再参考图3,用户购买的金融产品的产品属性特征可以转换为表情图形。例如,框31和33中开心的表情(产品图形元素)表示产品当日涨幅或者长期收益率大于0%, 框32和34中大哭的表情(产品图形元素)表示产品当日涨幅或长期收益率小于0%。
类似地,用户的其它用户属性特征都可以转换为对应的图形元素。例如,图4示出了以不同配饰表示用户不同年龄段的示例视图。如图4所示,在框41和42中,以佩戴帽子(用户图形元素)表示年轻的女性和男性,在框43和44中,以佩戴领结(用户图形元素)表示年长的女性和男性。例如,图5示出了通过图2所示的方法获得的另一示例综合图形。如图5所示,以框51和52中的不同于图3的主体图形(用户图形元素)表示用户的产品购买状态(未买入产品)。再例如,图6示出了用户在买入卖出产品时的用户图形元素。如图6所示,以框61中上车的图形(不同于图3和图5的主体图形)表示用户的产品购买情况(买入产品),以框62中下车的图形表示用户产品购买情况(卖出产品)。另外,与图4所示类似地,可以以不同的服饰图形表示用户收益不同的用户,例如以简单的服饰表示新手,以正式的服饰表示高手等(未示出)。
而用户购买的金融产品的产品属性特征也可以转换为其它表情图形。例如,再参考图5,框51中以未买入产品用户的羡慕的表情表示产品当日涨幅大于0%,框52中以未买入产品用户的庆幸的表情表示产品当日涨幅小于0%。另外,用户购买的金融产品的产品属性特征也可以转换为不同的道具图形。例如,在以上车表示用户买入产品的情况下,以自行车表示产品的长期收益率较低,以小轿车表示产品的长期收益率较高(未示出)。
另外,在用户信息包括多个用户属性特征的情况下,例如,包括性别、年龄、产品购买情况等,可以将各个用户属性特征对应的用户图形元素叠加在一起,获得与该用户信息对应的用户图形元素。例如,经过叠加的用户图形元素可以包括显示性别的颜色、包括显示年龄的配饰(例如帽子或领结)、包括显示产品购买情况的不同主体图形等,从而以多个维度直观地显示用户的多个属性特征。
同样地,在产品信息包括多个产品属性特征的情况下,也可以通过将不同的产品图形元素叠加在一起,从而同时显示多个产品属性特征。例如,在产品属性特征包括当日涨跌幅和长期收益率的情况下,可以将表情图形元素和道具图形元素叠加在一起构成该产品信息的产品图形元素,经过叠加的产品图形元素可以同时显示出产品的当日涨跌幅和长期收益率信息,从而以多个维度直观地显示产品的多个属性特征。
再回到图2,在步骤S23,将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。同样可参考图3说明该步骤。图3中的框31-34中的图形都是结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。例如,在框31中,用户图形元 素(蓝色和特定五官形状)与产品图形元素(开心的表情)相结合,获得了蓝色的具有开心表情的笑脸的综合图形,该综合图形同时显示出了用户信息(用户的性别是男性)和产品信息(产品当日涨幅或长期收益率大于0%)。在框34中,用户图形元素(红色和特定五官形状)与产品图形元素(大哭的表情)相结合,获得了红色的具有悲伤表情的哭脸的综合图形,该综合图形同时显示出了用户信息(用户的性别是女性)和产品信息(产品当日涨幅或长期收益率小于0%)。另外,图5所示的框51和框52中的图形也是结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。例如,在框51中,用户图形元素(特定的主体图形)与产品图形元素(羡慕的表情)相结合,获得了未购买产品的用户的羡慕的表情脸的综合图形,该综合图形同时显示了用户信息(未购买产品)和产品信息(产品当日涨幅大于0%)。在框52中,用户图形元素(特定的主体图形)与产品图形元素(庆幸的表情)相结合,获得了未购买产品的用户的庆幸的表情脸的综合图形,该综合图形同时显示了用户信息(未购买产品)和产品信息(产品当日涨幅小于0%)。
在一个实施例中,上述处理用户信息和用户所购金融产品的产品信息的方法,还包括,在从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征之前,从服务器提取所述用户信息和所述产品信息。通过从服务器提取所述用户信息和产品信息,保证了信息的真实性和准确性。从而保证了通过上述信息处理方法获得的综合图形的参考价值。
在另一个实施例中,在上述处理用户信息和用户所购金融产品的产品信息的方法中,还包括,在将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形之后,在关联所述金融产品的页面上展示所述综合图形。例如,在金融理财APP中的用户所购金融产品的讨论区中,在用户发文之后,在讨论区的页面上展示上述综合图形。图7示出了在关联金融产品的页面上展示所述综合图形的示例视图。如图所示,当用户发文之后,在用户图标右下角处自动展示出结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。当然,图7所示的展示方式只是示例性的,对于所述综合图形的展示页面和展示位置并没有具体限定。并且,所述页面也不限定为APP中的页面,也可以是网页中的页面。通过以这种方式同时展示出用户信息和产品信息,有效地降低了数据敏感度,提高了用户信息真实度,帮助用户更直观地了解群体的收益情况,并形成良好的互动氛围。
图8示出了根据本说明书实施例的一种处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置800。如图8所示,装置800包括:识别单元81,配置为,从所述用户信息中识别 用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征;转换单元82,配置为,根据所述用户属性特征,将所述用户信息转换为对应的用户图形元素,并根据所述产品属性特征,将所述产品信息转换为对应的产品图形元素;以及结合单元83,配置为,将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。
在一个实施例中,上述处理用户信息和用户所购金融产品的产品信息的装置还包括信息提取单元,配置为,在从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征之前,从服务器提取所述用户信息和所述产品信息。
在另一个实施例中,上述处理用户信息和用户所购金融产品的产品信息的装置还包括展示单元,配置为,在将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形之后,在关联所述产品的页面上展示所述综合图形。
本说明书实施例还包括一种计算机可读的存储介质,其上存储有指令代码,所述指令代码在计算机中执行时,令计算机执行上述处理用户信息和用户所购金融产品的产品信息的方法。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,包括:
    从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征;
    根据所述用户属性特征,将所述用户信息转换为对应的用户图形元素,并根据所述产品属性特征,将所述产品信息转换为对应的产品图形元素,以及
    将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,还包括,在从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征之前,从服务器提取所述用户信息和所述产品信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,还包括,在将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形之后,在关联所述产品的页面上展示所述综合图形。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,其中所述用户属性特征包括以下特征的至少一种:性别、产品购买情况、年龄以及用户收益。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,其中所述用户图形元素包括以下至少一种:图形颜色、五官图形、主体图形、配饰图形以及服饰图形。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,其中所述产品包括金融产品,所述产品属性特征包括产品当日涨跌幅和/或产品长期收益率。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的方法,其中所述产品图形元素包括表情图形和/或道具图形。
  8. 一种处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,包括:
    识别单元,配置为,从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征;
    转换单元,配置为,根据所述用户属性特征,将所述用户信息转换为对应的用户图形元素,并根据所述产品属性特征,将所述产品信息转换为对应的产品图形元素;以及
    结合单元,配置为,将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,还包括信息提取单元,配置为,在从所述用户信息中识别用户属性特征,从所述产品信息中识别产品属性特征之前,从服务器提取所述用户信息和所述产品信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,还包括展示单元,配置为,在将所述用户图形元素和产品图形元素相结合,从而获得结合了用户信息和产品信息的综合图形之后,在关联所述产品的页面上展示所述综合图形。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,其中所述用户属性特征包括以下特征的至少一种:性别、产品购买情况、年龄以及用户收益。
  12. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,其中所述用户图形元素包括以下至少一种:图形颜色、五官图形、主体图形、配饰图形以及服饰图形。
  13. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,其中所述产品包括金融产品,所述产品属性特征包括产品当日涨跌幅和/或产品长期收益率。
  14. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的处理用户信息和用户所购产品的产品信息的装置,其中所述产品图形元素包括表情图形和/或道具图形。
  15. 一种计算机可读的存储介质,其上存储有指令代码,所述指令代码在计算机中执行时,令计算机执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
