本发明还提供另一种多种出水方式的玩具水枪,包括上述任一项所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,还包括枪体,所述枪体包括水箱、枪体壳体、握把和注射型喷枪;所述水箱与所述枪体壳体固定,其包括水箱进水口和水箱出水口;所述注射型喷枪固定在所述枪体壳 体内,其与所述水箱出水口连通,所述注射型喷枪的第一端与所述玩具水枪喷头的出水柱连通,其第二端为活塞,所述活塞与所述握把连接。
进一步地,所述枪体壳体由第一枪体主壳体、第二枪体主壳体、第一枪体侧壳体、第二枪体侧壳体拼接而成;所述枪体壳体的枪口处的两侧设有两个向外突起的卡接柱以及卡接耳部;所述喷头的第二喷头壳体上还设有向所述中空内腔突起的卡接空心柱,所述卡接柱分别可拆卸地插入所述卡接空心柱中,所述第一喷头壳体的左侧面和右侧面上均设有卡接部,所述卡接耳部分别与所述卡接部可拆卸地卡接固定,使所述玩具水枪喷头可拆卸地固定在所述枪体壳体上。
所述水箱进水口设置在所述水箱的顶部,所述水箱出水口设置在所述水箱的底部;
所述注射型喷枪水平设置在所述水箱的下方,其包括注射筒、活塞、进水部和出水部;所述活塞可在所述注射筒内活动,其端部伸出所述注射筒的第二端,并与所述握把固接;所述出水部设置在所述注射筒的第一端的端部,与所述玩具水枪喷头的出水柱连通;所述进水部设置在所述注射筒的第一端的顶部,与所述水箱出水口连通,所述进水部内设有单向阀。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请参阅图1,其为本发明实施例一的玩具水枪的立体图。本发明的玩具水枪,包括玩具水枪喷头(以下简称喷头)和枪体。
请参阅图2A和2B,其分别为本发明实施例一的喷头的立体图,同时参阅图3A和3B,其分别为本发明实施例一的喷头的爆炸图。所述喷头1包括第一喷头壳体11、第二喷头壳体12和旋转部13。
所述第一喷头壳体11的正面设有喷口111,所述第一喷头壳体11的左侧面、右侧面以及下侧面上,设有一连通的U型的拨动孔112,供旋转部13的拨动开关133活动。所述第一喷头壳体11的左侧面和右侧面上均设有卡接部113,用于将喷头可拆卸地固定在枪体上,该卡接部113略突起于第一喷头壳体11的表面,所述卡接部113的表面设有交替的沟槽,以增加摩擦力。所述第二喷头壳体12上设有朝向中空内腔突出的出水柱121、安装柱122和卡接空心柱123。所述出水柱121的出水端设有密封圈1211,用于与旋转部13贴合密封。所述第一喷头壳体11和第二喷头壳体12拼接在一起并形成一具有中空内腔的正方体结构。所述喷口111和所述出水柱121的中心轴重合。
所述旋转部13为一厚圆片结构,其圆心处设有安装孔131,所述旋转部13通过所述安装孔131可旋转地安装在所述安装柱122上,并位于所述喷口111和所述出水柱121之间。旋转部13的一个端面与出水柱121上的密封圈1211贴合密封,防止水流漏出,保证喷射水压,但同时旋转部13仍可相对于出水柱121旋转。旋转部13的另一个端面靠近所述喷口111。所述旋转部13上设有可选出水口132,所述可选出水口至少有两个,其口径不同或形状不同,每个所述可选出水口的圆心或中心与旋转部13的圆心的距离相等,该距离等于出水柱121与安装柱122的中心距。在本实施例中,所述可选出水口均为圆形出水口,其包括口径依次增大的第一出水口1321、第二出水口1322和第三出水口1323。每个所述可选出水口可分别旋转至与所述出水柱121接合连通的工作位置上,使所述喷口111、所述可选出水口的其中之一(第一出水口1321、第二出水口1322或第三出水口1323)、以及所述出水柱121的中心轴重合,使水流可从出水柱121流入可选出水口并穿过喷口111喷射出来。所述旋转部13上固定设有一沿其径向突起的拨动开关133,所述拨动开关133通过所述拨动孔112向外突出,所述拨动开关133可在所述拨动孔112的限制范围内被拨动,进而带动所述旋转部13旋转。在其他实施方式中,所述旋转部可以是其他形状,该拨动开关可以设置在旋转部的其他位置,如设置在其端面上,相应地,该第一喷头壳体上的拨动孔设置在其正面上;或者,该拨动开关采用其他结构,如设置为在该旋转部的圆周表面上的交替的突肋或沟槽,或其他增加摩擦力的设置,该拨动孔也可以是圆弧状而非U型。
请参阅图4,其为本发明实施例一的玩具水枪的爆炸图,同时参阅图5,其为图4中水泵、 扳机和枪口壳体的放大图。所述枪体包括枪体壳体21、扳机22和水泵23。
所述枪体壳体21由第一枪体主壳体213、第二枪体主壳体214、第一枪体侧壳体215、第二枪体侧壳体216、枪口壳体217和枪体进水口盖体218拼接而成,使所述枪体壳体21形成一水平的枪管211和一位于所述枪管211下方的枪柄212;所述扳机22安装在所述枪柄212与所述枪管211的交接处,所述枪体进水口2111设置在所述枪管211的后端顶部,所述枪体进水口盖体218盖设在所述枪体进水口2111上;所述第一枪体主壳体213和第二枪体主壳体214对称拼接。所述第一枪体侧壳体215和第二枪体侧壳体216产生装饰作用,其分别盖设在所述第一枪体主壳体213和第二枪体主壳体214的两侧。所述枪口壳体217固定在所述第一枪体主壳体213和第二枪体主壳体214形成的枪口端部,所述枪口壳体217的两侧设有两个向外突起的卡接柱2172以及卡接耳部2171,所述卡接柱2172分别可拆卸地插入所述卡接空心柱123中,所述卡接耳部2171分别与所述卡接部113可拆卸地卡接固定,使所述玩具水枪喷头可拆卸地固定在所述枪体壳体21上。在其他实施方式中,该枪口壳体和喷头也可采用其他连接结构,如卡扣结构。
所述水泵23包括泵体231以及和所述泵体231连接的活塞232、出水管234和进水管233。所述水泵23的泵体231固定在所述枪柄212中。所述扳机22与所述活塞232连接。所述水泵23的出水管234设置在所述枪管211中,所述出水管234的端部固定在所述枪体壳体21的位于其前方端部的枪口处,并与所述第二喷头壳体12的出水柱121的进水端对准连通。所述进水管233的端部位于枪体壳体21的底部,有利于吸水。
实施例二
请参阅图6A和6B,其分别为本发明实施例二的喷头的旋转部的立体图。本实施例二的枪体与实施例一相同,喷头与实施例一的喷头大致相同,存在以下区别:该第三出水口1323b为分流出水口,其进水侧设有一个进水口,其出水侧设有至少两个出水口,从该第三出水口1323b中可同时喷射出多股水流。出水口的数量具体可以是两个、三个或四个出水口,每个出水口的口径可以相同也可以不同。该出水口的口径可以与第一出水口或第二出水口相同,也可以均与其不同。在其他实施方式中,也可以进一步设置第四出水口等等,其可以是具有不同口径或出水口数量的分流出水口。
另外,本发明的喷头可从枪体壳体上方便地拆卸更换,例如可从实施例一的喷头更换为实施例二的喷头,以增加水枪玩法的多样性。
本发明的玩具水枪及其喷头在使用时,从枪体进水口往枪体壳体内灌入水,通过按压扳机,推动水泵的活塞运动,水泵将枪体壳体内的水从其进水管吸入,再通过出水管注入喷头的出水柱中,水流经过旋转部上与出水柱对准连通的可选出水口,从第一喷头壳体上的喷口 射出。用手拨动一拨动开关,即可旋转该旋转部,使不同的可选出水口对准出水柱,不同的出水口具有不同的口径或形状,使出水流量或出水方式改变,当旋转至没有可选出水口对准出水柱时,则不再喷射水流。本发明的玩具水枪及其喷头的结构简单,玩法丰富,大大增加了玩具水枪的趣味性。进一步地,通过设置不同口径的可选出水口,可改变喷射流量,通过设置分流出水口,可以同时喷射多股水流。
实施例三
本实施例三的喷头可以采用实施例一或实施例二的喷头,其枪体采用不同的结构。请参阅图7、8、9,该枪体结构如下:所述枪体包括水箱24、枪体壳体、握把26和注射型喷枪27;
所述枪体壳体由第一枪体主壳体251、第二枪体主壳体252、第一枪体侧壳体253、第二枪体侧壳体254拼接而成;所述枪体壳体的枪口处的两侧设有两个向外突起的卡接柱256以及卡接耳部,所述卡接柱分别可拆卸地插入所述玩具水枪喷头的卡接空心柱中,所述卡接耳部255分别与所述玩具水枪喷头的卡接部可拆卸地卡接固定,使所述玩具水枪喷头可拆卸地固定在所述枪体壳体上。
所述水箱24与所述枪体壳体固定,其包括水箱进水口241和水箱出水口242,所述水箱进水口241设置在所述水箱的顶部,所述水箱出水口242设置在所述水箱的底部。
所述注射型喷枪27固定在所述枪体壳体内,并水平设置在所述水箱24的下方,其包括注射筒271、活塞272、进水部273和出水部274;所述活塞272可在所述注射筒271内活动,其端部伸出所述注射筒271的第二端,并与所述握把26固接;所述出水部274设置在所述注射筒271的第一端的端部,与所述玩具水枪喷头的出水柱连通;所述进水部273设置在所述注射筒271的第一端的顶部,与所述水箱出水口242连通,所述进水部273内设有单向阀(图中未示出)。
使用时,从水箱进水口241灌水,然后将握把26向外拉,使水箱24中的水从注射型喷枪的进水部273进入注射筒271,然后将握把26向前推,进水部273的单向阀防止水回流到水箱24,则水从出水部274流出并进入喷头内,通过喷头喷出。该种采用注射型喷枪的枪体,通过推拉握把对注射型喷枪进行注水和喷水,相比起实施例一和二中采用扳机压缩活塞,其动作行程较长,能够一次性注入和喷射大量水,实现持续性喷水,出水效果更好。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本 发明的限制。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:包括第一喷头壳体、第二喷头壳体和旋转部;所述第一喷头壳体上设有喷口,所述第二喷头壳体上设有出水柱,所述喷口和所述出水柱的中心轴重合;所述第一喷头壳体和第二喷头壳体拼接在一起并形成一中空内腔,所述旋转部可旋转地安装在所述中空内腔中,并位于所述喷口和所述出水柱之间;所述旋转部上设有可选出水口,所述可选出水口至少有两个,其口径不同或形状不同;每个所述可选出水口可分别旋转至与所述出水柱对准连通的工作位置上,使所述喷口、所述可选出水口的其中之一、以及所述出水柱的中心轴重合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:所述可选出水口包括第一出水口、第二出水口和第三出水口;
    所述第一出水口、第二出水口和第三出水口为口径依次增大的圆形出水口;
    或者,所述第一出水口和第二出水口为口径不同的圆形出水口;所述第三出水口为分流出水口,其进水侧设有一个进水口,其出水侧设有至少两个出水口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:所述第二喷头壳体上设有安装柱,所述安装柱和所述出水柱均朝向所述中空内腔突出;所述旋转部为圆形结构,其圆心处设有安装孔,所述旋转部通过所述安装孔可旋转地安装在所述安装柱上;每个所述可选出水口的圆心或中心与旋转部的圆心的距离相等,该距离等于所述出水柱与所述安装柱的中心距。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:所述旋转部上固定设有一突起的拨动开关,所述第一喷头壳体的表面上设有一拨动孔,所述拨动开关通过所述拨动孔向外突出,所述拨动开关可在所述拨动孔的限制范围内被拨动,进而带动所述旋转部旋转;所述拨动开关沿所述旋转部的径向突起;所述拨动孔设置在所述第一喷头壳体的侧面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:所述第一喷头壳体和第二喷头壳体拼接形成正方体结构,所述拨动孔设置在所述第一喷头壳体的左侧面、右侧面以及下侧面上,形成一U型孔或圆弧孔;所述第一喷头壳体的左侧面和右侧面上均设有卡接部,所述卡接部的表面设有交替的沟槽,以增加摩擦力;所述喷头的第二喷头壳体上还设有向所述中空内腔突起的卡接空心柱。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,其特征在于:所述出水柱的出水端设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述旋转部的端面贴合密封,所述旋转部可 相对所述密封圈转动。
  7. 一种多种出水方式的玩具水枪,其特征在于:包括根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,还包括枪体,所述枪体包括枪体壳体、扳机和水泵;所述枪体壳体上设有枪体进水口;所述水泵固定在所述枪体壳体中,其包括泵体以及和所述泵体连接的活塞和出水管,所述扳机与所述活塞连接;所述出水管的端部固定在所述枪体壳体的枪口处,并与所述喷头的出水柱的进水端对准连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪,其特征在于:所述枪体壳体由第一枪体主壳体、第二枪体主壳体、第一枪体侧壳体、第二枪体侧壳体、枪口壳体和枪体进水口盖体拼接而成,使所述枪体壳体形成一水平的枪管和一位于所述枪管下方的枪柄;所述扳机安装在所述枪柄与所述枪管的交接处,所述枪体进水口设置在所述枪管的后端顶部,所述枪体进水口盖体盖设在所述枪体进水口上;所述第一枪体主壳体和第二枪体主壳体对称拼接;所述第一枪体侧壳体和第二枪体侧壳体分别盖设在所述第一枪体主壳体和第二枪体主壳体的两侧;所述枪口壳体固定在所述第一枪体主壳体和第二枪体主壳体形成的枪口端部,其两侧设有两个向外突起的卡接柱以及卡接耳部;所述喷头的第二喷头壳体上还设有向所述中空内腔突起的卡接空心柱,所述卡接柱分别可拆卸地插入所述卡接空心柱中,所述第一喷头壳体的左侧面和右侧面上均设有卡接部,所述卡接耳部分别与所述卡接部可拆卸地卡接固定,使所述玩具水枪喷头可拆卸地固定在所述枪体壳体上;所述水泵的泵体固定在所述枪柄中,所述水泵的出水管设置在所述枪管中,所述水泵还包括进水管,所述进水管的端部设置在所述枪柄的底部。
  9. 一种多种出水方式的玩具水枪,其特征在于:包括根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪喷头,还包括枪体,所述枪体包括水箱、枪体壳体、握把和注射型喷枪;所述水箱与所述枪体壳体固定,其包括水箱进水口和水箱出水口;所述注射型喷枪固定在所述枪体壳体内,其与所述水箱出水口连通,所述注射型喷枪的第一端与所述玩具水枪喷头的出水柱连通,其第二端为活塞,所述活塞与所述握把连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多种出水方式的玩具水枪,其特征在于:所述枪体壳体由第一枪体主壳体、第二枪体主壳体、第一枪体侧壳体、第二枪体侧壳体拼接而成;所述枪体壳体的枪口处的两侧设有两个向外突起的卡接柱以及卡接耳部;所述喷头的第二喷头壳体上还设有向所述中空内腔突起的卡接空心柱,所述卡接柱分别可拆卸地插入所述卡接空心柱中,所述第一喷头壳体的左侧面和右侧面上均设有卡接部,所述卡接耳部分别与所述卡接部可拆卸地卡接固定,使所述玩具水枪喷头可拆卸地固定在所述枪体壳体上;所述水箱进水口设置在所述水箱的顶部,所述水箱出水口设置在所述水箱的底部; 所述注射型喷枪水平设置在所述水箱的下方,其包括注射筒、活塞、进水部和出水部;所述活塞可在所述注射筒内活动,其端部伸出所述注射筒的第二端,并与所述握把固接;所述出水部设置在所述注射筒的第一端的端部,与所述玩具水枪喷头的出水柱连通;所述进水部设置在所述注射筒的第一端的顶部,与所述水箱出水口连通,所述进水部内设有单向阀。
