Description

云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统和支付方法
本申请要求于2017年12月14日提交中国香港特别行政区专利注册处的申请号为17113362.4,名称为“一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统”的香港短期专利申请的优先权;以及于2018年3月12日提交中国专利局的申请号为201820329829.X,名称为“一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及电子支付领域,特别涉及一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统和支付方法。
背景技术
继游戏、娱乐之后,移动电子商务被认为是移动互联网未来最重要的爆发点之一。目前,大量企业密集进入移动支付市场,在移动互联网市场跑马圈地。移动支付的安全性一直是移动电子商务中所面临的严峻问题。目前的POS设备七成以上使用的Windows操作系统,两成以上使用的是Android操作作系统,不足一成是使用Linux操作系统,Linux操作系统使用较低的主要原因是开发成本高,只有大公司才有能力使用。
随着智能化时代及移动电子商务的快速发展,移动终端如智能手机和平板电脑已经被广泛用来完成电子商务中的支付操作。越来越多的人们出门不带钱包,直接使用手机支付,但是,首先、现有的支付方式的安全隐患较大,在公众场合使用手机进行支付,容易被行人等盗取密码;同时简单的6位数字支付密码等极易被盗取;一旦支付载体(手机,电脑)遗失,将会给支付人带来巨大损失;再者、现有的支付形式单一,客户支付体验不佳。
为了提高安全性,用户在进行网上支付的过程中,目前往往会根据接收到验证码的短信提醒来进行支付验证,而验证码也因为其变动性保证了整个支付过程的安全性。但采用短信提醒有个很大的缺陷,就是无法判断是否是用户本人在看,也就是说银行发了信息后,无法确保是否是用户本人收到信息,即使是用户本人收到信息,还会存在不法分子利用各种手段套取用户手里的验证码,或用户误登录了钓鱼网站,导致手机中了木马病毒,验证码的信息被远程窃取等问题,这无疑会影响用户的使用体验。因此,如何能够防止终端中的验证信息被恶意窃取,进一步提高网上支付的安全性成为亟待解决的技术问题。
生物特征(如指纹、面部特征和眼睛虹膜等)识别技术作为智能终端的标配技术,被广泛应用于智能终端的解锁、唤醒及移动支付中。尤其生物特征支付功能,不仅可以克服数字密码容易被窃取的弊端,而且具有输入快捷的优势。但是对于大额或超大额交易来说,一种支付验证的方式的安全性还是不够的。
通过二次认证来增加电子支付的安全性是大趋势,目前电子支付太依赖手机,单一验证方式会引致安全性出现问题,人口老化使利用手机作电子支付推行困难。因此,儿童及老人消费,手机帮不上忙,可完全使用生物特征作支付取代手机作媒介。无论手机的指纹技术和人脸识别技术有多高,在金融服务公司眼中都是没有用的动心,因为手机的识别功能是不能得到金融机构的许可。手机有不同牌子和不同级数,形成没有一个统一标准作认证,硬件不能统一就等同没有法律效力。其次是如何收集消费者的生物特征,相同情况,不能以不同款式的手机作收集媒介。解决方法只有金融机构有自己的收集生物特征途径和批核工具。
综上,提供一种安全性高、操作简单、高智能化的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,是本公开的创研动机。
技术问题
本公开的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种生物识别支付及零售管理系统和支付方法。
本公开的目的在于提供一种可应用于上述生物识别支付及零售管理系统的支付方法。
技术解决方案
本公开的实施例通过以下技术方案实现:
一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,包括配置成能够进行收银服务的POS终端设备、云端ERP服务器和云端付款网关服务器,云端ERP服务器与云端付款网关服务器连接,POS终端设备包括安装有Android操作系统的前端和安装有Linux操作系统的后端,前端与云端ERP服务器连接,后端与云端付款网关服务器连接,后端设置有密码输入装置和生物特征采集验证装置。
进一步的,所述云端付款网关服务器关联有金融机构对应的服务器和生物数据库,所述云端付款网关服务器在接收到所述POS终端设备发送的交易信息、所述密码输入装置输入的密码信息以及生物特征采集验证装置获得的生物特征信息时,基于所述生物数据库对所述生物特征信息进行核对,并在核对一致后将所述交易信息和密码信息发送至金融机构对应的服务器以进行批核,以使该金融机构对应的服务器在批核结果为通过时进行支付交易并生成交易数据,所述云端付款网关服务器获得该金融机构的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备的前端。
进一步的,所述POS终端设备在接收到所述云端付款网关服务器反馈的批核结果和交易数据时,将所述交易数据发送至所述云端ERP服务器,所述云端ERP服务器基于所述交易数据对所述产品/服务资料进行更新。
进一步的,所述管理系统还包括电动钱箱和给前端和后端供电的电源供应模块,所述电动钱箱和所述电源供应模块分别与所述POS终端设备电连接。
进一步的,所述POS终端包括网络接口、内存、储存空间、控制接口和微处理器。
进一步的,所述前端通过4G/LTE调制解调器、WI-FI、蓝牙(Bluetooth)和/或以太网络(Ethernet)与所述云端ERP服务器连接,所述云端ERP服务器连接与商户端连接。

POS终端设备接收顾客或收银员输入的产品/服务资料和对应的数量,并从云端ERP服务器获取产品/服务资料对应的价格信息,以基于该价格信息、所述产品/服务资料和对应的数量生成包括交易金额的交易信息,并将该交易信息发送至云端付款网关服务器;
所述云端付款网关服务器基于所述交易信息向所述POS终端设备发送电子钱包输入指令及生物特征输入指令;
所述POS终端设备接收顾客基于电子钱包输入指令通过密码输入装置输入的密码信息以及顾客基于所述生物特征输入指令通过生物特征采集验证装置输入的生物特征信息,并反馈至所述云端付款网关服务器;
所述云端付款网关服务器基于关联的生物数据库对所述生物特征信息进行核对,并在核对通过后,将所述交易信息和密码信息发送至金融机构对应的服务器以进行批核以使该金融机构对应的服务器在批核结果为通过时进行支付交易并生成交易数据;
所述云端付款网关服务器获得该金融机构对应的服务器的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备的前端。

其中,所述交易信息中包括用户从所述产品/服务资料选取的目标产品/目标服务资料的信息。
需要说明的是,ERP是企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning )的简称,是指建立在信息技术基础上,集信息技术与先进管理思想于一身,以系统化的管理思想,为企业员工及决策层提供决策手段的管理平台。
为便于采用上述的云端生物识别及零售管理系统,在本实施例中,在本实施例中,所述POSS终端设备还包括包括电动钱箱,给前端和后端供电的电源供应模块,Android操作系统包括网络接口、内存、储存空间、控制接口和微处理器,其它外接设备将在下文阐述,Linux操作系统也包括网络接口、内存、储存空间、控制接口和微处理器,其它外接设备将在下文阐述,前端包括顾客端及商户端,后端与SVF(香港储值支付工具牌照)持牌机构、金融机构和生物特征数据库连接。
参见图3所示,前端可通过4G/LTE调制解调器、WI-FI、蓝牙(Bluetooth)或以太网络(Ethernet)中的一种或任几种与云端ERP服务器200连接, 例如,可以采用WI-FI与云端ERP服务器200连接;POS终端设备100的顾客端通过USB控制器与二维码/三维码扫描器(扫码枪)、前台出票机、前台打印机、标签机、手写板或外置内存中的一种或任几种连接,可以理解,POS终端设备100的顾客端还可以通过蓝牙(Bluetooth)与点菜机、无线二维码/三维码扫描器(无线扫码枪)和无线餐牌连接。
可以理解,云端ERP服务器200与POS终端设备100连接时,可以构成厨房及水吧出单系统、点菜及预定系统、轮候及预约系统、会员及客服系统、外卖系统、会计及库存系统、供应多种POS机的下载使用系统、供应多种POS机的线上使用系统、广告及告示管理系统、内聊网及员工管理系统、物联网及能源管理系统、物流管理系统、供应链管理系统、CCTV及安全系统或分店管理系统中的一种或任几种。其中,CCTV为安全系统是闭路电视安全监控系统。
请参阅图4,在采用上述任一一种系统进行交易时,具体可以采用如下执行过程实现:
1)、顾客在POS终端设备100上输入产品/服务资料,以及输入数量,POS终端设备100从云端ERP服务器200获取产品资料,之后产生交易项目计算总计,并在POS终端设备100上显示交易资料;
2)、商户在POS终端设备100发出票据及向云端付款网关服务器300作支付/转帐要求;
3)、云端付款网关服务器300收到要求后发出指令,要求顾客输入电子钱包资料及生物特征资料(指纹/掌纹/声纹/人脸);
4)、顾客于POS终端设备100上输入电子钱包资料及生物特征资料,递交电子支付服务;
5)、云端付款网关服务器300收到电子钱包资料及生物特征资料后,交生物特征资料库核对,再交金融机构的服务器以进行批核;
6)、批核成功后,云端付款网关服务器300会发出通知给商户及顾客,云端ERP服务器200打印单据;
7)、金融机构的服务器转帐到商户,交易成功。
参见图5、图6、图7和图8所示,POS终端设备100包括机体和面向收银员的收银端接触式显示屏15、可活动高清监控镜头16、收银端接触式显示屏15通过可活动铰链12固定在机体上,后端一侧的可活动铰链12上设置有可旋转构件,可活动高清监控镜头16安装在可旋转构件上;POS终端设备100还包括面向顾客端的人脸识别显示屏1、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头2、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头3、第一声纹识别收音器4、第二声纹识别收音器5、远红外线发射器17、远红外线摄像镜头18、手指纹识别扫描器或指静脉扫描器6、NFC及蓝牙感应器7、二维码/三维码扫描器8、NFC及RFID感应器9和顾客端接触式显示屏10,顾客端接触式显示屏10通过可活动铰链12固定在机体上,人脸识别显示屏1、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头2、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头3、第一声纹识别收音器4和第二声纹识别收音器5、远红外线发射器17和远红外线摄像镜头18设置在可旋转构件上,手指纹识别扫描器或指静脉扫描器6、NFC及蓝牙感应器7、二维码/三维码扫描器8和NFC及RFID感应器9设置在POS终端设备100的顶部;POS终端设备100还包括电源开关11、内置扬声器13和外置USB插头14、电源线接入口19和乙太网络线接入口20,电源开关11、电源线接入口19、乙太网络线接入口20和外置USB插头14设置在POS终端设备100的底部或靠近收银端接触式显示屏的一侧,更方便使用,内置扬声器13设置在POS终端设备100的侧面。
具体的,在本实施例中,前端的控制接口与所述顾客端接触式显示屏10、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头2和内置扬声器13。后端通过4G/LTE调制解调器、WI-FI、蓝牙(Bluetooth)或以太网络(Ethernet)中的一种或任几种与云端付款网关服务器300连接,以控制所述顾客端接触式显示屏10、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头2和内置扬声器13的工作状态。
云端付款网关服务器300与金融机构的服务器和生物数据库连接。后端的控制接口与NFC及RFID感应器9、NFC及蓝牙感应器7、手指纹识别扫描器或指静脉扫描器6、二维码/三维码扫描器8、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头3、收银端接触式显示屏15、可活动高清监控镜头16、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头3、人脸识别显示屏1、第一声纹识别收音器4、第二声纹识别收音器5和内置扬声器13分别电连接,以控制其工作状态。
参见图10所示,本实施例的一种可应用于上述的云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统的支付方法,所述支付方法应用于上述云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统时,实现以下步骤:
步骤S110:POS终端设备100接收顾客或收银员输入的产品/服务资料和对应的数量,并从云端ERP服务器200获取产品/服务资料对应的价格信息,以基于该价格信息、所述产品/服务资料和对应的数量生成包括交易金额的交易信息,并将该交易信息发送至云端付款网关服务器300。
步骤S120:所述云端付款网关服务器300基于所述交易信息向所述POS终端设备100发送电子钱包输入指令及生物特征输入指令。
步骤S130:所述POS终端设备100接收顾客基于电子钱包输入指令通过密码输入装置输入的密码信息以及顾客基于所述生物特征输入指令通过生物特征采集验证装置输入的生物特征信息,并反馈至所述云端付款网关服务器300。
步骤S140:所述云端付款网关服务器300基于关联的生物数据库对所述生物特征信息进行核对,并在核对通过后,将所述交易信息和密码信息发送至金融机构对应的服务器以进行批核以使该金融机构对应的服务器在批核结果为通过时进行支付交易并生成交易数据。
步骤S150:所述云端付款网关服务器300获得该金融机构对应的服务器的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备100的前端。
在本实施例中,在执行步骤S110之前,所述方法还包括:所述POS终端设备100从所述云端ERP服务器200中获取产品/服务资料。
其中,从所述云端ERP服务器200中获取的产品/服务资料的种类和数量都应大于或等于顾客或收银员输入的产品/服务资料和对应的种类和数量。
在执行步骤150之后,所述方法还包括:
所述POS终端设备100将所述交易数据发送至所述云端ERP服务器200。所述云端ERP服务器200基于所述交易数据更新所述产品/服务资料。以实现实时更新所述云端ERP服务器200的信息,进而保障在后续交易过程中从云端ERP服务器200中获取的产品/服务资料的种类和数量的准确性,从而保障交易的可靠性。
本实施例的云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,后端同时设置有密码输入装置和生物特征采集验证装置,生物特征采集验证装置是上述的人脸识别显示屏1、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头2、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头3、第一声纹识别收音器4、第二声纹识别收音器5、手指纹识别扫描器或指静脉扫描器6、远红外线发射器17或远红外线摄像镜头18中的一种或任几种,旨在利用生物特征识别技术为移动电子支付作二次认证。甚至不须手机等移动产品为媒界,而直接成为移动支付的一种,生物支付。好处是黑客难以从多方窃取并拼合资料。特别情况下旅客可在没有手机、银行卡和信用卡情况下仍可进行电子支付。二次认证为大额或超大额交易提供可靠安全性。包含生物特征的支付方案可防止罪案及提高破案效率。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对本公开保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本公开作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本公开的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本公开技术方案的实质和范围。 

Claims (18)

  1. 一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,包括配置成能够进行收银服务的POS终端设备、云端ERP服务器和云端付款网关服务器,其特征在于:所述云端ERP服务器与所述云端付款网关服务器连接,所述POS终端设备包括安装有Android操作系统的前端和安装有Linux操作系统的后端,所述前端与所述云端ERP服务器连接,所述后端与所述云端付款网关服务器连接,所述后端设置有密码输入装置和生物特征采集验证装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在是:所述云端付款网关服务器关联有金融机构对应的服务器和生物数据库,所述云端付款网关服务器在接收到所述POS终端设备发送的交易信息、所述密码输入装置输入的密码信息以及生物特征采集验证装置获得的生物特征信息时,基于所述生物数据库对所述生物特征信息进行核对,并在核对一致后将所述交易信息和密码信息发送至金融机构对应的服务器以进行批核,以使该金融机构对应的服务器在批核结果为通过时进行支付交易并生成交易数据,所述云端付款网关服务器获得该金融机构的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备的前端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端设备在接收到所述云端付款网关服务器反馈的批核结果和交易数据时,将所述交易数据发送至所述云端ERP服务器,所述云端ERP服务器基于所述交易数据更新所述产品/服务资料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述管理系统还包括电动钱箱和给前端和后端供电的电源供应模块,所述电动钱箱和所述电源供应模块分别与所述POS终端设备电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端包括网络接口、内存、储存空间、控制接口和微处理器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述前端通过4G/LTE调制解调器、WI-FI、蓝牙和/或以太网络中与所述云端ERP服务器连接,所述云端ERP服务器连接与商户端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端设备通过USB控制器与二维码/三维码扫描器、前台出票机、前台打印机、标签机、手写板和/或外置内存连接,所述POS终端设备通过蓝牙与点菜机、无线二维码/三维码扫描器和/或无线餐牌连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述后端通过4G/LTE调制解调器、WI-FI、蓝牙和/或以太网络与所述云端付款网关服务器连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端设备包括机体和面向收银员的收银端接触式显示屏,所述收银端接触式显示屏通过铰链固定在机体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端还包括高清监控镜头,所述铰链上设置有旋转构件,所述高清监控镜头安装于所述旋转构件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述生物特征采集验证装置包括面向顾客的人脸识别显示屏、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头、第一声纹识别收音器、第二声纹识别收音器、远红外线发射器、远红外线摄像镜头、手指纹识别扫描器和/或指静脉扫描器所述POS终端设备还包括面向顾客的顾客端接触式显示屏,所述顾客端接触式显示屏通过铰链固定在所述机体上,所述人脸识别显示屏、所述人脸识别高解像摄像镜头、所述人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头、所述远红外线发射器、所述远红外线摄像镜头、所述第一声纹识别收音器和所述第二声纹识别收音器分别通过旋转构件设置于机体,所述手指纹识别扫描器和/或指静脉扫描器设置在POS终端设备的顶部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述POS终端设备还包括电源开关、电源线接入口、乙太网络线接入口、内置扬声器和外置USB插头,所述内置扬声器设置在POS终端设备的侧面;所述电源线接入口、所述乙太网络线接入口、所述电源开关和所述外置USB插头设置在POS终端设备的底部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述前端的控制接口与所述顾客端接触式显示屏、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头和内置扬声器分别连接,以控制所述顾客端接触式显示屏、人脸识别高解像摄像镜头和内置扬声器的工作状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种云端生物识别支付及零售管理系统,其特征在于:所述后端的控制接口与所述NFC及RFID感应器、NFC及蓝牙感应器、手指纹识别扫描器或指静脉扫描器、二维码/三维码扫描器、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头、收银端接触式显示屏、可活动高清监控镜头、人脸识别或掌纹识别用高清摄像镜头、人脸识别显示屏、第一声纹识别收音器、第二声纹识别收音器和内置扬声器分别电连接。
  16. 一种支付方法,应用于权利要求1-15任意一项所述的云端生物识别及零售管理系统,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    POS终端设备接收顾客或收银员输入的产品/服务资料和对应的数量,并从云端ERP服务器获取产品/服务资料对应的价格信息,以基于该价格信息、所述产品/服务资料和对应的数量生成包括交易金额的交易信息,并将该交易信息发送至云端付款网关服务器;
    所述云端付款网关服务器基于所述交易信息向所述POS终端设备发送电子钱包输入指令及生物特征输入指令;
    所述POS终端设备接收顾客基于电子钱包输入指令通过密码输入装置输入的密码信息以及顾客基于所述生物特征输入指令通过生物特征采集验证装置输入的生物特征信息,并反馈至所述云端付款网关服务器;
    所述云端付款网关服务器基于关联的生物数据库对所述生物特征信息进行核对,并在核对通过后,将所述交易信息和密码信息发送至金融机构对应的服务器以进行批核以使该金融机构对应的服务器在批核结果为通过时进行支付交易并生成交易数据;
    所述云端付款网关服务器获得该金融机构对应的服务器的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备的前端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的支付方法,其特征在于,在执行所述云端付款网关服务器获得该金融机构对应的服务器的批核结果和交易数据,并反馈至POS终端设备的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述POS终端设备将所述交易数据发送至所述云端ERP服务器;
    所述云端ERP服务器基于所述交易数据更新所述产品/服务资料。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的支付方法,其特征在于,在执行POS终端设备接收顾客或收银员输入的产品/服务资料和对应的数量的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述POS终端设备从所述云端ERP服务器中获取产品/服务资料。
