Description

一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及烟草技术领域,更具体涉及一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法。
背景技术
吸烟有害健康众所周知,尤其是随着社会经济的不断发展和生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越关注自己的身体健康问题,对于烟草行业来说,降焦减害是未来烟草市场发展的重要趋势,也是当下的烟草主流发展方向。
对于广大吸烟消费者来说,尤其是具有一定年限烟龄且形成烟瘾的人来说,在现有条件下完全戒烟暂时是不可能的,只能通过减少吸烟量或吸食低焦低害的新型卷烟产品来满足自己的健康需求和吸食需要,尽可能降低吸烟对身体的损害。
近年来,为了进一步保障人们的健康,消费市场上逐渐出现和兴起了一些香烟的替代产品,如电子烟,即将尼古丁以及少量的致香成分存于烟弹中,再通过电子加热、烘烤等方式将其气化挥发出来的新型烟草制品。电子烟虽然可以在一定程度上模仿香烟的味道,甚至可以通过调整配方获得更多种类的口味,但由于烟草本香是由数千种致香化合物综合作用的结果,目前的电子烟无法真实的模拟出原有烟草本香带给烟民的抽吸感受,且从外观、结构和吸食方法上看,现有的电子烟产品与传统的香烟相差较大,很大程度上改变了吸烟的原有习惯和认知,难以获得广大烟草消费者的青睐。因此,制备一种具有卷烟外观,且能够带给消费者真实吸烟感受的新型烟支,具有实际意义。
加热不燃烧卷烟就是在上述背景下应运而生。其原理特点是通过加热不燃烧烟草的方式向消费者提供尼古丁和烟草特征香气,满足消费者的需求,同时 可大幅度降低主流烟气中焦油和有害物质的释放量。其中,现有的加热不燃烧卷烟的烟丝段大部分是以再造烟叶为主要原料加工出来的。
此前关于低温加热不燃烧新型卷烟的制备方法的技术文献已经有所公布,但这些技术文献只是像传统卷烟制造一样采取简单的烟丝段+过滤段两元结构,且研究改进的重点在于烟丝段,未全面充分考虑过滤段部分不同材料结构组合方式对新型烟支功能和物理特性的影响,同时其制备方法还不够具体细化和完备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于对现有技术资源进行有效梳理和科学整合,提供一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法。该方法在传统的香烟制备技术思路上进行了突破和完善,使烟支的结构、组成材料和功能相比以前更加丰富和多元化,更好地适应和满足了当前烟草制品降焦减害的社会主流趋势和不同消费者群体的个性化需求,同时制备方法更加细化完备,标准规范。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现,在满足吸食安全性要求的条件下,具体包括如下工序(见图1):
工序一:制备烟草棒段:首先选取由烟草原材料提取物和其它香脂化合物混合制成的烟束卷,并根据烟束卷的材料特性和规格对原有的普通滤棒成型机结构和控制系统进行改进,使其具备将烟束卷自动放卷张开并收缩成型的能力,之后将烟束卷安装于改进过的滤棒成型机放料装置上,经过放卷、张开、传送、收拢、成型和切割等过程制备成一种烟草棒段,该烟草棒段可以为圆柱形;
工序二:制备烟草过滤基棒段:首先选取由不同化合物材料混合制成且具有某些特殊功能的新型原辅材料卷,并根据材料卷的材料属性和规格对原有的普通滤棒成型机结构和控制系统进行相应改进,使其具备将材料卷自动放卷张 开成膜、辊压塑形并均匀收拢成型的工业生产能力,之后将材料卷安装于经过改进增加的滤棒成型机自动放卷装置上,经过放卷、平铺、压纹塑形、传送聚拢和成型切割等具体生产过程制备成一种或多种各不相同的烟草过滤基棒段;
工序三:制备复合滤嘴棒段:根据不同的抽吸功能需求和组合需要,选取工序二完成后所制备出来的不同类型烟草过滤嘴基棒段中的一种或多种,同时也可根据自身实际情况需要外购一种或多种由其它材料制成的烟草过滤嘴基棒段,然后根据不同的结构组合需要,将前面所述各种类型的烟草过滤嘴基棒段分别放置于现有的多元滤棒复合机软模块料仓中,利用二元或多元滤棒的复合方式进行有机组合,具体经过下料切割、移位分离、排列对齐、传送、复合和成型等过程制备成一种包含不同种类材料和内部结构的复合滤嘴棒段;
工序四:制备多元材料结构新型烟支:在上述三个工序完成后,通过专门的带有两个或两个以上不同规格料斗的改进型卷烟接嘴机将烟草棒段和工序三制备的一种或多种复合滤嘴棒段按照一定的排列组合顺序进行卷制成型,最终制备成一种具有多元材料和内部结构的新型烟支。
进一步地,在工序一中,所述的烟草原材料包括烟梗、烟末、碎叶和短丝中的一种或几种。
进一步地,在工序一中,所述的烟束卷内里形状可以是丝状、片状和块状中的任意一种;同时整个烟束卷的内径、外径和宽度尺寸不是固定的,可以根据不同的生产需要和设备结构进行改变。
进一步地,在工序三中,最后制备出来的复合滤嘴棒段包含不同种类材料和内部结构,组合方式可以是二元、三元、四元复合结构中的任意一种。
进一步地,在上述所有工序中,所述的烟草棒段、烟草过滤基棒段、复合滤嘴棒段长度可以加工为(88±0.4)mm、(90±0.4)mm、(120±0.4)mm和(144 ±0.4)mm中的任意一种或其它现有技术条件下能够达到的长度尺寸,它们的圆周尺寸范围可以是[(16.9~24.1)±0.30]mm或其它现有技术条件下能够达到的圆周尺寸。
进一步地,在工序四中,所述的卷烟接嘴机带有两个或两个以上不同规格料斗,且最后制备出来的新型烟支包含不同种类材料和内部结构,从组合方式上看可以是二元、三元复合结构中的任意一种,具有多元材料和内部结构组合的特点,其规格可以为长度(45±0.4)mm,圆周(24.1±0.40)mm或现有技术条件下能够达到的烟支规格尺寸。
本发明还提供了通过上述制备方法制得的新型烟支的抽吸方法,即可像传统香烟一样夹持在手上或叼含在嘴里进行抽吸,也可将上述新型烟支放置于相匹配的加热烟具中,设定好一定的加热时间后并进行等待,待达到设定加热时间后即可开始抽吸。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明方法在原有的传统香烟制备技术思路上进行了突破和提升,对原有的烟支组成结构和生产设备进行了改进和创新,能够生产出满足不同消费者群体个性化需求的新型烟支,使烟支的结构、组成材料和功能相比以前更加丰富和多元化,同时更好地适应了当前烟草制品降焦减害的社会主流趋势。
2、本发明方法可以制备得到吸食安全、品质良好的烟支,有效保证抽吸过程中烟气品质的一致性;本发明方法采用烟草原料或相关提取物加工烟草棒生产原辅材料,为烟支实现工业化生产提供了充足的原料保障,同时很好的实现了烟草废料的绿色回收和循环使用。
3、本发明方法提出的多元材料和结构组合思路最大程度上完善和丰富了烟支结构和组成材料功能的多样性,为市场消费者提供了更多的新型卷烟选择和 功能体验。
4、本发明方法所制备的新型烟支抽吸方式灵活多用,同时兼顾传统抽吸方式和目前主流的新型烟草制品抽吸方式,具备达到传统卷烟类似抽吸感受的物理特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细说明。以下实施案例仅用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例
选取一种由烟草原材料提取物和香精混合制成的丝状烟束卷一盘(内径75mm,外径330mm,宽度150mm),将其安装放置于进行过设备适应性改进的滤棒成型机上,待滤棒成型机的电能、压缩空气和冷却水等能源动力供应和卷烟纸(35g/m2)、黏合剂(乳胶、汉高胶)等原辅材料确认准备到位后,开启设备至稳 定运行状态,具体经过自动放卷、张开、传送、收拢、成型、切割和废品自动检测剔除等过程制备成所需的圆柱形烟草棒段;其中,制备过程中的生产速度控制在18m/min,且该烟草棒的长度为90±0.40mm,圆周为23.55±0.30mm(见图2)。
选取一种由玉米原料和降温化学元素聚乳酸混合制成的具有降温作用的膜状新型原辅材料卷一盘(幅宽250±0.20mm,厚度0.04±0.005mm),将其和经过设备功能改进的滤棒成型机进行配套生产,具体过程是将材料卷安装于经过改进增加的滤棒成型机自动放卷装置上,经过自动放卷、均匀铺平、压纹塑形、传送、收拢和成型等工序过程制备成一种具有降低温度功能的烟草过滤基棒段;其中,制备过程中的生产速度控制在18m/min,且该烟草过滤基棒的长度为120±0.40mm,圆周为23.50±0.30mm(见图3)。
根据不同的抽吸功能需求和组合需要,选取由上一个工序完成后所制备出来的烟草过滤嘴基棒段,同时外购一种由醋酸纤维丝束材料气化制成,且具有保香作用的中空过滤嘴基棒段(见图4和图5),具体购进内径为和两个规格的中空滤棒段,然后按照不同的结构组合需要将它们分别放置于现有的多元滤棒复合机软模块料仓中,利用二元或多元滤棒的复合方式经过切割、移位分离、排列对齐、传送、复合和成型等具体过程制备成一种具有降温和保香功能的三元复合滤嘴棒段(见图7);其中,制备过程中的生产速度控制在20m/min,且该复合滤嘴棒的圆周为24.10±0.20mm,长度为120±0.50mm,将其进行四等分后的组合结构为[10(大中空基棒)+10(聚乳酸膜棒)+10(小中空基棒)]mm(见图6)。
通过专门的带有两个不同规格料斗的改进型卷烟接嘴机(见图8)将烟草棒段和工序三制备的复合滤嘴棒段按照一定的排列组合顺序进行卷制成型,最终 卷制成一种所需的具有多元材料和内部结构的新型烟支(见图10);其中,制备过程中的烟支生产速度控制在300支/min,且该烟支的总长为45mm,其内部组合结构为[10(大中空基棒)+10(聚乳酸膜棒)+10(小中空基棒)+15(烟草棒)]mm,其中复合滤嘴棒段长度为30mm,烟草棒段长度为15mm(见图9)。
之后将上述得到的新型烟支插入相配套的加热烟具中,并设定烟具加热温度为300℃,加热15s后开始抽吸。此外,经过多次抽吸温度测试发现,新型烟支的主要端部温度如下表所示:

结果表明:上述实施案例中的新型烟支经过烟具加热后,在三元复合滤嘴棒的降温和保香作用下所产生的烟雾较小,但烟草香气清新浓郁,同时对咽喉刺激性较小,入口温和舒适。总之,通过本发明方法制备出来的该新型烟支可获得传统卷烟般的烟草香味吸食感受,且整个烟支及其抽吸过程具有一定的趣味性和新颖性。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非对本发明的限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行各种组合、修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

  1. 一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下工序:
    工序一:制备烟草棒段:选取由烟草原材料提取物和其它香脂化合物混合制成的烟束卷,然后使用改进型滤棒成型机将烟束卷制备成一种烟草棒段;
    工序二:制备烟草过滤基棒段:选取由不同化合物材料混合制成且具有某些特殊功能的新型原辅材料卷,之后将材料卷安装于经过改进增加的滤棒成型机自动放卷装置上,经过滤棒成型过程将其制成一种或多种各不相同的烟草过滤基棒段;
    工序三:制备复合滤嘴棒段:根据不同的抽吸功能需求和组合需要,选取工序二完成后所制备出来的不同类型烟草过滤嘴基棒段中的一种或多种,将它们分别放置于现有的多元滤棒复合机软模块料仓中,以二元或多元滤棒的复合方式进行有机组合,最后制备成一种包含不同种类材料和内部结构的复合滤嘴棒段;
    工序四:制备多元材料结构新型烟支:在上述三个工序完成后,通过专门的带有两个或两个以上不同规格料斗的改进型卷烟接嘴机将烟草棒段和工序三制备的复合滤嘴棒段按照一定的排列组合顺序进行卷制成型,最终制备成一种具有多元材料和内部结构的新型烟支。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,在工序一中,所述的烟草原材料包括烟梗、烟末、碎叶和短丝中的一种或几种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,在工序一中,所述的烟束卷内里形状可以是丝状、片状和块状中的任意一种;同时整个烟束卷的内径、外径和宽度尺寸不是固定的,可以根据 生产需要和设备结构进行改变。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,在工序三中,制备出来的复合滤嘴棒段包含不同种类材料和内部结构,组合方式可以是二元、三元、四元复合结构中的任意一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,在上述所有工序中,所述的烟草棒段、烟草过滤基棒段、复合滤嘴棒段长度可以加工为(88±0.4)mm、(90±0.4)mm、(120±0.4)mm和(144±0.4)mm中的任意一种或其它现有技术条件下能够达到的长度尺寸,它们的圆周尺寸范围可以是[(16.9~24.1)±0.30]mm或其它现有技术条件下能够达到的圆周尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可进行多元材料和结构组合的新型烟支制备方法,其特征在于,在工序四中,所述的卷烟接嘴机带有两个或两个以上不同规格料斗制备出来的新型烟支包含不同种类材料和内部结构,组合方式可以是二元、三元复合结构中的任意一种,其规格可以为长度(45±0.4)mm,圆周(24.1±0.15)mm或现有技术条件下能够达到的烟支规格尺寸。
