Description

电子仿真蜡烛
本发明属于照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子仿真蜡烛。
为了追求舒适高雅的生活空间,人们对于室内环境气氛的构造非常讲究,常采用电子仿真蜡烛来改变室内的环境气氛。
现有的电子仿真蜡烛通过LED发出的光线照射到火焰片上来模拟传统蜡烛的火焰,火焰片一般悬挂在金属丝做成的挂钩上来回摆动,这种结构安装复杂,生产效率低,导致生产成本高。还有一些火焰片采用挂钩方式,这种结构会导致模具复杂、不良率高、火焰片容易脱落等问题。
另外,有的电子仿真蜡烛还采用风扇吹精油的方式来使室内充满香味,但其香味范围小,且香味也不够浓。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种生产成本低、香味范围广的电子仿真蜡烛。
本发明是这样实现的,一种电子仿真蜡烛,包括筒体,所述筒体均为顶部封闭、底部开口的中空结构,所述筒体的顶部开设有一第一通孔,所述筒体顶部内表面固设有一位于所述筒体内的安装筒,所述安装筒为顶部和底部均开口的中空结构,所述筒体和安装筒同轴设置,所述安装筒顶部扣接有一长条形第一支架,所述第一支架沿所述安装筒的径向设置,所述第一支架中间位置向下凹陷,所述第一支架的凹陷处悬挂有一竖直设置且可自由摆动的第二支架,所述第二支架的上部穿过所述第一通孔,所述第二支架的下部设于所述筒体内,所述第二支架的顶部固设有一中空且透光的火焰罩,所述火焰罩设于所述筒体外部,所述火焰罩内固设有至少一LED,所述第二支架下端固设有至少一磁铁块,所述安装筒底部固设有一电磁线圈,所述LED和电磁线圈分别与一电源控制板电连接,所述电源控制板用于向所述LED提供稳定的直流电,所述电源控制板用于向所述电磁线圈提供间断的直流电。
进一步地,所述电子仿真蜡烛还包括蜡筒,所述蜡筒也为顶部封闭、底部开口的中空结构,所述蜡筒套设于所述筒体外表面,所述蜡筒和筒体同轴设置,所述蜡筒的顶部开设有一第二通孔,所述第一通孔和第二通孔正对设置且互相贯通,所述第二支架的上部还穿过所述第二通孔。
具体地,所述第二支架包括一方框,所述第一支架穿过所述方框的内部空间,所述方框底部固设有两竖直向下、间隔且平行设置的夹片,两所述夹片之间固设有一摆锤,所述方框顶部的内壁中间位置固设有一倒圆锥体,所述第一支架中间位置开设有一倒圆锥形槽,所述倒圆锥体的尖端与所述倒圆锥形槽的最底部抵接,所述方框顶部的外壁中间位置固设有一圆柱体,所述LED固设于所述圆柱体的顶部。
具体地,所述方框、夹片、摆锤、倒圆锥体和圆柱体采用塑胶材料一体注塑成型。
具体地,所述火焰罩为水滴形状,所述LED位于所述火焰罩内的下部。
进一步地,所述第一通孔内固设有一卡环,所述卡环与所述安装筒卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述筒体底部设有一香薰装置,所述香薰装置包括一与所述筒体底部固定连接的底板,所述底板上固设有一第一固定筒和一第二固定筒,所述第一固定筒和第二固定筒均为顶部开口、底部封闭的结构;
所述第一固定筒内固设有一顶部开口、底部封闭的精油瓶,所述精油瓶内装有精油,所述精油瓶内还设有一竖直设置的吸管,所述精油瓶的顶部设有一雾化器,所述雾化器与所述精油瓶连通,所述雾化器侧壁设有一水平设置的通气管,所述雾化器的顶部设有一雾化器盖,所述雾化器盖上设有一喷香口,所述喷香口连接有一喷香管,所述喷香管延伸至所述筒体的第一通孔;
所述第二固定筒内固设有一气流发生器,所述气流发生器与所述电源控制板电连接,所述流发生器的顶部设有一出气管,所述出气管与一圆柱形喷嘴连接,所述喷嘴穿入所述雾化器侧壁的通气管内并延伸至所述吸管上端的管口。
进一步地,所述第二固定筒顶部开口处固设有一端盖。
进一步地,所述端盖上表面固设有一支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部与所述安装筒的底部固定连接。
本发明通过在安装筒顶部扣接一长条形第一支架,第一支架与安装筒连接方便、牢固,第一支架不会从安装筒上脱落,保证了第二支架可在第一支架上长期、稳定地摆动。与现有技术中相比,本发明的第一支架和安装筒均单独批量生产,生产第一支架和安装筒的模具结构简单,降低了生产成本和不良率,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1~图4所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电子仿真蜡烛,包括蜡筒1和筒体2,蜡筒1和筒体2均为顶部封闭、底部开口的中空结构,蜡筒1套设于筒体2外表面,筒体2的顶部开设有一第一通孔21,蜡筒1的顶部开设有一第二通孔11,第一通孔21和第二通孔11正对设置且互相贯通,筒体2顶部内表面固设有一位于筒体2内的安装筒3,安装筒3为顶部和底部均开口的中空结构,蜡筒1、筒体2和安装筒3均同轴设置,安装筒3顶部扣接有一长条形第一支架4(即安装筒3与第一支架4之间卡扣连接),第一支架4沿安装筒3的径向设置,第一支架4中间位置向下凹陷,第一支架4的凹陷处悬挂有一竖直设置且可自由摆动的第二支架5,第二支架5的上部穿过第一通孔21和第二通孔11,第二支架5的下部设于筒体2内,第二支架5的顶部固设有一中空且透光的火焰罩6,火焰罩6设于蜡筒1和筒体2的外部,火焰罩6内固设有至少一LED 7,第二支架5下端固设有至少一磁铁块8,安装筒3底部固设有一电磁线圈9,LED 7和电磁线圈9分别与一电源控制板10电连接,电源控制板10用于向LED 7提供稳定的直流电,电源控制板10用于向电磁线圈9提供间断的直流电。
本发明的工作原理为:电源控制板10向LED 7提供稳定的直流电,LED 7处于常亮的状态。当电源控制板10向电磁线圈9提供直流电时,电磁线圈9通电后产生磁场,磁场的磁力排斥磁铁块8,使磁铁块8向远离电磁线圈9的方向运动,当电源控制板10不向电磁线圈9提供直流电时,电磁线圈9产生的磁场消失,磁铁块8在自身重力的作用下朝向电磁线圈9运动,从而实现磁铁块8来回摆动,第二支架5和火焰罩6随着磁铁块8一起来回摆动,火焰罩6来回摆动可以模拟出蜡烛燃烧时火焰来回摆动的效果。
本发明通过在安装筒3顶部扣接一长条形第一支架4,第一支架4与安装筒3连接方便、牢固,第一支架4不会从安装筒3上脱落,保证了第二支架5可在第一支架4上长期、稳定地摆动。与现有技术中相比,本发明的第一支架4和安装筒3均单独批量生产,生产第一支架4和安装筒3的模具结构简单,降低了生产成本和不良率,提高了生产效率。
以下对本发明各组成部分作详细介绍。
具体地,蜡筒1由石蜡材料制成,筒体2、安装筒3、第一支架4、第二支架5均由塑胶材料(比如PP、ABS或PMMA)制成,火焰罩51由透明的塑胶材料(比如PP、ABS或PMMA)制成。
如图4和图5所示,具体地,第二支架5悬挂在第一支架4上的具体方式为:第二支架5包括一方框51,第一支架4穿过方框51的内部空间511,方框51底部固设有两竖直向下、间隔且平行设置的夹片52,两夹片52之间固设有一摆锤53,方框51顶部的内壁中间位置固设有一倒圆锥体54,第一支架4中间位置开设有一倒圆锥形槽41,倒圆锥体54的尖端与倒圆锥形槽41的最底部抵接,从而实现将第二支架5悬挂在第一支架4上且可以在第一支架4上自由摆动;方框51顶部的外壁中间位置固设有一圆柱体55,LED 7固设于圆柱体55的顶部。由于方框51顶部的内壁中间位置的倒圆锥体54的尖端与第一支架4中间位置开设的倒圆锥形槽41抵接,因此,倒圆锥体54既可在倒圆锥形槽41自由摆动,又不会从倒圆锥形槽41内脱落,保证了倒圆锥体54在倒圆锥形槽41内长期、稳定地摆动,进而保证了第二支架5和火焰罩6一起在第一支架4上长期、稳定地自由摆动,模拟出的蜡烛燃烧时的火焰来回摆动效果更逼真。
具体地,方框51、夹片52、摆锤53、倒圆锥体54和圆柱体55采用塑胶材料(比如PP、ABS或PMMA等)一体注塑成型。
具体地,火焰罩6为水滴形状,LED 7位于火焰罩6内的下部,水滴形状的火焰罩6可对LED 7发出的光进行折射,使得LED 7的照明范围更广。
具体地,LED 7可由IC控制其闪烁,使得模拟的火焰更加接近蜡烛燃烧的火焰,火焰摆动效果更逼真。LED 7还可通过微型处理器控制其由亮渐变到暗,再由暗渐变到亮,进一步提高模拟火焰燃烧的效果;同时微型处理器对LED 7的开关时间进行控制,通过内置的程序控制LED 7导通与截止;LED 7所在位置光线最强,在火焰罩6内形成一个亮的光芯,从LED 7所在位置往外延伸,由于光慢慢变弱,在火焰罩6内形成一个相对暗的光圈,形成不同的层次感。
如图1和图4所示,具体地,安装筒3固设于筒体2顶部内表面的方式为:所述筒体2的第一通孔21内通过过盈配合的方式固设有一卡环11,卡环11与安装筒3卡扣连接,从而将安装筒3固设于筒体2顶部内表面。
如图1~图3所示,进一步地,筒体2底部设有一香薰装置12,香薰装置12包括一与筒体2底部固定连接的底板121,底板121上固设有一第一固定筒122和一第二固定筒123,第一固定筒122和第二固定筒123均为顶部开口、底部封闭的结构;
第一固定筒122内固设有一顶部开口、底部封闭的精油瓶124,精油瓶124内装有精油,精油瓶124内还设有一竖直设置的吸管125,精油瓶124的顶部设有一雾化器126,雾化器126与精油瓶124连通,雾化器126侧壁设有一水平设置的通气管127,雾化器126的顶部设有一雾化器盖128,雾化器盖128上设有一喷香口129,喷香口129连接有一喷香管1210,喷香管1210延伸至筒体2的第一通孔21;
第二固定筒123内固设有一气流发生器1211,气流发生器1211与电源控制板10电连接,气流发生器1211的顶部设有一出气管1212,出气管1212与一圆柱形喷嘴1213连接,喷嘴1213穿入雾化器126侧壁的通气管127内并延伸至吸管125上端的管口,所述第二固定筒123顶部开口处固设有一端盖1214。
本发明的香薰装置12的工作原理为:电源控制板10供电给气流发生器1211,气流发生器1211启动后产生高速气流,高速气流通过喷嘴1213进入雾化器126内的吸管125上端的管口处,高速气流导致吸管125上端的管口处的气压降低,与精油瓶124内的气压形成压差(即吸管125上端的管口处的气压小于精油瓶124内的气压),在不等的气压作用下,精油瓶124内的精油会顺着吸管125流到吸管125上端的管口处,高速气流将吸管125上端管口处的精油吹成精油雾气,精油雾气随着高速气流撞击到雾化器126内壁形成负离子精油微粒,由于负离子精油微粒的密度小于雾化器126内的空气密度,负离子精油微粒会依次顺着喷香口129、喷香管1210和第一通孔21扩散至电子仿真蜡烛外部,使室内空气具有精油的香味,并通过室内空气的流动将香味扩散至各个区域。
本发明采用高速气流冲击的冷喷方式来将精油扩散至室内,不须加水,不须加热,不须燃烧,不会破坏精油成分,能够保持精油原有的有机活性,能将精油分子全部扩散于室内空气中,且香味范围大,并还能产生大量负离子精油微粒,负离子精油微粒与空气中的有害气体分子发生反应,能消除室内的甲醛、苯、氨、TVOC等有害物质,达到净化空气、舒缓压力、养生保健、改善睡眠质量的目的。
进一步地,所述端盖1214上表面固设有一支撑柱13,支撑柱13的顶部与安装筒3的底部采用卡扣方式固定连接,支撑柱13起到支撑和固定安装筒3的作用。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电子仿真蜡烛,包括筒体,所述筒体均为顶部封闭、底部开口的中空结构,所述筒体的顶部开设有一第一通孔,其特征在于,所述筒体顶部内表面固设有一位于所述筒体内的安装筒,所述安装筒为顶部和底部均开口的中空结构,所述筒体和安装筒同轴设置,所述安装筒顶部扣接有一长条形第一支架,所述第一支架沿所述安装筒的径向设置,所述第一支架中间位置向下凹陷,所述第一支架的凹陷处悬挂有一竖直设置且可自由摆动的第二支架,所述第二支架的上部穿过所述第一通孔,所述第二支架的下部设于所述筒体内,所述第二支架的顶部固设有一中空且透光的火焰罩,所述火焰罩设于所述筒体外部,所述火焰罩内固设有至少一LED,所述第二支架下端固设有至少一磁铁块,所述安装筒底部固设有一电磁线圈,所述LED和电磁线圈分别与一电源控制板电连接,所述电源控制板用于向所述LED提供稳定的直流电,所述电源控制板用于向所述电磁线圈提供间断的直流电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述电子仿真蜡烛还包括蜡筒,所述蜡筒也为顶部封闭、底部开口的中空结构,所述蜡筒套设于所述筒体外表面,所述蜡筒和筒体同轴设置,所述蜡筒的顶部开设有一第二通孔,所述第一通孔和第二通孔正对设置且互相贯通,所述第二支架的上部还穿过所述第二通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第二支架包括一方框,所述第一支架穿过所述方框的内部空间,所述方框底部固设有两竖直向下、间隔且平行设置的夹片,两所述夹片之间固设有一摆锤,所述方框顶部的内壁中间位置固设有一倒圆锥体,所述第一支架中间位置开设有一倒圆锥形槽,所述倒圆锥体的尖端与所述倒圆锥形槽的最底部抵接,所述方框顶部的外壁中间位置固设有一圆柱体,所述LED固设于所述圆柱体的顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述方框、夹片、摆锤、倒圆锥体和圆柱体采用塑胶材料一体注塑成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述火焰罩为水滴形状,所述LED位于所述火焰罩内的下部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第一通孔内固设有一卡环,所述卡环与所述安装筒卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述筒体底部设有一香薰装置,所述香薰装置包括一与所述筒体底部固定连接的底板,所述底板上固设有一第一固定筒和一第二固定筒,所述第一固定筒和第二固定筒均为顶部开口、底部封闭的结构;
    所述第一固定筒内固设有一顶部开口、底部封闭的精油瓶,所述精油瓶内装有精油,所述精油瓶内还设有一竖直设置的吸管,所述精油瓶的顶部设有一雾化器,所述雾化器与所述精油瓶连通,所述雾化器侧壁设有一水平设置的通气管,所述雾化器的顶部设有一雾化器盖,所述雾化器盖上设有一喷香口,所述喷香口连接有一喷香管,所述喷香管延伸至所述筒体的第一通孔;
    所述第二固定筒内固设有一气流发生器,所述气流发生器与所述电源控制板电连接,所述流发生器的顶部设有一出气管,所述出气管与一圆柱形喷嘴连接,所述喷嘴穿入所述雾化器侧壁的通气管内并延伸至所述吸管上端的管口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述第二固定筒顶部开口处固设有一端盖。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子仿真蜡烛,其特征在于,所述端盖上表面固设有一支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部与所述安装筒的底部固定连接。
