Description

一种消化道摄像装置
本发明提供了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种消化道摄像装置。
胶囊式内窥镜是医学发展的科技新产品,目前已应用于许多病症的临床诊断,磁控式胶囊式内窥镜外壳多为长圆形,即两端为半圆中间为圆柱,适宜空间较大的胃部检查,对于肠道检查,如小肠、结肠部位尤其是拐角处不易通过,因此操纵不够方便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种消化道摄像装置,克服了上述的缺陷,其包括胶囊内窥镜和磁控装置,所述胶囊内窥镜设于人体消化道内部,磁控装置设于体外,所述胶囊内窥镜包括透明外壳,透明外壳内设有摄像器、信号发射器及磁体A,其特征在于所述透明外壳设为球形或椭圆形。
优选的所述磁控装置设有C形臂,人体置于C形臂内,C形臂能够沿人体的高度方向、左右方向和前后方向进行三维移动,并能够绕人体转动,所述C形臂两端分别设有磁体B,所述磁体B可以自转,所述磁体A设为条形长方体,N极S极设于长方体的大面,以加宽和加强磁体A产生的磁场,所述摄像器设有主摄像头,所述主摄像头的照射方向与所述磁体A的磁场方向垂直设置,所述磁控装置设为人体卧姿或站姿或坐姿,所述人体卧姿时设有床,所述床床面设为两头宽中间窄,以方便所述C形臂的运动,所述人体站姿时设有立柱,以协助人体站稳。
优选的所述透明外壳设有两层,分别为内层外壳和外层外壳,外层外壳设为球形,两层外壳之间设有透明润滑液,两层外壳之间能够相对转动。
优选的所述内层外壳设为磁性球形壳体,且两磁极对称设置于其外表面,以代替所述磁体A,用以减小胶囊内窥镜的体积;所述内层外壳上设有摄像头孔及发射天线孔,所述摄像器、信号发射器设于所述内层外壳内。
优选的所述内层外壳,外层外壳设为两瓣或多瓣组合而成。
本发明一种消化道摄像装置,通过C形臂两端的磁体B与设于透明外壳内的磁体A或磁性球形壳体的磁场作用,控制胶囊内窥镜在消化系统内行走和转动,尤其是圆形外壳有利于在狭窄的肠道内转动,为全方位多角度摄像创造了有力条件。同时将所述摄像器主摄像头的照射方向与所述磁体A的磁场方向垂直设置,以及球形外壳设计,并通过C形臂和磁体B转动的组合,可控制胶囊内窥镜任意方向转动,从而使摄像无死角,当外部磁场吸引胶囊内窥镜紧贴于消化道内壁时,胶囊内窥镜行走困难,本发明对胶囊内窥镜的双层外壳设计,克服了这一缺陷,通过外层外壳的球形及层间润滑液的作用,可使外层外壳贴服消化道内壁滚动行走,而不影响胶囊内窥镜内部设施的正常工作,从而大大减小了胶囊内窥镜的运动阻力和牵引磁力,使胶囊式内窥镜的实用性能有了更进一步的提高。

附图1-2为本发明一种消化道摄像装置的第一种实施方式,其包括胶囊内窥镜和磁控装置,所述胶囊内窥镜设于人体消化道内部,磁控装置设于体外,所述胶囊内窥镜包括透明外壳1,透明外壳1内设有摄像器、信号发射器及磁体A2,其特征在于所述透明外壳1设为球形或椭圆形。
优选的所述磁控装置设有C形臂,人体置于C形臂内,C形臂能够沿人体的高度方向、左右方向和前后方向进行三维移动,并能够绕人体转动,所述C形臂两端分别设有磁体B,所述磁体B可以自转,所述磁体A2设为条形长方体,N极S极设于长方体的大面,以加宽和加强磁体A产生的磁场,所述摄像器设有主摄像头3,所述主摄像头3的照射方向与所述磁体A2的磁场方向垂直设置,所述磁控装置设为人体卧姿或站姿或坐姿,所述人体卧姿时设有床,所述床床面设为两头宽中间窄,以方便所述C形臂的运动,所述人体站姿时设有立柱,以协助人体站稳。

附图4为本发明一种消化道摄像装置的第三种实施方式,是对第一、二种实施方式的进一步改进,其包括胶囊内窥镜和磁控装置,所述胶囊内窥镜设于人体消化道内部,磁控装置设于体外,所述胶囊内窥镜包括透明外壳,所述透明外壳设有两层,分别为内层外壳和外层外壳12,外层外壳12设为球形,两层外壳之间设有透明润滑液,也可不设润滑液,以两层外壳之间能够相对灵活转动为准,所述内层外壳设为磁性球形壳体14,且两磁极对称设置于其外表面,以代替上述实施方式中所述的磁体A2,用以减小胶囊内窥镜的体积,所述摄像器、信号发射器设于所述磁性球形壳体14内,所述磁性球形壳体14上设有摄像头孔14-1及发射天线孔14-2。

1、一种消化道摄像装置,包括胶囊内窥镜和磁控装置,所述胶囊内窥镜设于人体消化道内部,磁控装置设于体外,所述胶囊内窥镜包括透明外壳(1),透明外壳(1)内设有摄像器、信号发射器及磁体A(2),其特征在于所述透明外壳(1)设为球形或椭圆形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述透明外壳(1)设有两层,分为内层外壳(11)和外层外壳(12),两层外壳之间能够相对转动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述内层外壳设为磁性球形壳体(14),且两磁极对称设置于其外表面,以代替所述磁体A(2)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述两层外壳之间设有透明润滑液(13)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述磁控装置设有C形臂,人体置于C形臂内,C形臂能够沿人体的高度方向、左右方向和前后方向进行三维移动,并能够绕人体转动。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述C形臂两端分别设有磁体B,所述磁体B自转。
7、根据权利要求1所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述磁体A(2)设为条形长方体,N极S极设于长方体的大面。
8、根据权利要求1所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述摄像器设有主摄像头(3),所述主摄像头(3)的照射方向与所述磁体A(2)的磁场方向垂直设置。
9、根据权利要求1所述的一种消化道摄像装置,其特征在于所述磁控装置设为人体卧姿或站姿或坐姿,所述人体卧姿时设有床,所述床床面设为两头宽中间窄。
