Description

另外,命令音响系统播放唤醒音乐后,还包括:发送第二指令到房间的控制系统,命令控制系统打开房间的灯和/或窗帘。通过当音响系统播放唤醒音乐的同时,酒店服务器通过房间里面的控制系统打开房间的灯和/或窗帘,使住户无需被唤醒后亲自去打开房间的灯以及拉开窗帘,为住户提供了方便舒适的服务,提高住户的入住体验,而且在播放唤醒音乐的同时打开房间的灯和/或窗帘提高了唤醒住户的成功率,以免住户因为起床时间延后而遭受损失。
另外,将唤醒音乐添加到住户信息中;若用户再次入住,通过控制系统检测到住户此次入住的房间的门被打开时,发送第一指令,命令住户此次入住的房间的音响系统播放唤醒音乐。通过使曾经入住的住户在刚进入新的入住房间时,便能听到曾经设为唤醒音乐的音乐,使住户能享受到超出自己预期的入住体验。
本申请实施例相对于现有技术而言,通过酒店服务器获得唤醒音乐、唤醒时间等唤醒服务信息,并获取客房住户的住户信息后,控制客房住户入住的房间的音响系统在到达唤醒时间时播放唤醒音乐,使得住户可以在到达设定的时间时,以自己喜欢的音乐唤醒睡眠中的自己,在避免住户起床时间延后的同时,还有利于使住户得到了人性化的入住体验,住户可通过发送结束信息,使服务器控制音响系统停止播放唤醒音乐,以免住户被唤醒后唤醒音乐还一直在播放而影响住户入住体验,若住户醒来后,希望能持续听到唤醒音乐,则发送持续播放信息到服务器上,服务器若是接收到持续播放信息,也就获知了住户已经醒来,则在接收到持续播放信息后,控制音响系统持续播放唤醒音乐,满足住户需求,如果住户没有在预设时间段内发送结束信息或者持续播放信息,说明唤醒音乐并没有唤醒住户,因此酒店服务器将发送通知至人工服务,以让服务人员获知住户还没被唤醒,由服务人员通过打电话或敲门的方式进行唤醒,以免住户由于无法自己醒来而遭受损失,让用户享受到人性化、智能化的服务体验。总之,本申请一方面让住户可以自由选择自己喜欢的音乐及合适的时间设定相应的叫醒服务,另一方面在愉悦的叫醒服务下,还具有人工叫醒服务作为后续保障,避免了任何小概率的自动叫醒服务的失败状况的发生,反过来更加让住户可以安心入睡,保障一个良好的入住体验。

本申请涉及一种唤醒客房住户的方法,应用于酒店服务器。本实施方式的核心在于接收客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息,唤醒服务信息包括:唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间,获取客房住户的住户信息,根据住户信息,控制客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达唤醒时间时,播放唤醒音乐,唤醒音乐播放后,若接收到结束指令,则控制音响系统停止播放唤醒音乐;若接收到持续播放指令,则控制音响系统持续播放唤醒音乐;若在预设时间段内未接受到结束或持续播放指令,则发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。使得客房住户入住客房时,酒店服务器能以客户安排的音乐以及时间唤醒住户,并通过智能化的唤醒服务,让住户享受到酒店或宾馆提供的人性化的入住体验,同时还避免了任何小概率的自动唤醒服务的失败状况的发生,确保住户能按时被唤醒。下面对本实施方式的一种唤醒客房住户的方法的实现细节进行具体的说明,以下内容仅为方便理解提供的实现细节,并非实施本方案的必须。
本实施方式中的一种唤醒客房住户方法的流程如图1所示,具体包括:
步骤S101,接收客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息。
具体的说,唤醒服务信息可以包括住户选择的唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间,当客房住户入住酒店或宾馆时,可以使用手机登录酒店或宾馆的APP或使用电脑登录酒店或宾馆的网站,设定唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间,唤醒时间是指把住户唤醒的时间,其中唤醒服务信息除了有住户设定的把自己唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间外,还可以包括:音乐次数以及音乐时长,其中音乐次数用于设定唤醒音乐播放的次数,音乐时长用于设定唤醒音乐播放一次持续的时长。设定完成后终端会通过WIFI或蓝牙把设定好的唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间发送到酒店服务器中。
值得一提的是,住户也可以通过手机把唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间编辑在短信上,再把短信发送到服务器中,使服务器获取到客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息。
另外,唤醒服务信息还可以包括住户信息,当客房住户输入唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间的同时,住户还可以输入住户信息,住户信息可以包括住户入住房间的房间号、住户终端设备的识别号、住户的名字等信息,以便服务器可根据住户信息为住户提供更优质的服务。
步骤S102,获取客房住户的住户信息。
具体的说,当唤醒服务信息包括唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间而不包括住户信息时,服务器将对唤醒服务信息的获取路径进行解析,得到终端设备的标识号,在预设的数据库中查询与标识号匹配的住户信息;其中,数据库中存储有终端设备的标识号与住户信息的对应关系。终端标识号包括:住户的手机号码、住户的终端设备的IP地址以及国际移动设备身份码(International Mobile
Equipment Identity,简称“IMEI”)等信息,这样可以简化住户操作手续,减少信息量的主动输入,能给住户更好的住宿体验。
当住户利用手机登录酒店或宾馆的APP发送唤醒服务信息时,酒店或宾馆的APP将获取住户手机的IMEI,并发送到酒店服务器,或者酒店服务器获得唤醒服务信息后,根据获取的路径信息,获得住户发送唤醒服务信息的手机的IP地址。当住户利用电脑登录酒店或宾馆的网站并利用网站发送唤醒服务信息到服务器时,服务器将根据获取的唤醒服务信息的路径信息,获得住户发送唤醒服务信息的手机的IP地址。当住户利用手机发送短信,把唤醒服务信息发送到服务器中时,服务器可根据短信信息获取住户的手机号码,这些都是服务器如何获取住户终端设备的标识号的方法,在实际实施中并不以此为限。
另外,在服务器中存储有终端设备的标识号与住户信息的对应关系,这是因为住户在入住酒店或宾馆时可以让酒店工作人员记录或者自己输入自己的终端设备的标识号以及住户信息到服务器中,然后服务器将把输入的终端设备的标识号以及住户信息进行绑定。当住户发送唤醒服务信息到服务器使得服务器获取到住户终端设备的标识号后,服务器将根据终端设备的标识号与住户信息的对应关系,获得住户信息。服务器可根据住户信息为住户提供针对性的唤醒服务,使住户享受人性化、智能化的入住体验。
值得一提的是,当唤醒服务信息还包括住户信息时,服务器获取唤醒服务信息的同时将获得住户信息,服务器可根据住户信息为住户提供针对性的唤醒服务,使住户享受人性化、智能化的入住体验。
步骤S103,根据住户信息,控制客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达唤醒时间时,播放唤醒音乐。
具体的说,由于住户信息包含有住户的房间号,可根据住户信息确定住户入住的房间,服务器可把唤醒服务信息发送到客户入住房间的音响系统中,音响系统内设有处理器,当到达住户设定的唤醒时间时,音响系统自动播放唤醒音乐,使住户能享受智能化的酒店服务,提高住户的入住体验。
另一方面,服务器根据房间号发送唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间到音响系统后,当到达唤醒时间时,服务器发送第一指令到音响系统中,命令音响系统播放唤醒音乐,使用户能被自己喜欢的音乐唤醒。这也是实现智能唤醒客房住户的一种方法。
步骤S104,根据住户的操作,停止播放或持续播放唤醒音乐;或者发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。
具体的说,唤醒音乐播放后,若接收到结束指令,则控制音响系统停止播放唤醒音乐;若接收到持续播放指令,则控制音响系统持续播放唤醒音乐;若在预设时间段内未接受到结束或持续播放指令,则发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。
即当住户被唤醒音乐唤醒后,可以通过客房住户的终端设备或者客房里面提供的设备向服务器发出结束指令,服务器可根据有无接收到结束信息获知客户有否被唤醒音乐唤醒。当服务器获知住户被唤醒后,服务器即可发送指令到音响系统,命令客房的音响系统停止播放唤醒音乐,以免住户被唤醒后音乐还一直在播放,影响客房住户入住体验。
当用户醒来希望持续收听唤醒音乐时,可以通过手机或者客房里面提供的设备发送持续播放指令到服务器,让服务器发出指令命令音响系统持续播放唤醒音乐。因此服务器在播放唤醒音乐后将判断是否接收到持续播放信息,以满足客户的需求,为客户提供人性化的优质服务。
而预设时间段可根据音乐次数以及音乐时长生成,也就是说预设时间段可以为唤醒音乐设定的播放时间,当音响系统播放完最后一次唤醒音乐后,服务器仍没有收到住户发送的结束指令或者持续播放指令,说明住户并没有被唤醒音乐唤醒,需要人工唤醒。此时可以把通知发送到人工服务平台,通知可以包括住户的房间以及服务人员应该提供的服务,服务人员在人工服务平台获得服务器发送的通知后,便会通过打电话到住户房间以及到住户房间敲门等方式人工唤醒住户,以保证住户能准时起床,避免了住户因延迟起床受到损失,给予了用户优质的入住体验
不难发现,与现有技术相比,本实施方式通过得到唤醒音乐、唤醒时间,在到达唤醒时间时,控制客房住户入住的房间的音响系统播放唤醒音乐,使得住户可以在到达设定的时间时,以自己喜欢的音乐唤醒睡眠中的自己。也通过当接收到结束信息时控制音响系统关闭播放的唤醒音乐,通过当接收到持续播放信息时控制音响系统持续播放唤醒音乐,通过当唤醒音乐没有唤醒住户时,酒店服务器将通知发送到人工服务的方法,使住户享受到了人性化、智能化的入住体验,同时避免了住户因小概率的自动唤醒服务的失败状况的发生而造成起床时间的延后,使用户享受到优质的入住体验。
本申请还涉及一种唤醒客房住户的方法。本实施方式是在前述实施方式的基础上做了进一步改进,具体改进之处在于:本实施方式中,命令音响系统播放唤醒音乐后还包括:发送第二指令到房间的控制系统,命令控制系统打开房间的灯和/或窗帘。具体流程图如图2所示:
步骤S201,接收客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息。
由于本实施方式中步骤S201与前述实施方式中步骤S101大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S202,获取客房住户的住户信息。
由于本实施方式中步骤S202与前述实施方式中步骤S102大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S203,根据住户信息,控制客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达唤醒时间时,播放唤醒音乐。
由于本实施方式中步骤S203与前述实施方式中步骤S103大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S204,发送第二指令到房间的控制系统,命令控制系统打开房间的灯和/或窗帘。
具体的说,当音响系统播放唤醒音乐的同时,酒店服务器发送第二指令到房间的控制系统,房间里面的控制系统接收到服务器发送的指令后将打开房间的灯和/或窗帘,使住户无需被唤醒后亲自去打开房间的灯以及拉开窗帘,为住户提供了方便舒适智能化的服务,提高住户的入住体验,而且在播放唤醒音乐的同时打开房间的灯和/或窗帘提高了唤醒住户的成功率,减少了住户的起床时间延后的情况发生。
步骤S205,根据住户的操作,停止播放或持续播放唤醒音乐;或者发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。
由于本实施方式中步骤S205与前述实施方式中步骤S104大致相同,此处不再赘述。
不难发现,与现有技术相比,本实施方式通过在到达唤醒时间时,服务器发送指令命令控制系统打开房间的灯和/或窗帘,使住户无需被唤醒后亲自去打开房间的灯以及拉开窗帘,为住户提供了方便舒适智能化的服务,提高住户的入住体验,而且在播放唤醒音乐的同时打开房间的灯和/或窗帘提高了唤醒住户的成功率,以免住户因为起床时间延后。
本申请还涉及一种唤醒客房住户的方法,本实施方式是在前述实施方式的基础上做了进一步改进,具体改进之处在于:获取客房住户的住户信息后,还包括:将唤醒音乐添加到住户信息中;若住户再次入住,通过控制系统检测到住户此次入住的房间的门被打开时,发送第一指令,命令住户此次入住的房间的音响系统播放唤醒音乐。其流程包括:
步骤S301,接收客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息。

步骤S302,获取客房住户的住户信息。
由于本实施方式中步骤S302与前述实施方式中步骤S102大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S303,将唤醒音乐添加到住户信息中。使住户信息包含有唤醒音乐,即可由住户信息得知住户喜好的音乐
步骤S304,根据住户信息,控制客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达唤醒时间时,播放唤醒音乐。
由于本实施方式中步骤S604与前述实施方式中步骤S103大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S305,根据住户的操作,停止播放或持续播放唤醒音乐;或者发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。
由于本实施方式中步骤S305与前述实施方式中步骤S104大致相同,此处不再赘述。
步骤S306,若住户再次入住,通过控制系统检测到住户此次入住的房间的门被打开时,发送第一指令,命令住户此次入住的房间的音响系统播放唤醒音乐。
具体的说,当住户入住时,需要填写个人资料比如住户名称以及身份证号等,这些住户信息会保存到酒店的服务器中。当有住户入住时,酒店的服务器可判断入住住户的住户信息与保存的住户信息是否匹配,当入住住户的住户信息与保存的住户信息匹配时,说明入住的住户以前曾经在此酒店入住并留下了住户信息,即酒店的服务器可判断住户是否再次入住。当酒店的服务器判断住户为再次入住的用户时,根据此次用户提供的住户信息得知住户此次入住房间的房间号,继而通过房间的控制系统可检测住户此次入住房间的房间门有没有被打开,即当住户此次入住的房间的门被打开时,房间的控制系统将发送信息到服务器,以让服务器获知住户此次入住房间的门被打开了,也就是说获知住户已经进入了此次入住的房间。此时服务器可以利用住户上一次入住时留下的住户信息中的唤醒音乐,发送第一指令到住户此次入住房间的音响系统,命令住户此次入住的房间的音响系统播放住户上一次入住时设定的唤醒音乐,以提供住户超出预期的享受,提高住户的入驻体验。
不难发现,本实施方式通过检测出住户是否为曾经入住的住户,当住户打开门时控制住户入住房间的音响播放住户曾经设定的唤醒音乐,使曾经入住的住户在刚进入新的入住房间时,便能听到曾经设为唤醒音乐的音乐,住户能享受到超出自己预期的入住体验。
上面各种方法的步骤划分,只是为了描述清楚,实现时可以合并为一个步骤或者对某些步骤进行拆分,分解为多个步骤,只要包括相同的逻辑关系,都在本专利的保护范围内;对算法中或者流程中添加无关紧要的修改或者引入无关紧要的设计,但不改变其算法和流程的核心设计都在该专利的保护范围内。
本申请还涉及一种服务器,如图3所示,包括至少一个处理器31;以及,
与至少一个处理器31通信连接的存储器32;其中,
存储器32存储有可被至少一个处理器31执行的指令,指令被至少一个处理器31执行,以使至少一个处理器31能够执行如本申请实施方式所述的产量预测方法。
其中,存储器32和处理器31采用总线方式连接,总线可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线将一个或多个处理器31和存储器32的各种电路连接在一起。总线还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口在总线和收发机之间提供接口。收发机可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器31处理的数据通过天线在无线介质上进行传输,进一步,天线还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器31。
处理器31负责管理总线和通常的处理,还可以提供各种功能,包括定时,外围接口,电压调节、电源管理以及其他控制功能。而存储器32可以被用于存储处理器31在执行操作时所使用的数据。
本申请还涉及一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序。计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述方法实施例。
本领域技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,上述各实施方式是实现本申请的具体实施例,而在实际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本申请的精神和范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,应用于酒店服务器,包括:接收客房住户的终端设备发送的唤醒服务信息;所述唤醒服务信息包括住户选择的唤醒音乐以及唤醒时间;获取所述客房住户的住户信息;根据所述住户信息,控制所述客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达所述唤醒时间时,播放所述唤醒音乐;所述唤醒音乐播放后,若接收到结束指令,则控制所述音响系统停止播放所述唤醒音乐;若接收到持续播放指令,则控制所述音响系统持续播放所述唤醒音乐;若在所述预设时间段内未接受到所述结束或持续播放指令,则发送通知至人工服务进行人工叫醒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,所述获取所述客房住户的住户信息,具体包括:对所述唤醒服务信息的获取路径进行解析,得到所述终端设备的标识号;在预设的数据库中查询与所述标识号匹配的住户信息;其中,所述数据库中存储有终端设备的标识号与住户信息的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求1所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,所述住户信息包括:所述客房住户入住的房间的房间号;所述根据所述住户信息,控制所述客房住户的房间内的音响系统在到达所述唤醒时间时,播放所述唤醒音乐,具体包括:根据所述房间号发送所述唤醒音乐以及所述唤醒时间到所述音响系统;当到达所述唤醒时间时,发送第一指令到所述音响系统,命令所述音响系统播放所述唤醒音乐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,播放所述唤醒音乐后,还包括:发送第二指令到所述房间的控制系统,命令所述控制系统打开所述房间的灯和/或窗帘。
- 根据权利要求4所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,所述获取所述客房住户的住户信息后,还包括:将所述唤醒音乐添加到所述住户信息中;若所述住户再次入住,通过所述控制系统检测到所述住户此次入住的房间的门被打开时,发送所述第一指令,命令所述住户此次入住的房间的音响系统播放所述唤醒音乐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,所述唤醒服务信息还包括:住户信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的唤醒客房住户的方法,其中,所述唤醒服务信息还包括:音乐次数以及音乐时长,其中所述音乐次数用于设定所述唤醒音乐播放的次数,所述音乐时长用于设定所述唤醒音乐播放一次持续的时长;所述预设时间段根据所述音乐次数以及所述音乐时长生成。
- 一种服务器,其中,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的唤醒客房住户的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7中任一项所述的唤醒客房住户的方法。
