Description

粒子治疗仪 技术领域
本公开涉及医疗器械领域,涉及一种粒子治疗仪。
背景技术
粒子治疗仪包括质子治疗仪和重离子治疗仪,是生物医学上利用经过加速的粒子对肿瘤进行放射治疗的装置,主要包括加速器、旋转机架、治疗头、治疗床和治疗计划系统等。经过加速的粒子通过治疗头作用于躺在治疗床上的病人的肿瘤部位,治疗头还会发出激光对病人的需治疗的部位进行定位,旋转机架通过旋转带动治疗头的移动,使治疗头打出的粒子束能够从不同方向照射到病人肿瘤上。
但是,当病人躺在治疗床上时,旋转机架在病人的正上方进行旋转,无防护装置,会使病人有恐惧感,注意力不集中,不能很好地配合医生的治疗。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种粒子治疗仪,可以使进行肿瘤治疗的病人不会直接看到旋转机架的旋转,能够缓解病人的不适感,还可以保护病人的安全。
一种粒子治疗仪,包括:加速器、旋转机架、治疗床、治疗头和防护壳,其中,
所述加速器,设置为产生粒子束;
所述旋转机架,设置为使所述粒子束的方向旋转;
所述治疗头,设置为控制从所述加速器引出的所述粒子束的照射区域,其中,所述治疗头包含有激光定位器,设置为发射激光束并定位病人的肿瘤位置;
所述治疗床,设置为承载病人;
所述防护壳,设置于所述旋转机架内腔中,设置为形成用于容纳治疗床的腔体;
所述防护壳上对应于治疗头位置处设置有绕所述防护壳一周设置的窗口,其中,所述窗口可透过所述治疗头射出的激光束。
在一实施例中,所述治疗床可移动地设置于所述腔体内,使所述激光束透过所述窗口定位到病人的肿瘤部位。
在一实施例中,所述防护壳形成的腔体第一端封闭,第二端开口,所述腔体第二端设置为供所述治疗床移动进入所述防护壳内。
在一实施例中,所述腔体的第一端的截面为正方形、长方形或椭圆。
在一实施例中,所述窗口的材料为可透过激光的硬质材料。
在一实施例中,所述硬质材料包括:镀有对激光半透膜的有机玻璃或环氧树脂。
本公开的粒子治疗仪,可使病人在治疗过程中不会直接看到旋转机架的旋转而产生恐惧感、分散注意力,起到了对病人的防护作用,另外在增加了防护壳之后使仪器更容易保持清洁。

具体实施方式
图1为一实施例提供的粒子治疗仪结构剖视图,本实施例可适用于对肿瘤患者进行治疗的情况。如图1所示,该粒子治疗仪包括:
旋转机架110,使作用在病人肿瘤部位的粒子束170的方向旋转,从不同角度对肿瘤部位进行照射,使照射的离子束流可以避开对关键正常组织的伤害。旋转机架110可360°旋转,调整粒子束170照射角度。
治疗头120,将控制从加速器160引出的粒子束170去照射到需要治疗的肿瘤上。治疗头120还包含有激光定位器,用于定位病人的肿瘤位置。加速器160是产生粒子束170的装置。
治疗床130,为可移动装置,用于承载病人,并将病人的肿瘤部位移动到治疗区域。其中,治疗区域是指粒子束170能达到的区域。
防护壳140,设置于所述旋转机架内腔中,并形成用于容纳治疗床的腔体,防护壳140在治疗室空间中是固定不动的,起到对病人的防护作用。防护壳140上对应于治疗头120位置处设置有绕防护壳140一周设置的窗口150,其中,窗口150可透过所述治疗头120射出的激光束。当旋转机架110围绕着防护壳140旋转时,无论转到哪一个角度,治疗头120射出的定位激光束都可以透过窗口150定位到病人的肿瘤部位。当病人躺在治疗床130上时,不会在治疗过程中看 到治疗仪器位于防护壳140的腔体外部的任何可移动部件的运动,如旋转机架110,因此不会被分散注意力。当病人在治疗过程中精力集中的保持一特定的治疗体位时,可以使粒子束170照射到需要治疗的部位,不产生偏离。
在一实施例中,治疗床130可移动地设置于防护壳140所形成的腔体内,将病人送入治疗区域,使激光束透过窗口150定位到病人的肿瘤部位。
在一实施例中,防护壳140形成的腔体第一端封闭,第二端形成开口,开口的第二端以供治疗床130移动进入所述防护壳140内。腔体的封闭的第一端的截面为正方形、长方形或椭圆,在一实施例中,在图1中防护壳140的形状只是示例性的,防护壳140可以是正方体结构,可以是长方体结构,还可以使椭球体等结构,只要能够固定于治疗室空间内,形成一个能够容纳治疗床130的腔体,且该腔体的空间可以使病人舒适。
在一实施例中,窗口150的材料为可透过激光的硬质材料。硬质材料可以是镀有对激光半透膜的有机玻璃或环氧树脂等材料。
本实施例通过在粒子治疗仪中增加一个防护壳,防护壳上对应于治疗头处一周设置有可透过激光的窗口,防护壳的腔体内容纳治疗床,可使病人在治疗过程中不会直接看到旋转机架的旋转而产生恐惧感、分散注意力,起到了对病人的防护作用,另外在增加了防护壳之后使仪器更容易保持清洁。
工业实用性
本公开的粒子治疗仪,能够防止病人注意力的分散和降低治疗时因直接看见旋转机架的旋转产生的恐惧感,可以对病人进行防护,且更容易保持仪器清洁。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种粒子治疗仪,包括加速器、旋转机架、治疗床、治疗头和防护壳,其中,
    所述加速器,设置为产生粒子束;
    所述旋转机架,设置为使所述粒子束的方向旋转;
    所述治疗头,设置为控制从所述加速器引出的所述粒子束的照射区域,其中,所述治疗头包含有激光定位器,设置为发射激光束并定位病人的肿瘤位置;
    所述治疗床,设置为承载病人;
    所述防护壳,设置于所述旋转机架内腔中,设置为形成用于容纳治疗床的腔体;
    所述防护壳上对应于治疗头位置处设置有绕所述防护壳一周设置的窗口,其中,所述窗口可透过所述治疗头射出的激光束。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的粒子治疗仪,其中,所述治疗床可移动地设置于所述腔体内,使所述激光束透过所述窗口定位到病人的肿瘤部位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的粒子治疗仪,其中,所述防护壳形成的腔体第一端封闭,第二端开口,所述腔体第二端设置为供所述治疗床移动进入所述防护壳内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的粒子治疗仪,其中,所述腔体的第一端的截面为正方形、长方形或椭圆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的粒子治疗仪,其中,所述窗口的材料为可透过激光的硬质材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的粒子治疗仪,其中,所述硬质材料包括:镀有对激光半透膜的有机玻璃或环氧树脂。
