捕鱼能修身养性,也能陶冶情操,是目前热门的一项户外运动,深受人们喜爱。而搬网(也称抬网,扳罾)是一种放置在固定地点进行捕鱼的器具,是一种集专业捕获、娱乐、健身为一体的捕鱼工具。
现有搬网的原理是用四根有弹性的竹竿绑成十字架,挂在一根主竹竿上,把渔网挂在四根竹竿上,用主杆抵在河岸上。使用时,拽着绳子将搬网缓慢沉入水底,搬网上方有拉绳和主杆,经过一段时间后向上抬起主杆,由拉绳将搬网提拉出水面,正好从网里游过的鱼就被捕获。
然而,在长期使用过程中我们发现,传统搬网支架在娱乐休闲的同时,一直存在困扰传统搬网使用者的诸多缺点:1、架设困难。使用者必须根据经验挑选长度、弹性、坚固度一致的四根竹竿,并利用传统方式用绳子绑起各竹竿,支撑起搬网支架。也就是说,使用者必须经过大量学习积累,才能正确使用传统搬网,每次拆卸也得耗费较多时间。2、容易损坏。竹竿是自然材料,使用时间久了,或者稍有操作不当,搬网支架就会断裂损坏。3、运输困难。通常使用的传统搬网,支架竹竿通常在三至五米,中间那根主竹竿往往需要达到五至七米。只能用肩扛或者三轮车、卡车等方式运输,无法满足现代人用小轿车、越野车自驾游时,随意便携的运输方式。4、主杆和搬网支架的连接点,是使用绳子捆绑的方式连接,当河面有风、有浪时,会造成搬网支架一侧高高翘起,无法顺利放置到河底,勉强放入,也容易让架子单脚着力,从而架子断裂,增加架子断裂几 率。而且也会因自然材料配重不一样,或有风、浪等其他因素干扰时,搬网支架会左右扭斜,降低捕鱼几率。6、主杆因为是一根粗毛竹,主杆底部与河岸相接触的面积较小,当在使用搬网时,容易造成左右晃动,普通人很难驾驭搬网,一不小心就会摔坏搬网支架,使用难度很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种由纤维增强复合材料管为支杆,及通过搬网头子实现快速组装且结构坚固的搬网支架。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种搬网支架,包括主杆和多根支杆,所述支杆和主杆的一端均连接在一起,所述支杆采用空心/实心纤维增强复合材料(Fiber Reinforced Polymer,或Fiber Reinforced Plastic,简称FRP)管。

5、主杆和河岸相抵处,采用横向三角撑设计,使得搬网在使用时不易左右摇动,降低对使用者的要求,新手也能很轻松地驾驭搬网支架,顺利入水和起水。

搬网支架的结构可使用现有的来实施,这里不做赘述。本实施例2与现有搬网支架结构不同的是,支杆200,或支杆200和主杆300采用空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管,其中,空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管至少选用实心玻璃纤维棒、空心玻璃纤维管、实心碳纤维棒、空心碳纤维管、实心尼龙棒和空心尼龙管中的一种。这些材质的搬网支架主体,与现有竹竿比,弹性和坚固度都大大增强,使得搬网不容易损坏,延长了其使用寿命和提高其实用性。
另外,作为实施例2的优选实施方式,与现有竹竿和支杆为一体式结构不同,可设置主杆300和支杆200均由至少两个分杆301、202组成,分杆301之间通过可拆卸的结构或可伸缩的结构或可折叠的结构600连接。结合图4所示,这里可拆卸的结构或可伸缩的结构或可折叠的结构600可以有多种,实施例2对此不做限制,如内外螺纹配合结构或者插接结构或扣搭结构等。
更优选地,主杆300上还可设置伸缩锁紧结构700,用于调节主杆300的长短,并在长度调整后进行位置锁紧。结合图5所示,这里伸缩锁紧结构700可采用现有拖把的伸缩杆上的伸缩锁紧结构来实现:如伸缩锁紧结构700包括固定管701和活动管702,两者均与各自对应侧的主杆的 分杆301相一体成型,活动管702伸入到固定管701内调节位置,并在位置调整后旋紧,具体结构可参照拖把杆上的伸缩锁紧结构。
另外,如图2所示,主杆300抵在河岸上的一端优选设置有三角支撑部302,增大了主杆300端部与河岸的接触面积,且三角形结构强度强,使得搬网在使用时不易左右摇动。
利用上述实施例2介绍的搬网支架可形成一搬网,参照图3所示,该搬网包括上述搬网支架、渔网500和拉绳400,渔网500挂在支杆200的底端,拉绳400的一端与支杆200的顶端也连接在一起,供使用者拽着,将搬网沉到水底或从水底拉起。
实施例3
参照图6所示,本发明实施例3所揭示的一种搬网支架,包括至少三根支杆200、主杆300,实施例3中搬网支架页包括四根支杆200,其中,四根支杆200、主杆300的一端通过实施例1中介绍的搬网头子100连接在一起,四根支杆200呈十字交叉分布,形成搬网支架,主杆300位于搬网支架的前端,其另一端抵在河岸上。
其中,结合图1所示,搬网头子100的具体结构可参照上述实施例1中的描述,这里不做赘述。
另外,结合图4所示,主杆300和支杆200也可优选采用上述实施例2中的可拆卸结构或可伸缩的结构或可折叠的结构600,便于运输;结合图5所示,主杆300上也可再优选使用上述实施例2中的伸缩锁紧结构700,调整长度;以及主杆300抵在河岸上的一端也可优选设置上述实施例2中的三角支撑部302。这里的可拆卸的结构600、伸缩锁紧结构700可参照上述实施例2中的描述,这里不做赘述。
利用上述实施例3介绍的搬网支架也可形成一搬网,结合图7所示,该搬网包括实施例3所述搬网支架、渔网500和拉绳400,渔网500挂在 支杆200的底端,拉绳400的一端与支杆200的顶端也连接在一起,供使用者拽着,将搬网沉到水底或从水底拉起。
实施例4
参照图6所示,本发明实施例4所揭示的一种搬网支架,包括至少三根支杆200、主杆300,实施例4中搬网支架同样包括四根支杆200,其中,四根支杆200、主杆300的一端通过实施例1中介绍的搬网头子100连接在一起,四根支杆200呈十字交叉分布,形成搬网支架,主杆300位于搬网支架的前端,其另一端抵在河岸上。
与上述实施例3唯一不同的是,实施例4中的支杆200,或支杆200和主杆300采用空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管,其中,空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管至少选用实心玻璃纤维棒、空心玻璃纤维管、实心碳纤维棒、空心碳纤维管、实心尼龙棒和空心尼龙管中的一种。其他结构与实施例3相同。
利用上述实施例4介绍的搬网支架页可形成一搬网,结合图7所示,该搬网包括实施例4所述搬网支架、渔网500和拉绳400,渔网500挂在支杆200的底端,拉绳400的一端与支杆200的顶端也连接在一起,供使用者拽着,将搬网沉到水底或从水底拉起。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种搬网支架,其特征在于,包括主杆和多根支杆,所述支杆和主杆的一端连接在一起,所述支杆采用空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管,所述支杆由至少两个分杆组成,所述分杆之间通过可拆卸的结构或可伸缩的结构或可折叠的结构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,还包括搬网头子,所述支杆一端通过所述搬网头子连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述搬网头子包括支杆连接件和一体成型于支杆连接件上的滚轴限位件,所述支杆连接件上形成有至少三个连接部,每个连接部连接一支杆,所述支杆与连接部可拆卸或不可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述滚轴限位件包括一限位本体、两个与支杆连接件连接的支撑部和与主杆连接的主杆连接部,两个所述支撑部分别自所述限位本体底部的左右两侧向支杆连接件的方向延伸形成,所述主杆连接部套装在所述限位本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述限位本体、两个支撑部和支杆连接件之间形成类似一梯形结构,用于对搬网支架的左右两侧运动进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述主杆的另一端设置有三角支撑部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述空心/实心纤维增强复合材料管至少选用实心玻璃纤维棒、空心玻璃纤维管、实心碳纤维棒、空心碳纤维管、实心尼龙棒和空心尼龙管中的一种。
  8. 一种搬网支架,其特征在于,包括主杆、多根支杆和搬网头子,所述支杆通过所述搬网头子连接在一起,所述搬网头子包括支杆连接件和一 体成型于支杆连接件上的滚轴限位件,所述支杆连接件上形成有至少三个连接部,每个连接部连接一支杆,所述支杆与连接部可拆卸或不可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述滚轴限位件包括一限位本体、两个与支杆连接件连接的支撑部和与主杆连接的主杆连接部,两个所述支撑部分别自所述限位本体底部的左右两侧向支杆连接件的方向延伸形成,所述主杆连接部套装在所述限位本体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的搬网支架,其特征在于,所述限位本体、两个支撑部和支杆连接件之间形成类似一梯形结构,用于对搬网支架的左右两侧运动进行限位。
