本发明涉及智能家居领域,具体而言,涉及一种控制权限的分配方法、装置、存储介质和处理器。
背景技术
传统家电设备对设备的使用权限这一块并没有做深入的细化研究,随着互联网、物联网和人工智能技术的快速发展,尤其是远程控制家电技术的发展,对家电设备的权限控制已经提高到了一个更高的层次。
但是,传统的远程控制家电技术,是通过智能终端等移动设备来控制家电设备,即家电的控制权限通常是根据智能终端等设备来确定的。在实际应用过程中,任意用户操作该智能终端均可实现对家电的远程控制,影响远程控制家电的安全性。
针对上述由于控制权限与设备绑定而操作成的控制权限安全性差的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种控制权限的分配方法、装置、存储介质和处理器,以至少解决由于控制权限与设备绑定而操作成的控制权限安全性差的技术问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种控制权限的分配方法,包括:获取生物识别信息,其中,所述生物识别信息为目标对象特有的唯一标识;根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限,其中,所述控制权限包括最高控制权限,所述控制权限为对电器设备进行控制的权限;在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,确定所述目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限。
可选地,所述控制权限包括:对目标电器设备进行控制的权限;根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限包括:根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象所能控制的所述目标电器设备。
可选地,根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象所能控制的所述目标电器设备包括:获取所述目标电器设备的物理地址,其中,所述物理地址为所述目标电器设备 的唯一地址;将所述目标电器设备的所述物理地址与所述生物识别信息绑定,生成唯一标识。
可选地,所述控制权限包括:对电器设备进行控制的时间;根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限包括:根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对所述电器设备的控制时间。
可选地,在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,所述方法还包括:获取所述目标对象所使用终端中的通信录信息,其中,所述通信录信息中包括多个待分配对象;为所述通信录信息中的所述多个待分配对象分配控制权限。

可选地,所述装置还包括:第二获取单元,被设置为在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,获取所述目标对象所使用终端中的通信录信息,其中,所述通信录信息中包括多个待分配对象;分配单元,被设置为为所述通信录信息中的所述多个待分配对象分配控制权限。
在本发明实施例中,获取作为目标对象特有的唯一标识的生物识别信息,并根据该生物识别信息确定出目标对象的控制权限,进而在该目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,可以确定目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限,进而可以针对目标对象来确定目标对象的控制权限,而无需将设备与控制权限进行绑定,再由目标对象来操控该设备来执行控制权限,解决了由于控制权限与设备绑定而操作成的控制权限安全性差的技术问题;并且,在目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,可以使目标对象来分配或管理其他对象的控制权限,方便控制权限的管理。

采用本发明上述实施例,获取作为目标对象特有的唯一标识的生物识别信息,并根据该生物识别信息确定出目标对象的控制权限,进而在该目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,可以确定目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限,进而可以针对目标对象来确定目标对象的控制权限,而无需将设备与控制权限进行绑定,再由目标对象来操控该设备来执行控制权限,解决了由于控制权限与设备绑定而操作成的控制权限安全性差的技术问题;并且,在目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,可以使目标对象来分配或管理其他对象的控制权限,方便控制权限的管理。
可选地,上述实施例可以应用在家电的远程控制领域,通过智能终端(例如,智能手机)采集生物识别信息。
可选地,控制权限可以是用户对电器设备进行控制的权限,例如,在电气设备为空调的情况下,目标对象在获取到空调控制权限的情况下,可以控制空调的工作状态,或工作模式。
作为一种可选的实施例,生物识别信息包括虹膜图像信息、面部图像信息、指纹信息。
采用本发明上述实施例,将虹膜图像信息、面部图像信息、以及指纹信息作为生物识别信息,可以便于用户通过终端对生物识别信息进行采集。
例如,在使用虹膜图像信息、面部图像信息作为生物识别信息的情况下,用户可以通过智能手机的摄像头采集用户的虹膜图像或面部图像。
例如,在使用指纹信息作为生物识别信息的情况下,用户可以通过智能手机的指纹识别装置来采集用户的指纹。
在获取目标对象的生物识别信息来确定目标对象的控制权限之前,可以预先设置该目标对象的控制权限,进而使用过程中,仅需根据采集的生物识别信息便可确定目标对象的身份,以及该目标对象对应的控制权限。
作为一种可选的实施例,在获取生物识别信息之前,该实施例还可以包括:预先设置与生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息;预先设置预定识别信息对应的控制权限。
采用本发明上述实施例,预先采集多个对象的生物识别信息,并设置每个对象的 生物识别信息所匹配的预定识别信息,以及该预定识别信息对应的控制权限,从而实现为对象设置控制权限。
作为一种可选的实施例,预先设置预定识别信息对应的控制权限包括:确定与生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息;根据预定识别信息确定目标对象的控制权限。
采用本发明上述实施例,在采集到目标对象的生物识别信息后,可以通过确定与该目标对象的生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息,进而确定匹配的预定识别信息对应控制权限,从而实现对目标对象控制权限的识别。
作为一种可选的实施例,预定识别信息包括:预定特征值,在预先设置与生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息之前,该实施例还可以包括:获取目标对象的生物识别信息;提取生物识别信息的特征值;根据特征值确定生物识别信息对应的预定特征值。
采用本发明上述实施例,判断生物识别信息与预定识别信息是否匹配,可以通过特征值来判断,进一步地,在预先设置与生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息之前,通过获取目标对象的生物识别信息,并提取生物识别信息的特征值,可以将该提取出的特征值作为预设识别信息中的预定特征值,进而在判断生物识别信息与预定识别信息是否匹配,可以通过提取当前生物识别信息的特征值,在根据当前提取的特征值与预定特征值是否匹配,来实现对与目标对象的生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息的判断。
作为一种可选的实施例,预定识别信息包括:预定帐号,在预先设置预定识别信息对应的控制权限之后,该实施还可以包括:将目标对象的生物识别信息与预定帐号绑定,其中,预定帐号具有对应的控制权限。
采用本发明上述实施例,预定识别信息包括:预定帐号,可以设置预定帐号对应的控制权限,进而在设置与生物识别信息匹配的预定识别信息的情况下,可以将目标对象的生物识别信息与预定帐号绑定,从而可以根据预定帐号所对应的控制权限来确定目标对象对应的控制权限,实现了将生物识别信息与预定帐号的绑定。
作为一种可选的实施例,控制权限包括:对目标电器设备进行控制的权限;根据生物识别信息确定目标对象对应的控制权限包括:根据生物识别信息确定目标对象所能控制的目标电器设备。
采用本发明上述实施例,控制权限包括对目标电器设备进行控制的权限,进而确定目标对象对应的控制权限,可以根据生物识别信息确定目标对象所能控制的目标电器设备,从而可以确定目标对象做能控制的目标电器设备。
作为一种可选的实施例,根据生物识别信息确定目标对象所能控制的目标电器设 备包括:获取目标电器设备的物理地址,其中,物理地址为目标电器设备的唯一地址;将目标电器设备的物理地址与生物识别信息绑定,生成唯一标识。
采用本发明上述实施例,通过获取目标电器设备唯一地址的物理地址,并将该物理地址与生物识别信息进行绑定,并生成唯一标识,可以在识别出目标对象的生物识别信息的情况下,根据该唯一标识确定该目标对象所能控制的目标电器。
作为一种可选的实施例,控制权限包括:对电器设备进行控制的时间;根据生物识别信息确定目标对象对应的控制权限包括:根据生物识别信息确定目标对象对电器设备的控制时间。
采用本发明上述实施例,控制权限包括对目标电器设备进行控制的时间权限,进而确定目标对象对应的控制权限,可以根据生物识别信息确定目标对象能够对目标电器设备进行控制的控制时间。
作为一种可选的实施例,在目标对象的控制权限为最高控制权限的情况下,该实施例还包括:获取目标对象所使用终端中的通信录信息,其中,通信录信息中包括多个待分配对象;为通信录信息中的多个待分配对象分配控制权限。
采用本发明上述实施例,在目标对象的控制权限为最高控制权限的情况下,目标对象可以为其他对象分配控制权限。
可选地,为其他对象分配控制权限,可以通过获取目标对象所使用终端的通信录信息来获取待分配对象,进而为终端的通信录中的多个待分配对象分配控制权限。
作为一种可选的实施例,为通信录信息中的多个待分配对象分配控制权限包括:将多个待分配对象划分为多个集合;分别对每个集合中的待分配对象分配控制权限。
采用本发明上述实施例,再为通信录信息中的多个待分配对象分配控制权限的过程中,可以将通信录中的多个待分配对象划分为多个集合,再分别对每个集合分配不同的控制权限。
可选地,每个集合中的多个待分配对象的控制权限相同。
本发明还提供了一种优选实施例,该优选实施例提供了一种基于虹膜识别技术的家电最高控制权限设定的方法。
网络信息化时代的一大特征就是身份的数字化和隐形化,如何准确地鉴定一个人的身份,保护信息安全是当今信息化时代必须解决的一个关键社会问题。随着生物认证识别技术的蓬勃发展,特别是作为生物识别技术领域的错误识别率最低的虹膜识别 技术必将广泛运用于各个行业。
在本发明中,介绍了一种基于虹膜识别技术的家电最高控制权限设定的方法。该方法可以实现将用户的虹膜特征信息进行存储并设定为家电最高控制权限,并且,还可以快速将用户家电设备控制权限分享给其他用户,实现其他用户对家电设备的快速控制。
可选地,本发明所提供的方法可以实现对设备的租赁,比如:酒店空调等,实现按需分配使用资源等。
本发明上述实施例,通过虹膜识别技术可以快速确定需要使用家电设备的人员的身份,让设备使用更安全。并且,设备的主人可以分配设备的使用权限给客户或者其他用户,实现对设备的租赁和按需分配,极大地节约了使用资源,并且操作非常简单。
本发明提供的技术方案,用户通过手机采集到自己的虹膜特征信息,然后将提取到的虹膜特征值信息上传至虹膜图像库。
可选地,虹膜图像库在收到用户的虹膜特征值信息之后,将用户ID(备注:该ID可以是服务器后台为用户分配的ID,也可以是用户的身份证信息等等)与虹膜特征图像库中的特征信息进行绑定。
可选地,虹膜识别服务器可以分析用户上传的虹膜特征值并提炼为虹膜特征值模板并保存。
可选地,当用户完成上述虹膜信息采集录入工作之后,可以再次开启虹膜识别功能。例如,只需要通过手机扫描用户虹膜之后,就会自动将虹膜信息与公司后台存储的虹膜信息进行模式匹配,如果两者匹配成功,用户就拥有了最高的家电设备控制权限。
除此之外,虹膜识别技术还可以快速确定需要使用家电设备的人员的身份,让设备使用更安全。
另外,设备的主人可以分配设备的使用权限给客户或者其他用户,实现对设备的租赁和按需分配,极大地节约了使用资源,并且操作非常简单。
图2是根据本发明实施例的一种基于虹膜识别技术获取家电控制权限的示意图,如图2所示,包括:用户智能手机、公司云服务器、图像识别服务器、无线路由器和家电设备。
可选地,可以通过用户智能手机对用户进行虹膜识别。
可选地,用户智能手机、家电设备通过无线路由器接入网络;图像识别服务器、公司云服务器、与无线路由器通过网络连接,其中,图像识别服务器,被设置为存储和识别用户的虹膜信息,公司云服务器被设置为确定家电设备的控制权限。
可选地,图像识别服务器根据采集的虹膜信息确定用户身份,然后公司云服务器可以根据图像识别服务器确定的用户身份来确定用户对家电的控制权限。
图3是根据本发明实施例的一种虹膜识别技术实现的示意图,如图3所示,包括:预先采集存储用户虹膜信息、再次扫描虹膜信息进行识别。
可选地,预先采集存储用户虹膜信息包括:采集用户的虹膜图像(采集用户特征),再通过特征提取来提取虹膜图像中的特征信息,并将该特征信息上传至特征库(虹膜图像库),然后将用户ID与虹膜特征图像库中的特征信息进行绑定。
可选地,再次扫描虹膜信息进行识别包括:采集用户的虹膜图像(采集用户特征),再通过特征提取来提取虹膜图像中的特征信息,并将该特征信息与预定特征值进行特征匹配,并根据匹配结果生成对应的识别结果。其中,在将用户ID与虹膜特征图像库中的特征信息进行绑定后,可以分析用户上传的特征信息,确定预定特征值。
根据一种可选的示例,用户打开智能手机,将app、家电设备(比如:空调等)通过wifi或者蓝牙方式等无线配网方式配到家庭路由器中,实现通过家电设备的mac地址来搜寻到对应的家电设备,保证通过用户手机app可以控制家电设备。
进一步地,点击App中的“创建家庭”按钮后,会提示用户创建一个家庭,比如:“我的家-客厅空调”。之后在该家庭页面下就会出现“创建好友”的列表。
进一步地,点击“创建好友”列表右侧的“+”按钮,会弹出获取用户手机号码的权限提示,用户点击“同意”后会跳转到手机号码通信录界面,选择对应的手机号码后,就可以直接添加好友至“创建好友”列表中。
进一步地,当用户被邀请进入用户创建的好友列表后,用户(家电设备的主人)可以选择对好友权限进行分配。权限分配方式有:设定使用时间段,比如计时使用,也可以使用长期使用的权限。
可选地,用户也可以通过开启“虹膜识别”功能对邀请的好友进行家电权限管理。例如:在酒店里面,客人只要通过扫描二维码的方式,将app下载下来,之后对着手机的摄像头采集客人的虹膜信息。此时扫描到的用户虹膜信息会被上传至公司图像识别服务器,经过图像识别服务器存储之后,会将虹膜的图像识别id下发至公司云服务器,由公司云服务器将虹膜的id和设备的mac地址进行绑定形成唯一的设备标识。当 用户再次开启手机app中的“虹膜识别”功能后,扫描获取用户虹膜图像与公司服务器存储的图片匹配成功后,该用户就可以获得该酒店空调的使用权限。酒店可以根据客人住宿的时间来决定空调的使用时间。
可选地,用户也可以删除好友,删除好友后,所有之前赋给好友的家电设备控制权限都会一并取消。
根据本发明提供的技术方案,将用户虹膜特征设定为家电的最高控制权限,可以方便用户控制家电和分享家电控制权限,同时可以作为用户唯一身份标志来找回其他的账户信息,提高了对家电控制的安全性。
根据本发明提供的技术方案,具有家电设备最高权限的主人,可以向客人或者其它用户设备分配控制权限,可以随时赋给客人或者其他用户使用权限,也可以设定设备使用时间段,另外,还可以取消对设备的控制权限。
根据本发明提供的技术方案,可以增强设备的使用的安全性,通过采集的虹膜信息来确定用户的身份,以及该用户的使用权限,例如,可以根据虹膜信息来判断该虹膜信息是主人的虹膜信息,还是客人或者其他用户的虹膜信息,如果是主人就开启最高使用权限,如果是客人即开启该客人对应的使用权限,如果是其他用户(既不是主人,也不是客人)则关闭全部使用权限。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,在程序运行时控制存储介质所在设备执行上述的控制权限的分配方法。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种处理器,处理器用于运行程序,其中,程序运行时执行上述的控制权限的分配方法。

所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的方案可以应用于智能家居的控制过程中,可以根据生物识别信息确定出目标对象的控制权限,进而在该目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,确定目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限,进而可以针对目标对象来确定目标对象的控制权限,而无需将设备与控制权限进行绑定,再由目标对象来操控该设备来执行控制权限,解决了由于控制权限与设备绑定而操作成的控制权限安全性差的技术问题;并且,在目标对象具有最高控制权限的情况下,可以使目标对象来分配或管理其他对象的控制权限,方便控制权限的管理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种控制权限的分配方法,包括:
    获取生物识别信息,其中,所述生物识别信息为目标对象特有的唯一标识;
    根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限,其中,所述控制权限包括最高控制权限,所述控制权限为对电器设备进行控制的权限;
    在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,确定所述目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制权限包括:对目标电器设备进行控制的权限;
    根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限包括:
    根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象所能控制的所述目标电器设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象所能控制的所述目标电器设备包括:
    获取所述目标电器设备的物理地址,其中,所述物理地址为所述目标电器设备的唯一地址;
    将所述目标电器设备的所述物理地址与所述生物识别信息绑定,生成唯一标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制权限包括:对电器设备进行控制的时间;
    根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限包括:
    根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对所述电器设备的控制时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标对象所使用终端中的通信录信息,其中,所述通信录信息中包括多个待分配对象;
    为对所述通信录信息中的所述多个待分配对象分配控制权限。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述生物识别信息包括虹膜图像信息、面部图像信息、指纹信息。
  7. 一种控制权限的分配装置,包括:
    第一获取单元,被设置为获取生物识别信息,其中,所述生物识别信息为目标对象特有的唯一标识;
    第一确定单元,被设置为根据所述生物识别信息确定所述目标对象对应的控制权限,其中,所述控制权限包括最高控制权限,所述控制权限为对电器设备进行控制的权限;
    第二确定单元,被设置为在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,确定所述目标对象具有为其他对象分配控制权限的权限。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取单元,被设置为在所述目标对象的所述控制权限为所述最高控制权限的情况下,获取所述目标对象所使用终端中的通信录信息,其中,所述通信录信息中包括多个待分配对象;
    分配单元,被设置为为所述通信录信息中的所述多个待分配对象分配控制权限。
  9. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种处理器,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法。
