技术领域
本申请涉及器械领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于消除疲劳的设备、系统及其生产方法。
背景技术
现在的人们越来越注重健康,大家都花更多的时间用于体育运动。运动的过程中,由于身体进行了大量的无氧运动,会在肌肉中产生乳酸;同时,在运动过程中,由于关节不停地受力挤压,关节膜也产生磨损;这两种情况,会使运动者感觉到肌肉酸痛、关节疼痛等。特别跑步或骑车类运动,长期积累体育劳损后,会造成关节永久性受损,出现关节炎等病痛。
因此,申请人发明了一种用于消除疲劳的设备、系统及其生产方法。
发明内容
本申请的目的之一在于提供一种用于消除疲劳的设备,其旨在提供一种能够改善运动或者大量劳动之后疲劳、肌肉酸痛的问题的设备。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种用于消除疲劳的系统,其旨在提供一种能够解决运动或者大量劳动之后疲劳、肌肉酸痛的问题的系统。
本申请的又一目的在于提供一种用于消除疲劳的设备的生产方法,其旨在提供一种能够改善运动或者大量劳动之后疲劳、肌肉酸痛的问题的设备的生产方法。
本申请提供一种技术方案:
一种用于消除疲劳的设备,用于消除疲劳的设备包括振动装置、冷敷装置、热敷装置、控制装置以及固定装置,固定装置能将用于消除疲劳的设备固定于待固定部位;振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置均设置于固定装置;振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置均与控制装置连接,控制装置配置为分别控制振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置的运行与否。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述热敷装置包括发热膜,发热膜设置于固定装置靠近待 固定部位的一侧。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述发热膜沿固定装置的长度方向延伸,发热膜设置有加热丝,加热丝通过一电源线与控制装置的电源连接。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述热敷装置还包括承载部,承载部设置于固定装置靠近待固定部位的一侧,承载部的内部设置有容置槽,发热膜容置于容置槽内。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述冷敷装置包括相互接触的半导体制冷片与导温层;半导体制冷片与导温层均设置于固定装置;且导温层设置于固定装置靠近待固定部位的一侧。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述冷敷装置还包括散热片和散热风扇;散热片与半导体制冷片连接,散热风扇设置于散热片远离半导体制冷片的一侧。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述导温层远离半导体制冷片的一侧设置有垫层,导温层远离半导体制冷片的一侧为弧面,垫层靠近导温层的一侧为弧面,并与导温层的弧面匹配,垫层远离导温层的一侧也为弧面。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述控制装置设置有计时模块,控制装置根据计时模块控制振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置的运行的时间。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述用于消除疲劳的设备还包括温度传感器,温度传感器设置于固定装置靠近待固定部位的一侧,且温度传感器与控制装置电连接。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述振动装置包括多个振动马达,多个振动马达间隔设置于固定装置。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述冷敷装置包括相互接触的半导体制冷片与导温层;半导体制冷片与导温层均设置于固定装置;且导温层设置于固定装置靠近待固定部位的一侧。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述热敷装置包括发热片,发热片与导温层接触。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述导温层设置有导热腔,导热腔沿固定装置一侧延伸,导热腔内设置有导热介质。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述导热介质为液态金属,导热腔内设置有供液态金属流动的回路,导温层配置有控制液态金属流动的电磁泵,电磁泵与控制装置电连接,控制装置配置为控制电磁泵,以控制液态金属流动与否。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述固定装置包括柔性固定件,柔性固定件相对的两端可拆卸连接。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述固定装置还包括壳体,冷敷装置安装于壳体内,柔性固定件为两条,两条柔性固定件的一端分别与壳体相对的两侧连接,另一端相互可拆卸连接。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述壳体包括外盖、保护罩和连接卡环,外盖的中部成中 空形状,外盖的内壁通过连接卡环与保护罩连接,保护罩呈罩体结构,外盖、保护罩和连接卡环共同形成一容置空间,冷敷装置容置于容置空间内。
在本申请的其他实施例中,上述保护罩的顶壁设置有多个透气孔,多个透气孔均与保护罩内部的空腔连通。

本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备、系统及其生产方法的有益效果是:
振动装置可以按压手臂或腿部的肌肉以及穴位,加快血液的循环,热敷装置具有热敷的功能,热量可以通过固定装置传递到人体手臂或腿部的肌肉;快速消除肌肉酸痛感。冷敷装置使手臂或腿部上的肌肉温度下降,实现冰敷功能,冰敷可以使由于体育运动后产生肌肉酸痛快速消除。控制装置控制振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置运行与否以及运行的时间。

实施例
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的结构示意图;图2示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的简图。请参阅图1与图2,本实施例提供了一种用于消除疲劳的设备100,用于消除疲劳的设备100配置为消除运动后的疲劳;在本实施例中,用于消除疲劳的设备100捆绑设置于腿部或者手臂;在其他实施例中,为了消除酸痛感,用于消除疲劳的设备100也可以设置于腰部等其他部位。
进一步地,用于消除疲劳的设备100包括振动装置110(见图5)、冷敷装置120、热敷装置130、控制装置140(见图6)以及固定装置150。固定装置150能将用于消除疲劳的设备100固定于待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂);振动装置110、冷敷装置120、热敷装置130均设置于固定装置150;振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130均与控制装置140连接,控制装置140配置为分别控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130运行与否。可选地,控制装置140设置于固定装置150。
振动装置110可以按压手臂或腿部的肌肉以及穴位,加快血液的循环。热敷装置130具有热敷的功能,热量可以通过固定装置150传递到人体手臂或腿部的肌肉;快速消除肌 肉酸痛感。冷敷装置120使手臂或腿部上的肌肉温度下降,实现冰敷功能,冰敷可以使由于体育运动后产生肌肉酸痛快速消除。
控制装置140配置为分别控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130运行与否。在使用用于消除疲劳的设备100的过程中,控制装置140可以选择振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130中的任一个运行,或者,可以选择振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130中的两个或三个同时运行,多种功能同时作用,尽快缓解肌肉的酸痛感。
图3示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的冷敷装置120的结构示意图。请参阅图3。
在本实施例中,冷敷装置120包括相互接触的半导体制冷片121与导温层122;半导体制冷片121与导温层122均设置于固定装置150;且导温层122设置于固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。半导体制冷片121设置于导温层122远离待固定部位的一侧。
半导体制冷片121的电源设置于控制装置140内,半导体制冷片121与其电源的连接关系采用现有技术,本实施例将不再赘述。导温层122将半导体制冷片121的低温传递至腿部或者手臂;对腿部或者手臂实现冰敷的功能。
进一步地,在本实施例中,冷敷装置120还包括散热片123和散热风扇124,散热片123设置于半导体制冷片121远离导温层122的一侧,散热片123与半导体制冷片121连接,散热风扇124设置于散热片123远离半导体制冷片121的一侧。散热片123配置为将半导体制冷片121的热量进行扩散,该热量再通过散热风扇124散发。增加导温层122降低温度的速度。
在本实施例中,导温层122靠近半导体制冷片121的一侧为平面,以与半导体制冷片121贴合,另一侧为弧面。另外,导温层122远离半导体制冷片121的一侧可以设置垫层,该垫层靠近导温层122的一侧为弧面,并与导温层122的弧面匹配,该垫层远离导温层122的一侧也为弧面,以与待固定部位贴合更加紧密。
在本实施例中,散热风扇124的电源设置于控制装置140内,散热风扇124通过电线与电源连接。进一步的,在本实施例中,控制装置140控制散热风扇124与半导体制冷片121同时运行与否,控制装置140通过控制散热风扇124与半导体制冷片121同时通电与断电,实现冷敷装置120的运行与否。
在本实施例中,导温层122为热传导率较高的合金材料制成的导冷片,导冷片设置于固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。图4示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的热敷装置130的结构示意图。请参阅图4。
在本实施例中,热敷装置130包括发热膜131,发热膜131设置于固定装置150靠近待 固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。在本实施例中,发热膜131通过电源线(图未示)与设置于控制装置140的电源连接,相应地,控制装置140控制发热膜131的工作与否。
进一步地,在本实施例中,发热膜131沿固定装置150的长度方向延伸,发热膜131设置有加热丝,加热丝通过电源线与控制装置140的电源连接。
在本实施例中,发热膜131设置于固定装置150,且在本实施例中,发热膜131与冷敷装置120相对独立的设置。发热膜131与冷敷装置120的散热片123、散热风扇124、导温层122以及半导体制冷片121不接触。
需要说明的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,热敷装置130还可以包括承载部,该承载部设置于固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。该承载部的内部设置有容置槽,上述的发热膜131容置于该容置槽内。
可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,热敷装置130也可以设置为其他结构,例如,热敷装置130包括与控制装置140连接的发热片。
进一步地,为了使发热片的热量可以更快的扩散,进而传递至整个腿部或者手臂,在本实施例中,发热片也可以与导温层122接触,导温层122将发热片的热量散发至整个固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。
在本申请的其他实施例中,导温层122也可以为其他结构,例如,导温层122可以设置有导热腔(图中未示出),导热腔沿固定装置150一侧延伸,导热腔内设置有导热介质。导热腔可以为一整个空腔,或者,导热腔可以为多个相互连通的毛细管腔体;整个导热腔分布于固定装置150的一侧;导热腔内的导热介质将发热片的热量扩散。导热介质可以为导热油等,或者,在其他实施例中,导热介质也可以为液态金属,液态金属占用的空间较小,热传导的效率高。进一步地,当导热介质为液态金属时,导热腔内设置有供液态金属流动的回路,同时,导温层122配置有控制液态金属流动的电磁泵,电磁泵与控制装置140电连接,控制装置140通过控制电磁泵达到控制液态金属流动与否的目的,进而控制导温层122是否进行热量的传导。电磁泵以及其与液态金属的设置关系、电磁泵的连接关系均采用现有技术,本申请的实施例将不再对其进行赘述。
换言之,在其他实施例中,导温层122至少具有导热和导冷两个作用,当需要热敷时,热敷装置130的发热片升温,导温层122将热量散发至整个固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。当需要冷敷时,半导体制冷片121降低温度,导温层122将低温传递至整个固定装置150靠近待固定部位(例如腿部或者手臂)的一侧。
在本实施例中,振动装置110包括多个振动马达(图中未示出),多个振动马达间隔设置于固定装置150。相应地,振动马达通过电源线与设置于控制装置140的电源连接,控制装置140通过控制振动马达的通电与否实现控制振动装置110的工作与否,在本实施例 中,振动马达设置有多个振动频率,控制装置140可以控制振动马达的频率。
在本实施例中,固定装置150可以包括柔性固定件,柔性固定件相对的两端可拆卸连接,在本实施例中,柔性固定件相对的两端通过粘扣可拆卸连接。固定装置150的通过无纺布与硅胶共同设置而成,需要说明的是,在本申请不限制固定装置150的材料以及结构,固定装置150的主要目的在于将用于消除疲劳的设备100固定于手臂或者腿部;以及将其余部件设置于固定装置150。
需要说明的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,固定装置还可以包括壳体,冷敷装置120安装于壳体内,柔性固定件为两条,两条柔性固定件的一端分别与壳体相对的两侧连接,另一端相互可拆卸连接,例如可以均设置有能够相互配合的粘扣。另外,柔性固定件可以收纳于壳体内,能够节省空间,方便携带,当需要使用时,将柔性固定件从壳体内取出,并捆绑于待固定部位上。
其中,壳体可以包括外盖、保护罩和连接卡环,外盖的中部成中空形状,外盖的内壁通过连接卡环与保护罩连接,保护罩呈罩体结构,其内部具有空腔,散热风扇124容置于该空腔内,外盖、保护罩和连接卡环共同形成一容置空间,半导体制冷片121、导温层122、散热片123和散热风扇124均容置于该容置空间内。保护罩的顶壁设置有多个透气孔,多个透气孔均与保护罩内部的空腔连通,散热风扇124产生的气流可以由透气孔排出。本实施例中,散热片123可以安装于散热本体上,该散热本体可以与外盖连接,散热风扇124与散热本体通过固定件连接。半导体制冷片121设置于散热本体与导温层122之间。
图5示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的固定装置150内侧示意图。请参阅图5。
在本实施例中,用于消除疲劳的设备100还包括温度传感器151,温度传感器151设置于固定装置150靠近待固定部位的一侧(固定装置150内侧),且温度传感器151与控制装置140电连接。本实施例中,温度传感器151设置于柔性固定件靠近待固定部位的一侧。温度传感器151可以位于相邻的多个振动马达所形成的几何图形的几何中心处。例如,四个振动马达形成矩形,温度传感器151位于该矩形的几何中心处。
在本实施例中,温度传感器151为热电偶传感器,温度传感器151配置为检测固定装置150内侧的温度,且将该温度转化为电信号传递至控制装置140。
图6示出了本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的控制装置140的控制示意图。请参阅图6。
在本实施例中,控制装置140包括控制主机和电源,在本实施例中,电源为可充电电源。承上所述,控制主机和电源均分别与振动装置110、冷敷装置120、温度传感器151以及热敷装置130电连接。
在本实施例中,控制装置140配置有计时器141,计时器141的目的之一在于,计量振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130中的任一个或者多个对腿部或者手臂的作用时间,以缓解肌肉的疲劳感。
在其他实施例中,控制装置140被设置为自动开启振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130中的任一个或者多个;控制装置140根据计时器141的时间计量,控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130开启的时间,以及控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130运行的时间。
进一步地,控制装置140根据温度传感器151检测的温度控制冷敷装置120或者热敷装置130中的一个运行,或者控制装置140根据温度传感器151检测的温度控制冷敷装置120或者热敷装置130中的两者同时运行。
在本申请的其他实施例中,控制装置140配置有显示屏,配置为显示振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130的运行状态,并且还配置为显示温度传感器151检测到的固定装置150内侧的温度。
本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备100的主要优点在于:
振动装置110可以按压手臂或腿部的肌肉以及穴位,加快血液的循环,热敷装置130具有热敷的功能,热量可以通过固定装置150传递到人体手臂或腿部的肌肉;快速消除肌肉酸痛感。冷敷装置120使手臂或腿部上的肌肉温度下降,实现冰敷功能,冰敷可以使由于体育运动后产生肌肉酸痛快速消除。控制装置140能够控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130运行与否以及运行的时间。
本申请实施例还提供一种技术方案:
一种用于消除疲劳的系统,用于消除疲劳的系统包括上述的用于消除疲劳的设备100。
在本申请的其他实施例中,用于消除疲劳的系统还包括与用于消除疲劳的设备100远程连接的主机,可以通过主机设置用于消除疲劳的设备100中的各个参数。
进一步地,用于消除疲劳的系统还包括配置为为用于消除疲劳的设备100充电的充电设备,该充电设备与用于消除疲劳的设备100可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例还提供一种技术方案:
一种用于消除疲劳的设备的生产方法,用于生产上述实施例中的用于消除疲劳的设备100,用于消除疲劳的设备的生产方法包括以下步骤:
将振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130分别设置于一固定装置150上,其中,固定装置150能将用于消除疲劳的设备100固定于待固定部位;
将振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130分别与控制装置140连接,以使控制装置140分别控制振动装置110、冷敷装置120以及热敷装置130的运行与否。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的用于消除疲劳的设备及用于消除疲劳的系统,通过振动装置可以按压手臂或腿部的肌肉以及穴位,加快血液的循环,热敷装置具有热敷的功能,热量可以通过固定装置传递到人体手臂或腿部的肌肉;快速消除肌肉酸痛感。冷敷装置使手臂或腿部上的肌肉温度下降,实现冰敷功能,冰敷可以使由于体育运动后产生肌肉酸痛快速消除。控制装置控制振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置运行与否以及运行的时间。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述用于消除疲劳的设备包括振动装置、冷敷装置、热敷装置、控制装置以及固定装置,所述固定装置能将所述用于消除疲劳的设备固定于待固定部位;所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置均设置于所述固定装置;所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置均与所述控制装置连接,所述控制装置配置为分别控制所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置的运行与否。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述热敷装置包括发热膜,所述发热膜设置于所述固定装置靠近所述待固定部位的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述发热膜沿所述固定装置的长度方向延伸,所述发热膜设置有加热丝,所述加热丝通过一电源线与所述控制装置的电源连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述热敷装置还包括承载部,所述承载部设置于所述固定装置靠近待固定部位的一侧,所述承载部的内部设置有容置槽,所述发热膜容置于所述容置槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述冷敷装置包括相互接触的半导体制冷片与导温层;所述半导体制冷片与所述导温层均设置于所述固定装置;且所述导温层设置于所述固定装置靠近所述待固定部位的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述冷敷装置还包括散热片和散热风扇;所述散热片与所述半导体制冷片连接,所述散热风扇设置于所述散热片远离所述半导体制冷片的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述导温层远离所述半导体制冷片的一侧设置有垫层,所述导温层远离所述半导体制冷片的一侧为弧面,所述垫层靠近所述导温层的一侧为弧面,并与所述导温层的弧面匹配,所述垫层远离所述导温层的一侧也为弧面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述控制装置设置有计时模块,所述控制装置配置为根据所述计时模块控制所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置的运行的时间。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述用于消除疲劳的设备还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器设置于所述固定装置靠近所述待固定部位的一侧,且所述温度传感器与所述控制装置电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述振动装置包括多个振动马达,多个所述振动马达间隔设置于所述固定装置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述冷敷装置包括相互接触的半导体制冷片与导温层;所述半导体制冷片与所述导温层均设置于所述固定装置;且所述导温层设置于所述固定装置靠近所述待固定部位的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述热敷装置包括发热片,所述发热片与所述导温层接触。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述导温层设置有导热腔,所述导热腔沿所述固定装置一侧延伸,所述导热腔内设置有导热介质。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述导热介质为液态金属,所述导热腔内设置有供所述液态金属流动的回路,所述导温层配置有控制液态金属流动的电磁泵,所述电磁泵与所述控制装置电连接,所述控制装置配置为控制所述电磁泵,以控制所述液态金属流动与否。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括柔性固定件,所述柔性固定件相对的两端可拆卸连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括壳体,所述冷敷装置安装于所述壳体内,所述柔性固定件为两条,两条所述柔性固定件的一端分别与所述壳体相对的两侧连接,另一端相互可拆卸连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述壳体包括外盖、保护罩和连接卡环,所述外盖的中部成中空形状,所述外盖的内壁通过所述连接卡环与所述保护罩连接,所述保护罩呈罩体结构,所述外盖、所述保护罩和所述连接卡环共同形成一容置空间,所述冷敷装置容置于所述容置空间内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,其特征在于,所述保护罩的顶壁设置有多个透气孔,多个所述透气孔均与所述保护罩内部的空腔连通。
  19. 一种用于消除疲劳的系统,其特征在于,所述用于消除疲劳的系统包括权利要求1-18任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备。
  20. 一种用于消除疲劳的设备的生产方法,其特征在于,用于生产如权利要求1-18任一项所述的用于消除疲劳的设备,所述用于消除疲劳的设备的生产方法包括:
    将振动装置、冷敷装置以及热敷装置分别设置于一固定装置上,其中,所述固定装置能将所述用于消除疲劳的设备固定于待固定部位;
    将所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置分别与控制装置连接,以使所述控制装置分别控制所述振动装置、所述冷敷装置以及所述热敷装置的运行与否。
