Description

一种可升降的落地式晾衣架 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械设备，具体涉及一种可升降的落地式晾衣架。
背景技术
目前市场上已经有了很多可升降调节高度的晾衣架(如专利号201220370695.9、公告号CN202809314U的一种多功能晾衣架；如专利号201120337994.8、公告号CN202214638U一种带折叠晾晒架的落地晾衣架)，但调节升降高度，主要依赖于圆管，通过抱紧嵌套在固定立杆粗圆管内侧的可升降细圆管来实现调节。
圆管型立管有几方面缺点：
1、圆管成型难，原材料成本高；
2、抱紧配件一般为塑料件，易老化损坏。
还有一些方管作为立杆的晾衣架，但升降调节高度时，采用档位式调节，高度仅有固定的几档，虽然方便调节，但调节高度完全依赖于高度档位设置，不够连续、随心所欲。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，以解决圆管成型难、塑料件易老化和高度连续随意调整的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，包括落地支撑架、加固架和晾晒平台，所述落地支撑架包括两个片状支架，所述两个片状支架的下端分别与所述加固架连接，且两个片状支架位于所述加固架的左右两侧；
所述两个片状支架的上端分别与晾晒平台连接，且所述晾晒平台位于所述加固架的上方；
所述片状支架包括一落地横杆，所述落地横杆的底部的两端分别设有支撑脚，所述落地横杆的顶部固定有至少两根固定立杆，所述固定立杆是中空方管，相邻两根固定立杆之间连接有复数根连接杆，所述连接杆上设有用于连接所述加固架的连接件；
所述固定立杆内套设有滑动立杆，所述滑动立杆为方管，所述滑动立杆沿着所述固定立杆的内壁进行上下滑动。
进一步，所述滑动立杆设有两根，两根滑动立杆通过一顶部横杆连接，所述顶部横杆位 于滑动立杆的上端部，所述顶部横杆上固定有用于与所述晾晒平台连接的连接件。
本实用新型通过两根滑动立杆能够使高度调整更稳固，顶部横杆能够确保两根滑动立杆的强度。
进一步，所述顶部横杆与所述落地横杆平行，且所述顶部横杆与所述落地横杆的两端齐平长度一致。
保证本实用新型晾衣架的稳定可靠。
进一步，所述滑动立杆上设有滑槽，所述固定立杆上设有一锁紧机构，所述锁紧机构的一端突出在所述固定立杆的外侧，所述锁紧机构的另一端穿过所述固定立杆和滑槽伸入到所述滑动立杆的内侧。
本实用新型通过锁紧机构能够实现滑动立杆调整高度后的固定。
进一步，所述锁紧机构的一端是一手轮，所述手轮位于固定立杆的外侧，所述手轮连接一螺杆，所述固定立杆上设有安装孔，所述螺杆穿过所述滑动立杆，且所述螺杆穿过所述滑槽，所述螺杆的一端套设有一锁紧螺母，所述锁紧螺母位于所述滑动立杆的内部。
通过旋转手轮，即带动螺杆的旋转，进而带动锁紧螺母在螺杆上移动，当锁紧螺母远离滑动立杆的内壁时，即松开滑动立杆，滑动立杆可沿固定立杆的内部进行移动，进而调节升降高度；当锁紧螺母紧靠滑动立杆的内壁时，即实现锁紧固定滑动立杆。
进一步，所述滑动立杆可升高的最大距离与所述滑槽的长度一致。
进一步，所述支撑脚通过一伸缩杆与所述落地横杆连接。能够使支撑脚具有高度调整作用，适用于不同的地面环境。
进一步，所述固定立杆的开口处套设有一保护套。不仅能够防止固定立杆开口锐利伤人，也同时起到对滑动立杆的限位作用。
进一步，所述螺杆是金属制成的螺杆。使螺杆不易老化，延长使用寿命。
在符合本领域常识的基础上，上述各优选条件，可任意组合，即得本实用新型各较佳实例。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于：
本实用新型通过加固架起到加固的作用，形成一定的搁放空间，用来放置物品，同时起到收纳、摆放的作用。支撑脚能够用于保证整个晾衣架摆放在地面时平稳可靠。本实用新型通过方形的滑动立杆实现对晾衣架的高度的调整，滑动立杆的结构简单方便操作，通过滑动立杆在滑槽上上下移动实现高度可随意调节。连接杆能够起到加固作用。金属制成的螺杆能 够不易老化。

实施例1
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，包括落地支撑架、加固架2和晾晒平台3，落地支撑架包括两个片状支架1，两个片状支架的下端分别与加固架连接，且两个片状支架位于加固架的左右两侧；两个片状支架的上端分别与晾晒平台连接，且晾晒平台位于加固架的上方；片状支架包括一落地横杆11，落地横杆的底部的两端分别设有支撑脚12，落地横杆的顶部固定有两根固定立杆13，固定立杆是中空方管，两根固定立杆内部分别套设有一滑动立杆15，相邻两根滑动立杆的上端部通过一顶部横杆16连接，滑动立杆为方管，相邻两根固定立杆之间连接有两根连接杆14，连接杆上设有用于连接加固架的连接件，滑动立杆沿着固定立杆的内壁进行上下滑动，顶部横杆上固定有用于与晾晒平台连接的连接件。
顶部横杆与落地横杆平行，且顶部横杆与落地横杆的两端齐平长度一致。进一步，滑动立杆上设有滑槽17，固定立杆上设有一锁紧机构，锁紧机构的一端是一手轮18，手轮突出在固定立杆的外侧，手轮连接一螺杆，螺杆穿过固定立杆和滑槽伸入到滑动立杆的内侧，螺杆上套设有一锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母位于滑动立杆的内部。滑动立杆可升高的最大距离与滑槽的长度一致。进一步，支撑脚通过一伸缩杆与落地横杆连接。螺杆是金属制成的螺杆。使螺杆不易老化，延长使用寿命。能够使支撑脚具有高度调整作用，适用于不同的地面环境。手轮的表面设有防滑垫。能够在使用时产生一定的摩擦易转动。固定立杆的开口处套设有一保护套19。保护套是橡胶制成的保护套。橡胶质地柔软耐磨性好。晾晒平台3由多根管子组成，管子可以是方管，也可以是圆管，还可以是方管及圆管的组合。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于，包括落地支撑架、加固架和晾晒平台，所述落地支撑架包括两个片状支架，所述两个片状支架的下端分别与所述加固架连接，且两个片状支架位于所述加固架的左右两侧；
    所述两个片状支架的上端分别与晾晒平台连接，且所述晾晒平台位于所述加固架的上方；
    所述片状支架包括一落地横杆，所述落地横杆的底部的两端分别设有支撑脚，所述落地横杆的顶部固定有至少两根固定立杆，所述固定立杆是中空方管，相邻两根固定立杆之间连接有复数根连接杆，所述连接杆上设有用于连接所述加固架的连接件；
    所述固定立杆内套设有滑动立杆，所述滑动立杆为方管，所述滑动立杆沿着所述固定立杆的内壁进行上下滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述滑动立杆设有两根，两根滑动立杆通过一顶部横杆连接，所述顶部横杆位于滑动立杆的上端部，所述顶部横杆上固定有用于与所述晾晒平台连接的连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述顶部横杆与所述落地横杆平行，且所述顶部横杆与所述落地横杆的两端齐平长度一致。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述滑动立杆上设有滑槽，所述固定立杆上设有一锁紧机构，所述锁紧机构的一端突出在所述固定立杆的外侧，所述锁紧机构的另一端穿过所述固定立杆和滑槽伸入到所述滑动立杆的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述锁紧机构的一端是一手轮，所述手轮位于固定立杆的外侧，所述手轮连接一螺杆，所述固定立杆上设有安装孔，所述螺杆穿过所述滑动立杆，且所述螺杆穿过所述滑槽，所述螺杆的一端套设有一锁紧螺母，所述锁紧螺母位于所述滑动立杆的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述滑动立杆可升高的最大距离与所述滑槽的长度一致。
  7. 根据权利要求1、4或5所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述固定立杆的开口处套设有一保护套。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可升降的落地式晾衣架，其特征在于：所述螺杆是金属制成的螺杆。
