Description
本申请要求于2015年05月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510256903.0、发明名称为“一种基于杆体挂靠式手持吸尘器的三合一吸尘器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于小家电制造领域,具体涉及一种基于杆体挂靠式手持吸尘器的三合一吸尘器。
目前市场上的普通吸尘器,一般包括电机、机壳、集尘箱、过滤器和吸头等,如果有水过滤功能的,还具备水杯,将上述部件集成后,使得吸尘器整体重量大,体积笨重。此外,多数吸尘器在工作时需外接电源,电源线暴露在外,也影响美观和使用便捷性。由此,手持吸尘器进入市场,受到广泛好评。
手持式吸尘器是家用吸尘器的一种形式,它具有外型轻巧,操作方便,使用范围广泛等优点,存在一定的市场潜力。但目前市场上的手持式吸尘器多为迷你型,例如车载吸尘器,其功能比较单一,仅可应用于小面积的家居清洁,且电池容量小,功率低,性价比不高。
于现有技术中,申请号为200920122185.8的实用新型专利公开了一种手持式吸尘器,包括机壳、集尘箱、电机和吸头,机壳具有进风口和出风口,集尘箱和电机设于前述机壳内,吸头与机壳通过一软管相连,吸头上设有用于控制电机的遥控开关。该方案优点在于:机壳与吸头分体设计,吸头重量较轻,长时间也不会感觉吃力。然而,上述方案也存在不足:吸头与机壳通过一软管相连,当需要吸附高处(例如天花板)的灰尘时,受到软管长度的限制,该吸尘器往往无法满足用户需求。
此外,市场上现有的充电杆式吸尘器,其手持部分需要安装在机身上,如此整个手持部分包括了电机和集尘箱等,使得整机操作笨重,成本较高;
并且手持部分独立操作没有长接管,操作距离短,不方便清理天花板等地方。
鉴于上述原因,本发明提供一种基于杆体挂靠式手持吸尘器的三合一吸尘器,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容

具体地,所述主机包括尘杯和电机,所述尘杯由前后两部分组成,两者以卡接方式合成为一密闭空间,以储存吸入的灰尘。在图1中,所述尘杯把手上设有尘杯分离按钮8,当按下尘杯分离按钮8后,可将尘杯上下两部分分离,以清除尘杯杯体内灰尘。本实施例中,所述主机供电模式为充电电池或插头接电供电,优选地为内置电池供电模式,内置电池位于主机底部,即主机安装于把杆上时,其贴合把杆的一侧。

- 如权利要求1所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述地刷的上方具有接入口,该接入口与所述主机的吸口具有配合结构,当所述杆式手持分体式吸尘器处于第一模式时,所述主机的吸口插入地刷的接入口并与之接驳,此时地刷的风道和主机的风道形成第一整体风道。
- 如权利要求1所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述把杆的两端开口,其中一端开口与所述主机的吸口具有配合结构,当所述杆式手持分体式吸尘器处于第三模式时,该端开口与所述主机的吸口对接,该把杆的杆身与主机的风道形成第二整体风道,该把杆的另一端开口则构成第二整体风道的吸口。
- 如权利要求3所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述把杆的一个端部附近设有把手,该设有把手的端部的开口与所述主机的吸口对接。
- 如权利要求1所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述地刷上方设有固定口,所述把杆的一端插入该固定口形成固定。
- 如权利要求1所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述把杆的杆身上设有锁扣装置,所述主机的机身上设有对应的搭扣装置,所述主机和把杆通过该锁扣、搭扣装置进行固定。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述主机的机身及把杆的杆身上均设有电源开关。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述主机为充电电池或插头接电供电模式。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述地刷底部设有滚轮。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的三合一吸尘器,其特征在于:所述把杆为金属管。
