Description

一种揉面钩及应用该揉面钩的揉面机
技术领域
本发明涉及揉面机技术领域,具体是一种揉面钩及应用该揉面钩的揉面机。
背景技术
揉面机是一种机械化代替人工揉面的食品机械,传统的揉面机一般包括揉面碗,揉面碗的中部设有一驱动轴,驱动轴上端连接一揉面钩,揉面钩在驱动轴的驱动下旋转,实现搅拌和揉搓面粉的功能,该结构较好地实现了揉面操作,省时省力。但是现有的揉面钩基本都是在竖直方向上布置的,在旋转揉面过程中,揉面钩承受的扭矩较大,整机震动及摇晃幅度非常大,造成揉面时效低,当面团干且沉时,容易引起过载问题,造成驱动电机过热、损坏;另外,揉面过程中部分面团会堆砌升高而超过揉面钩,该部分面团得不到足够的揉搓,影响最终的揉面质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种揉面钩及应用该揉面钩的揉面机,揉面效果好,揉面钩的晃动、噪音小。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种揉面钩,包括与驱动揉面钩旋转的驱动轴连接的旋转架,所述旋转架的两侧各设置有一个揉面杆,二个所述揉面杆围绕旋转架的旋转中心线相对布置,所述揉面杆的端部向旋转架的下方以及外侧螺旋形延伸,二个所述揉面杆的端部其中一个向旋转架的旋转中心线收拢并靠近揉面碗的底部,另一个靠近揉面碗的侧壁。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述揉面杆呈螺旋线并向旋转架的下方延伸。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述揉面杆设置有连接旋转架的支臂,二个所述揉面杆的支臂呈一字布置。
进一步改进,所述揉面杆沿自身的轴线扭曲成型。
进一步改进,所述揉面杆的截面面积沿自身的轴线逐渐减小。
另外,还提供一种应用上述揉面钩的揉面机,包括有主机以及安装在主机上的揉面碗,所述主机内置有电机,所述揉面碗的中心设置有驱动轴,所述驱动轴连接于所述电机并由所述电机驱动旋转,所述揉面钩可拆卸地安装在所述驱动轴上,所述揉面碗上连接有上盖。
作为上述技术方案的改进,还包括有打蛋器,所述打蛋器包括有可拆卸地连接于所述驱动轴的安装架,所述安装架两侧均连接有可转动的打蛋网,所述驱动轴上设置有驱动齿轮,所述打蛋网设置与该驱动齿轮啮合的小齿轮。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述主机上设置有用于安装所述揉面碗的圆台,所述揉面碗设置有覆盖所述圆台的凹槽,所述凹槽的内壁上设置有至少二个周向均布的卡扣,所述圆台设置有与所述卡扣相匹配的插槽。
本发明的有益效果是:与普通揉面钩相比,本发明的揉面钩不同之外在于:揉面时利用二个向旋转架的下方以及外侧延伸的揉面杆向下压揉面团,与人手往下搓面一样,反复揉搓可以快速地把面粉搓起筋,而且避免了面团跑到揉面钩上方而得不到揉搓的问题,保证所有的面团得到均匀的揉搓,一个揉面杆向旋转架的旋转中心线收拢并靠近揉面碗的底部,另一个揉面杆靠近揉面碗的侧壁,避免面团黏在揉面碗的底部和侧壁,揉面钩在旋转过程中对面团进行全方位的揉搓,最终得到极佳的揉面效果;揉面钩在揉面团时是把面粉往下压,力的方向向下,所以揉面机在运转过程中,揉面钩对面团施加的力不会造成主机晃动,揉面机在使用过程中非常平稳,噪音小。

具体实施方式
参照图5~图8,一种揉面钩,包括与驱动揉面钩旋转的驱动轴5连接的旋转架1,所述旋转架1的两侧各设置有一个揉面杆2,二个所述揉面杆2围绕旋转架1的旋转中心线相对布置,所述揉面杆2的端部向旋转架1的下方以及外侧螺旋形延伸,优选可采用螺旋线并向旋转架1的下方延伸的形状,二个所述揉面杆2的端部其中一个向旋转架1的旋转中心线收拢并靠近揉面碗4的底部,另一个靠近揉面碗4的侧壁。在本实施例中,优选的,所述揉面杆2设置有连接旋转架1的支臂21,二个所述揉面杆2的支臂21呈一字布置,支臂21为二个揉面杆2增加一定的距离,适配揉面碗4的形状;在本实施例中,优选的,所述揉面杆2沿自身的轴线扭曲成型,在揉面过程中,沿自身的轴线扭曲成型的揉面杆2可带动面团翻滚,有助于提高揉面效果;在本实施例中,优选的,所述揉面杆2的截面面积沿自身的轴线逐渐减小,揉面杆2的末端受到的反作用力最小,因此截面面积设置为最小,减轻揉面钩的整体重量。
参照图1~图2,还提供一种应用上述揉面钩的揉面机,包括有主机3以及安装在主机3上的揉面碗4,所述主机3内置有电机,所述揉面碗4的中心设置有驱动轴5,所述驱动轴5连接于所述电机并由所述电机驱动旋转,所述揉面钩可拆卸地安装在所述驱动轴5上,所述揉面碗4上连接有上盖41。采用上述的揉面钩,与普通揉面钩相比,揉面时利用二个向旋转架的下方以及外侧延伸的揉面杆2向下压揉面团,与人手往下搓面一样,反复揉搓可以快速地把面粉搓起筋,而且避免了面团跑到揉面钩上方而得不到揉搓的问题,保证所有的面团得到均匀的揉搓,一个揉面杆2向旋转架1的旋转中心线收拢并靠近揉面碗4的底部,另一个揉面杆2靠近揉面碗4的侧壁,避免面团黏在揉面碗4的底部和侧壁,揉面钩在旋转过程中对面团进行全方位的揉搓,最终得到极佳的揉面效果;揉面钩在揉面团时是把面粉往下压,力的方向向下,所以揉面机在运转过程中,揉面钩对面团施加的力不会造成主机3晃动,揉面机在使用过程中非常平稳,噪音小。
参照图9~图10,为了提高功能性,在本实施例中,优选的,还包括有打蛋器6以实现打蛋功能,所述打蛋器6包括有可拆卸地连接于所述驱动轴5的安装架61,所述安装架61两侧均连接有可转动的打蛋网62,所述驱动轴5上设置有驱动齿轮51,所述打蛋网62设置与该驱动齿轮51啮合的小齿轮63,安装架61由驱动轴5带动旋转,同时驱动齿轮51驱动小齿轮63带动打蛋网62旋转,打蛋器6自身既有公转,打蛋网62还有自转,提升打蛋效果,而且最少可以打一个蛋白,可以满足消费不同的使用需求。
参照图3~图4,在本实施例中,优选的,所述主机3上设置有用于安装所述揉面碗4的圆台31,所述揉面碗4设置有覆盖所述圆台31的凹槽42,所述凹槽42的内壁上设置有至少二个周向均布的卡扣43,所述圆台31设置有与所述卡扣43相匹配的插槽32,安装揉面碗4扣在圆台31上,然后转动,使卡扣43卡入插槽32中配合固定揉面碗4,并且卡入锁紧的瞬间有一下“咔”的清脆声,提示用户,方便易用。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种揉面钩,包括与驱动揉面钩旋转的驱动轴连接的旋转架(1),其特征在于:所述旋转架(1)的两侧各设置有一个揉面杆(2),二个所述揉面杆(2)围绕旋转架(1)的旋转中心线相对布置,所述揉面杆(2)的端部向旋转架(1)的下方以及外侧螺旋形延伸,二个所述揉面杆(2)的端部其中一个向旋转架(1)的旋转中心线收拢并靠近揉面碗的底部,另一个靠近揉面碗的侧壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种揉面钩,其特征在于:所述揉面杆(2)呈螺旋线并向旋转架(1)的下方延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种揉面钩,其特征在于:所述揉面杆(2)设置有连接旋转架(1)的支臂(21),二个所述揉面杆(2)的支臂(21)呈一字布置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种揉面钩,其特征在于:所述揉面杆(2)沿自身的轴线扭曲成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种揉面钩,其特征在于:所述揉面杆(2)的截面面积沿自身的轴线逐渐减小。
  6. 一种应用权利要求1-5中任一所述的揉面钩的揉面机,其特征在于:包括有主机(3)以及安装在主机(3)上的揉面碗(4),所述主机(3)内置有电机,所述揉面碗(4)的中心设置有驱动轴(5),所述驱动轴(5)连接于所述电机并由所述电机驱动旋转,所述揉面钩可拆卸地安装在所述驱动轴(5)上,所述揉面碗(4)上连接有上盖(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种揉面机,其特征在于:还包括有打蛋器(6),所述打蛋器(6)包括有可拆卸地连接于所述驱动轴(5)的安装架(61),所述安装架(61)两侧均连接有可转动的打蛋网(62),所述驱动轴(5)上设置有驱动齿轮(51),所述打蛋网(62)设置与该驱动齿轮(51)啮合的小齿轮(63)。
