一种茶杯、茶具及茶盘 技术领域
本发明涉及茶具领域,尤其涉及一种具有雾化功能的茶杯、茶具及茶盘。
背景技术
茶道起源于中国,是一种品赏茶的美感之道。也被视为一种烹茶饮茶的生活艺术,一种以茶为媒的生活礼仪,一种以茶修身的生活方式,它通过沏茶、赏茶、闻茶、饮茶、增进友谊,美心修德,学习礼法,领略传统美德,是很有益的一种和美仪式。
现有技术中为增强视觉效果通常在茶具上印刷各种图案,但是印刷图案效果是静态的,而雾化器能营造出雾气环绕的动态效果,然而雾化器通常利用一条电线将雾化头沉入水底,利用通电之后的振动,将水分子打出水面,营造出雾气的效果,由于要连接有电线通电,因此无法应用在泡茶或泡咖啡的环境当中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种茶杯,能够利用超声波将茶杯中的水迅速雾化,营造雾气环绕的效果。
本发明的另一目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种茶具,能够利用超声波将茶杯中的水迅速雾化,营造雾气环绕的效果。
本发明的另一目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种茶盘,能够与茶杯配合利用超声波将茶杯中的水迅速雾化,营造雾气环绕的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种茶杯,包括本体,在所述本体的底部设置有雾化器模块,所述雾化器模块包括:
雾化片,设置于所述本体的底部,所述雾化片的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
雾化片连接单元,一端与所述雾化片电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种茶杯,包括本体,在所述本体的底部外侧设置有谐振薄膜。

本发明提供的茶杯,在茶杯本体底部设置雾化片或在茶杯本体底部外侧设置谐振薄膜,雾化片的工作区域可以将谐振传导至本体内部或谐振薄膜可以将本体外部的谐振传导至本体的内部,将本体中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,同时还可以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。可选地茶盘上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体,在茶杯本体底部设置雾化片或在茶杯本体底部外侧设置谐振薄膜,茶盘和茶杯本体配合使用,使得雾化片的工作区域可以将谐振传导至本体内部或谐振薄膜可以将本体外部的谐振传导至本体的内部,将本体中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,同时还可以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明提供一种茶杯,其中本发明中的茶杯表示的是一种盛装饮品的容器,并不仅限于饮茶的茶杯,可以是暂放茶水的茶海、用于泡茶的茶杯或茶壶,也可以是泡咖啡用的咖啡杯、咖啡壶,还可以是用于红酒的红酒杯或醒酒器。
如图1所示,本发明的一实施方式中,茶杯包括本体1,在本体1的底部设置有雾化器模块2,雾化器模块2包括雾化片2a和雾化片连接单元2c,其中雾化片2a设置于本体1的底部,雾化片2a的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于本体1的内部;雾化片连接单元2c一端与雾化片2a电性连接,另一端用于与本体1外部电性连接。雾化片2a的工作区域可以将谐振传导至本体1内部将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上及茶杯周围产生雾气环绕的效果,优选地所述谐振为由超声波引起的雾化片的振动,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出。
其中雾化片2a可全部设置在本体1内部,或者部分设置在本体1内部、部分设置在本体1外部,只需保证雾化片2a的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于本体1的内部即可;雾化片的工作区域可以全部暴露于本体1内部,或者雾化片2a的工作区域的一部分暴露于本体1内部;雾化片连接单元2c的另一端可以向本体1外部延伸以用于与本体1外部电性连接,可以延伸至本体1外部以用于与本体1外部电性连接,也可以向本体1外部延伸但不超出本体1以用于与本体外部电性连接,雾化片连接单元2c也可以为位于本体1内部的电线或触点,一端用于与雾化片电性连接另一端用于与本体1外部电性连接。
当本体1中有茶水或咖啡或红酒等液体时,雾化片2a的工作区域可以将谐振传导至本体1内部将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,同时还可以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。
如图2、图3所示,本发明的一实施方式中,茶杯还包括座体3,座体3内设置有雾化片驱动电路3b,用于与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端电性连接。雾化片驱动电路3b用于驱动雾化片2a产生谐振。可选地,雾化片驱动电路3b可以包括雾化片主驱动电路和雾化片驱动电路连接单元3a,雾化片主驱动电路 用于驱动雾化片产生谐振,雾化片驱动电路连接单元3a一端与雾化片主驱动电路电性连接另一端用于与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端电性连接。
本发明的又一实施方式中,雾化器模块2还包括水位感测器2b和水位感测器连接单元2d,其中水位感测器2b设置于本体1的底部,水位感测器2b的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于本体1的内部;水位感测器连接单元2d,一端与水位感测器2b电性连接,另一端用于与本体1外部电性连接。水位感测器2b用于感测本体1内部的水位,优选地当水位过低时可提供水位过低时的警示或自动开关电源动作。
其中水位感测器2b可全部设置在本体1内部,或者部分设置在本体1内部、部分设置在本体1外部,只需保证水位感测器2b的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于本体1的内部即可;水位感测器2b的工作区域可以全部暴露于本体1内部,或者水位感测器2b的工作区域的一部分暴露于本体1内部;水位感测器连接单元2d的另一端可以向本体1外部延伸以用于与本体1外部电性连接,可以延伸至本体1外部以用于与本体1外部电性连接,也可以向本体1外部延伸但不超出本体1以用于与本体外部电性连接,水位感测器连接单元2d也可以为位于本体1内部的电线或触点,一端用于与水位感测器2b电性连接另一端用于与本体1外部电性连接。
本发明的又一实施方式中,座体3内还设置有水位感测器驱动电路3c,用于与水位感测器连接单元2d的另一端电性连接。水位感测器驱动电路3c用于驱动水位感测器2b感测水位。可选地,水位感测器驱动电路3c可以包括水位感测器主驱动电路和水位感测器驱动电路连接单元3d,水位感测器主驱动电路用于驱动水位感测器2b感测水位,水位感测器驱动电路连接单元3d一端与水位感测器主驱动电路电性连接另一端用于与水位感测器连接单元2d的另一端电性连接。
本发明的又一实施方式中,雾化片驱动电路3b包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;座体3上设置有调整元件,与频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率,从而控制雾化片2b的振动频率,利用雾化片2b不同的频率振动,可让茶水或咖啡或红酒振动出不同气味的分子,产生更多层次的味道变化。可选地调整元件可以是调整旋钮或调整按键等任何可以输入调整信号的结构,使用时使用者可以根据需求调整该调整旋钮或调整按键等调整元件来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率,从而控制雾化片的振动频率。
如图4所示,本发明的一个实施方式中,座体3与本体1可以一体化连接,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端电性连接,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端可直接电性连接或者通过其他结构间接电性连接。在雾化模块2设置水位感测器2b、水位感测器连接单元2d的情况下,水位感测器驱动电路3c与水位感测器连接单元2d的另一端电性连接,水位感测器驱动电路3c与水位感测器连接单元2d的另一端可直接电性连接或者通过其他结构间接电性连接。
当座体3与本体1一体化连接时,还可设置茶杯座7,茶杯座7可由不锈钢或塑料材质制成,且雾化器模块2和座体3可设置于茶杯座7内,此种情况下,开关4、电源座5、调整旋钮6、电池8等可设置在茶杯座7上,电源供应器12可直接插在茶杯座7上。
如图2、图3所示,本发明的又一实施方式中,座体3与本体1可以分体式连接,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端可分离的电性连接。雾化片连接单元2c可以为公头或母头的结构,与座体3的母头或公头结构可分离的插拔连接;在雾化模块2设置水位感测器2b、水位感测器连接单元2d的情况下,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端可分离的电性连接,水位感测器驱动电路与水位感测器连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。雾化片连接单元2c可以为公头或母头的结构,与座体3的母头或公头结构可分离的插拔连接,本体的水位感测器连接单元2d可以为公头或母头的结构,与座体3的母头或公头结构可分离的插拔连接。
如图8所示,当座体3与本体1分体式连接时,雾化器模块2和座体之间还可设置多环式连接单元30,即雾化片连接单元2c、水位感测器连接单元2d、雾化片驱动电路连接单元3a、水位感测器驱动电路连接单元3d设置成多环式连接单元30,将电源、或超声波频率源、或水位侦测信号等采用多个线路一起相互传递的电性连接方式。
当本体1放置到座体3上时,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c相互电性连接,可提供电力驱动雾化片2a振动,将本体1内部水分子打出水面,使本体1内的液体雾化、提香,使本体1内部或其上面或桌面,产生出一种雾气11或云雾飘渺的视觉效果,并能充分释放出茶叶的清香甘甜,当拿起本体1时,电力中断,但茶杯本体1却仍充满雾气11,此时即可开始倒茶给客人。
本发明的又一实施方式中,茶杯包括本体1,在本体1的底部外侧设置有谐振薄膜(图中未示出),谐振薄膜可以将本体1外部的谐振传导至本体1的内部,将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,优选地所述谐 振为由超声波引起的雾化片的振动,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。
本发明的一实施方式中,茶杯还包括座体3,座体3包括雾化片2a和雾化片驱动电路3b,其中雾化片2a用于与谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至本体1的内部;雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片2a电性连接,驱动雾化片2a产生谐振。

如图5所示,可选地,本体1可以有任何不同的造型。可选地,本体1内可设有彩灯9,提供本体1具有彩色或单色的灯光变化效果。座体3或茶杯座7可具有指示灯10,可由灯光指示当前电力的供应状况。
可选地,座体3上可以设置有开关4,控制雾化片驱动电路3b、水位感测器驱动电路3c的导通与断开,指示灯10或可与开关4整合在一起。可选地, 座体3上还可以设置有电源座5,电源座5可用于与外部电源供应器12连接,提供电力。可选地,座体3上还可以设置有调整旋钮6,调整旋钮6可以调整不同的功率或频率,可视水质和水量控制出雾量的大小或根据需要控制香味的层次,优选地所述调整旋钮6与前述的频率调整单元电性连接,用于输入使用者的频率调整需求。可选地,座体3上可设置有电池8,已提供无外部电力供应时的电力所需,电池8可由一般电池或可充电电池所构成。当打开开关4,可提供雾化器模块2所需的电力,通过雾化片2a或谐振薄膜将本体1内之水迅速雾化、提香,使本体1内或泡茶壶里面,产生出一种雾气11或云雾飘渺的视觉效果,且利用超声波振动方式,更可充分释放出茶叶的清香甘甜,通过调整旋钮调整不同的功率或频率可以控制出雾量的大小和香味的层次,茶杯本体1内部充满雾气11并溢出本体1,拿起本体1或关闭开关4,断开供电,此时即可开始倒茶给客人。
如图6所示,本体1和座体3分体连接时,可选地,座体3上可设有无线充电模块13,能以无线传导方式提供给雾化器模块2或水位感测器2b所需电力。可选地,雾化器模块2内或座体3还可设置有加热片20,可对本体1内的茶水或咖啡杯内的咖啡等,提供加热或保温的效果。
由于调整旋钮6可以提供调整造雾功率的大小,因此当功率调至较高输出时,可以将雾气11散播至本体1外部,除可达成释放香气的效果之外,还可将雾气11弥漫在桌上,形成另一种云雾覆盖整个桌面的视觉效果,还可看见雾气可从本体1里,倒至客人的闻香杯中,提供不同的味觉与味觉的效果;另外,在雾气弥漫的状况下,类似森林瀑布之下,即可提供较高的负离子环境,成为更健康的泡茶模式;如同精油机一样,通过水分子的雾化效果,将香味迅速扩散出去,因此可以获得泡茶、咖啡时更多的香气四溢,大大提升泡茶时的色香味俱全效果,为使用者带来极大的泡茶欢愉,结构简单成本便宜且又容易量产。
如图2、图3、图6、图8所示,当本体1和座体3分体设置时,座体3可以为单独的座体。如图7所示,当本体1和座体3分体设置时,也可以集成在茶盘22上,即茶盘22上形成有用于承托茶杯本体1的座体3,茶杯本体1和茶盘22上的茶杯座体3配合使用,优选地茶盘22的上表面上形成有用于承托茶杯本体1的座体3,座体3可向上凸出茶盘22的上表面、或与茶盘22的上表面平齐,也可从茶盘22的上表面向下嵌入茶盘22,茶盘22可与座体3电性连接,为座体3提供所需电力,或者座体3也可设置电源座5由电源供应器12供电。
本发明还提供一种茶具,该茶具包括茶盘和茶杯,如图7所示,本发明所述的茶具包括茶杯和茶盘22。
本发明的一实施方式中,茶杯包括本体1,在本体1的底部设置有雾化器模块2,雾化器模块2包括雾化片2a和雾化片连接单元2c,其中雾化片2a设置于本体1的底部,雾化片2a的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于本体1的内部;雾化片连接单元2c一端与雾化片2a电性连接,另一端用于与本体1外部电性连接。雾化片2a的工作区域可以将谐振传导至本体1内部将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上及茶杯周围产生雾气环绕的效果,优选地所述谐振为由超声波引起的雾化片的振动,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出。所述茶盘22上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体3,所述座体3内设置有雾化片驱动电路3b,用于与所述雾化片连接单元2c的另一端电性连接。如图2、图3所示,其中为了便于说明,图2、图3中省略了茶盘的主体部分,仅示出了座体3和本体1之间的结构关系,座体3内设置有雾化片驱动电路3b,用于与雾化片连接单元2c的另一端电性连接。雾化片驱动电路3b用于驱动雾化片2a产生谐振。当茶杯本体1位于茶盘22上形成的座体3上面时,雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片连接单元2c相互连接,可提供电力驱动雾化片2a振动将水分子打出水面,使本体1内的液体雾化,在茶杯上及茶杯周围产生雾气环绕的效果,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出。
本发明的又一实施方式中,茶杯包括本体1,在本体1的底部外侧设置有谐振薄膜(图中未示出),谐振薄膜可以将本体1外部的谐振传导至本体1的内部,将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,优选地所述谐振为由超声波引起的雾化片的振动,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。所述茶盘22上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体3,座体3包括雾化片2a和雾化片驱动电路3b,其中雾化片2a用于与谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至本体1的内部;雾化片驱动电路3b与雾化片2a电性连接,驱动雾化片2a产生谐振。当茶杯本体1位于茶盘22上形成的座体3上面时,谐振薄膜可以将本体1外部的谐振传导至本体1的内部,将本体1中的液体雾化,在茶杯上或茶杯周围产生雾气,优选地所述谐振为由超声波引起的雾化片的振动,同时根据超声波振动的原理,可将茶水或咖啡等香味扩散出以充分扩散茶水或咖啡或红酒等本体内的液体里面的清香,实现茶杯周围既有视觉上雾气环绕的效果,还有味觉上清香环绕的效果。
该种情况下所述茶杯本体1与所述茶盘22上形成的座体3分体设置。茶杯本体1和座体3的具体结构见上文分体设置的描述,此处不再赘述。
茶盘22可与座体3电性连接,为座体3提供所需电力,或者座体3上也可设置电源座5由电源供应器12供电(参考图6)。优选地茶盘22的上表面上形成有用于承托茶杯本体1的座体3,座体3可向上凸出茶盘22的上表面、或与茶盘22的上表面平齐,也可从茶盘22的上表面向下嵌入茶盘22。
本发明还提供一种茶盘22,所述茶盘22上形成有用于承托茶杯本体1的座体3,所述座体3内设置有雾化片驱动电路3b,用于与设置在茶杯本体内的雾化片2a电性连接。或者所述茶盘22上形成有用于承托茶杯本体1的座体3,所述座体包括:雾化片2a,用于与设置在茶杯本体外侧的谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至茶杯的本体的内部;雾化器驱动电路3b,与所述雾化片2a电性连接,驱动所述雾化片2a产生谐振。该种情况下所述茶盘22上形成的座体3与所述茶杯本体1分体设置。座体3的具体结构见上文分体设置的描述,此处不再赘述。
以上所述的具体实例,对本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步详细说明,所应理解的是,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种茶杯,包括本体,其特征在于,在所述本体的底部设置有雾化器模块,所述雾化器模块包括:
    雾化片,设置于所述本体的底部,所述雾化片的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    雾化片连接单元,一端与所述雾化片电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述茶杯还包括座体,所述座体内设置有雾化片驱动电路,用于与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述雾化器模块还包括:
    水位感测器,设置于所述本体的底部,所述水位感测器的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    水位感测器连接单元,一端与所述水位感测器电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的茶杯,其特征在于,还包括座体,所述座体内设置有雾化片驱动电路,用于与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端电性连接;所述座体内还设置有水位感测器驱动电路,用于与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体一体化连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体一体化连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端电性连接,所述水位感测器驱动电路与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接,所述水位感测器驱动电路与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述本体包括由不锈钢或塑料材质制成杯底,所述雾化器模块包裹于所述杯底中。
  10. 如权利要求2或4所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
  11. 一种茶杯,包括本体,其特征在于,在所述本体的底部外侧设置有谐振薄膜。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述茶杯还包括座体,所述座体包括:
    雾化片,用于与所述谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至所述本体的内部;
    雾化片驱动电路,与所述雾化片电性连接,驱动所述雾化片产生谐振。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述茶杯还包括:
    水位感测器,设置于所述本体的底部,所述水位感测器的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    水位感测器连接单元,一端与所述水位感测器电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体还包括:
    水位感测器驱动电路,用于与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述谐振薄膜和所述雾化片可分离的振动连接。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述谐振薄膜和所述雾化片可分离的振动连接,所述水位感测器驱动电路与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述本体包括由不锈钢或塑料材质制成杯底,所述谐振薄膜包裹于所述杯底中。
  18. 如权利要求12或14所述的茶杯,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
  19. 一种茶具,包括茶盘及茶杯,所述茶杯包括本体,其特征在于,在所述本体的底部设置有雾化器模块,所述雾化器模块包括:
    雾化片,设置于所述本体的底部,所述雾化片的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    雾化片连接单元,一端与所述雾化片电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接;
    所述茶盘上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体,所述座体内设置有雾化片驱动电路,用于与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述雾化器模块还包括:
    水位感测器,设置于所述本体的底部,所述水位感测器的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    水位感测器连接单元,一端与所述水位感测器电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接;
    所述座体内还设置有水位感测器驱动电路,用于与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述雾化片驱动电路与所述雾化片连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接,所述水位感测器驱动电路与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述本体包括由不锈钢或塑料材质制成杯底,所述雾化器模块包裹于所述杯底中。
  24. 如权利要求19或20所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
  25. 一种茶具,包括茶盘及茶杯,所述茶杯包括本体,其特征在于,在所述本体的底部外侧设置有谐振薄膜;
    所述茶盘上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体,所述座体包括:
    雾化片,用于与设置在茶杯的本体的谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至茶杯的本体的内部;
    雾化器驱动电路,与所述雾化片电性连接,驱动所述雾化片产生谐振。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述茶杯还包括:
    水位感测器,设置于所述本体的底部,所述水位感测器的工作区域的至少一部分暴露于所述本体的内部;
    水位感测器连接单元,一端与所述水位感测器电性连接,另一端用于与所述本体外部电性连接;
    所述座体还包括:
    水位感测器驱动电路,用于与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端电性连接。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述谐振薄膜和所述雾化片可分离的振动连接。
  28. 如权利要求25所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述座体与所述本体分体式连接,所述谐振薄膜和所述雾化片可分离的振动连接,所述水位感测器驱动电路与所述水位感测器连接单元的另一端可分离的电性连接。
  29. 如权利要求25所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述本体包括由不锈钢或塑料材质制成杯底,所述谐振薄膜包裹于所述杯底中。
  30. 如权利要求25或26所述的茶具,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
  31. 一种茶盘,其特征在于,所述茶盘上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体,所述座体内设置有雾化片驱动电路,用于与设置在茶杯本体内的雾化片电性连接。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的茶盘,其特征在于,所述座体内还设置有水位感测器驱动电路,用于与设置在所述茶杯本体内的水位感测器电性连接。
  33. 如权利要求31或32所述的茶盘,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
  34. 一种茶盘,其特征在于,所述茶盘上形成有用于承托茶杯本体的座体,所述座体包括:
    雾化片,用于与设置在茶杯本体外侧的谐振薄膜接触时将谐振传导至茶杯的本体的内部;
    雾化器驱动电路,与所述雾化片电性连接,驱动所述雾化片产生谐振。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的茶盘,其特征在于,所述座体内还设置有水位感测器驱动电路,用于与设置在所述茶杯本体内的水位感测器电性连接。
  36. 如权利要求34或35所述的茶盘,其特征在于,所述雾化片驱动电路包括振荡电路单元及频率调整单元;所述座体上设置有调整元件,与所述频率调整单元电性连接,通过控制频率调整单元来调整控制振荡电路的振荡频率。
