Abstract

本公开提供了一种显示模组及移动终端。显示模组包括屏幕盖板、指纹感应组件、显示组件,指纹感应组件设置在屏幕盖板与显示组件之间;指纹感应组件包括:光学指纹感应层,光学指纹感应层由透明导电材料制成,光学指纹感应层的感应面包括多个像素点;光学指纹感应层的感应面与屏幕盖板的一面连接,光学指纹感应层的连接面与显示组件的显示面连接;当显示组件工作时,显示组件发出的光线穿过指纹感应组件射向屏幕盖板,并由按压在屏幕盖板上的指纹反射至光学指纹感应层的感应面,指纹感应组件根据像素点接收到的光线的光量,计算得到指纹的纹路。

技术领域
本公开实施例涉及移动终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组及移动终端。
背景技术
随着全面屏手机产品的问世,在相同大小的整机尺寸的条件下,移动终端的显示屏可以进一步加大,在高屏占比的设计需求下,移动终端的显示屏去除了底部边框,则原先设计在底部边框的前置指纹识别模块没有办法继续保留,指纹识别模块需要设计在其他位置。
在相关技术中,在高屏占比的移动终端中,指纹识别模块通常有两种设计方案,方案一:将指纹识别模块设置在移动终端的背部或侧边框中。方案二:在显示屏中确定一指纹识别区域,在显示屏中该指纹识别区域下方设置指纹识别模块,指纹识别模块的大小与指纹识别区域的大小一致。
但是,方案一中,在移动终端的背部和侧边框进行指纹识别违背人体工程学要求,造成识别体验度较差,方案二中只能够在移动终端屏幕的固定区域进行指纹识别,无法满足高屏占比下全屏指纹识别的需求。
发明内容
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种显示模组,所述显示模组包括:
屏幕盖板、指纹感应组件、显示组件,
所述指纹感应组件设置在所述屏幕盖板与所述显示组件之间;
所述指纹感应组件包括:光学指纹感应层,所述光学指纹感应层由透明导电材料制成,所述光学指纹感应层的感应面包括多个像素点;
所述光学指纹感应层的感应面与所述屏幕盖板的一面连接,所述光学指纹感应层的连接面与所述显示组件的显示面连接;
当所述显示组件工作时,所述显示组件发出的光线穿过所述指纹感应组件射向所述屏幕盖板,并由按压在所述屏幕盖板上的指纹将所述光线中的一部分反射至所述光学指纹感应层的感应面,根据所述像素点接收到的光线的光量,计算得到所述指纹的纹路。
根据本公开的第二方面,提供了一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括本公开第一方面提供的一种显示模组。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
本公开提供一种显示模组及移动终端,以解决现有技术中无法满足高屏占比下移动终端全屏指纹识别的需求,造成用户使用体验度较差的问题。
下面通过列举几个具体的实施例详细介绍本公开提供的一种显示模组及移动终端。
参照图1,示出了本公开提供的一种显示模组的结构示意图,显示模组包括:屏幕盖板10、指纹感应组件20、显示组件30,指纹感应组件20设置 在屏幕盖板10与显示组件30之间;指纹感应组件20包括:光学指纹感应层201,光学指纹感应层201由透明导电材料制成,光学指纹感应层201的感应面包括多个像素点;光学指纹感应层201的感应面与屏幕盖板10的一面连接,光学指纹感应层201的连接面与显示组件30的显示面连接。
在本公开实施例中,显示模组包括的显示组件30的应用场景包括但不限于有源矩阵有机发光二极体面板(AMOLED,Active-matrix organic light emitting diode)显示屏和薄膜晶体管(TFT,Thin Film Transistor)显示屏,TFT显示屏与AMOLED显示屏的最大区别就是AMOLED显示屏没有背光板。
进一步的,屏幕盖板10可以为玻璃盖板或有机材料盖板,其侧边可以为2.5D/3D弧度侧边,也可以为2D平面侧边,本公开实施例对此不作限定,屏幕盖板10的作用是保护指纹感应组件20和显示组件30,同时,屏幕盖板10为透明盖板,可以显示显示组件30的画面,另外,光学指纹感应层201由透明导电材料制成,透光性能较好,且光学指纹感应层201的感应面包括多个按照预设规则排布的像素点,该像素点可以接收光线,并判断光线的光量,因此,当手指按压在屏幕盖板10时,显示组件30发出的光线可以射向屏幕盖板10上的手指,并反射回光学指纹感应层201上的像素点。
具体的,参照图2,当显示组件30工作时,若此时手指40按压在屏幕盖板10上,且移动终端进行指纹验证动作,此时,显示组件30发出的光线由a方向穿过指纹感应组件20射向屏幕盖板10,并由按压在屏幕盖板10上的指纹将光线中的一部分由b方向反射至光学指纹感应层201的感应面,指纹感应组件20根据像素点接收到的光线的光量与预设光量值之间的差值,计算得到手指40对应指纹的纹路。需要说明的是,进行指纹识别需显示组件30工作,即移动终端处于亮屏状态,若移动终端处于息屏状态,则需要唤醒屏幕再进行指纹识别。
进一步参照图3,示出了本公开提供的一种光学指纹感应层的感应面的结构示意图,使用透明的导电材料,如氧化铟锡材料来制作光学指纹感应层201的感应面的图案,制作原理与显示屏的像素原理基本类似,即在整个光学指纹感应层201的感应面上做很多像素点2011,每个像素点2011用来收集对应位置的光线的光量,实际图案可以根据应用的需求进行设计,不局限于 图3中的图案形状,在移动终端进行指纹验证动作时,屏幕盖板10将光线中的一部分反射至光学指纹感应层201的感应面,当屏幕盖板10表面没有手指按触摸的时候,感应面上的每个像素点2011的光量是一样的,即为预设光量值,当手指触摸屏幕盖板10表面时,光线在手指表面指纹凹凸不平的线纹上折射的角度及反射回去的光线明暗就会不一样,感应面上对应位置的像素点2011会感应该位置光量的变化,据此形成指纹的纹路。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种显示模组,包括屏幕盖板、指纹感应组件、显示组件,指纹感应组件设置在屏幕盖板与显示组件之间;指纹感应组件包括:光学指纹感应层,光学指纹感应层由透明导电材料制成,光学指纹感应层的感应面包括多个像素点;光学指纹感应层的感应面与屏幕盖板的一面连接,光学指纹感应层的连接面与显示组件的显示面连接;当显示组件工作时,显示组件发出的光线穿过指纹感应组件射向屏幕盖板,并由按压在屏幕盖板上的指纹将光线中的一部分反射至光学指纹感应层的感应面,指纹感应组件根据像素点接收到的光线的光量与预设光量值之间的差值,计算得到指纹的纹路,达到了在高屏占比的移动终端中进行全屏指纹识别的目的,可提高了用户体验度。
可选地,本公开实施例提供了一种显示模组应用于AMOLED显示屏的指纹识别实现方案,参照图1,显示组件30包括:第一偏光片301、上层玻璃302和下层玻璃303,第一偏光片301的一面与光学指纹感应层201的连接面连接,第一偏光片301的另一面与上层玻璃302的一面连接,上层玻璃302的另一面与下层玻璃303的一面连接,上层玻璃302用于保护下层玻璃303。
在本公开实施例中,第一偏光片301是一种偏振光片,其目的是将移动终端外界的自然光进行过滤,避免外界自然光射入显示组件30与显示组件30发生光干涉,影响AMOLED显示屏的正常使用,另外,上层玻璃302的材料为ENCAP封装玻璃,作用是保护用于显示的下层玻璃303,下层玻璃303用于发出光线,显示画面。
可选地,在下层玻璃303的一面电镀有导电电路和发光层;导电电路与发光层连接,当导电电路通电时,发光层向屏幕盖板10发射光线。在下层玻 璃303面对上层玻璃的302一面通过电镀工艺电镀有极薄的导电电路和发光层,发光层是由有机小分子材料制成,可以在通电的情况下发射出光线,以作为显示光源。
可选地,参照图1,显示组件30还包括:预压泡棉304,预压泡棉304设置在下层玻璃303的另一面。预压泡棉304是由弹性缓冲材料制成的,具有较好的减震作用,可以用来保护下层玻璃303的另一面,防止下层玻璃303受到外力冲击发生损坏。
可选地,本公开实施例提供了一种显示模组应用于TFT显示屏的指纹识别实现方案,参照图4,显示组件30包括:第二偏光片305、彩色滤光玻璃306、液晶307、薄膜晶体管玻璃308、第三偏光片309和背光板310,薄膜晶体管玻璃308用于承载液晶307;第二偏光片305的一面与光学指纹感应层201的连接面连接,第二偏光片305的另一面与彩色滤光玻璃306的一面连接,彩色滤光玻璃306的另一面与薄膜晶体管玻璃308的一面连接,薄膜晶体管玻璃308的另一面与第三偏光片309的一面连接,第三偏光片309的另一面与背光板310的发光面连接。
在本公开实施例中,薄膜晶体管玻璃308中可以包括多个薄膜晶体管,每个薄膜晶体管用于承载一部分液晶307,使得每个液晶307的像素点都是可以由集成在像素点后面的薄膜晶体管来驱动,因此TFT显示屏也是一类有源矩阵液晶显示设备,彩色滤光片玻璃306可以提供红绿蓝三色光,滤去其他光,以实现不同颜色的显示,背光板310则用于发出背光,作为显示组件30显示的光源。
可选地,第二偏光片305的偏振方向垂直于第三偏光片309的偏振方向,其中,第三偏光片309用于将背光板310发出的光线偏振90度,使得偏振90度的光线通过薄膜晶体管玻璃308中的液晶307后进一步发生偏振方向的变化,之后,光线再通过第二偏光片305进行偏转90度,使得背光板310发出的自然光被转换为用于显示的偏振光。
可选地,参照图1和图4,指纹感应组件还包括:柔性电路板202和光学指纹集成电路203;柔性电路板202的一端与光学指纹感应层201连接,柔性电路板202的另一端与光学指纹集成电路203连接。
在本公开实施例中,柔性电路板202用于传输光学指纹感应层201采集到的指纹数据,光学指纹集成电路203用于对该指纹数据进行处理和匹配,以确定指纹数据是否与预置指纹库中的指纹数据匹配。
可选地,参照图1和图4,显示模组还包括:光刻胶层50,光刻胶层20设置于光学指纹感应层201的连接面与显示组件30的显示面之间。光刻胶是一种透光性较好的粘合剂,用于粘合指纹感应组件20和显示组件30.
可选地,光学指纹感应层201的材料为透明氧化铟锡。在化学上,氧化铟锡(ITO,Indium Tin Oxides)作为纳米铟锡金属氧化物,具有很好的导电性和透明性,可以切断对人体有害的电子辐射、紫外线及远红外线。因此,铟锡氧化物通常喷涂在玻璃、塑料及电子显示屏上,用作透明导电薄膜,同时减少对人体有害的电子辐射,光学指纹感应层201的材料为透明氧化铟锡,可以在保证光学指纹感应层201的导电性能的情况下,提高了光学指纹感应层201的透光性。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种包括本公开实施例中显示模组的移动终端,该移动终端可以是手机、平板电脑等各种移动终端。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种显示模组及移动终端,包括屏幕盖板、指纹感应组件、显示组件,指纹感应组件设置在屏幕盖板与显示组件之间;指纹感应组件包括:光学指纹感应层,光学指纹感应层由透明导电材料制成,光学指纹感应层的感应面包括多个像素点;光学指纹感应层的感应面与屏幕盖板的一面连接,光学指纹感应层的连接面与显示组件的显示面连接;当显示组件工作时,显示组件发出的光线穿过指纹感应组件射向屏幕盖板,并由按压在屏幕盖板上的指纹将光线中的一部分反射至光学指纹感应层的感应面,指纹感应组件根据像素点接收到的光线的光量与预设光量值之间的差值,计算得到指纹的纹路,达到了在高屏占比的移动终端中进行全屏指纹识别的目的,可提高了用户体验度。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种显示模组,所述显示模组应用于移动终端,其中,所述显示模组包括:
    屏幕盖板、指纹感应组件、显示组件,
    所述指纹感应组件设置在所述屏幕盖板与所述显示组件之间;
    所述指纹感应组件包括:光学指纹感应层,所述光学指纹感应层由透明导电材料制成,所述光学指纹感应层的感应面包括多个像素点;
    所述光学指纹感应层的感应面与所述屏幕盖板的一面连接,所述光学指纹感应层的连接面与所述显示组件的显示面连接;
    当所述显示组件工作时,所述显示组件发出的光线穿过所述指纹感应组件射向所述屏幕盖板,并由按压在所述屏幕盖板上的指纹将所述光线中的一部分反射至所述光学指纹感应层的感应面,根据所述像素点接收到的光线的光量,计算得到所述指纹的纹路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示组件包括:
    第一偏光片、上层玻璃和下层玻璃,
    所述第一偏光片的一面与所述光学指纹感应层的连接面连接,所述第一偏光片的另一面与所述上层玻璃的一面连接,所述上层玻璃的另一面与所述下层玻璃的一面连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,
    在所述下层玻璃的一面电镀有导电电路和发光层;
    所述导电电路与所述发光层连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示组件还包括:
    预压泡棉,所述预压泡棉设置在所述下层玻璃的另一面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示组件包括:
    第二偏光片、彩色滤光玻璃、液晶、薄膜晶体管玻璃、第三偏光片和背光板,
    所述薄膜晶体管玻璃用于承载所述液晶;
    所述第二偏光片的一面与所述光学指纹感应层的连接面连接,所述第二偏光片的另一面与所述彩色滤光玻璃的一面连接,所述彩色滤光玻璃的另一 面与所述薄膜晶体管玻璃的一面连接,所述薄膜晶体管玻璃的另一面与所述第三偏光片的一面连接,所述第三偏光片的另一面与所述背光板的发光面连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,
    所述第二偏光片的偏振方向垂直于所述第三偏光片的偏振方向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述指纹感应组件还包括:
    柔性电路板和光学指纹集成电路;
    所述柔性电路板的一端与所述光学指纹感应层连接,所述柔性电路板的另一端与所述光学指纹集成电路连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示模组还包括:
    光刻胶层,所述光刻胶层设置于所述光学指纹感应层的连接面与所述显示组件的显示面之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,
    所述光学指纹感应层的材料为透明氧化铟锡。
  10. 一种移动终端,包括权利要求1至9任一所述的显示模组。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,包括手机、平板电脑中的一种。
