点接入信息,接入所述目标网络热点设备的第三热点。
  27. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器,还用于向除了所述目标用户终端之外的用户终端发送配网失败消息。
  28. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器,还用于获取所述网络热点设备的IP地址信息;根据所述网络热点设备的IP地址信息,确定所述待配网设备所在的区域。

  30. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的系统,其特征在于,包括:待配网设备、网络热点设备、与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端,以及服务器;
    所述网络热点设备,用于创建第一热点和第二热点;
    所述待配网设备,用于通过所述网络热点设备的第一热点,向所述网络热点设备上报自身的设备信息;
    所述网络热点设备,还用于向所述服务器发送所述设备信息;
    所述用户终端,用于向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;
    所述服务器,用于向所述用户终端发送配网响应消息;
    所述用户终端,还用于在接收到配网响应消息后,启动所述待配网设备针对所述网络热点设备的第二热点的接入流程。

    所述待配网设备,还用于采用预置的针对所述网络热点设备的第一热点的第一热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第一热点;在接入所述网络热点设备的第一热点后,向所述网络热点设备发送自身的设备信息。

    所述用户终端,还用于向对应的网络热点设备发送待配网设备查询消息;
    所述网络热点设备,还用于根据所述待配网设备查询消息,生成针对接入网络热点设备的第一热点的待配网设备的待配网设备告知信息;
    所述用户终端,还用于接收所述待配网设备告知信息,并根据所述待配网设备告知信息生成针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;将所述配网请求消息发送至所述服务器。

    所述用户终端,还用于在接收到配网响应消息后,向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    所述待配网设备,还用于在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,接入所述网络热点设备的第三热点;接收所述网络热点设备通过所述第三热点返回的针对第二热点的第二热点接入信息;采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点。

    位于所述待配网设备的第一热点接入模块,用于在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,采用预置的第三热点接入信息接入目标网络热点设备的第三热点;所述目标网络热点设备为所述目标用户终端对应的网络热点设备;
    位于所述待配网设备的接入信息接收模块,用于接收所述目标网络热点设备通过第三热点发送的针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;

  39. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的装置,其特征在于,所述网络热点设备创建有第一热点和第二热点,所述装置包括:
    位于所述待配网设备的设备信息发送模块,用于接入网络热点设备的第一热点,并将自身的设备信息发送至所述网络热点设备;所述网络热点设备用于向服务器发送所述设备信息;与所述网络热点设备对应的用户终端用于向所述服务器发送针对所述待配网设备的配网请求消息;所述服务器用于向所述用户终端发送配网响应消息;所述用户终端用于向所述待配网设备发送第一配网启动消息;
    位于所述待配网设备的第一热点接入模块,用于在接收到所述第一配网启动消息后,采用预置的第三热点接入信息接入网络热点设备的第三热点;
    位于所述待配网设备的接入信息接收模块,用于接收所述网络热点设备通过第三热点发送的针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    位于所述待配网设备的第二热点接入模块,用于采用所述第二热点接入信息,接入所述网络热点设备的第二热点。
  40. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    位于所述网络热点设备的热点创建模块,用于创建第一热点和第二热点;
    位于所述网络热点设备的第一连接建立模块,用于建立所述待配网设备与第一热点的连接;
    位于所述网络热点设备的设备信息转发模块,用于接收所述待配网设备通过所述第一热点发送的设备信息,并将所述设备信息发送至服务器;
    位于所述网络热点设备的第二连接建立模块,用于在预设时间段创建第三热点,并建立所述待配网设备与所述第三热点的连接;
    位于所述网络热点设备的接入信息发送模块,用于通过所述第三热点向所述待配网设备发送针对所述第二热点的第二热点接入信息;
    位于所述网络热点设备的第三连接建立模块,用于接收所述待配网设备发送的第二热点接入信息,并根据所述第二热点接入信息建立所述待配网设备与所述第二热点的连接。
  41. 一种待配网设备接入网络热点设备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;和
    其上存储有指令的一个或多个机器可读介质,当由所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述装置执行如权利要求1-9或10-17或18或19或20所述的一个或多个的方法。
