技术领域
本申请涉及智能电子设备技术领域,例如涉及一种薄型智能平板。
背景技术
智能平板等智能交互设备集成了投影机、电子白板、幕布、音响、电视机、视频会议终端的多种功能,适用于群体沟通场合,集中满足了会议中远程音视频沟通,多种格式会议文档高清晰显示,视频文件播放,现场音响,屏幕书写,文件标注、保存、打印和分发等系统化会议需求;同时还内置电视接收功能和环绕声音响,在工作之余还可满足视听娱乐需求。广泛应用于教育教学、企业会议、商业展示等领域,可有效改善沟通环境、提升群体沟通效率。随着对智能平板的要求越来越高,智能平板朝着轻薄化、大屏幕以及操作的便利性方面发展,目前智能平板大多通过支架固定在墙体上,其控制部件集成在显示屏的后侧,即靠近墙体的一侧,使得智能平板的厚度无法达到极致的薄,且智能平板与墙体之间存在较大间隙,如果增大智能平板的屏幕尺寸,将增加智能平板的安装难度,安装时需要设计较大的支架配合安装。

本申请实施例提供一种薄型智能平板,其安装难度低。

本申请实施例提供一种薄型智能平板,包括显示屏、控制盒和外框,所述显示屏和所述控制盒电连接且二者均固定在所述外框上,其中,所述外框包括边框架和设置于所述边框架靠近安装面一侧的后盖板,所述边框架朝向远离所述后盖板的一侧凸设有安装凸台,所述显示屏固定在所述安装凸台上,所述安 装凸台的边缘与所述边框架的边缘间隔设置有预设距离,并形成凹槽。
在一实施例中,所述显示屏的边缘延伸至所述凹槽的上方,且不超出所述边框架的边缘。

下面将结合附图对本申请实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

如图1至11所示,本申请实施例公开一种薄型智能平板,包括显示屏1和控制盒2,控制盒2设置在显示屏1的长度方向或宽度方向的一侧,控制盒2与显示屏1电连接。通过将控制盒2由显示屏1的背侧移动至显示屏1的长度方向或宽度方向的一侧,可以减少整个智能平板的厚度,实现薄型化设计,进而使显示屏1更加贴近安装面3,避免了大尺寸屏幕的智能平板离安装面3远,易晃动,难固定的情况。
为了使显示屏1能完全贴合安装面3,显示屏1靠近安装面3的一侧与控制盒2靠近安装面3的一侧平齐。安装面3可以为墙体的墙面或移动车厢的壁面等用于安装设备的位置,上述设计可以使薄型智能平板与安装面3完全贴合,实现零缝隙安装,有效减少薄型智能平板的晃动。
在本实施例中,沿竖直方向,控制盒2设置在显示屏1的下方。这样的设计,可以便于薄型智能平板的操作,一般控制盒2上会设置控制按钮、USB接口等,将控制盒2设置在显示屏1的下方,便于操作者操作控制盒2上的控制按钮等部件,实现对薄型智能平板的控制。
另外,显示屏1与控制盒2之间的连接方式有多种,可以使显示屏1与控制盒2一体成型,也可以使显示屏1与控制盒2分体成型。
在一实施例中,当显示屏1与控制盒2一体成型时:如图1和2所示,薄型智能平板还包括外框(图中未示出),显示屏1和控制盒2均固定在外框内。即显示屏1和控制盒2共用一个外框,显示屏1与控制盒2之间采用接线连接的方式实现信号或电力连接,接线隐藏在控制盒2内。
当显示屏1与控制盒2分体成型时:如图3至6所示,薄型智能平板还包括外框(图中未示出),显示屏1设置于外框内,控制盒2设置于外框的一侧,显示屏1与控制盒2之间通过连接部件5电连接。上述设计使显示屏1和控制盒2分体成型,安装时,只需要将连接部件5分别连接显示屏1和控制盒2即可,操作非常简便。
显示屏1可通过以下三种方式与控制盒2连接。
第一种:连接线连接。在一实施例中,如图3和4所示,连接部件5为连接线51,连接线51的一端穿过外框与显示屏1连接,另一端与控制盒2连接。连接线51将控制盒2内的所有线路集成在一条线缆内,减少线路的数量,降低接线的难度,同时还可以减少显示屏1和控制盒2上的接线端口的数量。另外,在接线时,连接线51可位于控制盒2的中部或端部。
第二种:触点式连接。在一实施例中,如图5和6所示,连接部件5包括第一触点部和第二触点部52,第一触点部设置于外框上与显示屏1连接,第二触点部52设置于控制盒2上与控制盒2内的控制部件连接,当显示屏1安装在控制盒2的一侧时,第二触点部52与第一触点部抵接。
为了使两个触点部在控制盒2与显示屏1组装时能对位准确,还增设了定位部件6,在一实施例中,定位部件6包括插接配合的定位凸起61和定位凹槽62,定位凸起61和定位凹槽62两者中的一个设置在外框朝向控制盒2的一侧面上,定位凸起61和定位凹槽62两者中的另一个设置在控制盒2朝向外框的一侧面上,当定位凸起61与定位凹槽62插接配合时,第二触点部52与第一触点部抵接。
为了使定位更加准确,在控制盒2与显示屏1之间设置两组定位部件6,两组定位部件6分别设置在邻近控制盒2的长度方向的两端的位置。
第三组:无线连接。在一实施例中,参照附图5和6,连接部件5包括第一无线模块和第二无线模块,第一无线模块设置在外框内,第二无线模块设置在控制盒2内,第一无线模块与显示屏1连接,第二无线模块与控制盒2内的控制部件连接。
在本申请一实施例中,如图7至11所示,此薄型智能平板通过磁吸固定的方式固定在安装面3上。在一实施例中,薄型智能平板还包括将显示屏1和控制盒2磁吸固定在安装面3上的磁吸组件7。
以一体成型的薄型智能平板为例,外框4的结构参照图12,外框4包括边框架41和后盖板42,显示屏1和控制盒2被限制在边框架41内,后盖板42与边框架41靠近安装面3的一侧连接,用于将显示屏1和控制盒2与安装面3隔离,磁吸组件7包括至少两个第一磁铁71和至少两个第二磁铁72,至少两个第一磁铁71间隔设置在后盖板42上,至少两个第二磁铁72间隔设置在安装面3上,第一磁铁71与第二磁铁72位置对应且磁性相反。
为了增加薄型智能平板的安装可靠性,第一磁铁71和第二磁铁72均为强力磁铁。
在一实施例中,还包括插销组件8,插销组件8包括插销81和插孔82,插销81固定在安装面3上,插孔82开设在后盖板42上,插销81远离安装面3的一端选择性插入插孔82内。通过设置插销组件8,利用插销81与插孔82的配合,可在竖直方向上对薄型智能平板进行支撑,减少作用在磁吸组件7上的作用力,由于大屏幕的薄型智能平板的重力较重,因此,增设的插销组件8可以提高安装稳定性,且在安装过程中,可以通过插销组件8实现对位,保证第一磁铁71和第二磁铁72能够准确地吸附,降低安装难度,进一步提高薄型智能平板的安装可靠性。
在本实施例中,如图7和9所示,沿竖直方向,磁吸组件7和插销组件8分别位于后盖板42的上下两端。这样的设计可以先利用插销组件8悬挂住薄型智能平板的上端,然后再将薄型智能平板的下端贴近安装面3,第一磁铁71与第二磁铁72吸附后,此薄型智能平板被稳固地固定在安装面3上,当需要拆卸薄型智能平板时,用力扳动薄型智能平板的下端,使第一磁铁71脱离第二磁铁72,此时由于上端悬挂在插销组件8上,可有效防止薄型智能平板在扳动时掉落,即上述设计可以降低拆装难度,提高安全性。
在一实施例中,后盖板42呈矩形,插销组件8和磁吸组件7均设置有两组,两组磁吸组件7和两组插销组件8分设在后盖板42的四角。
在其他实施例中,如图10和11所示,还可以将磁吸组件7和插销组件8的位置进行调换,即沿竖直方向,插销组件8和磁吸组件7分别位于后盖板42的上下两端。
在本申请的另一实施例中,磁吸组件7还包括多个第三磁铁和与第三磁铁数量和位置对应的第四磁铁,第三磁铁设置在后盖板42上,第四磁铁固定在安装面3上,其中,第三磁铁和第四磁铁的磁性均小于第一磁铁71的磁性。通过在后盖板42和安装面上增设磁性较小的磁铁,可以增强薄型智能平板的安装稳固性,且不会影响薄型智能平板的拆装,因为第三磁铁和第四磁铁的磁性较小,在拆装时只需要克服第一磁铁71和第二磁铁72的磁吸作用力,即可拆卸下薄型智能平板。
多个第三磁铁均匀分布在后盖板42的中部。均匀分布的第三磁铁,使得后 盖板42中部的吸附力均匀,增强安装稳定性。
以下介绍磁吸组件7和插销组件8的具体结构。
磁吸组件7的第一磁铁71和第三磁铁可采用嵌入式的方式固定在后背板42上,第二磁铁和第四磁铁固定在固定钉73的一端,固定钉73的另一端插入到安装面3内。采用固定钉73的方式固定磁铁,可以降低磁铁在安装面3上的固定难度。另外,为了使薄型智能平板完全贴合安装面3,第二磁铁72和第四磁铁均不凸出于安装面3,例如,第二磁铁72和第四磁铁的表面与安装面3平齐。
如图11所示,插销组件8的插销81远离安装面的一端固定有限位板83,插孔82包括沿竖直方向由上至下依次开设的第一插孔821和第二插孔822,第一插孔821的孔径小于第二插孔822的孔径,限位板83可穿过第二插孔822插入到外框4的内部,且限位板83的尺寸大于第一插孔821的孔径。这样的设计,可以使插销81在插入到外框4的插孔82内时,由于重力作用插销移至第一插孔821内,限位板83可以阻挡外框4脱离插销81,进而保证安装的稳固性。当然,插孔82的形状不限于上述结构,还可以设计为(如图8和9所示):插孔82开设于后盖板42的下端,对应在外框4的底部设有与插孔82连通的开口,开口的尺寸大于限位板83的尺寸,限位板83的尺寸大于插孔82的尺寸,限位板83可由开口进入到外框4内且被限制在外框4内。
另外,插销81和限位板83可以采用螺钉代替,螺钉的一端打入到安装面3内,带有螺帽的一端凸出于安装面3,且螺帽与安装面3之间的间距与后盖板42的厚度相匹配,当薄型智能平板安装到位后,螺帽插入到外框4内,后盖板42部分卡在螺帽与安装面3之间。
在本申请的一实施例中,如图12所示,薄型智能平板包括显示屏1、控制盒2和外框4,显示屏1和控制盒2均通过粘胶剂固定在外框4上,控制盒2与显示屏1电连接且控制盒2设置在显示屏1的长度方向或宽度方向的一侧。
在一实施例中,控制盒2位于显示屏1的下方。
在本实施例中,外框4包括边框架41和设置于边框架41靠近安装面3一侧的后盖板42,显示屏1固定在边框架41远离后盖板42的一侧,控制盒2部分设置在边框架41内,部分凸出于至边框架41远离后盖板42的一侧。显示屏1通过粘胶剂粘接在边框架41远离后盖板42的一侧,控制盒2通过粘胶剂分别与边框架41的内侧和后盖板42连接,后盖板42通过粘胶剂与边框架41连接。 由于薄型智能平板的厚度较薄,有时候可达6mm,因此多个部件之间的连接无法采用常规的螺丝、螺钉或者螺栓等紧固件进行连接,且为了保持后盖板42的可拆,将后盖板42与边框架41粘接。粘胶剂可选用粘性较强的双面胶。
另外,如图15所示,边框架41朝向显示屏1的一侧凸设有安装凸台43,安装凸台43的边缘与边框架41的边缘间隔设置有预设距离,并形成凹槽44,显示屏1固定在安装凸台43远离边框架41的一侧。通过设置凹槽44,使得显示屏1的周部不用对齐边框架41的周部也能进行安装,从视觉上不会直观的感觉到显示屏1未对位准确,即降低了显示屏1的外形公差,可以有效降低显示屏1的安装难度,提高生产效率和产品的美观度。
在本实施例中,凹槽44的高度不大于2mm,宽度也不大于2mm。
凹槽44具有朝向显示屏1的第一槽面和朝向边框架41外周的第二槽面。凹槽44内设置有防止透光的涂层。
为了防止显示屏1边缘刮伤使用者,在显示屏1的边缘设有圆弧倒角。还可在边框架41的边缘设置圆弧倒角,其作用同样是为了防止刮伤使用者。
在本实施例中,显示屏1具体包括依次叠设在边框架41上的光学模组11、OC屏12和电容屏13,光学模组11、OC屏12以及电容屏13之间采用粘接的方式连接。
在本申请的另一实施例中,边框架41包括依次垂直连接的第一边框条411、第二边框条412和第三边框条413,第一边框条411远离第二边框条412的一端朝向第三边框条413弯折有第一弯折部414,第三边框条413远离第二边框条412的一端朝向第一边框条411弯折有第二弯折部,控制盒2远离显示屏1的一侧与第一弯折部414和第二弯折部连接。在一实施例中,控制盒2与第一弯折部414和第二弯折部通过螺钉连接。
在本实施例中,第一边框条411、第二边框条412以及第三边框条413通过螺钉连接。在一实施例中,第一边框条411远离第一弯折部414的一端设有边框插孔,第三边框条413远离第二弯折部的一端设有边框插孔,第二边框条412的两端凸设有与边框插孔插接配合的边框凸部。
为了增加边框条之间的连接紧密性,在第一边框条411上开设第一通孔,对应第一通孔在其中一个边框凸部上开设第一螺孔,第一螺钉穿过第一通孔旋拧至第一螺孔内,以将第一边框条411和第二边框条412固定,在第三边框条 413上开设第二通孔,对应第二通孔在另一个边框凸部上开设第二螺孔,第二螺钉穿过第二通孔旋拧至第二螺孔内,以将第三边框条413和第二边框条412固定。
在分体成型边框架41时,第一边框条411和第三边框条413可以设置为U型,即第一边框条411的一端设有第一弯折部414,第一边框条411的另一端设有第一连接部,第三边框条413的一端设有第二弯折部,第三边框条413的另一端设有第二连接部,第二边框条412的两端分别与第一连接部和第二连接部连接。
在一实施例中,第二边框条412的两端分别通过螺钉与第一连接部和第二连接部连接。
当然,边框条41的连接方式不限于采用上述的插接配合以及螺钉固定的方式,还可以焊接为一体。在一实施例中,第一边框条411远离第一弯折部414的一端、第三边框条413远离第二弯折部的一端分别与第二边框条412的两端焊接。
分体式的边框架41可以降低制造难度,因为屏幕越大,边框架41的长度就越长,就需要较长的材料才能弯制成型边框架41。
在其他实施例中,边框架41还可以采用一体式结构。一体式的边框架41可以减少紧固件(螺钉等)的使用,并且还可以增强边框架41的强度。在一实施例中,第一边框条411、第二边框条412和第三边框条413一体弯折成型。
为了保证支撑强度,边框架41和后盖板42均采用金属制成。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,如图12至14所示,控制盒2包括盒体21和选择性封堵盒体21的开口部的盒盖22,盒体21包括底壁211和环设在底壁211周部的侧壁,盒盖22包括盖板221、盒盖侧板222以及第一铰接部223,盒盖侧板222和第一铰接部223均设在盖板221朝向盒体21的一侧,且盒盖侧板222和第一铰接部223分设在盖板221相对的两端,盒体21上设置有第二铰接部214,第一铰接部214和第二铰接部223插接配合后可相对转动,当第一铰接部213与第二铰接部223连接并使盒盖22封堵盒体21的开口部时,盒盖侧板222位于侧壁的外侧,盒盖侧板222与侧壁之间通过紧固件固定。
通过在盒体21和盒盖22上设置可插接并可相对转动的两个铰接部,便于盒体21的开启和拆装,而在盒盖22上相对于铰接部的另一端设置盒盖侧板222, 盒盖侧板222可与盒体21的侧壁之间通过紧固件固定,便于将盒盖22锁紧在盒体21上。上述结构可有效减少紧固件的使用,且盒盖22正对使用者的一侧面均无外露的紧固件,提升了整个薄型智能黑板的外观美观度。另外,由于控制盒2的盒盖22正对使用者,可以在不将薄型智能平板从墙壁上拆卸下来的情况下对控制盒2内的控制部件进行维护,即不拆机维护,降低了维护难度,实现了单人维护。
在本实施例中,第一铰接部223上开设弧形的插接槽2231,第二铰接部214为与插接槽2231插接配合的弧形板。弧形结构的插接槽2231与弧形板插接配合,不仅可以实现两个铰接部之间的转动,还能在第一铰接部223相对第二铰接部214转动的过程中,未转动到位时防止第一铰接部223和第二铰接部214分离,进而防止盒盖22脱离盒体21。
盒盖侧板222上设有第一锁紧孔224,侧壁上对应第一锁紧孔224开设第二锁紧孔215,第一锁紧孔224为通孔,第二锁紧孔215为螺纹孔,锁紧螺钉23穿过第一锁紧孔224旋拧至第二锁紧孔215内。
为了使盒盖22上不凸出螺钉,可以将第一锁紧孔224设置为沉孔,将锁紧螺钉23全部沉入沉孔内。
另外,弧形板的内弧面设置在远离盒体21的内部的一侧。
第一铰接部223与盖板221远离盒盖侧板222的一端间隔设置。
在一实施例中,侧壁包括依次垂直连接的第一侧壁212、第二侧壁、第三侧壁213和第四侧壁,第四侧壁远离第三侧壁213的一端与第一侧壁212连接,第二铰接部214设置在第一侧壁212的内侧,盒盖侧板222与第三侧壁213连接。
在一实施例中,第一侧壁212的高度、第二侧壁的高度以及第四侧壁的高度相等,第三侧壁213的高度小于第一侧壁212的高度,盒盖侧板222的高度与第一侧壁212的高度相等。
在本申请的又一实施例中,如图12所示,盒体21的底壁211上沿盒体21的长度方向依次设有处理器24、视频控制板25和电源系统26,处理器24与视频控制板25连接,视频控制板25与外部的显示屏1连接,电源系统26分别与视频控制板25和处理器24连接,在视频控制板25远离电源系统26的一侧设有第一散热风扇271,电源系统26远离视频控制板25的一侧设置第二散热风扇 272。通过在两个发热量大的部件(视频控制板25和电源系统26)的一侧分别设置一个散热风扇,可以提高散热效率。
第一散热风扇271邻近于处理器24设置。这样的设计可以加快处理器24上的热量散发,保证处理器24能正常工作。

处理器24远离视频控制板25的一侧设置第一扬声器281,底壁211上对应第一扬声器281开设第一出音孔(图中未示出);电源系统26远离视频控制板25的一侧设置第二扬声器282,底壁211上对应第二扬声器282开设第二出音孔。出音孔不仅可以便于扬声器的声音扩散到控制盒2外,还可以作为散热风扇的入风口。
第二扬声器282设于电源系统26和第二散热风扇272之间;或,第二扬声器282设于第二散热风扇272远离电源系统26的一侧。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种薄型智能平板,包括显示屏、控制盒和外框,所述显示屏和所述控制盒电连接且二者均固定在所述外框上,其中,所述外框包括边框架和设置于所述边框架靠近安装面一侧的后盖板,所述边框架朝向远离所述后盖板的一侧凸设有安装凸台,所述显示屏固定在所述安装凸台上,所述安装凸台的边缘与所述边框架的边缘间隔设置有预设距离,并形成凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述显示屏的边缘延伸至所述凹槽的上方,且不超出所述边框架的边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述凹槽的截面呈L型,所述凹槽具有朝向所述显示屏的第一槽面和朝向所述显示屏的边缘的第二槽面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述凹槽的高度和宽度均不大于2mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述凹槽内设置有防透光涂层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述显示屏通过粘胶剂粘接在所述安装凸台上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述显示屏的边缘以及所述边框架的边缘均设置有圆弧倒角。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述控制盒设置在所述显示屏的长度方向或宽度方向的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的薄型智能平板,其中,所述控制盒通过粘胶剂与所述外框固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7任一项项所述的薄型智能平板,还包括将所述外框磁吸固定在所述安装面上的磁吸组件。
