技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备领域,例如涉及一种智慧黑板。
背景技术
智慧黑板通常包括拼接成型的主屏和分别设置在主屏相对两侧的副屏,主屏可以触控操作,以图片、视频等方式呈现教学内容,而副屏可以供用户书写板书,以板书的方式呈现教学内容。主屏和副屏结合,可以实现传统教学和电子教学结合,提升教学效果。
相关技术中的智慧黑板通过壁挂组件与安装面(例如墙面或者机器的架体)连接,壁挂组件包括壁挂板和挂条,壁挂板通过螺钉连接在安装面上,壁挂板包括主屏壁挂板和分别连接在主屏壁挂板相对两侧的副屏壁挂板,主屏和副屏的背面均具有挂条和连接件,挂条挂在于其对应的主屏壁挂板或副屏壁挂板上,同时连接件与安装面通过螺钉连接。
但是,上述智慧黑板安装的零部件较多,安装工艺较为复杂,且成本较高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种智慧黑板,减小了安装智慧黑板的零部件,工艺简单,节省成本。
本申请提供一种智慧黑板,包括第一连接结构、主屏组件和至少一个连接在主屏组件的一侧的副屏组件,第一连接结构包括挂接组件和至少两个连接件,挂接组件包括壁挂架和至少一个壁挂条,壁挂架设置为与智慧黑板的安装面连接,壁挂条设置在主屏组件的背面,壁挂条连接在壁挂架上,以使主屏组件连 接在壁挂架上,主屏组件和副屏组件上均具有至少一个连接件,部分连接件伸出主屏组件外或副屏组件外并设置为与智慧黑板的安装面连接。

相关技术中的智慧黑板通过壁挂组件与安装面(例如墙面或者机器的架体)连接,壁挂组件包括壁挂板和挂条,壁挂板通过膨涨螺丝连接在安装面上。壁挂板包括主屏壁挂板和分别连接在主屏壁挂板相对两侧的副屏壁挂板,主屏和副屏的背面均具有挂条和连接件,挂条挂在于其对应的主屏壁挂板或副屏壁挂板上,主屏和副屏相互拼接后,在将连接件与安装面通过螺钉连接,由此,以实现将智慧黑板安装在安装面上。
但是,上述智慧黑板安装时需要主屏壁挂板、副屏壁挂板、主屏背面的挂条和连接件、以及副屏背面的挂条和连接件,智慧黑板安装零部件较多,安装工艺较为复杂,且成本较高。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种智慧黑板,减小了安装智慧黑板的零部件,工艺简单,节省成本。
图1为本申请实施例提供的智慧黑板正面的结构示意图;图2为本申请实施例提供的智慧黑板背面的结构示意图;图3为本申请实施例提供的智慧黑板中壁挂架的结构示意图;图4为本申请实施例提供的智慧黑板中壁挂条的结构示意图;图5为图1中A处的局部放大图;图6为图2中B处的局部放大图;图7为本申请实施例提供的智慧黑板的安装示意图。参见图1至图7所示,本申请提供的智慧黑板,包括第一连接结构100、主屏组件200和至少一个连接在主屏组件200的一侧的副屏组件300,第一连接结构100包括挂接组件110和至少两个连接件120,挂接组件110包括壁挂架111和至少一个壁挂条112,壁挂架111设置为与智慧黑板的安装面连接,壁挂条112设置在主屏组件200的背面, 壁挂条112卡接在壁挂架111上,以使主屏组件200连接在壁挂架111上,主屏组件200和副屏组件300上均具有至少一个连接件120,部分连接件120伸出主屏组件200外或副屏组件300外并设置为与智慧黑板的安装面连接。
需要说明的是,智慧黑板的安装面可以为墙面400或者机器的架体,本实施例以安装面为墙面400进行说明。主屏组件200和副屏组件300的正面为用户可以看到的一面,主屏组件200和副屏组件300的背面为朝向墙面400的一面。
具体的,主屏组件200可以包括显示模组,通过显示模组可以进行触控操作,显示模组显示图片、视频等方式呈现教学内容。副屏组件300可以为书写板,书写板供用户书写板书。
在本申请中,主屏组件200通过第一连接结构100与墙面400连接。第一连接结构100可以包括挂接组件110和连接件120,挂接组件110可以包括壁挂架111和至少一个壁挂条112。壁挂架111可以通过膨胀螺丝固定在墙面400上。主屏组件200的背面可以连接壁挂条112和连接件120,为了稳固固定主屏组件200,可以将连接壁挂条112和连接件120均设置两个,两个壁挂条112可以位于同一水平线上,且两个壁挂条112靠近主屏组件200的上侧,主屏组件200的背面朝向墙面400,以将主屏组件200的背面的两个壁挂条112连接在壁挂架111上,由此,实现主屏组件200的初步固定。其中,壁挂条112可以通过卡接或者挂接等本领域技术人员惯用的连接方式连接在壁挂架111上,本实施例在此不加以限制。
具体的,壁挂条112和壁挂架111的投影在主屏组件200内,这样,在将主屏组件200安装在墙面400上时,从主屏组件200遮盖了壁挂条112和壁挂架111,即从主屏组件200的正面看不到壁挂条112和壁挂架111,由此,使智慧黑板的外观较为美观。
两个连接件120可以位于同一水平线上,且两个连接件120靠近主屏组件20的下侧,且部分连接件120伸出主屏组件20外,且伸出主屏组件20外的连 接件120上具有通孔,通过膨胀螺丝经主屏组件200上的连接件120的通孔将连接件120固定在墙面400上,由此,完成主屏组件200的安装。
在安装副屏组件300时,副屏组件300与主屏组件200连接,且副屏组件300还通过副屏组件300上的连接件120与墙面400连接,由此,以固定副屏组件300。其中,副屏组件300上的连接件120与墙面400的连接方式与上述主屏组件200上的连接件120与墙面400的连接方式相同,此处不再赘述。
在本申请中,主屏组件20的背面通过壁挂条112与连接在墙面400上的壁挂架111连接,壁挂条112和壁挂架111间隔在主屏组件20的背面和墙面400之间,为主屏组件20的背面和墙面400之间提供间隙,以使主屏组件20的散热性较好。
在具体实现时,主屏组件20的正面和副屏组件300的正面位于同一平面内,副屏组件300通过连接件120也与墙面400保持间隙。请继续参见图5和图6所示,在具体实现时,连接件120可以为弯折状,例如连接件120呈L型,主屏组件20的背面或者副屏组件300的背面也设置L型的连接支脚,连接件120的第一面搭接在连接支脚上并通过至少一个螺钉与连接支脚连接,连接件120的第二面伸出主屏组件20外或者副屏组件300外,并通过至少一个螺钉与墙面400连接。
本申请提供的智慧黑板,通过设置第一连接结构100,第一连接结构100包括挂接组件110和连接件120,挂接组件110包括壁挂架111和至少一个壁挂条112。壁挂架111设置为与墙面400连接,仅在主屏组件20的背面设置壁挂条112,将主屏组件20的背面的壁挂条112连接在壁挂架111上,副屏组件300与主屏组件200连接,且副屏组件300和主屏组件200均通过连接件120与墙面400连接,在稳固将主屏组件200和副屏组件300固定在墙面400的同时,减小了挂接组件110的结构,由此,简化了主屏组件200和副屏组件300的安装工艺,且节省了成本。
可以理解的是,本申请中的主屏组件200的数量为一个,副屏组件300的 数量可以为至少一个,即副屏组件300的数量可以为一个、两个或者两个以上。主屏组件200和副屏组件300可以为长方形,副屏组件300的四个侧边中的至少一个侧边连接有副屏组件300。本实施例和附图中,以主屏组件200和副屏组件300在水平方向上排列,副屏组件300的数量为两个,两个副屏组件300分别位于主屏组件200相对的两侧进行说明,其中,图1中的左侧的副屏组件300为第一副屏组件300a,图1中的右侧的副屏组件300为第二副屏组件300b。
请继续参见图1至图7所示,在本申请中,副屏组件300具有第一侧,第一侧与主屏组件200连接,副屏组件300上设置两个连接件120,副屏组件300上的两个连接件120分别位于副屏组件300的上侧和下侧。其中,第一副屏组件300a的右侧(即为副屏组件300的第一侧)与主屏组件200连接,其中,第一副屏组件300a的右侧可以与主屏组件200具有至少两个连接点,第一副屏组件300a的上侧和下侧均通过连接件120与墙面400连接,这样,至少保证第一副屏组件300a具有至少四个连接点,由此,以使第一副屏组件300a的固定方式较为稳固。第二副屏组件300b的左侧(即为副屏组件300的第一侧)与主屏组件200连接,第二副屏组件300b的其余固定方式与第一副屏组件300a相同,此处不在一一赘述。
壁挂条112朝向主屏组件200的上侧,主屏组件200上设置两个连接件120,主屏组件200上的两个连接件120均位于主屏组件200的下侧。主屏组件200已通过主屏组件200的背面的壁挂条112与连接在墙面400上的壁挂架111连接,其中,壁挂条112可以设置两个或者两个以上,同时,在主屏组件200的下侧通过连接件120将主屏组件200与墙面400连接,这样,至少保证主屏组件200具有至少四个连接点,由此,以使主屏组件200的固定方式较为稳固。
在一些实施例中,副屏组件300具有与第一侧相对的第二侧,副屏组件300上的两个连接件120靠近第二侧设置。即副屏组件300上的两个连接件120远离主屏组件200,由此,副屏组件300上的连接点分散设置,较为均匀的支撑副屏组件300,以保证副屏组件300固定方式的稳固性。
图8为图2中C处的局部放大图。请继续参见图2至图4、图8所示,本申请提供的智慧黑板,壁挂架111包括壁挂架本体1111和位于壁挂架本体1111上的卡座1112,卡座1112的长度沿水平方向延伸,壁挂条112上具有至少一个卡钩1121,卡钩1121挂接在卡座1112上,卡钩1121的内壁与卡座1112抵接。
其中,壁挂架本体1111可以包括两个横杆1113和连接在两个横杆1113之间至少两个的竖杆1114,横杆1113和竖杆1114组成长方形的支架。卡座1112沿横杆1113的长度方向设置,卡座1112也可以为支撑杆,支撑杆与上述壁挂架本体1111的一个横杆1113长度相同且与其连接,支撑杆朝向壁挂架本体1111的上方延伸,卡钩1121卡在支撑杆相对的两个侧面上,以使壁挂条112连接在壁挂架111上,由此,以将主屏组件200固定在墙面400上。
具体的,壁挂条112可以包括底板1122和设置在底板1122相对两侧的两个侧板1123,在侧板1123上开设凹槽,且两个侧板1123上的凹槽位于同一水平面。凹槽的槽口1124的尺寸下与凹槽的槽底1125的尺寸,凹槽的的第一侧面1126呈斜面,凹槽的的第二侧面1127也呈斜面,槽口1124的第二侧面1127与槽底1125形成卡钩1121,壁挂条112连接在壁挂架111上时,卡座1112的相对两侧面抵接在第二侧面1127和槽底1125之间。
以上对主屏组件200和副屏组件300分别与墙面400连接进行说明,下面对于主屏组件200和副屏组件300的连接方式进行说明。

具体的,主屏组件200包括主屏本体210和位于主屏本体210的至少一个 侧边的第一边框220,副屏组件300包括副屏本体310和位于副屏本体310的至少一个侧边的第二边框320。
第一连接件510和第二连接件520中的一者位于第一边框220上,另一者位于第二边框320上,第一连接件510与第二连接件520插接,以连接副屏组件300和主屏组件200。
其中,第一边框220可以绕主屏本体210的周侧设置一周,第二边框320可以绕副屏本体310的周侧设置一周。相对的第二边框320与第一边框220上可以分别设置第一连接件510或第二连接件520。示例性的,图2中副屏本体310与主屏本体210相邻的一侧具有第二边框320,主屏本体210的左侧和右侧均具有第一边框220。
在一些实施例中,第一连接件510包括基座511和连接在基座511上的凸起部512,第二连接件520包括支撑座521和设置在支撑座521上的滑槽522,凸起部512与滑槽522插接,由此,以连接主屏组件200和副屏组件300。
在一种可能的实现方式中,滑槽522的一端具有出入口5221,基座511与第一边框220连接,支撑座521与第二边框320连接,出入口5221朝向副屏本体310的下侧,滑槽522经出入口5221由凸起部512的上方与凸起部512插接。即第一连接件510位于主屏组件200上,第二连接件520位于副屏组件300上,副屏组件300上的滑槽522的出入口5221与凸起部512对准,以使滑槽522由凸起部512的上方与凸起部512插接,直至滑槽522的另一端(即滑槽522与出入口5221相对的一端)与凸起部512抵接,从而将副屏组件300插接在主屏组件200上。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,基座511与第二边框320连接,支撑座521与第一边框220连接,出入口5221朝向主屏本体210的上侧,凸起部512经出入口5221插设在滑槽522内。即第一连接件510位于副屏组件300上,第二连接件520位于主屏组件200上,副屏组件300上的凸起部512与滑槽522的出入口5221对准,以使凸起部512由滑槽522的出入口5221滑入滑槽522内, 直至凸起部512与滑槽522的另一端抵接,从而将副屏组件300插接在主屏组件200上。
相对于相关技术中的通过在主屏组件200和副屏组件300上均设置连接部,连接部通过螺钉连接,或者连接部上卡接连接块,连接块与连接部通过螺钉连接的方式,本申请提供的智慧黑板,主屏组件200和副屏组件300通过凸起部512与滑槽522插接的方式连接,操作方便,节省安装时间,且节省成本。
副屏组件300与主屏组件200插接后,为了防止凸起部512与滑槽522脱离,在一些实施例中,凸起部512包括插接段5121和与插接段5121连接的抵接段5122,抵接段5122朝向插接段5121的外侧延伸,插接段5121位于抵接段5122与基座511之间。
支撑座521上具有容纳腔5211,滑槽522的底壁与容纳腔5211连通,容纳腔5211的下端与出入口5221连通,容纳腔5211的上端具有与容纳腔5211连通的开口5212。
插接段5121位于滑槽522内,且插接段5121与滑槽522的侧壁抵接,抵接段5122位于容纳腔5211内,且抵接段5122朝向插接段5121的一面与容纳腔5211的内壁抵接,由于抵接段5122朝向插接段5121的外侧延伸,这样,可将抵接段5122固定在容纳腔5211内,以防止副屏组件300与主屏组件200插接后,插接段5121从滑槽522内脱离,即防止凸起部512与滑槽522脱离。
为了能使凸起部512顺畅的与滑槽522插接,在一实施例中,出入口5221的至少一个侧壁上具有朝向出入口5221外侧倾斜的第一倒角5222,这样,增加了出入口5221的尺寸,便于凸起部512的插接段5121经出入口5221进入滑槽522内。其中,第一倒角5222可以为圆角或者斜角。
在另一实施例中,抵接段5122朝向出入口5221的端部具有第二倒角5123。其中,第二倒角5123可以为圆角或者斜角,通过在抵接段5122朝向出入口5221的端部设置第二倒角5123,便于凸起部512的抵接段5122经容纳腔5211的开口5212进入容纳腔5211内。
在本申请中,第二连接结构500的数量为两个,两个第二连接结构500分别靠近副屏组件300的上侧和下侧。这样,两个第二连接结构500与副屏组件300上的两个连接件120分别分布在靠近副屏组件300的四个角的位置,以稳固固定连接件120。
本申请提供的智慧黑板在安装时,壁挂架111可以通过膨胀螺丝固定在墙面400上,主屏组件200的背面朝向墙面400,以将主屏组件200的背面的两个壁挂条112连接在壁挂架111上,实现主屏组件200的初步固定。通过膨胀螺丝经主屏组件200上的连接件120的通孔将连接件120固定在墙面400上,由此,完成主屏组件200的安装。然后,主屏组件200和副屏组件300通过凸起部512与滑槽522插接。最后,将副屏组件300还通过副屏组件300上的连接件120与墙面400连接,从而完成智慧黑板的安装,安装步骤简单,节省安装时间,实现智慧黑板的快速拆装。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智慧黑板,包括第一连接结构、主屏组件和至少一个连接在所述主屏组件的一侧的副屏组件,所述第一连接结构包括挂接组件和至少两个连接件,所述挂接组件包括壁挂架和至少一个壁挂条,所述壁挂架设置为与智慧黑板的安装面连接,所述壁挂条设置在所述主屏组件的背面,所述壁挂条连接在所述壁挂架上,以使所述主屏组件连接在所述壁挂架上,所述主屏组件和所述副屏组件上均具有至少一个所述连接件,部分所述连接件伸出所述主屏组件外或所述副屏组件外并设置为与所述智慧黑板的安装面连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述副屏组件具有第一侧,所述第一侧与所述主屏组件连接,所述副屏组件上设置两个连接件,所述副屏组件上的两个所述连接件分别位于所述副屏组件的上侧和下侧;
    所述壁挂条朝向所述主屏组件的上侧,所述主屏组件上设置两个连接件,所述主屏组件上的两个所述连接件均位于所述主屏组件的下侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述副屏组件具有与所述第一侧相对的第二侧,所述副屏组件上的两个所述连接件靠近所述第二侧设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述壁挂架包括壁挂架本体和位于所述壁挂架本体上的卡座,所述卡座的长度沿水平方向延伸,所述壁挂条上具有至少一个卡钩,所述卡钩挂接在所述卡座上,且所述卡钩的内壁与所述卡座抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的智慧黑板,还包括至少一个第二连接结构,所述第二连接结构包括第一连接件和与所述第一连接件相对的第二连接件;
    所述主屏组件包括主屏本体和位于所述主屏本体的至少一个侧边的第一边框,所述副屏组件包括副屏本体和位于所述副屏本体的至少一个侧边的第二边框;
    所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件中的一者位于所述第一边框上,另一者位于所述第二边框上,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件插接,以连接所述副 屏组件和所述主屏组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第一连接件包括基座和连接在所述基座上的凸起部,所述第二连接件包括支撑座和设置在所述支撑座上的滑槽,所述凸起部与所述滑槽插接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述滑槽的一端具有出入口,所述基座与所述第一边框连接,所述支撑座与所述第二边框连接,所述滑槽的出入口朝向所述副屏本体的下侧,所述滑槽经所述出入口由所述凸起部的上方与所述凸起部插接;

    所述插接段位于所述滑槽内,且所述插接段与所述滑槽的侧壁抵接,所述抵接段位于所述容纳腔内,且所述抵接段朝向所述插接段的一面与所述容纳腔的内壁抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述出入口的至少一个侧壁上具有朝向所述出入口外侧倾斜的第一倒角;
    所述抵接段朝向所述出入口的端部具有第二倒角。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第二连接结构的数量为两个,两个所述第二连接结构分别靠近所述副屏组件的上侧和下侧。
