Abstract

A building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall comprises: at least one medical facility floor (20) located in a suitable floor of the building for providing medical facilities which provide medical services, a plurality of independent residential units (30) arranged in a space other than the at least one medical facility floor (20), while each of the residential units (30) is arranged with an unitary medical back wall (31) and is provided with general functions of daily living; wherein the medical facilities comprise a Chinese and Western joint medical clinic, and the unitary medical back wall (31) is used for accommodating at least one medical tube line (111) or an intravenous drip equipment (112); thereby providing the general functions of daily living and sufficient, expedient medical services to residents of each of the residential unit.

Description

BUILDING HAVING MEDICAL FUNCTIONS COMBINED WITH HEALTH LOHAS HOUSING FUNCTIONS AND PROVIDING UNITARY MEDICAL BACK WALL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall, which is expected to provide residents with general residential livings and high quality, expedient medical services, as well as the aesthetics of everyday life. The present invention also relates to an unitary medical back wall which is arranged inside the building and provided therein with medical tube lines or intravenous drip equipment for a residential unit to provide appropriate and convenient medical cares.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Due to limitations imposed by laws and regulations, current medical institutions and residential houses are well defined. Generally, under the laws and regulations that regulate medical institutions, the facilities and apparatuses of related hospitals are very different from those at residential houses. As a result, it is difficult to have residential houses that also have medical functions. However, as cities become more crowded and traffic more inconvenient, in case a patient has a medical problem, there may not be a way to deliver him or her to a hospital in time.
In addition, people often go to different hospitals to see different doctors, but the medical information of patients recorded in various hospitals is not integrated, resulting in waste in medical resources and repeated drug prescriptions. Also, people often do not really know their own physiological conditions, causing sudden death due to onset of server diseases.  Therefore, there is a trend of combining hospitals and residential houses.
Due to limitations imposed by the medical insurance system, some hospitalized patients are involuntarily transferred to other hospitals after being hospitalized for certain period of time. There is a window period while a patient is being transferred, or while the patient is being transferred back to the previous hospital. During this window period, qualified medical clinics or medical units may be necessary in order to provide medical cares to patients who are being transferred. However, it seems that there is no such medical units to fulfill these patients’ needs.
There are quite many foreigners who are employed in the high-tech industry in Taiwan. When they come to Taiwan, they often have to deal with issues in medical care. For example, foreign high-level managers or consultants in the Hsinchu Science Park, who come to Taiwan to work on a long-term basis, may need a compound unit that meets living standards as well as medical standards.
Except for measuring instruments for use at home such as sphygmomanometers, blood glucose meter, etc., ordinary people rarely have an opportunity to truly know their own physical conditions. They would probably go to a medical institution for aphysical checkup. Ifin a residential environment, in addition to some medical equipment frequently used at home, examination apparatuses and medical equipment generally not designed for home use are also provided and capable of being connected with medical unit by using current technology, physical conditions of ordinary people can be monitored constantly. In case an emergency condition arises, medical units in the area can provide assistance for hospitalization, thereby treating peoples’ illnesses.
People sometimes travel to various places for business or sightseeing. When people arrive at their tourist destinations, the information about their illnesses is not connected with the tourist destinations. If any one of  those people has a medical condition, medical problems may ensue. If there is an opportunity to copy the concept of compound residence, that is, the concept of medical residence, to all parts of the world, in the future, when a person who lives in a compound residence travels to another similar compound residence, the information about the person’s medical conditions can be transferred to the compound residence at the tourist destination, the information about the person’s medical conditions can be transmitted by cloud linkage, solving the medical problems that ensued when the person travels to various places for business or sightseeing. Therefore, the society has a demand for a compound medical building which combines housing functions and medical functions. Furthermore, medical gases installed in a general hospital ward are usually arranged on the walls behind hospital beds, providing negative pressure for medical staffs to provide medical cares to patients in a convenient and expedient manner. However, people at home who require gases in an emergency condition, for example sputum aspiration, need go to hospital to ensure life safety. In addition, anti-drug infections are often seen in hospitals, patients with poor immunity may be infected with the bacteria, their conditions may get worse or even succumb. Patients would be forced to go to hospital when an apparatus that provides pressure or negative pressure for medical purposes are not provided at home. On the other hand, gas supplies on medical walls in a hospital are connected to a gas supply source through a central pipeline, walls provided with such gas supplies are not provided in residential houses or non-medical facilities. The described gas supplies in hospital wards, though convenient for use when in hospital, patients would be forced to go to hospital for emergency care in the event of an emergency at home, because there is no such gas supplies or sputum aspiration devices. Otherwise, the patients may be harmed due to failure of providing necessary equipment in time. In addition, the walls used for supplying gases or negative pressure are generally designed for practical use, rather than for aesthetic purposes. If the medical walls can be improved aesthetically,  patients may be provided with quality care as well as aesthetic enjoyment.

Referring to a building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical unitary medical back wall according to the present invention as shown in Figure 1, and an unitary medical back wall for residential units according to the present invention as shown in Figure 2, a building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions 10 of the present invention comprises: at least one medical facility floor 20 located in a suitable floor of the building for providing medical facilities which provide medical services; a plurality of independent residential units 30 arranged in a space other than the at least one medical facility floor, each of the residential units 30 is provided with decorations and facilities of general independent residential functions; and an unitary medical back wall 31 arranged inside the residential unit 30, having an utility shaft 11 (the structure is shown in detail in Figure 2) . The medical facilities comprise an installation of a Chinese and Western joint medical clinic and apparatuses for examination and medical treatment by physicians, the unitary medical back wall 31 is used for accommodating at least one medical tube line 111 or an intravenous drip equipment 112, and operation members 121  respectively corresponding to each the at least one medical tube line 111, thereby providing general functions of daily living for each residential unit and sufficient and in-time medical services and support under the condition that the residents in each of the residential units need not go out of the building. Moreover, a building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall 10 of the present invention further comprises a life entertainment floor 40 for providing recreation and entertainment facilities; and an underground floor 50 used for setting up a miniaturized automatic warehousing system.
As shown in Figure 2, an unitary medical back wall 31 for each residential unit according to the present invention has an utility shaft 11 arranged inside the unitary medical back wall for accommodating at least one medical tube line 111 or an intravenous drip equipment 112; and operation members 121 respectively corresponding to each of the at least one medical tube line 111, thereby providing suitable and convenient medical cares in an unitary space.
In the unitary medical back wall 31 of the present invention, each of the at least one medical tube line 111 and the corresponding operation members are an oxygen flow tube and an operation member thereof, anegative pressure pipe and an operation member thereof, or a sputum aspiration tube and an operation member thereof. In addition, the intravenous drip equipment 112 is an intravenous drip stand for keeping and regulating articles used for intravenous drips.
The unitary medical back wall 31 of the present invention further comprises an openable hidden door 13, arranged on the outer surface of the back wall for beautifying interior decorations. Also, in the present invention, the oxygen flow tube is further connected to a TFDA approved oxygen generator, which has only one meter. The sputum aspiration tube line is further  connected with a TFDA sputum aspiration device. The negative pressure pipe is connected to a negative pressure generating facility which is a two-stage, pointer-type negative pressure meter.
In the building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall of the present invention, the Chinese and Western joint medical clinic is family medicine, endocrinology, hepatobiliary clinic and gastroenterology, thoracic medicine, cardiology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, dentistry, urology, psychiatry, gynecology, dermatology (including medical beauty centers) , orthopedics, orrehabilitation, and Chinese medicine.
In addition, in the building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall, a LOHAS facility is further included which is a healthy trail, a recreation area, a physical, psychological and spiritual lecture area, a healthy hot spring, a water therapy pool, a beauty, hair, and nail salon, a sports and fitness area or an acupuncture andmassage area.
In the building having medical functions combined with housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall according to the present invention, the at least one medical facility floor further comprises a blood drawing room and an X-ray room.
In the building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing functions and providing an unitary medical back wall according to the present invention, an openable hidden door is further included and arranged on the outer surface of the back wall for beautifying interior decorations.
In addition, the unitary medical back wall in the present invention 10, which further comprises a movable member (not shown in the  drawings) for moving the unitary medical back wall.
Further, as shown in Figure 1, in the present invention, a medical cloud 60 can further be connected by networking for providing examination, compilation, analysis of examination data of each resident, and for providing immediate monitoring and diseases prevention, and the medical cloud further provides a warning function which notifies each of the residents and medical staffs as needed.

Claims (13)

  1. A building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall, which comprises:
    at least one medical facility floor located in a suitable floor of the building for providing medical facilities which provide medical services;
    a plurality of independent residential units arranged in a space other than the at least one medical facility floor; and
    a unitary medical back wall arranged in each of the residential units and having an utility shaft,
    wherein the medical facilities comprise apparatuses for examination and medical treatment, the utility shaft of the unitary medical back wall is used for accommodating at least one medical tube line or an intravenous drip equipment, and operation members respectively corresponding to the at least one medical tube line, thereby providing general functions of daily living and sufficient, expedient medical services and support, under a condition that residents of each of the residential units need not go out of the building.
  2. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, wherein the at least one medical tube line is a sputum aspiration tube line, an oxygen flow tube or a negative pressure pipe, which is respectively connected with a TFDA sputum aspiration device, a TFDA oxygen generator, or a negative pressure generating facility.
  3. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, wherein the medical facilities comprise a Chinese and Western joint medical clinic and the Chinese and Western joint medical clinic is family medicine, endocrinology, hepatobiliary clinic and gastroenterology, thoracic medicine, cardiology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, dentistry, urology, psychiatry,  gynecology, dermatology (including medical beauty centers) , orthopedics, or rehabilitation, and Chinese medicine.
  4. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, which further includes a LOHAS facility, which is a healthy trail, a recreation area, a physical, psychological and spiritual lecture area, a healthy hot spring, a water therapy pool, a beauty, hair, and nail salon, a sports and fitness area or an acupuncture and massage area.
  5. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, wherein the at least one medical facility further comprises a blood drawing room and an X-ray room.
  6. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, which further connects a medical cloud for providing examination, compilation and analysis of examination data of the residents, and for providing immediate monitoring and diseases prevention.
  7. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 6, wherein the medical cloud further provides a warning function for notifying each of the residents and medical staffs.
  8. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, wherein the intravenous drip equipment is an intravenous drip stand for keeping and regulation articles used for intravenous drips.
  9. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, which further comprises an openable hidden door arranged on the outer surface of the unitary medical back wall for beautifying interior decorations.
  10. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 2, wherein the TFDA oxygen generator have only one single meter.
  11. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 2, wherein the negative pressure generating facility is a two-stage, pointer-type negative pressure meter.
  12. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 11, wherein the two-stage, pointer-type negative pressure meter is connected to the TFDA sputum aspiration device.
  13. The building having medical functions combined with health LOHAS housing function and providing an unitary medical back wall of claim 1, wherein the unitary medical back wall is a movable unitary medical back wall.
