外科手术因为治疗的需求以及内窥镜手术的风行,因为手术所造成的风险已经大幅降低,但是随之而来的却是对于更好的伤口照护以及术后疤痕预防的需求,目前已经出现借助各种先进贴覆结构进行伤口照护的方法,藉以缩短伤口愈合时间同时消除疤痕。
传统的贴覆结构是由天然植物纤维或动物毛类物质构成,如纱布、棉垫、羊毛、各类油纱布等,这类贴覆结构只是暂时性的覆盖材料,均需在一定的时间内加以更换。然而,这些伤口贴覆结构在更换时容易发生与伤口相互粘连的情况,因此在撕除贴覆结构的同时有可能一并撕开新生的上皮细胞或已逐渐愈合的伤口,导致使用者疼痛难耐,且相当不利于伤口的自然复原。
现有贴覆结构的研究让人们对于贴覆结构的认识日趋科学,研究表明:较佳的贴覆结构能够保持创伤处的良好细胞生长愈合环境,能够控制和吸收渗出物;透气、透湿,能阻止细菌侵入;能紧密贴敷于个体;可载设、释放药物;另外应具有良好的组织及血液相容性,在从个体揭取时不发生粘连和脱屑;还应当具有较佳的机械性能和抗拉强度,使用方便。
相较于传统的贴覆结构,水凝胶贴覆结构能提供较佳的透气、透湿、阻隔细菌侵入以及控制和吸收渗出液等特性,使得伤口处于良好细胞生长愈合环境。此外,水凝胶贴覆结构能紧密贴覆于伤口处,且在更换贴覆结构时不会粘连伤口造成二次伤害,因此水凝胶贴覆结构被广泛地应用于生物医药领域中。
一般,传统贴覆结构产品的支持层是由不易伸张的材质如聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)或尼龙(Nylon)所制成,与水凝胶结合形成贴覆结构产品时,因支持层无法有效拉伸而容易造成贴覆结构断裂并使得此结构或产品无法顺应使用者身体,此对使用者身体所缺乏的顺应性一般会造成水凝胶贴覆结构产品没有使用者想要的舒适感与服帖度。此外,缺乏对使用者身体的顺应性一般会导致水凝胶贴覆结构产品无法进行有效的液体吸收、分布及维持能力。另一由水凝胶贴覆结构缺乏易于拉伸所衍生的问题为,水凝胶贴覆结构可能解体为各孤立区或团的材质,造成使用者的不适性,降低水凝胶贴覆结构的效率。
德国研究人员最近发明了一种绷带,会在伤口感染初期变为紫色。由德国慕尼克模组化固态研究所研制的这种绷带所使用的新型敷料中,含有一种会对不同酸碱度起反应的特殊染料。这种新型外创绷带与其他绷带一样可以用来隔绝伤口,但新产品提供了一种观察伤口愈合情况的特殊方法。一般情况下,健康皮肤和愈合伤口呈弱碱性,酸碱度在5至6左右。如果 酸碱度升高,偏向碱性,则说明可能发生了感染。如果酸碱度在6.5至8.5之间,新型绷带就会变成紫色。变色绷带方便病人和医生在不更换敷料的情况下监测感染情况,这是一个优点。因为摘下绷带时细菌就会乘虚而入。
目前科学界及皮肤科医师已知,伤口愈合过程中最佳的酸碱值应呈弱酸性,能抑制细菌的滋生,缩短伤口的炎症期,并促进血管及上皮组织再生,缩短伤口愈合时间。奥国史泰尔邦Joanneum研究所宣布,成功研发新一代医疗用品之“棉花棒”

可以在清洁伤口的同时检测出皮肤表面的ph酸碱值,有助于医疗人员掌握愈合及复原进度,提高医疗效果。Joanneum所研发出的棉花棒类似一个“交通信号灯”,由于具备一种特殊的染色剂,当以该棉花签或棉花棒处理伤口时,如皮肤呈现弱酸性时会以淡绿色显示(绿灯),而伤口皮肤呈现碱性时,则会出现红色的“警讯”,提醒伤者或护理人员及时清洁及更换敷药,可以节省以往尚需另外取样化验的时间,有效提升医疗效果。
本领域长期的需求为要产生一种超越一般已知水凝胶贴覆结构表现特色的水凝胶贴覆结构。更特别的,也希望能产生一种能拉伸,且顺应使用者身体的水凝胶贴覆结构,而该水凝胶贴覆结构在一般使用时能随时轻易观察到伤口的变化与愈合状况,同时对于伤口能提供较高的透湿度与舒适感。
发明内容
因此申请人经由多方测试后,发现调整水凝胶贴覆结构能够改善上述问题。因此本发明提供一种在一般使用时能随时且轻易观察到伤口的变化与愈合状况,同时对于伤口能提供较高的透湿度与舒适感的贴覆结构,包含:一背材层,其由一薄膜层与一具有孔隙的支持层彼此贴附;及一胶层, 其接合于该具有孔隙的支持层,且部分胶层贯穿与填充该孔隙,如水泥与钢筋的融合,其中该背材层及该胶层彼此紧密黏着成一透明状的贴覆结构。
本发明的贴覆结构中,该胶层中的胶包括但不限于水胶或亚克力系水胶(Acrylic Hydrogel)。
本发明的贴覆结构中,该薄膜层包括但不限于聚胺基甲酸酯(Polyurethane,PU)层、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)层、聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)层或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)层或聚合物材料形成薄膜。
本发明的贴覆结构中,该具有孔隙的支持层包括但不限于聚丙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、尼龙(Nylon)、棉絮或嫘萦(Rayon)不织布层。
在一实施例中,本发明的贴覆结构中该胶层系水胶,涂布或连接于该支持层,经UV照射或温度变化后固化形成该胶层。
本发明所指透明是允许光穿透的属性,其可由少许不透明至光全透明,透明材料可以被透视;即它们允许明晰的图像穿过。在一较佳实施例中,相较于100%全透光,本发明所指透明为透光度大于30%;在一更佳实施例中,本发明所指透明为透光度大于50%。半透明材料只允许光散射穿透。在一较佳实施例中,该背材层系透明或雾面。
本发明的贴覆结构中该支持层上有压印,可压出特定型式或符号,供辨识产品来源。
本发明的贴覆结构中的该支持层,在另一较佳具体实施例中,可进一步为将孔隙材料以喷雾方式于薄膜层设计图案或字样,并粘贴固定于薄膜层上,可供辨识产品来源或设计图案提升使用者的使用意愿。
本发明的贴覆结构,可另包含一离型层,贴合于该胶层的另一面上。在一实施例中,该离型层包括但不限于纸或薄膜层,在一较佳实施例中,该离型层为聚胺基甲酸酯层。
本发明的贴覆结构中的胶层,在一较佳实施例中,作为接触创伤伤口的贴合面,该胶层能够使创伤伤口处于加速愈合的适当湿度状态。湿性愈合环境有利于伤口愈合,如果伤口脱水,细胞则不能存活,虽然各种湿润的纱布或绷带也能提供湿性的愈合环境,但是由于该纱布或绷带类贴覆结构需要经常更换而导致新形成的细胞易于损伤,造成伤口二次伤害,且有脱水的危险。本发明的贴覆结构中的胶层具吸水退粘特性,在换药时比起一般湿润的纱布或绷带例如凡士林纱布,对伤口的破坏较少,其吸水倍率更加符合伤口愈合所需求的最佳湿润状态,吸收多余水分,保持皮肤适当湿度,且更具载药性。
本发明的贴覆结构中的胶层可包含活性成分,因此本发明可应用于各式创伤贴覆结构、切割术后贴覆结构、电极贴覆结构、含药胶布、面膜或美妆贴布、其他贴覆性生活用品(如防蚊贴、脚跟贴等)。本发明的有益效果在于,该贴覆结构能够制备具多向弹性符合多种创伤伤口使用的创伤贴覆结构,提供较佳创伤伤口愈合环境、缩短愈合时间、抗菌并减少感染机会。
本发明的贴覆结构中的胶层可包含一种会对不同酸碱度起反应的特殊染料,因此本发明可应用于各式新型敷料中,当以该贴覆结构处理伤口时,如皮肤呈现弱酸性时会以淡绿色显示(绿灯),而伤口皮肤呈现碱性时,则会出现红色的“警讯”,提醒伤者或护理人员及时清洁及更换敷药,可以节省以往尚需另外取样化验的时间,有效提升医疗效果。
本发明的贴覆结构中的具有孔隙的支持层也可将会对不同酸碱度起反应的特殊染料涂抹其上,并设计文字或图案,除了可达到上述提升医疗的效果之外,可进一步做成会变色的文字或图案,供辨识产品来源或设计图案提升使用者的使用意愿。

本发明的较佳实施例将详细说明如下,其中所列举的实施例的图号与图式中所示号码相同,请同时参考图式及详细说明。下列实施例的目的非为限制本发明,而仅作为本发明的数种态样及特征的代表。
图1为本发明的贴覆结构示意图,本发明的贴覆结构10,包含:一背材层20,其由一薄膜层21与一具有孔隙的支持层22彼此贴附形成;及一胶层30,其一面接合于该具有孔隙的支持层22,且部分胶层30贯穿该孔隙,其中该背材层20及该胶层30彼此紧密黏着成一透明状的贴覆结构。
在一具体实施例中,具有孔隙的支持层22为聚丙烯不织布,以感压胶贴附在聚胺基甲酸酯膜构成的薄膜层21上成为背材层20,聚胺基甲酸酯膜厚度为0.01至0.2mm。水胶以涂布或浸泡于此背材的聚丙烯不织布部分,使水胶会完全透入聚丙烯不织布层而延伸出一厚度,且厚度大于不织布层。水胶经UV照射或温度变化后固化成胶层30。固化的胶体贯穿填充于不织布的孔隙结构中,两者紧密结合在一起。胶层30与背材层20会紧密粘在一起为贴附层,并呈现透明状,应用于伤口敷料时,能随时轻易观察到伤口的变化与愈合状况。此外,聚胺基甲酸酯膜为一种具透湿性的膜,作为伤口敷料贴附于伤口上能提供较高的透湿度与舒适感。
在一较佳具体实施例中,依据本发明的贴覆结构10,具有孔隙的支持层22,其上可有压印,可压出特定型式或符号;或是将孔隙材料以喷雾方式在薄膜层设计图案或字样,并粘贴固定于薄膜层上,文字及图案的设计可供辨识产品来源或提升使用者的使用意愿。
在一较佳具体实施例中,依据本发明的贴覆结构10,该胶层30可包含一种会对不同酸碱度起反应的特殊染料,当以该贴覆结构处理伤口时,如皮肤呈现弱酸性时会以淡绿色显示,而伤口皮肤呈现碱性时,则会出现红色的“警讯”,提醒伤者或护理人员及时清洁及更换敷药,可以节省以往尚需另外取样化验的时间,有效提升医疗效果。
在一更佳具体实施例中,依据本发明的贴覆结构10,也可将会对不同酸碱度起反应的特殊染料涂抹于具有孔隙的支持层22之上,并设计文字或图案,产生具有上述可供辨识产品来源或提升使用者的使用意愿及提醒伤者或护理人员及时清洁及更换敷药,可以节省以往尚需另外取样化验的时间,有效提升医疗的效果。
依据本发明的贴覆结构10,其另包含一离型层40,贴合于该胶层的另 一面上。在本实施例中,该离型层40由聚胺基甲酸酯(Polyurethane,PU)所组成,而该胶层中胶为水胶组成。
虽然本发明以前述的实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作一些改动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围须视本说明书所附的权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种贴覆结构,包含:
    背材层,其由薄膜层与具有孔隙的支持层彼此贴附形成;及
    胶层,其一面接合于所述具有孔隙的支持层,且部分胶层贯穿所述孔隙,
    其中所述背材层及所述胶层彼此紧密黏着成透光度大于30%的贴覆结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述背材层及所述胶层彼此紧密黏着成透光度大于50%的贴覆结构。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述胶层为经固化而成的水胶。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述胶层为包含活性成分的胶层。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述胶层为包含对不同酸碱度起反应的染料的胶层。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述薄膜层的厚度为0.01mm至0.2mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述支持层上有压印。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其另包含离型层,贴合于所述胶层的另一面上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的贴覆结构,其中所述离型层为纸或薄膜。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的贴覆结构,其中所述薄膜层能通过所述具有孔隙的支持层以喷雾方式被设计有图案或字样,所述具有孔隙的支持层粘贴固定于所述薄膜层上。
