本发明的折叠式架子的有益效果是:首先,在存储或者运输的过程中,借助折叠式架子的支撑结构,不仅能够在折叠式架子内部的下端摆放内置液晶面板的箱体,也可以在折叠式架子的上端摆放内置液晶面板的箱体,同时,在摆放的过程中,折叠式架子上端的内置液晶面板的箱体不会压到折叠式架子内部的内置液晶面板的箱体,实现多层摆放,且避免受压导致的箱盖合缝张开;其次,通过多层摆放的方式,使得同样的空间内放置更多的内置液晶面板的箱体,空间利用率提升;最后,通过第一支撑柱包括第一柱体和第二柱体,而第一柱体和第二柱体折叠的连接,在不使用折叠式架子时,折叠第一柱体和第二柱体,减少折叠式架子的占用空间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

液晶面板箱体行业产出的CELL产品一般为立放,而立放的箱体在收到垂直方向的压力后箱盖的合缝张开,从而导致不能多层摆放,只能选择单层摆放,而且单层摆放占用了大量的空间,为此,本发明的折叠式架子堆叠起来,每一层框体组件内能够摆放一层内置液晶面板的箱体,如此不仅实现多层摆放,而且提高了空间的使用率,对于批量运输,也非常的方便和快捷;进一步,本发明的折叠式架子的支撑柱和连接横梁能够实现折叠,在不使用时,通过折叠支撑柱和连接横梁,使得折叠式架子的体积变小,占用空间小,方便存放。
请参照图1和图2,本发明提出一种折叠式架子100,用于多层摆放内置液晶面板的箱体,所述折叠式架子100包括第一框体组件10,所述第一框体组件10包括:方形的第一框体组件本体11及立设于第一框体组件本体11下端的四根第一支撑柱12,所述第一框体组件本体11包括两第一固定横梁111和设于两 第一固定横梁111之间的两第一连接横梁112,所述第一支撑柱12包括第一柱体121和第二柱体122,所述第一柱体121立设于第二柱体122的上端,所述第一柱体121的上端和第一固定横梁111的下端折叠的连接,所述第一柱体121的下端和第二柱体122上端折叠连接。
可选地,第一柱体121的下端和第二柱体122的上端通过铰接件折叠的连接,第一柱体121的上端通过铰接件与第一固定横梁111的下端折叠的连接;同时,两第一固定横梁111相互平行,两第一连接横梁112相互平行,从而,形成的第一框体组件10为规则立方体,在与室内的墙体或者集装箱的内壁等抵靠时,结构更稳定。
本发明的折叠式架子100的其中一具体实施例是,初始状态时,第一柱体121和第二柱体122折叠,在使用时,张开第一柱体121和第二柱体122,从而将第一框体组件本体11支撑起来,而后将内置液晶面板的箱体置于第一框体组件10的内部;继而在第一框体组件10上端可再摆放一层内置液晶面板的箱体。为了能够摆放更多的内置液晶面板的箱体,可以挨着第一框体组件10摆放更多的第一框体组件10,也可以选择在第一框体组件10上端叠放第一框体组件10,不仅方便,而且快捷。
进一步地,为了使得堆叠的多个第一框体组件10的结构更为稳定,第一固定横梁111的上端面开设有凹槽,在竖直方向叠放第一框体组件10时,上一层的第一框体组件10的第一支撑柱12的下端容置于凹槽内,从而使得整个架体结构更为稳定。
优选地,所述第一柱体121相对第一固定横梁111中部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁111;所述第二柱体122相对于第一柱体121向第一固定横梁11的端部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁11,具体地,铰接件设于第一固定横梁111和第一支撑柱12连接的内侧,从而,折叠后的第一柱体121和第二柱体122依次叠放于第一固定横梁111的下端。
优选地,所述第一连接横梁112包括折叠连接的第一梁体1121和第二梁体1122,所述第一梁体1121背离第二梁体1122的一端与一第一固定横梁111折叠的连接,所述第二梁体1122背离第一梁体1121的一端与另外一第一固定横梁111折叠的连接,具体地,第一梁体1121和第一固定横梁111的内侧设有铰接件,同样的,第二梁体1122和另一固定横梁111的内侧设有铰接件,从而实现折叠的连接;进一步地,所述第一固定横梁111的长大于第一连接横梁112的长, 从而当第一连接横梁112折叠后,实现完全折叠,是的折叠后的第一框体组件10体积更小。
优选地,参照图3和图4,所述折叠式架子100还包括至少一第二框体组件20,所述第二框体组件20包括一平行于第一固定横梁111的第二固定横梁21、两第二连接横梁22及立设于第二固定横梁21下端的两第二支撑柱23,所述两第二连接横梁22设于第二固定横梁21及与第二固定横梁21相邻的第一固定横梁111之间。从而,根据存储空间或者运输空间的大小,可确定出厂的折叠式架子100的长度和高度,即包含的第二框体组件20越多,折叠式架子100越长,容纳的内置液晶面板的箱体的数量越多;同时,堆叠的层数越多,摆放的内置液晶面板的箱体的数量亦越多。
进一步地,所述第二支撑柱23包括折叠连接的第一柱体121和第二柱体122,所述第一柱体121立设于第二柱体122的上端,所述第一柱体121的上端和第二固定横梁21的下端折叠的连接。优选地,所述第一柱体121和第二柱体122通过铰接件连接。
更进一步地,所述第二连接横梁22包括折叠连接的第一梁体1121和第二梁体1122,所述第一梁体1121背离第二梁体1122的一端与靠近第二固定横梁21的第一固定横梁111折叠的连接,所述第二梁体1122背离第一梁体1121的一端与第二固定横梁21折叠的连接。
优选地,参照图5和图6,所述折叠式架子100还包括一支撑板30,所述支撑板30设于第一框体组件10和/或第二框体组件20的上端,在使用时,将支撑板30先放置于第一框体组件10和/或者第二框体组件20的内侧下端,继而将内置液晶面板的箱体40放置于支撑板30,由此,无论第一框体组件10或者第二框体组件20的框体结构有多大,通过支撑板30,放置在支撑板30的内置液晶面板的箱体不会掉落。进一步地,所述支撑板30包括支撑板本体31及至少两支撑块32,所述支撑块32自支撑板本体31的一侧面向远离支撑板本体31的方向延伸,所述支撑块32开设有叉车孔。从而,可以方便的通过叉车进行移动。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种折叠式架子,用于多层摆放内置液晶面板的箱体,所述折叠式架子包括第一框体组件,所述第一框体组件包括:方形的第一框体组件本体及立设于第一框体组件本体下端的四根第一支撑柱,所述第一框体组件本体包括两第一固定横梁和设于两第一固定横梁之间的两第一连接横梁,其中,所述第一支撑柱包括第一柱体和第二柱体,所述第一柱体立设于第二柱体的上端,所述第一柱体的上端和第一固定横梁的下端折叠连接,所述第一柱体的下端和第二柱体上端折叠连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一柱体相对第一固定横梁中部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁;所述第二柱体相对于第一柱体向第一固定横梁的端部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一柱体和所述第二柱体通过铰接件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一连接横梁包括折叠连接的第一梁体和第二梁体,所述第一梁体背离第二梁体的一端与一第一固定横梁折叠的连接,所述第二梁体背离第一梁体的一端与另外一第一固定横梁折叠的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一梁体和所述第二梁体通过铰接件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一固定横梁的长大于第一连接横梁的长。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一固定横梁的上端面开设有凹槽,在竖直方向叠放第一框体组件时,上一层的第一框体组件的第一支撑柱的下端容置于所述凹槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述折叠式架子还包括一支撑板,所述支撑板设于第一框体组件的上端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述支撑板包括支撑板本体及至少两支撑块,所述支撑块自支撑板本体的一侧面向远离支撑板本体的方向延伸,所述支撑块开设有叉车孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述折叠式架子还包括至少一第二框体组件,所述第二框体组件包括一平行于第一固定横梁的第二固定横梁、两第二连接横梁及立设于第二固定横梁下端的两第二支撑柱,所述两第二连接横梁设于第二固定横梁及与第二固定横梁相邻的第一固定横梁之间;所述第二支撑柱包括折叠连接的第一柱体和第二柱体,所述第一柱体立设于第二柱体的上端,所述第一柱体的上端和第二固定横梁的下端折叠的连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠式架子,其中,在所述第一框体组件中,所述第一柱体相对第一固定横梁中部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁,所述第二柱体相对于第一柱体向第一固定横梁的端部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第一固定横梁;在所述第二框体组件中,所述第一柱体相对第二固定横梁中部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第二固定横梁,所述第二柱体相对于第一柱体向第二固定横梁的端部折叠连接,折叠后平行于第二固定横梁。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一柱体和所述第二柱体通过铰接件连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠式架子,其中,
    所述第一连接横梁包括折叠连接的第一梁体和第二梁体,所述第一梁体背离第二梁体的一端与一第一固定横梁折叠的连接,所述第二梁体背离第一梁体的一端与另外一第一固定横梁折叠的连接;
    所述第二连接横梁包括折叠连接的第一梁体和第二梁体,所述第一梁体背离第二梁体的一端与靠近第二固定横梁的第一固定横梁折叠的连接,所述第二梁体背离第一梁体的一端与第二固定横梁折叠的连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一梁体和所述第二梁体通过铰接件连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一固定横梁的长大于第一连接横梁的长,所述第二固定横梁与所述第一固定横梁的长度相等。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述第一固定横梁和第二固定横梁的上端面开设有凹槽,在竖直方向叠放第一框体组件和第二框体组件时,上一层的第一框体组件的第一支撑柱的下端容置于所述凹槽内,上一层的第二框体组件的第二支撑柱的下端容置于所述凹槽内。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述折叠式架子还包括一支撑板,所述支撑板设于第一框体组件和第二框体组件的上端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的折叠式架子,其中,所述支撑板包括支撑板本体及至少两支撑块,所述支撑块自支撑板本体的一侧面向远离支撑板本体的方向延伸,所述支撑块开设有叉车孔。
