Description

一种高效纸塑分离筛选机 技术领域
本发明涉及资源再利用领域,特别涉及一种高效纸塑分离筛选机。
背景技术
目前,国内在垃圾处理和资源再利用方面还比较落后,尤其是在纸塑包装类行业,资源的回收再利用率比较低。现在的纸塑分离工艺主要通过碎浆机碎浆,纸塑复合材料在碎浆机的搅拌作用下,使纸纤维和塑料得到润张和脱离,然后把部分脱离的纸纤维排掉,再把带有大量纸纤维的塑料排到圆筒筛、滤水池、杂质分离机等进行脱水清洗,最后打包卖给塑料回收厂家。这种回收工艺存在的问题是:产能很低,塑料容易缠绕、分离不彻底、清洗不干净,需要二次加化学药品清洗,纸纤维回收率低,人工劳动强度大,耗能较高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提高纸塑复合材料的回收再利用,通过研究纸塑复合材料的特性、总结各类复合材料的分离筛选经验,提供了一种针对纸塑复合材料的高效纸塑分离筛选机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种高效纸塑分离筛选机,包括两侧托辊、位于托辊之间的滚筒本体、电机以及传动机构,所述滚筒本体由转筒及外罩组成,其特征在于:所述转筒的一端为进料口,另一端为出料口,所述转筒内部均匀分布有若干梅花阻料板,转筒的内壁上均匀安装有若干刮料板,所述转筒的内安装有筛网,转筒的底部设有集浆池,所述电机连接减速机,减速机通过齿轮组带动转筒运动。
所述进料口的上方与高压喷水管连接,一方面高压喷水管可以对物料进行喷淋清洗,另一方面未脱离的纸纤维在转筒内进行充分的摔打剥离,得到充分的清洗。
所述出料口与转筒之间通过锥度螺旋管连接,能够均匀的将洗干净后的塑料输送出设备。
所述刮料板为V型刮料板,能够将物料全部刮起,均匀下落,便于清洗。
所述齿轮组包括套置在转筒外部的被动齿轮、与被动齿轮啮合的小齿轮,所述小齿轮通过对轮与减速机连接,电机通过减速机、对轮、小齿轮带动被动齿轮转动,从而使得转筒转动。
所述减速机为硬齿面减速机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的高效纸塑分离筛选机,结构设计合理,能使纸塑混合物料得到彻底的清洗和分离,提高了分离效率、同时提高了塑料的纯净度和纤维的回收率,无需再进行二次清洗,降低了劳动强度和耗能。

具体实施方式
如附图1-3所示,该高效纸塑分离筛选机,包括两侧托辊12、位于托辊12之间的滚筒本体、电机16以及传动机构,所述滚筒本体由转筒2及外罩5组成,所述转筒2的一端为进料口1,另一端为出料口11,进料口1的上方与高压喷水管17连接,一方面高压喷水管17可以对物料进行喷淋清洗,另一方面未脱离的纸纤维在转筒2内进行充分的摔打剥离,得到充分的清洗,出料口11与转筒2之间通过锥度螺旋管10连接,能够均匀的将洗干净后的塑料输送出设备,所述转筒2内部均匀分布有若干梅花阻料板9,转筒2的内壁上均匀安装有若干V型刮料板8,如附图4-5所示,能够将物料全部刮起,均匀下落,便所述转筒2的内安装有筛网4,转筒2的底部设有集浆池18,所述电机16连接硬齿面减速机15,硬齿面减速机15通过齿轮组带动转筒2运动,齿轮组包括套置在转筒2外部的被动齿轮7、与被动齿轮7啮合的小齿轮13,所述小齿轮13通过对轮14与硬齿面减速机15连接,电机16通过减速机15、对轮14、小齿轮13带动被动齿轮7转动,从而使得转筒2转动。
本发明主要应用在纸塑复合材料的清洗和筛选上。其上一道工序为碎浆设备,本发明直接与高浓碎浆机纸塑料膜出口对接,在纸塑复合包装材料得到破碎和水润涨的情况下,进入到本设备,在物料和水一起从进料口1进入转筒2后,首先经过梅花阻料板9的阻挡和分流作用,使物料在筒体2内达到分布均匀和速度平稳,再在转筒2的顺时针转动下,由刮料板8把分布均匀的物料刮起,随转筒2转到∠60°到∠70°时,物料均匀下落,在高压喷 水管17的喷淋作用下,物料一方面被清洗,另一方面未脱离的纸纤维在转筒2内还会得到充分的摔打剥离,直至得到充分清洗,清洗下来的纸纤维和水通过筛浆板的筛选之后排到集浆池18,通过净化除渣后再用于造纸行业;清洗干净后的塑料,通过锥度螺旋管10,均匀地被输送出出料口11,经过加工可用于再生塑料制品行业。
本发明的高效纸塑分离筛选机,结构设计合理,能使纸塑混合物料得到彻底的清洗和分离,提高了分离效率、同时提高了塑料的纯净度和纤维的回收率,无需再进行二次清洗,降低了劳动强度和耗能。

  1. 一种高效纸塑分离筛选机,包括两侧托辊、位于托辊之间的滚筒本体、电机以及传动机构,所述滚筒本体由转筒及外罩组成,其特征在于:所述转筒的一端为进料口,另一端为出料口,所述转筒内部均匀分布有若干梅花阻料板,转筒的内壁上均匀安装有若干刮料板,所述转筒的内安装有筛网,转筒的底部设有集浆池,所述电机连接减速机,减速机通过齿轮组带动转筒运动。
