Description

사방 차단 커튼 대 및 이를 이용한 사방 차단 샤워커튼
본 발명은 욕실 또는 화장실에서 사용될 수 있는 커튼 대 및 이를 이용한 샤워커튼에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사용자가 위치한 장소를 중심으로 측면 사방 전체를 빠짐없이 차단할 수 있도록 커튼이 설치될 수 있으면서 커튼의 설치 및 제거가 용이한 커튼 대 및 이를 이용하여 사용자의 위치를 중심으로 측면 사방 전체를 빠짐없이 차단할 수 있으면서 사용자가 수전 및 샤워기를 원활하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 샤워커튼에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 욕실 또는 화장실에는 공간의 효율적인 활용과 편의성을 위하여 세면대, 변기 등과 함께 욕조, 샤워기를 설비하는 것이 대부분이다.
따라서, 세면대, 변기가 설비되는 화장실영역과 욕조, 샤워기가 설비되는 욕실영역이 별도로 구분되지 못하여 사용자가 샤워할 때 튀는 비눗물 등이 주변을 더럽히거나 미끄럽게 하는 단점이 수반되고 있다.
따라서, 샤워를 하는 공간과 이외의 공간을 구획하기 위한 수단으로 샤워커튼 또는 샤워부스가 설치되고 있다.
종래의 샤워커튼 또는 샤워부스는 샤워 과정에서 튀는 비눗물이 튀어도 무방한 공간과 튀지 말아야 할 공간을 구획하기 위한 용도로 사용된다.
즉, 전자의 기존 샤워커튼은 욕실 내부의 벽에 커튼 대의 양단이 각각 접하도록 설치하고, 이렇게 설치된 커튼 대에 커튼을 결합시켜 욕실을 두 개의 공간으로 구획하는 형태가 대부분이다.
그러나, 이러한 형태의 기존 샤워커튼은 샤워를 할 때 튀는 비눗물이 샤워커튼이 배치된 방향 밖으로 튀어나가는 것만을 막는 효과가 있을 뿐, 샤워커튼이 배치되지 않은 방향의 벽면 및 샤워커튼 내부면에 비눗물이 튀는 것은 막지 못한다.
샤워커튼이 배치되지 않은 방향의 벽면 및 샤워커튼 내부면에 비눗물이 튀면 오염이 되고 이로 인해 곰팡이와 세균이 번식한다. 따라서 곰팡이와 세균 번식을 막고 욕실 청결을 유지하기 위해서는 이를 즉각적으로 청소해줘야 하는 번거로움이 발생하는데, 대부분의 사용자들은 그대로 방치하는 경우가 많아 장기간 사용시 샤워커튼과 벽면에 곰팡이가 피거나 더럽게 되는 경우가 대부분이다.
또한, 청소 후에도 벽면과 샤워커튼에 물기가 남게 된다. 남은 물기는 욕실의 습도를 높이고, 장기간 사용시 습기로 인해 샤워커튼과 욕실에 곰팡이가 발생하고 악취가 나며 위생적으로 불결할 뿐만 아니라 미관 측면에서도 불쾌감을 주는 문제가 발생한다.
또한, 종래의 샤워커튼은 사용하지 않을 경우 일측으로 밀어놓는 경우가 대부분이므로 욕실 공간의 일부를 차지하게 되고 부피로 인하여 외관상 주변 공간이 답답하고 지저분해지는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 샤워커튼은 커튼을 제거하거나 설치하기 위해, 샤워커튼이 결합된 상태로 커튼 대를 탈거하거나 조립해야 함으로써, 무거운 무게와 큰 부피를 사용자가 감당해야 하므로, 샤워커튼의 교체가 힘들고 번거로운 불편함이 따른다.
또한, 커튼 대를 탈거하지 않고 샤워커튼을 제거하거나 설치하는 경우, 샤워커튼을 고리 등에 일일이 걸어주거나 샤워커튼과 결합된 고리를 커튼 대에 일일이 걸어줘야 하므로, 샤워커튼의 교체가 힘들고 번거로운 불편함이 따른다.
후자의 기존 샤워부스는 일례로 욕조의 전방에 프레임을 설치하고, 프레임에는 욕실영역을 차단하기 위한 열고 닫을 수 있는 유리 도어를 설치한다.
그러나, 이러한 형태의 기존 샤워부스는 유리가 깨질 위험이 존재하고, 강도 유지와 부식 방지를 위하여 스테인레스 스틸 프레임 등 고가의 소재로 제작되어야 할 뿐만 아니라, 많은 부품으로 구성되어 구조가 매우 복잡하고 전문 인력의 설치 용역이 요구되는 등 비용이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다.
또한, 프레임과 도어는 많은 설치 공간을 차지하므로, 협소한 공간에 적용하기 곤란한 문제가 있다.
또한, 기존 샤워커튼의 문제점과 마찬가지로 샤워부스가 배치되지 않은 방향의 벽면 및 샤워부스 내부면에 비눗물이 튀는 것을 막지 못한다.
샤워부스가 배치되지 않은 방향의 벽면 및 샤워부스 내부면에 비눗물이 튀면 오염이 되고 이로 인해 곰팡이와 세균이 번식한다. 따라서 곰팡이와 세균 번식을 막고 욕실 청결을 유지하기 위해서는 이를 즉각적으로 청소해줘야 하는 번거로움이 발생하는데, 대부분의 사용자들은 그대로 방치하는 경우가 많아 장기간 사용시 샤워부스 내부면과 벽면에 곰팡이가 피거나 더럽게 되는 경우가 대부분이다.

본 발명은 상술한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 발명으로서, 본 발명의 실시예는 샤워 공간에서 사용자를 중심으로 측면 사방 전체를 빠짐없이 차단함으로써 욕실 또는 화장실의 벽면과 바닥 등으로 비눗물이 튀어 더러워지는 것을 막는 샤워커튼이 배치될 수 있도록 한 커튼 대를 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예는 샤워커튼이 빠르고 간편하게 결합되거나 분리되도록 함으로써 필요시 즉각 샤워커튼을 손쉽게 설치하고 사용 후 즉각 샤워커튼을 손쉽게 제거할 수 있도록 하여, 샤워커튼을 일회용으로 사용한 후 비눗물이 튀어 더러워진 샤워커튼을 쉽고 빠르게 버릴 수 있도록 한 커튼 대를 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예는 사용자를 중심으로 측면 사방 전체를 빠짐없이 차단함으로써 욕실 또는 화장실의 벽면과 바닥 등으로 비눗물이 튀는 것을 막으면서도, 샤워커튼 내부에 위치한 사용자가 샤워커튼 외부에 위치한 수전 및 샤워기를 원활하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 샤워커튼을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 커튼 대는 구조물에 고정되는 고정부, 고정부의 일측과 연결되고, 커튼이 전개되는 경로가 제공되며 커튼이 지지되는 거치부 및 거치부의 일단으로서 커튼이 거치부로 진입되거나 이탈될 수 있도록 개방된 자유단이 포함되고, 거치부는 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 하여 모든 측면을 지나도록 형성될 수 있다.
그리고, 고정부는 구조물에 탈부착 가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
또는, 거치부는 커튼이 상기 거치부를 따라 이동되는 것을 방지하는 적어도 하나 이상의 미끄럼방지구가 포함될 수 있다.
그리고, 거치부는 상기 미끄럼방지구가 내측으로 삽입될 수 있는 삽입홈 및 누름 동작에 의해 선택적으로 미끄럼방지구가 삽입홈에 삽입되거나 돌출될 수 있도록 작동되는 누름단추가 포함될 수 있다.
또는, 거치부는 적어도 일부 구간에서 길이 조절이 가능하도록 구비될 수 있다.
그리고, 자유단은 거치부에 결합된 커튼이 자유단을 통해 이탈되지 않도록 구비되는 이탈방지구가 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 샤워커튼은 커튼 대에 결합되는 걸이부 및 선형으로 절취 가능하게 구비되는 절취부가 포함될 수 있다.
그리고, 선형으로 다수 개가 이격되어 배치되고, 관통되어 형성되는 다수 개의 삽입구 및 다수 개의 삽입구에 관통되는 스트랩이 포함될 수 있다.
또는, 선형으로 배치되어 내측에 통로가 형성되는 라인부 및 라인부에 수용되고 관통하고, 양단이 라인부의 외측으로 노출되는 스트랩이 포함될 수 있다.
상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 사방 차단 커튼 대 및 이를 이용한 사방 차단 샤워커튼은 샤워 공간의 측면 전 방향을 모두 차단할 수 있어 벽면으로 비눗물이 튀어 더러워지는 것을 막을 수 있기 때문에 욕실을 청결하게 유지하고 곰팡이와 세균 번식을 막는 효과가 있다.
또한, 샤워커튼의 절취부를 통해 샤워커튼 내부에 위치한 사용자가 샤워커튼 외부에 위치한 수전 및 샤워기를 원활하게 사용할 수 있도록 하면서도 수전 및 샤워기가 위치하는 벽면으로 비눗물이 튀는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 벽면에 튄 비눗물을 제거하기 위해 별도의 청소를 할 필요가 없기 때문에 사용자의 시간과 수고가 절약되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 커튼 대의 자유단을 통해 커튼을 결합하거나 분리하는 것이 간단하고 신속하게 이루어지기 때문에 커튼 대를 탈거하거나 커튼을 고리에 일일이 걸어줘야 하는 종래의 커튼 대들과 달리 샤워커튼을 손쉽고 빠르게 교체할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 커튼 대의 자유단을 통해 손쉽고 빠르게 커튼의 분리 및 결합이 가능하기 때문에 1회용 커튼의 사용이 가능해지는 효과가 있다.
또한, 1회용 커튼의 사용이 가능하기 때문에 샤워커튼 내부면에 튄 비눗물을 제거하기 위한 별도의 청소 없이 커튼을 분리하여 버림으로써 사용자의 시간과 수고가 절약되는 효과가 있다.

또한, 샤워부스 내에 설치할 경우 벽면 및 샤워부스 내부면으로 비눗물이 튀는 것을 막아주므로 샤워 후 별도의 청소 없이 샤워부스 내부를 청결하게 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 샤워 시 욕실 또는 화장실에 비눗물이 튀는 것을 막고 1회 사용 후 샤워커튼을 즉각 버릴 수 있으므로 샤워커튼 내부에 남은 물기를 손쉽게 제거 가능해 욕실의 습도를 낮은 수준으로 유지할 수 있다. 그러므로 욕실이 더러워지거나 곰팡이가 발생하는 원인을 원천 차단함으로써 장기간 깨끗한 욕실 상태를 유지할 수 있고 정기적인 욕실 청소 횟수 자체를 줄이는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 효과들은 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

본 발명에 따른 사방 차단 커튼 대는 하기 되는 것과 같이 실시될 수 있다.

커튼(200)이 지지되는 커튼 대(100)로서, 벽면, 천장, 욕조와 같은 구조물에 고정되는 고정부(110), 고정부(110)의 일측과 연결되고, 커튼(200)이 전개되는 경로가 제공되며 커튼(200)이 지지되는 거치부(120) 및 거치부(120)의 일단으로서 커튼(200)이 거치부(120)로 진입되거나 이탈될 수 있도록 개방된 자유단(130)이 적어도 하나 이상 포함될 수 있고, 거치부(120)는 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 하여 모든 측면을 지나도록 형성될 수 있다.
아래에서는 상기된 각각의 구성을 구체적으로 자세하게 설명한다.
고정부(110)는 벽면, 천장, 욕조와 같은 구조물에 고정될 수 있도록 구비되며, 볼트나 나사로 벽면을 천공하여 결합될 수 있다.
그리고, 접착면을 지나도록 구비되어 접착면이 벽면, 천장, 욕조와 같은 구조물의 면과 접하여 접착되는 방식으로 구현될 수도 있을 것이며, 또는 신축성이 있는 재질로 구비되어 압착을 통해 벽면, 천장면, 욕조면 등에 탈부착이 가능하도록 구현될 수도 있다.
이는 예시적인 것으로서 본 발명이 적용되는 실시예에 따라 다양한 형태로 구조물에 부착될 수 있을 것이다.
또한, 고정부(110)는 벽면, 천장, 욕조와 같은 구조물의 면과 접하여 결합되는 지점이 적어도 두 곳 이상이 구비될 수 있으며 이는 보다 안정적으로 본 발명에 따른 커튼 대가 지지되도록 하기 위함이다.
거치부(120)는 고정부(110)의 일측과 연결되고, 고정부(110)가 벽면, 천장, 욕조 등의 구조물 면과 접하여 결합된 상태로 인해 지지되어 공중에 소정의 높이로 배치될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 천장면과 인접하되 천장면과는 일정 간격 이격되도록 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 거치부(120)는 고정부와 일체로 형성되거나 고정부에 구비된 홈에 삽입되어 결합되는 등 다양한 형태로 고정부와 연결될 수 있다.
또한, 거치부(120)는 고정부로부터 분리될 수 있다.
거치부(120)는 대 형태로 이루어질 수 있고, 길게 형성된 선형의 형상을 지니게 된다.
거치부(120)가 갖는 단면의 형상은 사각형이나 원형으로 한정될 것은 아니고, 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 거치부(120)는 고정부(110)의 일측과 연결되고, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 수평한 면을 기준으로 보았을 때 다각형을 이루며 일정한 공간이 형성될 수 있도록 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로는, 욕실을 이용하는 사용자가 위치할 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 하여 가상의 한 점을 기준으로 거치부(120)가 사방 측면을 모두 지나도록 배치될 수 있으며, 이는 원형 또는 사각형 등과 같은 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 거치부(120)의 일측 단부는 자유단(130)으로 형성될 수 있고, 자유단(130)은 공중에 배치된 채로 자유단(130)의 외측둘레를 따라 주변과의 간섭이나 접촉이 없는 상태를 이루게 된다. 따라서 자유단(130)은 다수 개로 형성되는 커튼(200)의 걸이부(210)가 일괄적으로 신속하게 거치부(120)로 진입되거나 이탈될 수 있도록 해준다.
자유단(130)은 거치부(120)의 타측 단부를 지나도록 형성되거나, 거치부(120)가 이미 지난 측면 방향의 일부를 지나도록 형성될 수 있고, 또는 거치부(120)가 고정부(110)와 연결되는 시점을 지나도록 형성될 수 있다.
따라서, 거치부(120)는 사용자가 위치할 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 측면 사방 중 어느 일부를 중복하여 지나도록 배치될 수 있다. 그러므로 커튼 대(100)에 커튼(200)을 연결하였을 때 측면 사방 중 어느 일부에서 커튼(200)이 겹치도록 거치될 수 있기 때문에 사용자가 위치할 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 측면 사방을 빈틈없이 충분히 차단할 수 있도록 해준다.
또한, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 거치부(120)에 구비되거나 결합되는 형태로 적어도 한 개 이상의 미끄럼방지구(140)가 더 포함될 수 있다. 자유단(130)을 통하여 거치부(120)에 진입된 다수 개의 걸이부(210) 중 커튼(200)의 일측 단부로부터 적어도 한 개 이상의 걸이부(210)가 미끄럼방지구(140)와 자유단(130) 사이에 위치할 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자는 자유단(130)을 통하여 다수 개의 걸이부(210)를 일괄적으로 거치부(120)에 진입시킨 후 커튼(200)의 타측 단부를 잡아당겨 걸이부(210)가 거치부(120)에서 슬라이딩되는 방식으로 커튼(200)을 전개시킬 수 있다. 즉, 미끄럼방지구(140)가 미끄럼방지구와(140)와 자유단(130) 사이에 위치하는 걸이부(210)의 슬라이딩을 차단하여 고정점을 형성함으로써 사용자의 의도와 달리 커튼(200)이 미끄러지며 움직이는 것을 막을 수 있게 된다.
또한, 미끄럼방지구(140)는 거치부(120)에 결합된 커튼(200)이 자유단(130)을 통해 이탈되지 않도록 방지할 수 있다.
미끄럼방지구(140)는 거치부(120)와 일체로 형성되는 형태에 한정될 것은 아니고 거치부(120)에 형성된 홈에 탈착되거나 거치부(120)의 둘레에 탈착되는 등 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 거치부(120)는 미끄럼방지구(140)가 삽입되는 삽입홈(150)과 돌출된 미끄럼방지구(140)를 누르면 미끄럼방지구(140)가 삽입홈(150) 내측 방향으로 이동하면서 돌출 높이가 낮아지고, 돌출 높이가 낮아진 미끄럼방지구(140)를 누르면 미끄럼방지구(140)가 삽입홈(150) 외측 방향으로 이동하면서 돌출 높이가 높아지는 누름단추(160)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 누름단추(160)는 거치부에 구비된 삽입홈의 일측과 연결되는 스프링, 스프링의 일측 단부와 연결되는 캠, 미끄럼방지구(140)의 일측에서 연장되고 표면에 다수 개의 노치를 구비하며 일측 단부가 톱니 모양으로 형성되는 플런저, 삽입 홈의 내측 표면에 구비되며 둘레의 일부가 뚫려 벌어진 틈이 형성되고 일측 단부가 톱니 모양으로 형성되는 가이드부, 가이드부의 내측 표면에 형성되어 플런저의 노치의 움직임의 경로를 유도하는 가이드 홈을 포함할 수 있다.
사용자가 돌출된 미끄럼방지구(140)를 누르면 플런저는 가이드 홈이 노치를 유도하는 경로를 따라 누르는 방향으로 움직이고 이에 따라 플런저에 연결된 캠이 삽입 홈 내측 방향으로 가이드부와 캠의 접촉이 단절될 때까지 이동할 수 있게 된다. 접촉이 단절된 캠은 회전하여 플런저의 톱니 모양 가장자리에 맞닿게 된다. 사용자가 누르고 있던 미끄럼방지구(140)를 놓으면 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 플런저와 플런저에 연결된 캠이 삽입 홈 외측 방향으로 이동한다. 그리고 캠이 가이드부의 톱니 모양 가장자리와 접촉하여 회전한 후 멈추면서 미끄럼방지구(140)의 돌출 높이가 낮아진 채로 유지될 수 있다.
사용자가 돌출 높이가 낮아진 미끄럼방지구(140)를 누르면 상술한 과정이 반복된다. 즉, 플런저는 가이드 홈이 노치를 유도하는 경로를 따라 누르는 방향으로 움직이고 이에 따라 플런저에 연결된 캠이 삽입 홈 내측 방향으로 가이드부와 캠의 접촉이 단절될 때까지 이동할 수 있게 된다. 접촉이 단절된 캠은 회전하여 플런저의 톱니 모양 가장자리에 맞닿게 된다. 사용자가 누르고 있던 미끄럼방지구(140)를 놓으면 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 플런저와 플런저에 연결된 캠이 삽입홈(150) 외측 방향으로 이동한다. 그리고 캠이 가이드부의 톱니 모양 가장자리와 접촉하여 회전한 후 가이드부의 벌어진 틈 사이에 멈추면서 미끄럼방지구(140)가 돌출된 채로 유지될 수 있다.
또한, 도시되진 않았으나, 자유단(130)에 구비되거나 결합되는 형태로 이탈방지구(미도시)가 더 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 자유단(130)을 통해 결합된 커튼(200)이 사용자의 의도와 달리 거치부(120)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사방 차단 커튼 대의 거치부(120)는 적어도 일부 구간에서 길이 조절이 가능하도록 구비될 수 있으며, 이는 선형의 대 형태를 지닌 거치부(120)의 일부는 그 직경이 작게 형성되어, 거치부(120)의 일부가 인접한 거치부(120)의 내측 공간으로 슬라이딩 되어 수용되거나 외부로 전개되는 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
이때, 조절된 길이가 유지될 수 있도록 볼트와 같은 고정수단이 거치부(120)의 길이가 조절되는 부분과 인접하여 구비될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이 거치부(120)의 일부 구간이 길이가 조절되므로 각기 다른 형태와 크기를 지닌 욕실 공간에 유동적으로 그 크기가 조절되도록 작동될 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사방 차단 샤워커튼은 상술하였던 사방차단 커튼 대에 연결되어 실시될 수 있고 그 구성은 아래와 같다.
사방 차단 샤워커튼은 상술하였던 사방 차단 커튼 대의 자유단(130)을 통해 거치부(120)에 결합될 수 있으며, 커튼 대에 커튼이 지지되도록 하는 걸이부(210), 상단에 걸이부(210)가 다수 개로 배치되는 커튼(200)이 포함될 수 있다.
커튼(200)은 상하로 주름진 형태로 실시될 수 있으며, 이는 예시적인 것으로서 본 발명이 적용되는 실시예에 따라 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있을 것이다.
도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 커튼(200)은 적어도 하나의 절취부(220)가 포함될 수 있다.
절취부(220)는 선형으로 절취 가능하게 구비되는 구성으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상하 길이방향으로 길게 형성될 수 있고, 소정의 간격을 두고 다수 개가 구비될 수 있다.
절취부(220)는 본 발명에 따른 사방이 차단되는 커튼 대와 샤워커튼의 특성에 기인한 것으로, 수전이 있는 위치와 샤워기 홀더가 있는 위치에 각각 대응하는 커튼(200)의 일부분을 절취할 수 있도록 하여, 커튼(200)으로 구획된 공간의 외측에 설비된 수전과 샤워기 홀더가 커튼(200)으로 구획된 공간의 내측으로 진입될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 절취부(220)는 수전 위치와 샤워기 홀더 위치에 대응하는 커튼(200)의 각각 일부분만을 최소한으로 절취할 수 있도록 해줌으로써 수전 또는 샤워기 홀더와 절취된 커튼이 최소한의 이격으로 인접하도록 할 수 있다. 따라서, 종래에 분리된 샤워커튼을 수전과 샤워기 홀더 양측에 나란히 배치하여 큰 이격이 발생하는 기존 방식에 비해 벽면에 비눗물이 튀는 것을 훨씬 더 효과적으로 막을 수 있다.
또한, 절취부(220)는 필요한 부분을 필요한 만큼만 절취할 수 있도록 형성되므로 각기 다른 높이에 수전과 샤워기 홀더가 설비된 욕실 공간에 유동적으로 작동될 수 있게 된다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 커튼(200)은 적어도 하나의 중첩부(230)가 포함될 수 있다.
중첩부(230)는 선형으로 커튼이 포개어지고 적어도 일부 구간에서 포개진 커튼면이 접합되거나 연결되도록 구비되는 구성으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 상하 길이방향으로 길게 형성될 수 있고, 소정의 간격을 두고 다수 개가 구비될 수 있다.
중첩부(230)는 본 발명에 따른 사방이 차단되는 커튼 대와 샤워커튼의 특성에 기인한 것으로, 수전이 있는 위치와 샤워기 홀더가 있는 위치에 각각 대응하는 커튼(200)의 포개진 일부분을 절취하거나 이미 개방되어 형성된 구간을 벌릴 수 있도록 하여, 커튼(200)으로 구획된 공간의 외측에 설비된 수전과 샤워기 홀더가 커튼(200)으로 구획된 공간의 내측으로 진입될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 중첩부(230)는 수전 위치와 샤워기 홀더 위치에 대응하는 커튼(200)의 각각 일부분만을 절취하거나 이미 개방되어 형성된 구간을 벌릴 수 있도록 해줌으로써, 종래에 분리된 샤워커튼을 수전과 샤워기 홀더 양측에 나란히 배치하는 기존 방식에 비해 벽면에 비눗물이 튀는 것을 훨씬 더 효과적으로 막을 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사방 차단 샤워커튼은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 다수 개의 걸이부(210)들이 서로 닿아 인접하여 적어도 하나의 덩어리를 이루도록 포장되는 방식으로 구성될 수 있다.
걸이부(210)들이 적어도 하나의 덩어리를 이루도록 포장되면 자유단(130)을 통해 걸이부(210)들을 일괄적으로 한꺼번에 진입시켜 커튼 대에 연결할 수 있다. 즉, 흩어져 있는 다수 개의 걸이부(210)를 하나하나 자유단(130)으로 진입시켜 커튼 대에 연결하는 경우보다 훨씬 더 간편하고 신속하게 샤워커튼을 커튼 대에 연결할 수 있다.
적어도 하나의 덩어리를 이루도록 포장된 걸이부(210)들은 거치부(120)에 연결된 후 포장을 해체하고 거치부(210)를 따라 슬라이딩 되는 방식으로 전개될 수 있다. 이 때, 자유단(130)과 인접한 걸이부(210) 중 적어도 하나가 미끄럼방지구(140)와 자유단(130) 사이에 위치할 수 있다. 그러면 사용자가 커튼(200)을 잡아 당겨 거치부(120)를 따라 걸이부(210)들을 슬라이딩 시킬 때, 미끄럼방지구(140)와 자유단(130) 사이에 위치하는 걸이부(210)가 미끄럼방지구(140)에 막혀 슬라이딩 되지 못한다. 이로써, 커튼(200)의 전개가 간편하게 이뤄지고, 사용자의 의도와 달리 커튼(200)이 미끄러지며 움직이는 것을 막아 커튼(200)이 샤워 공간의 측면 전 방향을 빈틈없이 차단하는 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
걸이부(210)들이 적어도 하나의 덩어리를 이루도록 구성하는 포장 방식은 압축 필름, 실, 끈, 테이프 등 다양한 수단을 활용할 수 있다.
또한, 걸이부(210)가 갖는 형상은 고리 형태로 한정될 것은 아니고, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 고리의 일부분이 단절되어 고리의 일측 단부와 타측 단부가 이어지지 않고 떨어진 형태, 커튼(200)과 같은 재질로서 커튼(200)으로부터 연장되어 형성되는 형태, 커튼(200) 자체의 상단에 구멍을 뚫어 형성되는 형태 등 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 커튼 대(100)의 자유단(130)이 개방되어 있어, 손쉽게 커튼(200)을 결합시키거나 제거하는 것이 가능하여 지고 따라서, 1회용으로 제작된 커튼(200)을 적용하여 사용할 수 있게 된다.
1회용으로 제작된 커튼(200)을 사용하면 샤워 후 즉각 커튼(200)을 제거하여 버릴 수 있기 때문에 샤워커튼 내부면에 튄 비눗물을 청소할 필요가 없어 사용자의 시간과 수고가 절약된다.
또한, 1회용으로 제작된 커튼(200)을 샤워 후 제거하여 버림으로써 젖은 커튼(200) 내부에 남은 물기도 함께 제거가 되기 때문에 욕실 습도를 낮게 유지할 수 있으므로 곰팡이가 발생하거나 악취가 날 수 있는 원인을 간단하게 원천 차단할 수 있다.
또한, 커튼(200)이 사방을 차단해 욕실 또는 화장실로 비눗물이 튀어 오염되는 것을 원천 차단하고, 사용 후 즉각 분리해 버려 젖은 커튼(200) 내부면에 남은 물기를 욕실로부터 즉각 제거하여 줄 수 있으므로 곰팡이와 악취가 발생하는 원인을 원천 차단하기 때문에 욕실이나 화장실의 정기적인 청소 횟수 자체를 줄일 수 있어 시간과 수고가 절약된다.
또한, 커튼(200)을 사용하지 않는 경우에는 커튼(200)으로 인해 욕실 공간의 일부가 소비되는 것을 막을 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사방 차단 샤워커튼은 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 커튼(200)에 전체적으로 선형의 열을 이루는 다수 개의 삽입구(240) 및 삽입구(240)를 지나는 실, 끈, 줄과 같은 긴 스트랩(250)이 구비될 수 있다.
다수 개의 삽입구(240)는 커튼(200)이 전개되는 길이방향으로 열을 이루며 형성되고 실, 끈, 줄과 같은 긴 스트랩(250)의 일측 단부는 매듭이 지어지거나 접착되거나 박음질 되거나 커튼과 일체로 형성되는 등 다양한 형태로 커튼(200) 또는 삽입구(240)에 고정되어 사용자가 실, 끈, 줄과 같은 긴 스트랩(250)의 타측 단부를 잡아당기고, 잡아당기는 방향과 반대 방향으로 커튼(200)을 미는 방식으로 커튼(200)을 압축시킬 수 있다. 또한 커튼(200)의 상하 방향으로 형성된 주름에 의해 커튼(200)의 접히는 부분이 가이드 될 수 있다. 이는 예시적인 것으로서 본 발명이 적용되는 실시예에 따라 다양한 방식으로 압축될 수 있을 것이다.
삽입구(240)와 실, 끈, 줄 등의 긴 스트랩(250)은 커튼(200)이 접히며 압축되는 것을 가이드 해주기 때문에 커튼(200)을 제거하여 버리는 과정이 신속하고 간편해질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 다수 개의 삽입구(240)가 전체적으로 이루는 선형의 열이 소정의 간격을 두고 다수 개로 구비될 수 있다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 커튼(200)에 전체적으로 선형으로 구성되어 실, 끈, 줄 등의 긴 스트랩(250)이 삽입된 채로 지지될 수 있는 라인부(260) 및 라인부(260)에 삽입되어 커튼(200)과 결합될 수 있는 실, 끈, 줄 등의 긴 스트랩(250)이 구비될 수 있다.
라인부(260)는 커튼(200)이 전개되는 길이방향으로 선형을 이루며 형성되고 실, 끈, 줄과 같은 긴 스트랩(250)의 일측 단부는 매듭이 지어지거나 접착되거나 박음질 되거나 커튼과 일체로 형성되는 등 다양한 형태로 커튼(200) 또는 라인부(260)에 고정되어 사용자가 실, 끈, 줄과 같은 긴 스트랩(250)의 타측 단부를 잡아당기고, 잡아당기는 방향과 반대 방향으로 커튼(200)을 미는 방식으로 커튼(200)을 압축시킬 수 있다. 이는 예시적인 것으로서 본 발명이 적용되는 실시예에 따라 다양한 방식으로 압축될 수 있을 것이다.
라인부(260)와 실, 끈, 줄 등의 긴 스트랩(250)이 커튼(200)이 접히며 압축되는 것을 가이드 해주기 때문에 커튼(200)을 제거하여 버리는 과정이 신속하고 간편해질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 전체적으로 선형을 이루며 형성되는 라인부(260)가 소정의 간격을 두고 다수 개로 구비될 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 살펴보았으며, 앞서 설명된 실시예 이외에도 본 발명이 그 취지나 범주에서 벗어남이 없이 다른 특정 형태로 구체화될 수 있다는 사실은 해당 기술에 통상의 지식을 가진 이들에게는 자명한 것이다. 그러므로, 상술된 실시예는 제한적인 것이 아니라 예시적인 것으로 여겨져야 하고, 이에 따라 본 발명은 상술한 설명에 한정되지 않고 첨부된 청구항의 범주 및 그 동등 범위 내에서 변경될 수도 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 커튼이 지지되는 커튼 대로서,
    구조물에 고정되는 고정부;
    상기 고정부의 일측에서 연장되고, 상기 커튼이 전개되는 경로가 제공되며 상기 커튼이 지지되는 거치부; 및
    상기 거치부의 일단으로서 상기 커튼이 상기 거치부로 진입되거나 이탈될 수 있도록 개방된 자유단;이 포함되고,
    상기 거치부는 가상의 한 점을 중심으로 하여 모든 측면을 지나도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부는 구조물에 탈부착 가능하게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부는,
    상기 커튼이 상기 거치부를 따라 이동되는 것을 방지하는 적어도 하나 이상의 미끄럼방지구;
    가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부는,
    상기 미끄럼방지구가 내측으로 삽입될 수 있는 삽입홈; 및
    누름동작에 의해 선택적으로 상기 미끄럼방지구가 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되거나 돌출될 수 있도록 작동되는 누름단추;
    가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부는 적어도 일부 구간에서 길이 조절이 가능하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 자유단은,
    상기 거치부에 결합된 상기 커튼이 상기 자유단을 통해 이탈되지 않도록 구비되는 이탈방지구;
    가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 커튼 대.
  7. 커튼 대에 결합되는 걸이부; 및
    선형으로 절취 가능하게 구비되는 절취부;
    가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 샤워커튼.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    선형으로 다수 개가 이격되어 배치되고, 관통되어 형성되는 다수 개의 삽입구; 및
    다수 개의 상기 삽입구에 관통되는 스트랩;
    이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 샤워커튼.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    선형으로 배치되어 내측에 통로가 형성되는 라인부; 및
    상기 라인부에 수용되어 관통하고, 양단이 상기 라인부의 외측으로 노출되는 스트랩;
    이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 차단 샤워커튼.
