第一弹性件4和第二弹性件11均为弹簧,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的立体形状均为圆柱体形,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的表面均为光滑曲面,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的弹性系数均为500N/m,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的横截面形状均为圆形。
支架1的材质为优质钢材,支架1的立体形状为U字形,支架1表面为非加工平面,支架1的长度为100cm,支架1的宽度为200cm,支架1的高度为100cm,支架1的厚度为10cm。
第一滑块2与第一滑轨3和第二滑块14与第二滑轨12之间均为滑动式连接,第一滑块2和第二滑块14的立体形状均为长方体形,第一滑块2和第二滑块14表面均为加工平面。
水箱10的材质为不锈钢,水箱10垂直设置在支架1内右壁,水箱10右侧面与支架1右壁之间为固定连接,水箱10的立体形状为长方体形,水箱10的表面为非加工平面。
保鲜槽5的材质为不锈钢,保鲜槽5立体形状为圆柱体形,保鲜槽5表面为加工平面,保鲜槽5的长度为50cm,保鲜槽5的高度为40cm,保鲜槽5的宽度为150cm。
工作原理:当要对树苗洒水时,启动水泵9,水泵9把水箱10内的水通过软管7抽入喷头6内,启动电动推杆18伸长,带动接触轮17向右移动,进而带动齿条13向左移动,进而带动齿轮8逆时针转动,进而带动喷头6右摆动,同时带动保鲜槽5向左移动,进而带动第一弹性件4和第二弹性件11伸长,喷头6将水喷洒到保鲜槽5的树苗上,为树苗增加湿度,启动电动推杆18缩回,拉绳15处于放松状态,由于弹性件的弹力作用,带动齿条13和保鲜槽5来回移动,进而带动喷头6来回移动,使喷头6的水更加充分地洒在树苗上, 提高水的利用率。
因为还包括有滤网20,保鲜槽5内中部设有滤网20,滤网20水平设置在保鲜槽5内,滤网20位于喷头6的下方,滤网20的材质为不锈钢,滤网20的形状为长方体形,滤网20的长度为10cm,树苗放置在滤网20上,喷头6喷洒在树苗上未吸收的水会掉落到保鲜槽5底部,所以当保鲜槽5底部的水蒸发时,树苗会再一次吸收水,所以可以提高水的利用率。
因为还包括有湿度计21,支架1内底部设有湿度计21,湿度计21垂直设置在支架1内底部,湿度计21位于第二滑轮19下方,湿度计21位于第一滑轨3的左方,湿度计21外壳形状为长方体形,所以当树苗缺水时,可以提醒工作人员洒水。
因为还包括有照明灯22,支架1内左壁上部设有照明灯22,照明灯22位于第一滑轮16的上方,照明灯22垂直设置在支架1内左壁,照明灯22的形状为半球形,照明灯22的颜色为暖黄色,所以在光线暗时,照明灯22可以为人们照明,更方便人们工作。

  1. 一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,包括有支架(1)、第一滑块(2)、第一滑轨(3)、第一弹性件(4)、保鲜槽(5)、喷头(6)、软管(7)、齿轮(8)、水泵(9)、水箱(10)、第二弹性件(11)、第二滑轨(12)、齿条(13)、第二滑块(14)、拉绳(15)、第一滑轮(16)、接触轮(17)、电动推杆(18)和第二滑轮(19);支架(1)内右侧从上到下依次设有第二滑轨(12)、第二弹性件(11)、齿轮(8)、水箱(10)、第一弹性件(4)和第一滑轨(3),第二滑轨(12)上设有第二滑块(14),第二滑块(14)上设有齿条(13),齿条(13)右端与第二弹性件(11)左端连接,齿条(13)与齿轮(8)啮合,齿轮(8)上设有喷头(6),水箱(10)内底部设有水泵(9),水泵(9)和喷头(6)之间连接有软管(7),第一弹性件(4)左端连接有保鲜槽(5),第一滑轨(3)上设有第一滑块(2),第一滑块(2)顶部连接在保鲜槽(5)底部,保鲜槽(5)位于喷头(6)的下方,支架(1)内左侧从上到下依次设有第一滑轮(16)、电动推杆(18)和第二滑轮(19),电动推杆(18)右端设有接触轮(17),齿条(13)左端设有拉绳(15),拉绳(15)绕过第一滑轮(16)、接触轮(17)和第二滑轮(19),拉绳(15)末端与保鲜槽(5)左端相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,还包括有滤网(20),保鲜槽(5)内中部设有滤网(20),滤网(20)水平设置在保鲜槽(5)内,滤网(20)位于喷头(6)的下方,滤网(20)的材质为不锈钢,滤网(20)的形状为长方体形,滤网(20)的长度为10cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,还包括有湿度计(21),支架(1)内底部设有湿度计(21),湿度计(21)垂直设置在支架(1)内底部,湿度计(21)位于第二滑轮(19)下方,湿度计(21)位于第一滑轨(3)的左方,湿度计(21)外壳形状为长方体形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,还包括有照明灯(22),支架(1)内左壁上部设有照明灯(22),照明灯(22)位于第一滑轮(16)的上方,照明灯(22)垂直设置在支架(1)内左壁,照明灯(22)的形状为半球形,照明灯(22)的颜色为暖黄色。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,第一弹性件(4)和第二弹性件(11)均为弹簧,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的立体形状均为圆柱体形,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的表面均为光滑曲面,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的弹性系数均为500N/m,第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的横截面形状均为圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,支架(1)的材 质为优质钢材,支架(1)的立体形状为U字形,支架(1)表面为非加工平面,支架(1)的长度为100cm,支架(1)的宽度为200cm,支架(1)的高度为100cm,支架(1)的厚度为10cm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,第一滑块(2)与第一滑轨(3)和第二滑块(14)与第二滑轨(12)之间均为滑动式连接,第一滑块(2)和第二滑块(14)的立体形状均为长方体形,第一滑块(2)和第二滑块(14)表面均为加工平面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,水箱(10)的材质为不锈钢,水箱(10)垂直设置在支架(1)内右壁,水箱(10)右侧面与支架(1)右壁之间为固定连接,水箱(10)的立体形状为长方体形,水箱(10)的表面为非加工平面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种道路绿化用树苗运输保鲜装置,其特征在于,保鲜槽(5)的材质为不锈钢,保鲜槽(5)立体形状为圆柱体形,保鲜槽(5)表面为加工平面,保鲜槽(5)的长度为50cm,保鲜槽(5)的高度为40cm,保鲜槽(5)的宽度为150cm。
