Abstract

一种智能LED灯具,包括灯座(10)、灯罩(20)以及LED发光模块(30),LED发光模块(30)安装在灯座(10)内,灯罩(20)安装在灯座(10)上并罩住LED发光模块(30),灯座(10)为金属灯座,智能LED灯具还包括无线控制模块以及天线(40),无线控制模块设于灯座(10)内,天线(40)的一端与无线控制模块电连接,另一端穿过灯座(10)向外伸出。设有无线控制模块以及用于接收或发射电信号的天线(40),能避免通过开关进行控制,可直接对灯具进行无线控制,使用方便,同时天线(40)穿过灯座(10)向外伸出,有利于天线(40)接收信号,避免金属灯座(10)减弱天线(40)的信号强度,控制更灵活。

Description

一种智能LED灯具
本申请要求于2017年12月30日提交中国专利局的申请号为CN2017219106581、名称为“一种智能LED灯具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及灯具技术领域,特别是一种智能LED灯具。
背景技术
随着灯具的技术不断提高,LED灯具得到广泛的应用。现有的灯具主要通过电线连接开关来控制灯具的亮灭,功能单一。现有的智能线条灯由灯座和灯罩组成,灯座一般由金属制成,有助于散热,但是会屏蔽灯内的天线。因此,需要做进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种智能LED灯具,旨在解决现有灯具通过开关控制,功能单一,灯座屏蔽天线的问题。
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种智能LED灯具,包括灯座、灯罩以及LED发光模块,所述LED发光模块安装在灯座内,所述灯罩安装在灯座上并罩住LED发光模块,所述灯座为金属灯座,所述智能LED灯具还包括无线控制模块以及天线,所述无线控制模块设于所述灯座内,所述天线的一端与无线控制模块电连接,另一端穿过灯座向外伸出。
在本申请的一个实施例中:智能LED灯具还包括遥控器,遥控器与天线通信连接。
在本申请的一个实施例中:灯座包括U型壳和两块端盖,LED发光模块和无线控制模块安装在U型壳内,灯罩安装在U型壳的开口处,两块端盖分别安装在U型壳的两端。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳的一端开设有供天线穿过的缺口。
在本申请的一个实施例中:智能LED灯具还包括缓冲圈,缓冲圈套设在天线上并设置在缺口内,端盖封闭缺口。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳上开设有供天线穿过的通孔。
在本申请的一个实施例中:智能LED灯具还包括缓冲圈,缓冲圈套设在天线上并设置在通孔内。
在本申请的一个实施例中:缓冲圈由软胶制成。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳呈长条形。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳由型材一体成型。
在本申请的一个实施例中:型材为铝型材。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳的内壁一体成型有用于安装螺钉的螺纹孔。
在本申请的一个实施例中:端盖上设置有螺钉,螺钉的一端穿过端盖设置于螺纹孔内。
在本申请的一个实施例中:U型壳的内壁一体成型有用于安装LED发光模块的卡槽。
在本申请的一个实施例中:智能LED灯具还包括电源线,电源线穿过U 型壳。
在本申请的一个实施例中:电源线穿过U型壳的顶面。
相对于现有技术,本申请提供的一种智能LED灯具,设有无线控制模块以及天线,这样就能避免通过开关进行控制,可直接对灯具进行无线控制,使用方便。同时天线穿过灯座向外伸出,有利于天线接收信号,避免金属灯座减弱天线的信号强度,控制更灵活。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本申请的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1和2所示,本申请的实施例提供一种智能LED灯具,包括灯座10、可透光的灯罩20以及LED发光模块30,LED发光模块30安装在灯座10内,灯罩20安装在灯座10上并罩住LED发光模块30。智能LED灯具还包括无线控制模块(图未示)以及用于接收或发射电信号的天线40,无线控制模块设于灯座10内,无线控制模块与LED发光模块30电连接,这样就能避免通过开关进行控制,可使用遥控器直接对灯具进行无线控制,使用方便。灯座10为金属灯座,有利于散热。天线40的一端与无线控制模 块电连接,另一端穿过灯座10向外伸出,有利于天线40接收信号,避免金属灯座10减弱天线40的信号强度,控制更灵活。
在本申请的其他实施例中,可选地,智能LED灯具可直接包括遥控器,遥控器与天线通信连接,通过控制遥控器而对灯具进行无线控制。
优选地,如图3所示,灯座10包括U型壳11和两块端盖12,LED发光模块30和无线控制模块安装在U型壳11内,灯罩20安装在U型壳11的开口处,两块端盖12分别安装在U型壳11的两端。在本实施例中,U型壳11的一端开设有供天线40穿过的缺口13。智能LED灯具还包括缓冲圈50,缓冲圈50套设在天线40上并设置在缺口13内,端盖12封闭所述缺口13,从而定位缓冲圈50。缓冲圈50由软胶制成,这样能避免天线40与U型壳11直接接触,导致漏电、磨损等问题。
在其它实施例中,可选地,U型壳11不设缺口13,U型壳11上开设有供天线40穿过的通孔。缓冲圈50套设在天线40上并设置在通孔内,也可以达到相同的效果。
优选地,U型壳11呈长条形,则U型壳11能够装配成长条形的智能LED灯具。优选地,为便于生产,U型壳11由型材一体成型。进一步优选地,为减轻智能LED灯具的重量,该型材为铝型材。在本实施例中,U型壳11的内壁一体成型有用于安装螺钉1的螺纹孔14(如图4所示)。可选地,端盖12上设置有螺钉1,螺钉1的一端穿过端盖12,这样端盖12就能通过螺钉1拧入螺纹孔14内安装在U型壳11上了,避免在U型壳11上另外开设螺纹孔14,节省加工工序,降低成本。另外,优选地,U型壳11的内壁还一体成型有用于安装LED发光模块30的卡槽15。安装时,直接将LED 发光模块30从U型壳11的一侧沿卡槽15卡入定位即可,装配方便,降低人工成本。智能LED灯具还包括电源线60,电源线60从U型壳11顶面穿出。
应当理解的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制,对本领域技术人员来说,可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而所有这些修改和替换,都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性:智能LED灯具能直接对灯具进行无线控制,使用方便,并且不存在金属灯座将天线信号减弱的问题,无线控制更灵活。其贴合实际生活,适合推广应用具有很好地应用前景,且其结构简单,易于工业上大规模生产。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种智能LED灯具,包括灯座、灯罩以及LED发光模块,所述LED发光模块安装在所述灯座内,所述灯罩安装在所述灯座上并罩住所述LED发光模块,其特征在于,所述灯座为金属灯座,所述智能LED灯具还包括无线控制模块以及天线,所述无线控制模块设于所述灯座内,所述天线的一端与所述无线控制模块电连接,另一端穿过所述灯座向外伸出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述智能LED灯具还包括遥控器,所述遥控器与所述天线通信连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座包括U型壳和两块端盖,所述LED发光模块和所述无线控制模块安装在所述U型壳内,所述灯罩安装在所述U型壳的开口处,所述两块端盖分别安装在所述U型壳的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳的一端开设有供所述天线穿过的缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述智能LED灯具还包括缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈套设在天线上并设置在所述缺口内,所述端盖封闭所述缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳上开设有供所述天线穿过的通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述智能LED灯具还包括缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈套设在所述天线上并设置在所述通孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求5或7所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述缓冲圈由软胶制成。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8中任意一项所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳呈长条形。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳由型材一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述型材为铝型材。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳的内壁一体成型有用于安装螺钉的螺纹孔。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述端盖上设置有螺钉,所述螺钉的一端穿过所述端盖设置于所述螺纹孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求3-13任意一项所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述U型壳的内壁一体成型有用于安装所述LED发光模块的卡槽。
  15. 根据权利要求3-14任意一项所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述智能LED灯具还包括电源线,所述电源线穿过所述U型壳。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能LED灯具,其特征在于,所述电源线穿过所述U型壳的顶面。
