一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,包括头戴式耳机、电刺激贴片(6)、LED显示屏(7)、电路板(5)、充电电池(2)和无线终端(15);头戴式耳机上对称设有两个耳机体(1),电路板(5)和充电电池(2)分别安装在两个耳机体(1)上,两个耳机体(1)上还分别安装有音乐控制按键(3)和电刺激模式及时间控制按键(4);电刺激贴片(6)为两个且安装在头戴式耳机的中间部分,LED显示屏(7)为两个且分别安装在两个电刺激贴片(6)上;电路板(5)上设有音频解码芯片(8)、按键控制模块(9)、电源开关(10)、电刺激发生模块(11)、无线通信模块(12)和充电插口(13),无线终端(15)独立设置并与电路板(5)无线通信连接,功能电刺激装置配合能够从生理上和心理上缓解病人焦虑症状。

Description

一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置及其使用方法
本申请要求了申请日为2017年12月14日,申请号为201711339695.6,发明名称为“一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置及其使用方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及医用技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置及其使用方法。
背景技术
术前及产前(以下简称术前)焦虑是一种常见的手术前心理反应,它会导致心悸、胸闷、尿频、腹痛、及睡眠障碍等不良反应,影响麻醉效果,增加手术风险,对患者术后恢复也会产生一定影响。据统计,2015年全国外科手术数量约4556万例,术前焦虑发生率在60%左右,最高可达80%;2016年全国新生儿的数量约1846万,其中80%的妇科手术病人都有不同的焦虑状态。目前术前焦虑现象在国内外并没有引起足够重视,国内外对于术前焦虑的治疗普遍都采用苯二氮安衍生物,咪达唑仑,劳拉西泮等药物治疗,效果虽好但容易产生毒副作用,成本较高,并且在治疗后会产生药物残留。此外,也有采用心理治疗的方法,如心理辅导、音乐治疗等,但在国内手术病人太多,心理辅导实现比较困难。有研究表明,功能电刺激在镇痛、兴奋神经肌肉组织、调节神经-内分泌机能等方面有明显效果,因此本专利研发了一种安全无副作用的电刺激装置用于缓解术前焦虑症。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种能够从生理上和心理上缓解病人焦虑症状的用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置及其使用方法。
本发明提出的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,包括头戴式耳机、电刺激贴片、LED显示屏、电路板、充电电池和无线终端;
所述头戴式耳机上对称设有两个耳机体,所述电路板和充电电池分别安装 在所述两个耳机体上,所述两个耳机体上还分别安装有音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键;
所述电刺激贴片为两个且对称间隔安装在所述头戴式耳机的中间部分,所述LED显示屏为两个且分别安装在所述两个电刺激贴片上;
所述电路板上设有音频解码芯片、按键控制模块、电源开关、电刺激发生模块、无线通信模块和充电插口;所述音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键以及LED显示屏均与所述电路板通信连接,所述充电电池和电刺激贴片均与所述电路板电性连接;
所述无线终端独立设置,所述无线终端与所述电路板无线通信连接。
进一步的,所述两个耳机体分别为左耳机体和右耳机体,所述音乐控制按键安装在所述左耳机体的外壁上,所述充电电池位于所述音乐控制按键和所述左耳机体之间,所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键安装在所述右耳机体的外壁上,所述电路板位于所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键和所述右耳机体之间。
进一步的,所述音乐控制按键包括音量调节、歌曲切换、音乐暂停及播放按键,所述音乐控制按键还包括语音输入按键,所述电路板上还设有语音控制模块。
进一步的,所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键包括开关、模式选择和定时按键。
进一步的,所述充电插口为USB充电插口,所述无线通信模块为wifi模块,所述充电电池为锂电池,所述充电电池通过充电插口进行充电。
进一步的,所述电刺激发生模块发出的功能电刺激电压为正负100v,所述电刺激发生模块包括PWM发生装置,所述PWM发生装置所发出的PWM波形为1Hz-1000Hz,PWM信号电流为1mA-10mA,通过控制输出波形的占空比、频率和间歇时间来控制输出电刺激的频率和强度。
进一步的,所述无线终端为PAD、手机或笔记本电脑。
本发明提出的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置使用方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、病人入住后,通过护士站端的管理系统查看是否有该病人的信息, 如果有则直接进入S2,若无则新建病人信息,然后进入S2;
S2、在管理系统上查看当前可使用的装置,选定一个电刺激装置,每一个电刺激装置都有一个相应的无线终端来控制,进入S3;
S3、在无线终端上输入病人的身份证号,并选择该电刺激装置的编号进行配对,配对成功后则进入音乐、电刺激模式、电刺激时间的选择界面,通过病人选择的功能电刺激的强度和模式与其对应的耳机中的音乐幅值及节拍进行特征匹配,实现音乐及功能电刺激之间的合理匹配,功能电刺激的强度和模式可由医生根据病人情况进行调节,或由病人自己调节,也可由耳机的音乐幅值及节拍来确定,选择完之后点击“开始”,该无线终端将数据传送给该电刺激装置,并通过无线局域网的方式将病人信息、电刺激装置编号、音乐、模式及时间等数据传送到护士站的管理系统,进入S4;
S4、装置通过无线网络收到刺激模式指令后,通过音频解码芯片控制相应的音乐输出,并根据所选择的刺激进行相应的焦虑缓解操作;管理系统收到数据后在使用记录中添加新的记录,并将电刺激装置的状态改为“正在使用中”,进入S5;
S5、刺激结束后,则会通过语音提示病人,病人可手动关闭耳机装置的电源,也可以由无线终端根据设定的时间自行关闭,关闭后无线终端则进入评价界面,进入S6;
S6、评价完毕后,无线终端将结束信号及评价的结果发送给管理系统,管理系统将该评价追加到记录里面,并将该装置的状态变为“可使用”。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:该用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置通过功能电刺激及音乐的配合,能够从生理上和心理上缓解病人焦虑症状,提高了焦虑症治疗效果,操作简单、方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例:一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,包括头戴式耳机、电刺激贴片、LED显示屏、电路板、充电电池和无线终端;
所述头戴式耳机上对称设有两个耳机体,所述电路板和充电电池分别安装在所述两个耳机体上,所述两个耳机体上还分别安装有音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键;
所述电刺激贴片为两个且对称间隔安装在所述头戴式耳机的中间部分,所述LED显示屏为两个且分别安装在所述两个电刺激贴片上;
所述电路板上设有音频解码芯片、按键控制模块、电源开关、电刺激发生模块、无线通信模块和充电插口;所述音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键以及LED显示屏均与所述电路板通信连接,所述充电电池和电刺激贴片均与所述电路板电性连接;LED显示屏用于显示当前装置的编号、模式、剩余时间等信息;
所述无线终端独立设置,所述无线终端与所述电路板无线通信连接。
所述两个耳机体分别为左耳机体和右耳机体,所述音乐控制按键安装在所述左耳机体的外壁上,所述充电电池位于所述音乐控制按键和所述左耳机体之间,所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键安装在所述右耳机体的外壁上,所述电路板位于所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键和所述右耳机体之间。安装方式左耳机体和右耳机体可以相互替换。
所述音乐控制按键包括音量调节、歌曲切换、音乐暂停及播放按键,所述音乐控制按键还包括语音输入按键,所述电路板上还设有语音控制模块。音乐幅值及节拍还可由语音输入进行控制。
所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键包括开关、模式选择和定时按键。
所述充电插口为USB充电插口,所述无线通信模块为wifi模块,所述充电电池为锂电池,所述充电电池通过充电插口进行充电。当然充电电池不仅限于锂电池,还可以为其他可充电电池,例如镍镉电池。无线通信模不仅限于wifi模块,还可以位其它短距离无线通信,如蓝牙。
所述电刺激发生模块发出的功能电刺激电压为正负100v,所述电刺激发生模块包括PWM发生装置,所述PWM发生装置所发出的PWM波形为1Hz-1000Hz,PWM信号电流为1mA-10mA,通过控制输出波形的占空比、频率和间歇时间来控制输出电刺激的频率和强度。
通过本装置产生的PWM,利用H桥电路和滤波电路形成双极性正弦波或方波作用与人体产生刺激效果,同时在H桥添加限流电路来防止过大电流对人体产生不利影响。此外可以通过一些积分电路的形式产生近似三角波。最终可以根据波形的不同组合以及波形有无之间的变换,形成不同幅值强度、不同类型的刺激模式实现对人体治疗的目的。
所述无线终端为PAD、手机或笔记本电脑。
该用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置的使用方法包括如下步骤:
S1、病人入住后,通过护士站端的管理系统查看是否有该病人的信息,如果有则直接进入S2,若无则新建病人信息,然后进入S2;
S2、在管理系统上查看当前可使用的装置,选定一个电刺激装置,每一个电刺激装置都有一个相应的无线终端来控制,进入S3;
S3、在无线终端上输入病人的身份证号,并选择该电刺激装置的编号进行配对,配对成功后则进入音乐、电刺激模式、电刺激时间的选择界面,选择完之后点击“开始”,该无线终端将数据传送给该电刺激装置,并通过无线局域网的方式将病人信息、电刺激装置编号、音乐、模式及时间等数据传送到护士 站的管理系统,进入S4;
S4、装置通过无线网络收到刺激模式指令后,通过音频解码芯片控制相应的音乐输出,并根据所选择的刺激进行相应的焦虑缓解操作;管理系统收到数据后在使用记录中添加新的记录,并将电刺激装置的状态改为“正在使用中”,进入S5;
S5、刺激结束后,则会通过语音提示病人,病人可手动关闭耳机装置的电源,也可以由无线终端根据设定的时间自行关闭,关闭后无线终端则进入评价界面,进入S6;
S6、评价完毕后,无线终端将结束信号及评价的结果发送给管理系统,管理系统将该评价追加到记录里面,并将该装置的状态变为“可使用”。
该用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置通过功能电刺激及音乐的配合,能够从生理上和心理上缓解病人焦虑症状,通过病人选择的功能电刺激的强度和模式与其对应的耳机中的音乐幅值及节拍进行特征匹配,实现音乐及功能电刺激之间的合理匹配,功能电刺激的强度和模式可由医生根据病人情况进行调节,或由病人自己调节,也可由耳机的音乐幅值及节拍来确定,为提高焦虑症治疗效果、简化操作提供方便;
该电刺激装置形成由三层结构,最外层为按键层,中间为电路层,最里面为输出层,三层之间采用软制线材连接;病人不仅可以使用无线终端来调节音乐、模式、时间外,还可直接在该电刺激装置上或通过语音进行调节;能够通过无线终端与远程电脑端建立联系,实时监控该电刺激装置的使用状态和病人的操作,并可将相关数据传输给电脑端的管理系统,供大数据分析或收费使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,其特征在于:包括头戴式耳机、电刺激贴片、LED显示屏、电路板、充电电池和无线终端;
    所述头戴式耳机上对称设有两个耳机体,所述电路板和充电电池分别安装在所述两个耳机体上,所述两个耳机体上还分别安装有音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键;
    所述电刺激贴片为两个且对称间隔安装在所述头戴式耳机的中间部分,所述LED显示屏为两个且分别安装在所述两个电刺激贴片上;
    所述电路板上设有音频解码芯片、按键控制模块、电源开关、电刺激发生模块、无线通信模块和充电插口;所述音乐控制按键和电刺激模式及时间控制按键以及LED显示屏均与所述电路板通信连接,所述充电电池和电刺激贴片均与所述电路板电性连接;
    所述无线终端独立设置,所述无线终端与所述电路板无线通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,其特征在于:所述两个耳机体分别为左耳机体和右耳机体,所述音乐控制按键安装在所述左耳机体的外壁上,所述充电电池位于所述音乐控制按键和所述左耳机体之间,所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键安装在所述右耳机体的外壁上,所述电路板位于所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键和所述右耳机体之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,其特征在于:所述音乐控制按键包括音量调节、歌曲切换、音乐暂停及播放按键,所述音乐控制按键还包括语音输入按键,所述电路板上还设有语音控制模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,其特征在于:所述电刺激模式及时间控制按键包括开关、模式选择和定时按键。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置,其特征在于:所述充电插口为USB充电插口,所述无线通信模块为wifi模块,所述充电电池为锂电池,所述充电电池通过充电插口进行充电。

  8. 一种用于缓解术前以及产前焦虑的功能电刺激装置使用方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
