技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种吸尘器手柄和具有所述吸尘器手柄的吸尘器。
背景技术
相关技术中的吸尘器,用户在使用时仅可以从一个方向握持手柄进行操作,这样,对于一些特殊的使用场合,例如,当清理较为狭小的空间时,手所承受的力矩会较大,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种使用方便的吸尘器手柄。
本发明还提出一种具有所述吸尘器手柄的吸尘器。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的吸尘器手柄,包括:柄体;分别与所述柄体相连的第一把手和第二把手,所述第一把手的延伸方向与所述第二把手的延伸方向之间具有夹角;分别用于控制所述吸尘器的机身的第一开关和第二开关,所述第一开关邻近所述第一把手设置或设于所述第一把手,所述第二开关邻近所述第二把手设置或设于所述第二把手,所述第一开关和所述第二开关分别适于与所述吸尘器的机身相连。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器手柄,可以双向握持,使用方便。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的吸尘器手柄10。
如图1-图25所示,根据本发明实施例的吸尘器手柄10,包括:柄体100、第一把手210、第二把手220、第一开关310和第二开关320。
具体而言,第一把手210和第二把手220分别与柄体100相连,且第一把手210的延伸方向与第二把手220的延伸方向之间具有夹角。这里,第一把手210的延伸方 向与第二把手220的延伸方向之间具有夹角指的是第一把手210的延伸方向相对于第二把手220的延伸方向倾斜,即,第一把手210的延伸方向与第二把手220的延伸方向之间的夹角不为0°或180°,例如,第一把手210的延伸方向与第二把手220的延伸方向之间的夹角为40°-150°。
第一开关310邻近第一把手210设置或设于第一把手210,第二开关320邻近第二把手220设置或设于第二把手220,第一开关310和第二开关320分别适于与吸尘器的机身相连,以控制吸尘器的机身。例如,第一开关310和第二开关320分别与吸尘器的电机相连,从而可以控制电机的运转情况。其中,第一开关310和第二开关320可以分别为扳机开关。
例如,正常使用时,吸尘器相对于地面呈图4所示的角度较大的倾斜状态,此时,可以握持第一把手210对吸尘器进行操作,即,握持第一把手210并按下第一开关310,可以方便地使用吸尘器来清洁地面;在清洁诸如床底、沙发底、角落等狭小的空间时,需要使吸尘器相对于地面呈图5所示的角度较小的倾斜状态,此时,可以握持第二把手220对吸尘器进行操作,即,握持第二把手220并按下第二开关320,可以方便地使用吸尘器来清洁地面。
由此,用户使用时可以从两个方向握持吸尘器手柄10,在遇到一些单方向握持的手柄难以适用的场合时即可切换方向,从而使操作更加省力,提升用户的使用体验。
简言之,根据本发明实施例的吸尘器手柄10,可以双向握持,使得用户可以根据使用场合和使用方法切换握持方向,减小操作时的受力,且可以就近按下第一开关310或第二开关320,使用非常方便、灵活。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图3所示,第一把手210的一端和第二把手220的一端分别设于柄体100,第一把手210的另一端与第二把手220的另一端相连,第一把手210、第二把手220和柄体100共同围成闭合的操作口11,从而更加方便使用。
举例而言,第一把手210的下端和第二把手220的后端分别与柄体100相连,第一把手210的上端与第二把手220的前端相连。换句话说,第一把手210大体沿竖直方向延伸,第二把手220大体沿前后方向延伸,从而实现用户从两个方向握持吸尘器手柄10,满足不同使用场合的需求,更加操作省力。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,“前”和“后”是相对于用户实际使用时的方向而言的,以用户使用吸尘器时所在的一侧为前,例如,接口101位于柄体100的后端。
可选地,如图1-图3所示,第一开关310设于第一把手210,第一开关310邻近第一把手210的上端,且第一开关310位于操作口11内。如此,可以方便用户在握持 第一把手210时按住第一开关310,用户操作更加省力。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,第二开关320设于第二把手220,第二开关320邻近第二把手220的后端,且第二开关320位于操作口11内。如此,可以方便用户在握持第二把手220时按住第二开关320,减小用户操作时的受力。
可选地,如图1-图3所示,第一把手210从下向上且向后倾斜延伸,第二把手220从后向前且向上倾斜延伸,从而用户握持第一把手210和第二把手220时更加舒适,且便于用户在第一把手210和第二把手220之间切换。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1-图3所示,第二把手220包括:斜直段221和弧段222。斜直段221的后端与柄体100相连,且斜直段221的延伸方向与第一把手210的延伸方向之间具有夹角,也就是说,斜直段221的延伸方向相对于第一把手210的延伸方向倾斜。弧段222的后端与斜直段221的前端相连,弧段222的前端与第一把手210的上端相连。例如,弧段222朝向操作口11凸出。
进一步地,如图1-图3所示,第一把手210的前表面设有邻近第一把手210的上端的凹部211,从而利于提高用户握持时的舒适性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图3所示,第一把手210和第二把手220的连接处设有控制装置400,用于对吸尘器的运行信息进行显示和控制,以便于用户观看和操作。
具体地,如图7-图8所示,控制装置430包括控制盒410、调速开关420和控制器。调速开关420用于对所述吸尘器进行调速,例如,调速开关420用于控制吸尘器的吸力大小,从而用户使用体验更好。调速开关420设在控制盒410上,调速开关420为旋钮开关且具有多个档位,调速开关420上设有拨动筋421。控制器设在控制盒410内且与调速开关420电连接。
根据本发明实施例的控制装置430,将调速开关420设置为旋钮开关且具有多个档位,通过调节调速开关420的档位,可以调节吸尘器的工作状态,便于用户控制吸尘器的工作模式,例如,用户一只手握住手柄的同时可以拨动调速开关420进行调速,用户可以利用拇指以外的手指握住手柄,同时利用拇指拨动调速开关420,这样用户只需单手就可以对吸尘器进行调速操作,相比相关技术中的吸尘器,由于对调速开关进行调速时,用户一只手握住手柄的同时另一只手对按压开关进行按压操作,需要用户两只手同时进行操作,这样可以简化用户控制吸尘器的操作,便于用户的使用,便于提高用户的使用舒适性。
并且,通过将调速开关420设置为旋钮开关,在调速开关420上设有拨动筋421,可以使用户根据拨动筋421的位置判断调速开关420的位置,从而向用户反应所述吸 尘器的控制状态,相比旋钮上设置防滑纹的方式,这样可以清楚明确地显示出调速开关420的工作状态,便于用户对调速开关420的档位进行直观地观察,相比相关技术中的吸尘器,可以直观反映调速开关420的档位,便于用户直观获取吸尘器工作时调速开关420的档位信息,便于用户对吸尘器进行控制。
此外,在调速开关420上设有拨动筋421,用户可以通过改变拨动筋421在调速开关420上的位置,以改变调速开关420的档位,便于用户对调速开关420进行调速操作,便于调速开关420工作状态的切换,进一步便于用户的使用,便于提高用户的使用体验。因此,根据本发明实施例的控制装置430具有操作简单、使用方便等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的吸尘器的控制装置430。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图8所示,控制盒410的顶壁和侧壁之间设有旋钮槽411(上下方向如图8中的箭头A所示),调速开关420的至少一部分通过旋钮槽411露出。这样便于调速开关420的设置,进一步便于用户对调速开关420进行操作。
更为具体地,调速开关420的多个档位包括第一档位、第二档位和第三档位,在所述第一档位和所述第三档位拨动筋421分别止抵在旋钮槽411的两侧壁上。这样便于拨动筋421的准确定位,便于提高调速开关420档位切换的可靠性。
进一步地,如图8所示,控制盒410包括底座412和上盖413,所述控制器和调速开关420设在底座412上。上盖413安装在底座412上,旋钮槽411设在上盖412的一端。这样不仅便于降低控制盒410的制造难度,便于控制盒410的生产和制造,而且便于所述控制器和调速开关420的设置和安装。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图9-图11所示,控制装置400还包括指示灯430。指示灯430设在控制盒410上且与控制器电连接,控制器根据调速开关420的档位控制指示灯430显示不同的颜色。
由此,可以使指示灯430的颜色与调速开关420的档位相对应,利用不同的颜色代表调速开关420不同的档位,便于用户对调速开关420的档位进行直观地观察,相比相关技术中采用图标显示的显控装置,可以避免图标较小而不能直观反映调速开关420的档位,便于控制装置400直观地对吸尘器的工作状态进行显示,便于提高控制装置400的显示效果,便于用户直观获取吸尘器工作时调速开关420的档位信息,便于用户对吸尘器进行控制,便于用户的使用,便于提高用户的使用舒适性。
并且,通过控制器根据调速开关420的档位控制指示灯430显示不同的颜色,用户可以明显地观察到调速开关420的档位信息,相比相关技术中采用数字或字母显示的显控装置,不需要采用能够显示数字的显示屏,不仅便于控制装置400的设计和制 造,便于提高控制装置400的显示性能,而且可以降低控制装置400的成本,从而降低吸尘器的成本。
因此,根据本发明实施例的控制装置400具有使用方便、显示效果好等优点。
可选地,如图8所示,控制盒410上还设有启停开关440,启停开关440用于控制吸尘器打开和关闭,启停开关440与控制器电连接。这样,便于用户对吸尘器的开启和关闭进行控制,便于提高吸尘器的可靠性。
其中,启停开关440打开时指示灯430发光,启停开关440关闭时指示灯430熄灭。这样能够利用指示灯430反应吸尘器1的启停状态,便于对吸尘器1的开启和关闭进行控制。
进一步地,启停开关440为按压开关,启停开关440设在控制盒410内且止抵控制盒410的顶壁的内表面,控制盒410的外表面设有与启停开关440位置相对应的开关图案。这样便于用户对启停开关440进行按压操作,便于用户的使用。
可选地,启停开关440位于显示灯430和调速开关420之间。这样便于用户对启停开关440和调速开关420进行集中控制,便于简化用户的操作过程。
当然,控制装置400的设置灵活性较高,控制装置400还可以安装在吸尘器的地刷或伸缩杆上。
具体地,吸尘器手柄10上设有套管,吸尘器的地刷通过配合在套管内的连接管与吸尘器的机身连通,连接管可拆卸地配合在套管内,套管内安装有照明装置,照明装置的至少一部分在连接管从套管上拆卸后从套管中露出。这样,当用户需要使用吸尘器的照明功能时,可以将连接管从套管上拆卸下来,使照明装置从套管中露出,利用照明装置进行照明。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图12-图25所示,吸尘器手柄10还包括:供电装置500和接口600。这样,吸尘器手柄10还可以应用于诸如探照灯、打磨机、电钻、电批、割草机、电动拖把等电动工具。
具体而言,供电装置500和接口600均设于柄体100,接口600被构造成适于分别与供电装置500和上述电动工具的主体电连接。例如,吸尘器的机身20具有适配口21,接口600与适配口21电连接,从而实现吸尘器的供电。
由此,吸尘器手柄10集成有供电装置500和接口600,可以为电动工具供电、实现电动工具的电控;并且,该接口600使得吸尘器手柄10的通用性强,可以适用于不同种类的电动工具,从而节约成本和放置空间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图12-图14所示,接口600设有与供电装置500电连接的导电片601,从而当接口600与主体上的适配口配合时,可以实现吸尘器手柄 10与主体的电连接。
进一步地,如图12-图14所示,接口600为圆柱体形,导电片601设在接口600的外周面上,从而简化了接口600的结构,接口600的装配更加方便。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图12-图14所示,供电装置500为电池包,柄体100具有电池槽,电池包安装在电池槽内,从而便于移动和操作。当然,供电装置500也可以为电源线,从而供电比较持久。
进一步地,电池槽设在柄体100的下表面,且电池槽至少一侧表面敞开,以便于更换电池包。例如,电池槽的前侧表面、左侧表面和右侧表面分别敞开。
如图1-图25所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的吸尘器1,包括:根据本发明第一方面实施例所述的吸尘器手柄10、机身20和电机。其中,接口600与机身20相连。电机设于机身20,第一开关310和第二开关320分别与电机相连。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器1,通过利用如上所述的吸尘器手柄10,使用方便,用户的使用体验好。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,机身20包括:伸缩杆22、尘杯23和地刷24。伸缩杆22的一端设有接口600且另一端与柄体100的接口600电连接。尘杯23设于伸缩杆22。地刷24设有适配口21,伸缩杆22上的接口600与地刷24的适配口21配合。其中,图20中示出了吸尘器的三种工作形式,即,吸尘器手柄10与地刷配合、吸尘器手柄10与扁吸配合或吸尘器手柄10与床刷配合。
根据本发明实施例的吸尘器1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“竖直”、“水平”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

  1. 一种吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,包括:
    柄体;
    分别与所述柄体相连的第一把手和第二把手,所述第一把手的延伸方向与所述第二把手的延伸方向之间具有夹角;
    分别用于控制所述吸尘器的机身的第一开关和第二开关,所述第一开关邻近所述第一把手设置或设于所述第一把手,所述第二开关邻近所述第二把手设置或设于所述第二把手,所述第一开关和所述第二开关分别适于与所述吸尘器的机身相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一把手的一端和所述第二把手的一端分别设于所述柄体且所述第一把手的另一端与所述第二把手的另一端相连,所述第一把手、所述第二把手和所述柄体共同围成闭合的操作口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一把手的下端和所述第二把手的后端分别与所述柄体相连,所述第一把手的上端与所述第二把手的前端相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一开关设于所述第一把手,所述第一开关邻近所述第一把手的上端且位于所述操作口内,所述第二开关设于所述第二把手,所述第二开关邻近所述第二把手的后端且位于所述操作口内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一把手从下向上且向后倾斜延伸,所述第二把手从后向前且向上倾斜延伸。

    斜直段,所述斜直段的后端与所述柄体相连,所述斜直段的延伸方向与所述第一把手的延伸方向之间具有夹角;
    弧段,所述弧段的后端与所述斜直段的前端相连,所述弧段的前端与所述第一把手的上端相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一把手的前表面设有邻近所述第一把手的上端的凹部。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述第一把手的延伸方向与所述第二把手的延伸方向之间的夹角为40°-150°。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,还包括:
    供电装置,所述供电装置设于所述柄体;
    接口,所述接口设于所述柄体,所述接口被构造成适于分别与所述供电装置和所述吸尘器的机身电连接,所述接口设有与所述供电装置电连接的导电片,所述接口为圆柱体形,所述导电片设在所述接口的外周面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸尘器手柄,其特征在于,所述供电装置为电池包,所述柄体具有电池槽,所述电池包安装在所述电池槽内,所述电池槽设在所述柄体的下表面且至少一侧表面敞开,或,所述供电装置为电源线。
  11. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的吸尘器手柄;
    机身,所述柄体与所述机身相连;
    控制装置,所述控制装置包括:
    控制盒;
    用于对所述吸尘器进行调速的调速开关,所述调速开关设在所述控制盒上且具有多个档位;
    控制器,所述控制器设在所述控制盒内且与所述调速开关电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述调速开关为旋钮开关,所述调速开关上设有拨动筋。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制盒的顶壁和侧壁之间设有旋钮槽,所述调速开关的至少一部分通过所述旋钮槽露出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述调速开关的多个档位包括第一档位、第二档位和第三档位,在所述第一档位和所述第三档位所述拨动筋分别止抵在所述旋钮槽的两侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制盒包括:
    底座,所述控制器和所述调速开关设在所述底座上;
    上盖,所述上盖安装在所述底座上,所述旋钮槽设在所述上盖的一端。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制装置还包括:
    指示灯,所述指示灯设在所述控制盒上且与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器根据所述调速开关的档位控制所述指示灯显示不同的颜色。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制盒上还设有用于控制所述吸尘器打开和关闭的启停开关,所述启停开关与所述控制器电连接,所述启停开关打开时所述指示灯发光,所述启停开关关闭时所述指示灯熄灭。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述启停开关为按压开关,所述启停开关设在所述控制盒内且止抵所述控制盒的顶壁的内表面,所述控制盒的外表面设有与所述启停开关位置相对应的开关图案。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述启停开关位于所述指示灯和所述调速开关之间。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述控制装置位于所述第一把手和所述第二把手的连接处,或,所述控制装置安装在所述吸尘器的地刷或伸缩杆上。
