电视画面截图的处理方法、智能电视及存储介质
本申请要求在2017年12月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711381674.0、申请名称为“电视画面截图的图形用户界面的显示方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及显示接收终端,尤其一种电视画面截图的处理方法、智能电视及存储介质。
背景技术
智能电视一般侧重于在线互动媒体、互联网电视和点播式流媒体,而不是侧重传统的广播媒体。智能电视能为用户提供更加丰富的内容和服务。电视厂商致力于开发便于用户使用的各种便捷功能,以提升对产品的使用体验感受。
因而,为现有智能电视提供更为简单和直观,以及能与用户习惯无缝对接用户界面和可视化内容链接,以浏览和/或执行智能电视的各种功能,显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本公开在于提供一种智能电视,为满足更为直观的用户界面和无缝用户互动功能的需求。本内容通过其各个方面、实例和/或配置,阐述了这些改进功能需求。此外,虽然本内容按照示范性实例来介绍,但应理解,可以就本内容的各个方面分别提出权利要求。本内容可以提供许多优点,具体视特定的方面、实例和/配置而定。

在一些实施方式中,所述推荐内容,包括从所述截图的图像识别出的与所述图像的内容匹配的关键词,以及与所述关键词相关的推荐内容简述,和所述推荐内容的来源或类型中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,所述选项栏根据其内容关联一个筒仓对应服务或应用程序,所述选项栏的内容被选择,激活所述服务或应用程序。
在一些实施方式中,所述应用程序为网页类应用程序、视频类应用程序、电视节目类应用程序、购物类应用程序中任一种类型。

第二方面,本公开提供一种电视画面截图的图形用户界面的显示方法,该方法包括:响应输入的截图操作指令,在所述显示屏上显示当前播放内容的同时,显示多个选项栏集合,其中,所述选项栏分别用于显示截图的图片缩略图、基于所述截图的图像识别出的内容相关的推荐内容、用于响应与截图的关联操作的用户控制指令输入接口中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,所述推荐内容,包括从所述截图的图像识别出的与所述图像的内容匹配的关键词,以及与所述关键词相关的推荐内容简述,和所述推荐内容的来源或类型中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,所述选项栏根据其内容关联一个筒仓对应服务或应用程序,所述选项栏的内容被选择,激活所述服务或应用程序。
在一些实施方式中,所述应用程序为网页类应用程序、视频类应用程序、电视节目类应用程序、购物类应用程序中任一种类型。

在一些实施方式中,其中,所述截图分享指令栏用于将截图分享至与所述智能电视相连接的终端。
在一些实施方式中,所述处理器执行所述存储器中存储的计算机指令还实现:生成所述截图对应的二维码信息,将所述二维码信息与所述截图同步上传给第三方服务器。
在一些实施方式中,所述处理器执行所述存储器中存储的计算机指令还实现:响应截图分享指令,在检测到所述智能电视未与终端相连接的情形下,输出所述截图的二维码信息,以供所述终端通过扫描所述二维码信息从所述第三方服务器获取截图图片。
在一些实施方式中,所述处理器执行所述存储器中存储的计算机指令还实现:响应截图分享指令,在检测到所述智能电视与终端相连接时,通过所述智能电视和所述终端之间的传输协议将所述截图传输至所述终端。
第三方面,本公开提供一种电视画面截图的图形用户界面的显示方法,该方法包括:响应输入的截图操作指令,在所述显示屏显示图形用户界面,包括:当前播放内容显示区和截图内容显示区,其中,所述截图内容显示区包括用于显示当前截图获取得到的图片的截图显示栏、用于指示用户与截图的关联控制指令输入栏的多个选项栏。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应对截图图片的选择指令,显示多张连续截图获取的图片;响应对所述图片的选择,将选择的截图存储在预置的图片存储区。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应截图分享的控制指令,在检测到存在与所述电视设备有网络连接的终端的情形下,向所述终端发送截图关联的信息;
响应所述终端对所述截图关联的信息的选择指令时,将所述选择指令对应的截图图片发送至所述终端。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:生成所述截图的二维码信息,并将所述截图和所述截图的二维码信息关联地上传到服务器。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应截图分享的控制指令,在检测到不存在与所述电视设备有网络连接的终端时,显示所述截图对应的的二维码信息,以便与所述电视设备无网络连接的终端通过扫描所述二维码信息从所述服务器获取所述截图。
第四方面,本公开提供一种电视画面截图的图形用户界面的显示方法,该方法包括,响应输入的截图操作指令,在显示屏显示图形用户界面,包括:当前播放内容显示区和截图内容显示区,其中,所述截图内容显示区中多个选项栏,用于显示当前截图获取得到的图片、和与从所述截图识别出的内容关联的推荐文本和/或图片。
在一些实施方式中,所述选项栏显示内容包括搜索来源的标识、所述推荐文本和/或图片的简述、和/或搜索结果的主题或关键词。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应于到用户对所述选项栏的选择,在所述截图内容显示区上方悬浮显示一个或多个信息窗口,该信息窗口用于显示被选择选项栏的详细内容。

在一些实施方式中,所述信息窗口包括表示内容来源的网站栏、关键词栏、词条详述栏,和/或图片推荐的图册栏。

在一些实施方式中,所述节目单选项栏中显示内容,包括:标识电视频道的名称或台标,以及节目单列表的缩略图。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应用户对所述节目单选项栏的选择,在所述截图内容显示区上方悬浮显示至少一个信息窗口,该信息窗口用于显示所述节目单的详细列表。
在一些实施方式中,所述节目单的详细列表包括用于提示节目可预约的图标,所述方法还包括:响应用户对所述可预约图标的选择,启动对选择的可预约图标对应节目的预约。

第六方面,本公开提供一种电视画面截图的图形用户界面的显示方法,所述方法包括:响应输入的截图操作指令,在所述显示屏显示图形用户界面,包括:当前播放内容显示区和截图内容显示区,其中,所述截图内容显示区中多个选项栏,至少一个用于显示与截图中图像识别出电视节目相关视频推荐。
在一些实施方式中,视频推荐选项栏中显示内容,包括:视频的名称,以及所述视频的内容简述图片。
在一些实施方式中,响应于到用户对所述视频推荐选项栏的选择,显示至少一个信息窗口,该信息窗口用于显示被选择视频的详细介绍。
在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应用户对所述视频推荐选项栏的选择,激活点播视频应用程序,且在所述当前播放内容显示区切换至选择的点播视频中相应视频。

在一些实施方式中,所述方法还包括:响应用户对所述购物信息推荐选项栏的选择,显示至少一个购物信息列表窗口,该窗口呈现内容包括相关商品简介子选项栏、购物应用程序激活的子选项栏。

本公开中使用的术语“直播电视”是指实时或与事件发生时间基本同步的电视制作广播。
本公开中使用的术语“视频点播”(VOD)是指允许用户选择和观看/收听点播视频或音频内容的系统和过程。VOD系统可以将内容分流,从而观看实时内容或将其下载到储存介质以稍后再观看。
术语“显示屏”是指一个或多个屏幕的一部分,用于向用户显示计算机输出内容。显示屏可以是单屏幕显示屏或多屏幕显示屏(称为合成显示屏)。单个实际屏幕可以包含多个显示屏,这些显示屏作为独立的逻辑显示屏来管理。因此,不同的内容可以在独立的显示屏上显示,尽管是在同一个实际屏幕的某一部分里。

本公开中使用的术语“面板”可以指至少在显示屏的一部分显示的用户界面。面板可以是互动式(如接受用户输入)或只提供信息(如不接受用户输入)。面板可以是半透明的,因而面板会变得模糊但不遮掩显示屏上的内容。面板可根据来自按钮或遥控器界面的用户输入而变化。
本公开中使用的术语“筒仓”可以是输入、源或应用程序的逻辑表示。输入可以是通过端口(如HDMI、视频/音频输入端口等)或网络(如局域和广域网等)连接到电视的电子设备(如DVD、录像机等)。不同于设备,输入可以作为一种电气或实体连接配置,连接到一个或多个设备。源,尤其是内容源,可以是提供内容的数据服务(如媒体中心、文件系统等)。应用程序可以是提供特定功能类型的软件服务(如直播电视、视频点播、用户应用程序、图片显示等)。筒仓作为一种逻辑表示可以有其他相关的定义或属性,如设置、功能或其他特性。

智能电视(TV)环境:
参考图1A和1B所示的智能电视100的一些实施例。智能电视100可用于娱乐、商业应用、社交互动、内容创建和/或消费,和/或,还包括用于组织和控制与智能电视100进行通信的一个或多个其他设备。因此可以理解为,智能电视可以用于增强用户互动体验,无论是在家中还是工作场所。
在一些实例中,智能电视100可以通过配置来接收和理解各种用户和/或设备输入。例如,用户可通过一个或多个物理或电子控件和智能电视100互动,这些控件可包括按钮、开关、触摸屏/区(如电容式触摸屏、电阻式触摸屏等)和/或与智能电视100关联的其他控件。在某些情况中,智能电视100可包含一个或多个互动控件。附加地或选择性地,上述一个或多个控件可以和遥控器相关联。遥控器可以通过有线和/或无线信号和智能电视100通信。因此可以理解为,遥控器可以通过射频(RF)、红外线(IR)和/或特定的无线通信协议(如蓝牙 TM、Wi-Fi等)工作。在某些情况中,可以配置上述物理或电子控件(如编程),以适合用户的喜好。

附加地或选择性地,智能电视100可以创建和保存智能电视100的关联屏幕上显示的媒体、图像和数据的屏幕截图。
如图1B所示,智能电视100可以和其他电子设备168通过有线108和/或无线112连接进行互动。如本公开所述,智能电视100的组件允许设备100连接到设备168,包括但不限于DVD播放器168a、蓝光播放器168b、便携式数字媒体设备168c、智能电话168d、平板设备168e、个人计算机168f、外置分线盒168g、键盘168h、定位装置168i、打印机168j、游戏控制器和/或游戏手柄168k、卫星碟168l、外置显示设备168m和其他通用串行总线(USB)、局域网(LAN)、蓝牙 TM、高清多媒体接口(HDMI)组件设备和/或无线设备。当连接到外置分线盒168g或卫星碟168l时,智能电视100可以访问更多媒体内容。
此外,如下文详述,智能电视100可接收电视台的数字和/或模拟信号广播。它可以作为一个或多个有线电视、互联网电视、互联网协议电视、卫星电视、网页电视和/或智能电视工作。智能电视100还可以配置为用于控制并与其他智能组件互动,如安全系统172、门禁/门控器176、远程视频摄像头180、照明系统184、恒温控制器188、冰箱192和其他装置。
智能电视:
图2说明了智能电视100的组件。如图2所示,智能电视100可由与框架208连接的可移动基底或支架204支撑。框架208包围着显示屏212的边缘,而不遮掩其正面。显示屏212可包含液晶显示屏(LCD)、等离子屏幕、发光二级管(LED)屏幕或其他类型的屏幕。

媒体中心应用程序460可以提供各种媒体演示所需的应用程序。例如,媒体中心460可以为不同于直播电视或视频点播但用户仍可访问的图像或音频的显示提供服务。媒体中心460可以通过访问不同的来源获得在智能电视 100上显示的媒体。
应用程序中心464可以提供、储存和使用应用程序。应用程序可以是一种游戏、生产力应用程序或某些和计算机系统或其他设备普遍相关的但可以在智能电视中运行的其他应用程序。应用程序中心464可从不同来源获得这些应用程序,将它们储存在本地存储器中,然后在智能电视100上为用户执行这些应用程序。

图10示出了用户触发截图时示例性图形用户接口(GUI)。当视频正在显示屏上播放时,通过点击遥控器、触摸屏幕或者手势等方式触发截图指令后,显示屏上显示图形用户界面,包括当前内容播放显示区160和截图内容显示区170。其中,截图内容显示区170为多个选项栏集合,当前内容播放显示区160继续播放当前播放内容,截图内容显示区170中选项栏则显示截图的图片缩略图、以及截图的图像识别出内容相关的推荐内容,或与截图关联功能操作的用户控制指令输入接口。
其中,截图内容显示区170在屏幕边缘区显示,如:右侧或下侧,可叠加显示在视频内容之上,当前内容播放显示区160仅可显示视频内容未被截图内容显示区170覆盖的部分,也可以的是,将视频内容向上或相左移动,压缩显示在当前内容播放显示区160内。
在一些实例中,截图内容显示区170默认显示在显示屏的右侧边缘,以及可由用户选择后向左侧移动,或移动到下侧且改变布局方向。在一些实例中,用户也可在系统设置中,将其设置在可选项的任意位置上。

根据上述关键词,关联内容显示栏(1730-1790)分别用于显示上述示例中关键词“关雎尔”、“乔欣”,“东方卫视”、“姐妹情深”、“纯色圆领淑女羊毛衫”,以及与这些关键词搜素相关的内容简述,以及内容简述的来源或类型。
如:关联内容显示栏(1730)显示关键词“关雎尔”,内容简述包括“22岁,五百强企业实习生,家境良好的乖乖女,......”来自百度网页推荐内容,以及“百度”网站图标表示推荐内容的来源。
关联内容显示栏1740显示关键词“乔欣”,以及内容简述包括“《趁我们还年轻》乔欣辨别度不高瞬间被女二号秒杀。......”的源自网易新闻的网页推荐内容,“网易新闻”网站图标表示推荐内容的来源。还如内容栏1750(“新浪微博”推荐内容)。
关联内容显示栏(1760)显示关键词“东方卫视”,内容简述包括“15:07那年花开月,......”的节目预告列表的推荐信息,“节目单”的推荐信息的类型。
关联内容显示栏(1770)显示关键词“姐妹情深”,内容简述包括《姐妹情深》剧照图片的推荐信息,推荐信息的类型“视频”字样。
关联内容显示栏(1780)用于显示关键词“买买买!”,以及内容简述包括类似服装的推荐照片,以及“淘宝网”网站图标表示推荐照片的来源。

如图11中截图内容显示区170中选项栏根据其内容分别关联一个筒仓对应服务或应用程序,如:关联内容显示栏,和/或关联控制指令输入栏均对应关联相关服务或应用程序。当用户选择一个选项栏时,响应于该用户选择,激活与对应服务或应用程序。
如:“分享截图”1720关联一个分享功能应用程序,“语音输入搜素关键词”关联于语音识别的应用程序。多个关联内容显示栏(1730-1750)以及(1780-1790)关联于浏览器的应用程序。关联内容显示栏(1760)关联于筒仓“直播电视”的直播电视服务程序。关联内容显示栏(1770)关联于筒仓“视频点播”的视频点播应用程序。
截图内容显示区170提供访问而不干扰当前内容播放显示区160。亦即在显示截图内容显示区170时,用户仍可以收看当前内容播放显示区160的内容。例如,截图内容显示区170可以是半透明的,以透视出(即用户仍然可以看到)当前内容播放显示区160中显示的内容。截图内容显示区170可以让用户快速的进入智能电视100的核心功能,以便于用户始终可以看到当前内容播放显示区160中触发截图而激活的内容。而且,截图内容显示区170可以提供关于所有应用程序的一致的用户体验并包含重要的上下文内容。
按照功能和内容排序,截图内容显示区170中多个选项栏,包括:网页为文本类内容推荐,如:百度百科1730,新闻八卦1740,微博1750;视频点播类推荐1770;购物类网页或应用程序推荐,包括网页类淘宝购物1780,内置应用程序类购物1790;以及屏幕二维码识别1798,以及最底层显示新功能预告1799。截图内容显示区170分别以图标和文本或快捷方式表示,用于描述从不同媒体应用搜索到的内容。搜索内容包括文本,文本包括但不限于搜索得出的名称(如果是对物品的搜索,显示其品牌或类似品牌),标题,正文。
在一些实例中,用户可以通过系统设置,设置正文行数,如:不超过4行。用户可选择列表中的选项栏来导航到对应的内容。
在截图内容显示区170以焦点框150显示用户选择或预选择的位置。例如,焦点框150包含一个位于分享截图周围的方框。虽然在说明中使用的是方框,但也可以使用其他方法或者配置来选择和/或识别图标。例如,除方框外,焦点框150还可以包含调整1720等的图标和文本的背景,因此使颜色、阴影或色彩不同。选择性地或附加地,焦点框150可包含放大或扩大的图标和文本。
在一些实例中,可基于用户选择而移动显示(如:滚动或滑动)多个选项栏的内容。每个选项栏对应显示一个搜索或推荐内容源,其中,内容源类别,如:网页类,视频额类,电视节目类,购物类,二维码类等。
选项栏中内容呈现为滚动或滑动为循环式列表,便于用户查找感兴趣的内容,如:向前或向后翻看,当用户查看完最后一个选项栏时,或静止或自动跳转到第一个选项栏。
对于用户触发截图的GUI,搜索结果,如:网页类应用程序,视频类应用程序、电视节目类应用程序、购物类应用程序等。具体可以是其中的一种或几种的组合方式。以及上述类型的应用程序还可以由用户配置,如:即用户可以决定显示应用程序的类型或选择内容源。
示例的,网页类内容源推荐,可以由在第三方搜索程序产生,通过对截图内容进行图像识别,显示与截图内容相关的网页内容推荐,如:百度百科1730,新闻八卦1740,微博1750等。可以是百度百科1730、新闻八卦1740、微博1750等网页一种或几种组合方式。
电视节目类内容推荐,由第三方程序通过对视频截图中台标的图像识别,显示该台标下所在电视源的节目单1760。
视频类内容推荐,在视频推荐选项栏1770中呈现,可由第三方程序通过对截图内容的图像识别,显示与截图内容相关的视频推荐。最终搜索呈现的视频可以是与视频内容或当前画面显示内容相关的电视剧、电影、或网页短视频。
购物类内容推荐,可由第三方程序通过对截图内容的图像识别,显示与截图内容相关商品的网购信息。网购信息,如:购物应用程序、内置购物应用程序(如聚享购)、或电视购物频道等。可以是购物应用程序、内置购物应用程序(如聚享购)、电视购物频道的一种或几种组合方式。
二维码类显示,是第三方程序通过对截图内容生成相应的二维码,以便用户通过扫描识别该二维码,可将图片下载到另一客户端上,或其他用户操作等。且二维码信息与截图同步上传至第三方服务器。
以播放电视剧“欢乐”为例,如:播放剧情“GJE”的视频内容时,通过点击遥控器或触摸屏幕或者手势的方式触发截图操作,获得截图内容呈现给用户GUI。当前内容播放显示区160仍播放该视频下一时刻的播放内容,右方截图内容显示区170出现多个选项栏列表。
顺次地,第一选项栏显示该截图图片的缩略图1710。
第二选项栏显示截图功能选项栏1720“分享截图”。
第三选项栏为第三方程序搜索的搜索选项栏1730“百度百科”相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示“关雎尔”,右侧显示搜索来源“百度百科”的LOGO,第二栏显示搜索内容(如基本简介,性格气质,现阶段生活状况),选项栏可以不显示搜索的全部内容,以正文不超过四行为准,其余部分隐藏。
第四选项栏为第三方程序搜索的新闻八卦选项栏1740“网易新闻”相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示“乔欣”,右侧显示搜索来源“网易新闻”的LOGO,第二栏显示搜索内容的词条。
第五选项栏为第三方程序通过识别视频播放源或内容显示区的台标,搜索得到的卫视节目选项栏1760“东方卫视”相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示“东方卫视”,右侧显示搜索来源“节目单”的,第二栏显示节目单详情,包括但不仅仅包括时间列表以及确定时间下播放的节目标题。
第六选项栏为第三方程序通过识别视频播放中人物,搜索得到的有关于该人物还饰演过的视频内容选项栏1770“视频”相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示该人物出演过的另一热门视频“姐妹情深”,右侧显示搜索来源“视频”,第二栏显示视频图片。
第七选项栏为第三方程序通过识别视频播放中人物所穿戴的服装首饰,搜索得到的和该人物衣物饰品相同或相似的购物选项栏1780“淘宝”相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示“买买买”,右侧显示搜索来源“淘宝网”的LOGO,第二栏显示商品图片。
第八选项栏为系统自带购物应用程序选项栏1790,搜索在该购物应用程序下与显示人物衣物饰品相同或相似的内容选项栏相关内容,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧显示人物衣物饰品相同或相似的商品名称,右侧显示搜索来源“聚享购”,第二栏左侧显示商品封面图,右侧显示商品名称,商品价格。
第九选项栏为第三方程序提供的屏幕二维码选项栏1798,将屏幕截屏转化为屏幕二维码,该选项栏分为两栏,第一栏左侧“屏幕二维码识别”,右侧显示搜索来源“二维码”,第二栏显示二维码截图。
第十选项栏显示新功能预告选项栏1799“Coming Soon”,表示新功能预告。
如前所述,截图内容显示区170上的选项栏中显示内容取决于截图获取图片内容。多个选项栏还提供各个程序的定制信息。截图内容显示区170由 应用程序选项栏组合而成。如:功能选项栏和内容选项栏。功能选项栏对应一栏,即功能指示栏,如:分享截图1720,和语音输入搜素关键词。内容选项栏包含至少两栏,第一栏为导航栏,显示应用程序的图标和应用程序名称,可由用户选择激活的应用程序,如:百度百科、网易新闻、新浪微博等;第二栏为内容区显示具体上述应用程序搜素得到相关推荐内容,该内容区可以更新。
进一步的,在一些实例中,如图12所示,选项栏中显示内容可以是纯文本、纯图片、或图文并存的选项栏类型。
如:在纯文本的选项栏中,每一个选项栏又可显示分上下两栏,第一栏右侧显示搜索来源的名称1801,如:百度,网易新闻,新浪微博,淘宝等;第一栏左侧显示搜索结果的标题、主题或搜素关键词1802。第二栏显示搜索正文1803。正文一般为文本形式,正文不超过4行,超出部分在第四行末尾用省略号示出。用户可以在系统中设置正文的显示行数、字体、颜色和字体大小。这种显示方式比较适合于百度百科或微博。
再如:在纯图片的选项栏中,选项栏显示分为上下两栏,第一栏右侧显示搜索来源的名称1801,如:百度,网易新闻,新浪微博,淘宝等。第一栏左侧显示搜索结果的标题、主题或关键词1802;第二栏显示搜索图片1811,图片个数不超过3张。选项栏显示内容可也可为图文并存的类型。在图文并存的选项栏中,选项栏显示分为两栏,即第一栏右侧显示搜索来源的名称1801,如:百度,新闻,新浪微博,淘宝等;第一栏左侧显示搜索结果的标题、主题、或关键词1802,第二栏显示搜索图片以及图片简介1821。如显示词条来源为淘宝,第一栏右侧显示淘宝,左侧显示淘宝标题,第二栏左侧显示淘宝商品的图片,第二栏右侧显示该商品的基本信息(如尺码、颜色、价格等)。该实施例中,选项栏GUI可以是纯文本、纯图片、图文并存的类型的至少一种。
在一些实例中,GUI显示功能类选项栏。如图12示出的GUI,功能类卡片的高度为内容类卡片的一半,默认为纯文字,大小与内容卡片标题的大小一致(如分享截图1831和新功能预告图标Coming Soon 1832),也可以自由设计(如语音输入)。
如前面描述的,GUI可呈现具有选项栏的显示对象。用户选择选项栏来查看各种类型的搜索内容,当通过遥控器、手势或触摸屏幕选择选项栏时,呈现给用户根据当前选项栏中选择的信息类型的信息。例如,当选项栏被选 择时,选项栏中列出描述、概要和相关文本或图片描述符,内容描述被显示在内容显示区中,用户可通过遥控器、手势或触摸屏幕将选项栏焦点框移动到一个图标上或用户界面图案上。在移动焦点框时,用户可再次通过遥控器、手势或触摸屏幕选择选项栏对应的内容,用户会看到与其关联的更详细内容,如图15A-15D。
如图13,当用户移动焦点框选择截图图片选项栏1710时,截图图片被显示在当前内容播放显示区160上,展开连续截取的3张缩略图,从右向左延伸至内容显示区,可供用户选择,用户也可以预配置可连续截取的张数。一方面,用户可以重新选择上述多张截图图片一种,选定为截图图片重新进行搜素操作,以使用户在进行截图操作时,可精准得到需要图片。另一方面,用户可以观看、访问和/或从其社交网络中推送该选定截图中与其相关的社交内容。
用户选择“分享截图”选项栏1720时,可以通过“内网”和“外网”两种方式将截图发送到其他客户端,如:手机、平板电脑。
“内网”通过用户在另一客户端安装与该智能电视100相关联的应用程序,如:另一客户端下载安装海信助手APP,已经建立的同网链接进行传递。此时,另一客户端分享截屏的详情页对用户说明“如果您的手机与电视在相同的网络中”,可以直接开启智能电视相关联的应用程序,如:“电视微助手”获取截图。手机端的程序如果后台运行,收到电视推送消息给用户提示。如果程序不在后台,用户开启程序,如果电视连接,则主动拉取截图信息,并判断该信息用户是否“已读”,如果未读,则提示用户。
“外网”通过将图片上传服务器,用户通过打开带有此截图的网页的方式,让用户获得截图。开启网页的方式可以通过形成的二维码扫描实现。图14示出了在外网下选择“分享截图”选项栏的一个示例性GUI。当用户选择“分享截图”选项栏时,“外网”通过将图片上传服务器,GUI包括当前内容播放显示区160,截图内容显示区170,和悬浮于选项栏之上二维码窗口202。该二维码窗口显示带有此截图的网页信息的二维码,用户通过打开带有此截图的网页的方式获得截图。如果用户客户端是Android系统手机,可直接将扫描区对准显示区的二维码扫描而下载图片;如果是iOS系统手机,在将手机扫描区对准电视显示区的同时长按,再实现下载图片的目的。
该窗口信息202将要求用户将任何类型的设备与电视100或与电视100关联的网络连接,以便用户向电视100提取储存或创建的图像和视频等媒体。 一旦扫描设备后,手机就可为通过媒体中心筒仓显示的内容储存。
图15A示出了用户选择“百度百科”选项栏1730的一个GUI示例。在示出的实施例中,在截图内容显示区170中选项栏之上显示一个百度百科信息窗口203。该百度百科信息窗口203悬浮于截图内容显示区170的上方,如:Logo栏2031,图册栏2032,关联词栏2033以及词条详述栏2034。Logo栏2031显示百度百科Logo,图册栏2032显示截图、名片图和图册。关联词栏2033显示tag或义项,描述栏2034在屏幕底部未显示全部的,用省略号代替。当用户选择描述栏2034时,用于对截图画面的介绍和相关信息的文本简介被显示出来,如图15B,用户可以通过点击遥控器、手势或触摸屏幕进滑动式查看用户感兴趣的内容。
以在《欢乐颂》视频播放的显示为例,关联词栏2033,如:欢乐颂、邱莹莹、樊胜美、安迪、谢童、曲筱筱等。词条详述栏2034包括名片概述、基本信息和词条正文三部分。用户从一个截图页面得到较为全面的介绍信息,以了解跟多相关资源。
图15C示出了当用户将焦点框移至图册栏2032,用户通过选择确定图册栏2032,一个新的图片列表窗口204悬浮于百度百科信息窗口203的上方,用于展示相关的图片列表,焦点框可以在图片列表窗口204上下移动,以选择想要进一步观看的图片。一旦当用户焦点锁定图片列表窗口204中的任意一张图片,提供用于与所选图片交互的另一个GUI给用户,一个图片窗口205浮于图片列表窗口204上方,图片窗口显示单张图片,图片在其中完整显示view为满屏方形,如参考附图15D中描述的那样。
一些实施例中,在百科内容不全的情况下,可以不包括图册栏,关键词栏,Logo栏以及词条详述栏的任意一个或多个。如不显示图册和关键词而只显示词条详述栏,或无关联词栏而显示图册栏和词条详述栏。
图16A示出了当用户选择新闻选项栏1740的GUI示例。在示例中,GUI中显示一个新闻事件列表窗口301,该新闻事件列表窗口301悬浮于截图内容显示区170的上方。并且新闻事件列表为多个新闻事件选项栏,每一个新闻事件选项栏描述一件新闻事件,包括日期、标题(如:设置标题不超过五行,标题超出五行的部分隐藏,并在第五行结尾处用“...”表示标题被隐藏)、图片(如:在设置中选择显示图片或不显示,如果显示图片,则以图片缩略图的形式最多可显示三张)。
图16B示出了当用户选择一个确定新闻事件选项栏,选择激活确定一个新闻事件窗口302,悬浮于新闻事件列表窗口301的上方。此时,被选择的新闻事件选项栏3021所描述的新闻事件全部展开,包括所有该新闻记录的标题、发文时间、文本和图片,而未被选择的新闻事件选项栏3022仍只显示标题和部分图片。未全部显示部分可以通过滚动列表查看。
图17A示出了当用户选择“节目单”选项栏1760的一个GUI示例。在示例中,GUI中包括一个节目单列表窗口401。该节目单列表窗口401悬浮于截图内容显示区170的上方。当识别出电视节目频道时,显示该电视节目频道的节目单列表,如:下一时间段或正在播放的节目名称等。以“东方卫视”为例,节目单列表窗口401显示下一时间段内东方卫视将要播放的视频节目预告,包括两列,一列显示下一阶段要转播的节目名称4011和播放时间点4012,一列显示是否要进行节目预约的图标4013。节目预约图标为当选中所要看节目的选项栏时,选择该选项可以在预定的时间前提醒用户收看。节目单列表窗口401以多行形式列出各节目预告清单。
图17B示出了用户选择节目预约4013选项栏的一个GUI示例。当用户选择确定节目预约图标4013时,内容显示区示出了预约提醒栏1601,表明将在节目开始前提醒用户。
图17C示出了用户选择节目名称4013选项栏的一个GUI示例。在示例中,第三方视频应用程序被激活,第三方视频应用程序存储以往已经播放完结的视频内容。一个新的节目节数或期数列表窗口402浮于节目单列表窗口401的上方,用于展示该节目过往播放的节数或期数,并用户可进行选择播放。当选择某一确定节数和期数时,当前内容播放显示区160显示跳转提醒栏1602“5秒后跳转”,激活另一个视频应用程序筒仓(如:点播视频应用程序、或电视直播的应用程序),且通过该视频应用程序播放被选定的节目,或用户可选择“返回”,以继续播放当前筒仓的节目,如参考附图17D描述的那样。
在用户通过上述用户图形界面的选择,智能电视100可以方便、快捷为用户提供筒仓内容。如:直播电视信号、展示菜单以VOD或提供最后一次在VOD应用程序中显示的视频、展示一个或多个图像或菜单以选择媒体中心内的图像、展示菜单或之前在应用程序筒仓中执行的应用程序或展示其他类型的筒仓内容。因此,基于筒仓与筒仓展示的内容,用户可以和电视100进行逻辑和情景互动。
图18示出了用于选择视频点播选项栏的一个GUI示例。在示例中,GUI 包括一个视频选项栏列表窗口501。该视频选项栏列表窗口501浮于截图内容显示区170的上方,视频选项栏包括大众评分、影视海报和影视名称。在该选项栏下,视频点播(VOD)筒仓被激活,该视频选项栏列表窗口501显示为多个与此类视频相似度高的视频选项栏,或与用户对目前提供的媒体内容的感兴趣程度高的视频内容,如:用户喜欢的战争电影、谋杀悬疑电影、音乐剧、喜剧等。
在一些实例中,视频选项栏列表的每一行包括与当前播放视频相关的视频信息,其中,最与当前播放视频相关的视频内容位于视频选项栏列表的最顶端。视频选项栏列表窗口501为滚动式视频选项栏列表(显示完最后一个相关内容以后,可以跳转到第一个相关内容,而不必使用户再依次退回到第一个显示内容)或滑动型视频选项栏列表。
图19A示出了用于选择购物选项栏1790的一个GUI示例。在示例中,GUI包括一个购物信息列表窗口601。该购物信息列表窗口601浮于截图内容显示区170的上方。购物信息列表窗口601包括多个商品简介子选项栏6011、“二维码扫描”子选项栏6012和购物应用程序跳转子选项栏6013。在一些实例中,用户选择一个商品简介选项栏时,该商品选项栏被展开,购物选项栏列表窗口601具体显示商品详情(包括尺寸、大小、颜色、规格)。
在一些实例中,用户选择“二维码扫描”选项栏时,二维码放大到整个购物选项栏列表窗口601并呈方形,通过手机扫描从手机端得到更多商品信息。
在一些实例中,用户选择购物应用程序跳转选项栏6013时,系统购物应用程序(如聚享购)处于待激活状态,当前内容播放显示区160的底部显示跳转选项栏1603,跳转指示(如5秒后跳转)和返回指示。用户通过选择跳转指示时,系统激活购物应用程序,而转到电视购物页面,方便在电视上进行购物,如参考附图19B描述的那样。
如图20所示,本实施例提供一种通过截图实现应用程序显示的方法2000的一个实例。虽然图20显示了方法2000的一般执行顺序,但方法2000可以包含更多或更少的步骤,或者其步骤的顺序可以与图20所示方法2000不同的顺序安排。方法2000是一组可由计算机系统或处理器执行的计算机执行指令,在一种计算机可读媒体上编码或储存,或具体体现为可执行该方法的专用集成电路(ASIC)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)中的电路。在下文中,我们将结合图1-21所述的系统、组件、模块、数据结构、用户界面等来解释方法2000。
在步骤2002中,驱动器接收来自遥控器、手势或者触摸屏幕的截图信号。截图信号将被传输到输入事件发送器。输入活动发送器508根据来自驱动器420的信息确定该信号是否来自播放器。
在步骤2003中,如果为播放器中采用截图方式1进行截图操作,若不是播放器则采用截图方式2进行操作。
在步骤2005判断截图操作是否成功,若截图成功则执行步骤2020操作,否则执行步骤2006操作。
在步骤2006中,提示“截图失败”。然后执行步骤2007,在该步骤2007中,则判断是否是第三方关键词,如果是,则进入首页列表,但是无截图相关功能,截图事件结束2008。如果不是,则还在当前显示页面,无截图也无侧边条显示任何关键词,无法提供任何功能与内容,截图事件结束2009。
在步骤2020中,判断是否有第三方关键词。如果不是,执行步骤2026,则进入首页列表,仅获得截图,可能识别到台标,仅提供截图相关信息。如果是,则执行步骤2022,对关键词进行优化,然后执行步骤2024,正常进入首页列表,显示有截图有关键词选项栏侧边条信息。
图22在概念上示出了用于截图的某些实施例的处理2100。如图所示,处理2100首先开始于接收(在2105)用于触发截图的将图像上传到照片共享网站的命令。应用可以通过遥控器按钮、手势或者触摸屏幕的用户交互集合或者通过某种变型来接收该命令。
然后该处理确定(在2110)连续截取上一命令时间点前后的多张截图,并以缩略图的形式在显示在截图内容显示区170上,并且侧边条上不显示全部截图图片,而是只显示一张缩略图。当用户选择选择截图缩略图时(在2115),侧边条上的一张缩略图向当前内容播放显示区160展开,将所有截图图片展示给用户以提供选择。当用户选择好确定的截图图片之后,处理确定图片(2120)存储入智能电视100的图片存储区(如相册),以及创建日志。
图23在概念上示出了用于分享截图到另一客户端的某些实施例的处理2200。虽然图14#指的是分享截图的网站,但是这能够是“照片分享”网站或者较广泛的社会媒体应用程序(例如微信、QQ)。如图所示,处理2200首先开始于接收(在2205)用于触发分享截图的输入,将图像上传到照片共享网站的命令。应用可以通过遥控器按钮、手势或者触摸屏幕的用户交互集合或者通过某种变型来接收该命令。
然后该处理确定(在2210)另一客户端是否与该智能电视相关联,即客 户端通过安装与该智能电视相关联的应用程序,使该智能电视与客户端可以直接进行数据交换。智能电视内专门安装用户与客户端进行数据交换的应用程序。“内网”通过用户在另一客户端安装与该智能电视100相关联的应用程序(如另一客户端下载安装海信助手APP)已经建立的同网链接进行传递。此时,另一客户端分享截屏的详情页对用户说明“如果您的手机与电视在相同的网络中”,可以直接开启智能电视相关联的应用程序(如“海信电视微助手”)获取截图。
